The Best Brunches in Las Vegas

"It’s breakfast all day at this Summerlin brunch spot. And, for drinks, you can either go caffeine or boozy — or both. Fill up on seasonal pancake varieties by getting a flight of flavored pancakes to share, mix and match tasty Benedicts, or opt for a lunchtime choice of sandwich. Also in the southwest." - Janna Karel

Google
Great place for breakfast. They can make the whole menu gluten free (!!). The service was great and fast and as the weather was nice, we sat outside. We had the gluten free eggs Benedict (with avocado, gluten free) and the cinnamon rolls pancakes (with gluten). Both were great. The pancakes portion was huge!

Google
Had breakfast at the Union Station location and it was such a treat! We were greeted by a welcoming hostess and seated immediately. The atmosphere is wonderful and bright. Our server Jason was kind and attentive. The food and drinks were so delicious. I recommend this location to anyone visiting Downtown Denver.

Google
We loved spending time in downtown Denver, and on our son's recommendation, we decided to check out Snooze at its new location, but its original city. (By the way, I wish I could give the atmosphere at this new location 10 stars)! What impressed us right away was its vibrant, retro/midcentury modern vibe and its diverse menu. We especially appreciated that so many ingredients are locally sourced. I ordered the Parmesan-Panko Crab Cake Benedict, and it was absolutely out of this world—beautifully presented, incredibly flavorful, and surprisingly filling. My wife chose the Farmer’s Market Veggie Bowl and added a side Blueberry Protein Pancake—both were fresh, satisfying, and expertly prepared. She could hardly finish it all! Service was fast and genuinely friendly, and every dish looked (and tasted) like it belonged on a magazine cover. We left full, happy, and completely motivated to check out the two Snooze locations back home in Charlotte. If they’re anything like the Denver original, we’re in for a treat!

Google
Snooze has branched out all over the country. I can say the non-Denver locations are good, but they don’t quite match up to the home locations. Our server was a pro, quick, friendly, and checked on us at the right level. The location at the train station feels open, especially with the adjacent plaza and water fountains. The food was served quickly and prepared well. The portions are large. I highly recommend!

Google
Snooze is a great breakfast eatery that is very busy, welcoming, and has a good variety of breakfast options. The waitress had great service. We will definitely be back whenever we are in the downtown Denver area! My recommendation is for you to make sure to stop by this amazing breakfast spot at Union Station

Google
Breakfast at Snooze after an early morning workout was a great choice. Their menu has lots of delicious variety to support both indulgent and conscientious meal selections. The service was amazing and attentive and the option to eat outside was just what we were looking for.

Daniel Kohler

Google
Pancakes and egg Benedict was both good. The portion especially for the pancakes was huge. They have also gluten free pancakes I think everything can be gluten free there

Abby

Google
Good was delicious. I usually only eat pancakes a few times a year if that. And regular ones at that. But I decided to go wild and get the chocolate chip pancakes from here. They were bigger than my head but they were probably the best pancakes I’ve had it at least 5 years. No lie.

Yelp
Snooze is a fantastic restaurant attached to Union Station in Denver. We loved the vibe and the service here. Do yourself a favor and join the waitlist before you come. We had almost no wait. Our whole group loved our meals and the ladies loved their beverages. I had the blackberry mint limeade and took a picture of the recipe for when we go out later - it was that good. My friend had the strawberry mimosa and really liked it. The guys had the Thai bloody and enjoyed it but it wasn't the end all be all for them. For food - we tried the bacon app. It was good, but mine's better. If you live never had it, you should try it. We tried the pork belly, Bella Bella, avocado, and chile verde Bennie's. If you don't love avocado Bennie's, try one of these others. They were amazing! The pancake flight was also crazy good!

Yelp
I came here ten years ago for the first time while meeting with a friend in Denver. At the time, it was my first time visiting a Snooze restaurant. It is in a great location at Union Station. I remember trying their Pineapple Upside Down Pancake and one of their Bennys. I had never seen crazy breakfast creations like this before. It was a fun experience for both of us and the food was great. Back in Arizona we have a number of Snooze restaurants. I love the modern twist on breakfast classics that they have here. I flew into Denver not long ago and had some time to kill at Union Station. I came here to Snooze, an A.M. Eatery to try relive my fun day here from ten years ago. I ate on the patio and ordered a Chile Verde Benedict. Service was mediocre for a weekday. Probably because I was on the patio. Food was good, but not hot. But it won't deter me from visiting one again. Thanks for filling me up and getting my trip off to a great start.

Yelp
Had breakfast here super early before a sightseeing tour. The location is so convenient and the food was good. I ordered an egg white scramble and sausage and my son had French toast. Everything was tasty and the customer service was excellent. The ambiance is great, although we were there around 7:3am there were other people having breakfast too since it's located at Union Station and it's always busy there.
google avatar

Yelp
One of the best breakfast spots in Denver! Excellent service, great menu, perfect portions. Had the egg white scramble with a single piece of banana bliss pancake. This restaurant will exist for another 100 years!
google avatar

Aly G.

Yelp
Your classic breakfast spot. Service can be spotty depending on how busy they are, but great ambiance with an elevated diner feel. Pricier for breakfast, but a great spot when nearby Union Station. Food and drinks are tasty!
google avatar

Sara C.

Yelp
Fun vibes inside, very cool it's in the train station. Great food too! I got the chocolate chip pancakes and the hashbrowns and neither will disappoint. Our service was a little slower than preferred but it was super busy.

Yelp
Wow so good. We were told we would have a 45 min to hour wait and with my little ones and friends to take to the airport we weren't going to be able to wait. But as luck would have it they had a cancellation and found us outside. Wow great service just for that I would have given them a good review. The food was delicious. Pancakes were fluffy and thick. Sooo good. I can't wait to eat here again.
google avatar

Kevin S.

Yelp
I would describe this place as an upbeat and busy brunch spot. Overall, my experience was positive. They have A LOT of breakfast options. The breakfast tacos were average. The speciality pancakes stole the show. 10/10. Good service from the hostess and waitress. Prices are fair. I would go back

Yelp
A fantastic brunch chain in Denver that delivers on all fronts! The menu is packed with great options, and their extensive cocktail, coffee, and juice selections make it easy to find the perfect drink to pair with your meal. While it's a bit on the pricey side, the huge portions and excellent service definitely make it worth it. The stuffed French toast was perfectly sweet without being over the top, and the avocado toast was fresh and full of flavor. A great spot for a leisurely brunch if you're looking to treat yourself!
google avatar

Yelp
So good! Definitely worth the walk from our hotel! The blackberry boozy lemonade was so good! Our server Jason was great running down the menu and making recommendations! My husband got the biscuits and gravy! I got the crab cakes Benny and oh so good!!
google avatar

Gregory B.

Yelp
Really good as usual, everything was as expected. Sausage was moist, pancake was filled with chocolate chips, and the omelette was a decent size. Entire thing was great!

Yelp
Petition to have Snooze to open a branch here in the Bay Area, California! I was in Denver for a judo conference event and my local friends recommended this amazing brunch place to me. And it did not disappoint! This Snooze store is located next to Denver's Union Station and has ample outdoor seating. You can easily find parking at any parking garage nearby. Even at 8am, the place was fully packed. I highly recommend you reserved a table before you came. I was seated promptly after checking in. I told my server that I needed to catch my tour bus at 8:50am and asked if they could do anything to help speed up my order. And they did exactly just that. My order came out quickly and my check was promptly given to me. I ordered the customized pancake flight which included blue berry, sweet potato and banana pancakes. The portion was generous. The pancakes were so fluffy and full of flavors! I've never eaten such delicious pancakes in my life and I've tried so many brunch places in the Bay Area (California). I felt so satisfied and happy after devouring on this pancake flight! Snooze, please bring your superb food to the Bay Area (California) so my Bay Area friends and family can enjoy it too!

Yelp
Snooze was cool. I think it's the kind of place like you know what you're going to get. Don't expect nothing that will rock your word but do expect it to get the job done. Ya know? I had eggs Benny and my boyfriend had the Denver omelette. Both were good, not crazy good but got the job done. I had the mimosa that was supposed to be sparking wine with splash of OJ ehhhh it was giving 50/50 oj and sparkling wine. I think if it was actually what they were advertising I would have gotten 2. Would come back
google avatar

Yelp
This place gets crowded mostly because it is located inside Union Station. We were seated quickly for indoor dining. Our waiter was a bit distracted because several things we asked for he didn't get right. The food is overall ok. My shrimp with grits was tasty but the omelette was bland and hardly had any asparagus. The English muffin wasn't toasted properly and the hash browns were bland as well. The indoor space is limited yet they have a good size outdoor dining area that is great during the warmer months.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious. We got the avocado Benny and strawberry pancakes and bread pudding French toast with vanilla oat milk matter not and Carmel latte iced. All excellent. Service friendly. Not too packed so no wait to be seated on a Monday afternoon lol. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
Yummmm!! Stopped by on a Saturday morning around 9am. They were pretty busy and we had about a 30 minute wait so we walked next door to grab coffee at union station while we waited. The restaurant was a bit noisy but that was a given since they were pretty busy but it didn't bother me. I ordered the smashed avocado Benny which was amazing! So tasty! Our server was great. I would definitely go back. This restaurant had outdoor seating but looked to be closed probably due to the cold weather.
google avatar

Yelp
Someone recommend this place to us. We came here for breakfast on a weekday and it was pretty busy but they still had open tables. They have summer drinks and I ordered the green juice/drink that was refreshing and delicious. I had Buddha bowl that was pretty good and healthy, had many different veggies and lots of protein without meat. My husband ordered different side dishes and wasn't impressed with hash browns. I would say hash browns were not crispy enough. Pancake was decent. But it was just a simple pancake, so we didn't expect much from it. Cappuccino was tasty and well made. Service was very friendly and nice. Overall good place for breakfast.

Yelp
Let's be real: Parking at this location is a pain, it is slammed busy, and no one answers the phones. I don't think they take reservations on the weekends, but it's hard to know because the service on their website and on yelp does allow you to make reservations. It would be nice if this was aligned with what the website says. The online waitlist is easy to use however, and gave us no hiccups. However, Christine, our server, was stellar. She was so patient and friendly when we took up her table to chat with our out of town guests. She checked on us regularly and had no issues getting what we needed. Love Christine! The food was excellent as well. Loved the habanero pork belly Benny and the Bella Benny- both were excellent in their own way, with a good balance of sweet and savory. Don't skip the arugula and balsamic reduction on the Bella Benny- it makes the meal and is not just a garnish. The add on sausage was a little overcooked, and my dad joked that he did not need to add on eggs to the strawberry shortcake pancakes. All the main meals were excellent and flavorful. I think I preferred the bread pudding French toast a little more than the OMG French toast, as they were similar except for the candied nuts on the bread pudding French toast. Overall, love the 50s feel of the decor, the food, the service, and just a little picky about the location, but overall would come back and recommend.

Yelp
We came in at around 12:30 pm to have brunch and was told the wait for 2 people was 30-40 mins. We were so hungry and they were pretty busy even with the open seating bar packed, that we decided just to order to go. As we were looking through the menu, immediately they quoted another party of 2 shortly after only 15-20 mins or sooner if they had availability. It was a little weird how the time went down so fast just in the few 2 mins we were looking at the menu. We still proceeded to get to-go thinking it was the quickest option. While ordering to-go, the hostess at the front desk was really untrained in taking to-go orders and constantly was confused during the process. Just ordering took a long time and I felt as though we could've been seated by the end of it. Also, as we were placing the order, she got really quiet and awkward to the point where we could not hear her and kept asking what she was saying. At the end she completely stopped talking to us as if she was annoyed by US and just gave us the device to pay. Then backed away and looked away. Didn't even say ok your order will be ready in this amount of time. She didn't even notice we selected a paper receipt and as she was looking away i had to tell her we selected a paper receipt. She just gave us the receipt and walked away without saying anything. Not to mention we waited 30 minutes for the food and when we checked back in half way through to see if it was ready, the same girl said just a few more minutes. We are just visiting from California so it was such weird behavior from a person to experience that as we were just regularly trying to order to-go and not being difficult. It was her that made it difficult for us and we just wanted to get out of there. It was a nice place but that experience turned us off so much. Also the order was missing things upon opening as expected since we didn't even know if she put in the order right.

Yelp
Updated and renovated location at union station did not disappoint! They also have a special lunch menu unique to this location ONLY! Including salads, reuben sandwich, chicken tortilla soup, and more. And of course all the regular snooze items. Service was great too!
google avatar

Davida B.

Yelp
I could go on and on about this place! I had great food and a good drink. I ordered the crabcake bennie and a cinnamon roll pancake. Perfect Perfection. I had the Paloma mimosa. It was room temperature, I should've asked for ice, but did not. The menu has something for everyone and lots drink options. They do have a full bar. Kennedy was my server; she was lovely.

Yelp
First time at Snooze's new location in Union Station. They were previously in a small space on the east side. This new space is twice as large with both inside and outside entrances + private restrooms for their guests. Much brighter environment with reduced orange colored accents like other locations. A full length bar with fanciful neon sign behind it, plenty of tables and booths plus south facing patio for warmer weather. I came to redeem a Snooze Bennyfits anniversary reward for an non-alcoholic beverage. I chose fresh coffee with creamer. I got a Thai Bloody Mary made with pepper infused 1876 volka. They offer all day Happy Hour prices on weekdays. My spicy cocktail was $5. I got the Protein & Veggie Egg White scramble with a chicken sausage patty. I got spicy Sambal sauce to complement the scramble. A nice light touch for breakfast, but since it is New Years Eve, I splurged for a blueberry side pancake. I was greeted when I arrived and Gretchen K attended to me. I was not rushed. A great start before tonight's event.

Yelp
A perfectly good diner breakfast. Loved that they had a full coffee bar, my oatmilk latte was great! We made a reservation, and I'm glad we did because we were seated close to the hostess desk and heard a wait for 2 was 30+ mins! So I would definitely reserve ahead of time. Chilaquiles were good, though I was surprised to see a green sauce (red sauce is always better). They did forget my carnitas so they brought it after the fact on the side and it was semi cold. The blueberry pancakes were perfectly adequate. It's kind of a loud spot when it gets full, and being right by the stadium fills up quick. Our waitress was attentive and helpful.
google avatar

Yelp
I got the double bacon sandwich and it was amazing! The spicy pork belly bacon was top notch, great flavor and texture. The egg was cooked perfectly over medium and the brioche bun was a great touch. I've been here before and this is definitely my new favorite. I also got the morning marg with the spicy tequila and it was one of the best margs I've had in a while We sat outside for a nice noon brunch. Service was good, no complaints.
google avatar

Cynthia B.

Yelp
I came here after graduation. Thankfully I had a reservation because the Union Station location is popular! We started with the pancake flight and the bacon. I don't usually have a brunch appetizer, but this is worth it! I had the Crab Cake Benedict and the vanilla cranberry cosmo- it's the holidays and I'm celebrating! The meal was great and it's nice that you can pop in and check out the historic Union Station next door as well.
google avatar

Cesar H.

Yelp
I was able to check out Snooze's new location (within Union station) and it was a hit! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and I loved the neon touches! It feels modern and vibey! What I ordered: butterfly lemonade, espresso martini, bacon but different, pumpkin pecan pie pancakes, habanero pork belly breakfast fried rice, southwestern chicken salad, Smokey BBQ pulled pork sandwich, turkey apple brie sandwich. Best bite: Espresso martinis are always a win for me, and this one definitely delivered. The BBQ pulled pork sandwich was perfectly smoky and tender, but I have to say, the bacon but different blew me away. I never really got the whole bacon obsession until now! It's coated with brown sugar, cayenne, chili flakes, and drizzled with Snooze's Sriracha maple syrup...wow, I might just be a bacon convert after this! Huge thanks to @b_public & @snoozeameatery for having me!
google avatar

Jeremy G.

Yelp
It was a nice morning, so the outdoor seating was appreciated. The staff were friendly. We shared the Sam I am sandwich and the pancake flight. Everything was good. My favorite thing however was the blood orange punch mocktail.
google avatar

Marley U.

Yelp
Obsessed! The menu is so fun by rethinking the classics. I already can't wait to return as there were so many different items I wanted to try
google avatar

Kristen S.

Yelp
So I am new to the Denver area but my husband and I visited in September and pretty sure we came here. Either way popped in because a friend was in town and taking the light rail into union station. Came on a Friday morning and it was a bit packed so this place is popular. I am on a quest to find good green chili and I will say theirs was disappointing. Tasted more like a topping than chili. However, I give it a 4 stars as the service was great, the smashed sweet potato breakfast I got was something new to me but it was so good. They have a varied menu with vegan options so that is a huge plus. Overall, I recommend this place and would come back to try more dishes here.
google avatar

Melissa B.

Yelp
We were told we'd have an hour wait, but it ended up being 30 minutes. We were seated outside at a nice table for two that had an umbrella to keep us shaded. Our server was very nice, efficient & knowledgeable. The food was delicious! I loved my breakfast tacos, and my husband loved his classic breakfast along with the pancake. Very tasty! Snooze had some indoor seating, and outdoor seating as well. It was part of the Union Station/Crawford hotel area.

Yelp
This is the best bite of Denver Colorado breakfast that you're looking for! Recommended by my fiancée's work, boss, company, and locals in the Denver area... we made our reservations on a busy Sunday morning and were met with a welcoming staff which accommodated for us to sit inside. Dining is optional for indoor or outdoor. The place was very lively and even though it is a smaller set up, you wouldn't feel as such with how coordinated and how much communication is constantly going with the staff. Operations are ran very smoothly! Started off our morning with our water and coffee. We ordered the honey coffee and lavender coffee on the menu which paired with our breakfast and burrito. Snooze classic: 4.5/5 -very good standard breakfast. The sausage links we're flavorful and savory to pair with the meal. As always. The people talk about the hash browns and for good reason. They're good! This was my fiancées meal so I can't say too much about the whole experience but she would rate it above average! Paired with the honey coffee, it was pretty good, interesting, but good! Snooze breakfast burrito: 6/5 - This! Chile Verde is apparently on the rise in Colorado as we've been recommended to go anywhere they make it... growing up, this was something in our household so having more places take a Spanish/Mexican influence and introduce it to a new food. Bless up! The burrito with the barbacoa is what I did my burrito with and I'd highly recommend it! Rich in heavy flavor and adding the lightness of a Chile verde and pico de gallo, you get an amazing mix of flavors that's just left to explain as the best taste of colorado I've had so far. I would recommend not being so adventurous and trying too many things as I didn't like the lavender coffee... this is just my take on it, If you like lavender, get it! I just learned it wasn't for me lol Would definitely recommend snooze to family and friends and other yelpers as this was a true 5/5 for a diner style restaurant. Very organized, clean, and just delicious! Thank you for your amazing food!

Yelp
A must-visit when in Denver!! The food was so good. I would recommend a pancake flight so you can try a few flavors. Plus, be sure to ask about the cinnamon roll pancakes. They're not on the menu, but they'll make them for you and they were tasty! The interior is cute, but small. Be sure to get there early and add yourself to the waitlist before you're even there. It helps cut down how long you'll be waiting for a table there.

Yelp
Last restaurant we tried before heading to the Denver airport for our flight back home. There is plenty of street and garage parking since it is downtown. Nice little walk around the plaza and union station. There is plenty of outside seating. Service was good. She was nice and attentive. Checked on us and topped off my coffee frequently. Vibes here is very much fits the breakfast brunch theme they offer. It does get pretty packed in here the later in the morning it gets. Their menu is pretty comprehensive with all of the brunch and breakfast offerings, as well as the typical alcoholic brunch drinks. I ordered their crab cake Benedict. It was good. It was flavorful. Lots of crab meat in the cake. Egg on top was perfectly cooked. Added some moistness and richness to the dish. Sauce around the crab Benedict was really good. Added to the overall taste and flavors. This was a very good dish!! Evidently there's multiple Snooze eateries around Denver. Didn't realize that. But it's a very good place to get brunch!!

Yelp
I love Snooze! This is the 2nd time I've been to the Union Station location and the service and food was excellent. Hannah was our waitress and she was on top of it!! Very kind and patient and everything we ordered came out perfectly and quickly. The indoor seating was full but there was availability on the outdoor patio. We opted for that even though it was pretty hot outside but Hannah greeted us with ice cold waters to cool down :) The vegan pancakes were PHENOMENAL!!! I was soooo happy with them, and my husband loved his benny. Oh, and can't forget the mimosas!!! They really do put just a splash of juice, exactly how I like it! ;) Thanks Snooze, see you again soon!!

Yelp
My experiences here I have always been three stars or below. The food is decent but takes forever. If I had to judge on just the food, 3.5. This time though was a joke. (Only three other tables in the entire place) We got there at 6:40am to catch a 7:30am train. By the time 7:10am roles around I asked about the food and they waiter said oh they just started making it. We order avocado toast, corn beef hash and a pancake. Shouldn't take over 10 minutes let alone 30! They didn't even try to rush the food, just canceled the entire order. Wild to me. Good luck to people who come here. Bummer because I always took people here when they visited, since it's a great location. I doubt I will be back or recommend. 1 / 5 stars on service and speed.

Yelp
The wait was short and the food was amazing! While we waited, the bartenders got as an amazing cocktail and we sat outside and relaxed. The atmosphere was fun and lively and the food was delicious and came out very quickly.

Yelp
I've been to Snooze in AZ before but first time at one in Denver. We joined the waitlist prior to arriving which is a MUST. It was a Saturday morning and there was an outdoor local vendor area set up, which helped us kill time. Our server was great and food was delicious!
google avatar

Yelp
If you are thinking about coming here, go ahead and join the waitlist on Yelp. My Airbnb was about 15 minutes away from this Snooze location and I joined as soon as I left and was seated as soon as I arrived. It was super busy for a weekday morning so I definitely recommend doing so! Let's dive into the drinks. I ordered a Strawberry Martini Mimosa and to be honest.. don't waste your time ordering this.. It tasted nothing like strawberry and i could not taste the vodka whatsoever. It tasted pretty flavorless and wasn't worth it. My boyfriend ordered the boozy strawberry lavender lemonade and this was probably just one step above my drink when it comes to taste. I ordered the Bella! Bella! Benny! and this was SO GOOD. I would probably order this again next time I come to Snooze it's that good. It obviously doesn't taste like your traditional eggs benny but i'm perfectly okay with that. I had a chocolate chip cookie dough pancake on the side (it was a special) but this was the tastiest thing I had this day. PLEASE order this. My boyfriend has your basic breakfast burrito and this was pretty good.. I always recommend for people to challenge themselves on ordering a food that you cannot cook at home or something that is non-traditional to making things more interesting. I ended up ordering an espresso martini because this was just a much safer option on the drink menu. The espresso martini although simple, definitely hit the spot!

Yelp
Everything is literally perfect here!! Including gluten free Pancakes! Our server Hannha was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. The cinnamon bun specialty pancake is outstandingly delicious.

Yelp
I love that this location has a patio area to eat out it was such a pretty November day and they even had the heaters on. I like snooze the food as a chain brunch restaurant. The brunch is pretty good I love that they have chilaquiles that's my go to brunch order but the menu has all the classics plus more and a good list of non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Our server was really knowledgeable and attentive.

Yelp
Delicious offerings and vegetarian options. Staff were all friendly, service was timely.

Yelp
Snooze was awesome, reminded us a lot of a place in Arizona called Over Easy. It's a fun and quirky take on the classic diner, it's got all the staples but with a small twist. We came here for the vibes of union station and a tasty breakfast and were not disappointed. I got the famous smothered breakfast burrito as Id done every breakfast of that vacation and it was by far the best one, certainly the only one that didn't refrain from the green chilis. The girlfriend got the pancake flight featuring blueberry, cinnamon roll, and banana nut however they gave us the wrong pancakes so we got to sample all above plus chocolate chip and raspberry! The waitress was awesome for getting us those extra pancakes and we left very happy and full. The coffee and chai was great too, like upgraded diner coffee. Super nice central location to fill up before a day in Denvers awesome downtown, or for venturing out into the greater city right from union station.

Yelp
This was my first experience trying this chain and I can see why it's so popular. We were there on a Sunday morning a few hours before a home Broncos game and the whole area inside and out of the restaurant was bustling. There was over an hour wait to be seated, but luckily we put our names on the waitlist ahead of time (I'd definitely recommend that). Despite being so busy, the service was fast and our waiter was super attentive. The menu has everything you'd want from classic breakfasts to brand new ideas that you'll only find here. I got a breakfast spaghetti dish that was new to the menu and I thought it was pretty good. A nice carby meal before a day of football. They also have a great Bloody Mary (+$5 for a side car beer!)

Yelp
I recently traveled to Denver to meet a friend and she chose this quaint little breakfast place for brunch. Located in the fantastically-eclectic Union Station downtown, Snooze offered a wonderfully-rich selection for any brunch connoisseur. Even if you don't plan on making it the main course, plan on ordering a Pineapple Upside Down Pancake as an appetizer! Spread the butter around and it you'll find it as delectable as I did! The food options are stellar and I just HAD to try the Crab and Asparagus Omlet as I've never seen that one before. Glad I did as I found the flavors astonishing! Service was good, but this place gets busy early, so be sure to arrive early and put your name on the wait list. Better yet, call ahead and list yourself.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing breakfast! Green chile benny was unreal! So so good. We stopped here on our way back to Florida. Right in LoDo, inside Union station. Service was efficient and our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone really enjoyed their breakfast. It was exactly what we were looking for that morning. It was a busy, bustling place with an energetic atmosphere. We would totally go back next time we are in the area.

Yelp
Extremely long wait time after being told it would be about 5 mins and continuednto mislead me about how long everything would take

Yelp
I enjoyed my breakfast- a savory sweet potato hash and I shared a pancake flight with my friend. My qualm with Snooze is that I always seem to have to make a choice between sweet and savory unless I want to pay for an entire added entree. Why is a side of 1 pancake $7 when a flight of 3 is $14? I guess it's worth getting the flight but only if all you want is pancakes or you've managed to convince someone at your table to share but either way, it ends up being too many pancakes, honestly. That being said, I always like the sweet potato pancake the best. Mini pancake flights? Can that be a thing?

Yelp
A terrific breakfast or brunch restaurant offering a wide menu of breakfast and brunch choices at good prices. We especially enjoyed the omelette and Benedict's. We were fortunate to have a very nice morning and sat outside which was very enjoyable. Service was very friendly and time out of the kitchen was reasonable, especially given the full house. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Oh...my gosh. I may have had my favorite breakfast EVER! We used the Yelp Waitlist feature, which was a lifesaver to save us an hour of sitting and waiting in the restaurant. My boyfriend and I are typically classic breakfast fans; hashbrowns, sausage or bacon, and an over-medium egg is our go-to. However, in the spirit of being adventurous, we both tried something new. My boyfriend got the Bella Bella Benny. He was super impressed and cleared his plate. I ordered the Monte Cristo Brioche Toast, and, let me tell you, this thing is perfection. I started with the arugula salad on the side that was dressed in a dijon citronette and topped with strawberries and candied pecans. I would never think I was a salad-at-breakfast kind of girl, but it was delicious. But the pinnacle of the meal with the Monte Cristo itself. The toast was so delicious and fluffy and was topped with cheese, shaved ham, and an over-medium egg. The meal is rounded out with the raspberry pepper jam. The combination of sweet and savory was out of this world. I honestly contemplated coming here again on our trip, and I wish I would have!
