We went here after the Navy Pier Ferris Wheel ride. The place looks decent and has about 20 different types of shaved ice, bobas, macaroons, mochi ice cream, etc. I got the Tiramisu shave ice. It was good and came with a marshmallow and chocolate topping with a chocolate syrup drizzle. Decent item.

Being located in the Food Court at the Navy Pier is probably the only reason this place is still in business. While the Menu is filled with awesome options, the quality of the ingredients is subpar, the prices are exorbitant for such quality, the manager/owner? is straight up rude and unfriendly to customers/staff and they don't have much for dairy free alternatives. I ordered the Macaron Superman Ice Cream Sandwich which my daughter of course loved but I won't be back.

Amazing frozen creations that were FUN, too! Everything we ordered was great. This a real review and I walked up and told the manager they deserve a good one. The mango shave ice was one of the best treats EVER. My kid had superman ice cream in a macaroon and I was surprised at the quality of the macaroon and ice cream. I recommend everyone try the liquid nitrogen cereal. It's just fruity cereal, but we had a good time puffing fog at each other from the nitrogen and kids will love it. I have seen people's comments on the bubble tea, and I do suggest a solution of just separating the tea between authentic and "fun" flavorful type using powder ingredients. Regardless, they absolutely deserve full stars because all of our treats were delicious, unique, and fun. That is a rarity, so this place will be added to our Chicago visit traditions.

Wouldn't recommend the Dragons Breadth Cereal. It doesn't taste that good and the liquid nitrogen breadth doesn't last very long, you need to eat it within a minute.

Was very disappointed to see the person assembling our ice cream sandwiches without gloves on, touching the macaroon cookies with bare hands. When I asked about it, not sure what I was expecting, maybe admittance of a mistake or something, but they straight up lied. They said they had gloves on. The person who seemed in charge backed them up saying he just threw the gloves away, when it was not true, the three of us watched the person preparing the ice cream sandwiches without gloves on. Then they proceded to say that gloves are not necessary for handling ice cream, only for cookies, a made up concept (I have a food handlers cert). Boxes of gloves were above the work table, so I'm not sure why they weren't used. I did not like this one bit, felt very uncomfortable, and decided not to accept the sandwiches and asked for a refund. I've been here before and loved the ice cream, that's why I was here again, but this kind of unhinged behavior made me return my order and never want to come back.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. We visited Navy Pier and my son purchased the dragon breath liquid nitrogen. Basically a cup of cereal balls that smokes. I’m guessing the cost is due to the nitrogen used. The cup smoked less than 1 minute. After I went and spoke with the associate, he hunched his shoulders and said customers are supposed to eat it fast. $8.00 for a handful of cereal bars is a ripoff.

Good place to get bobba tea. Taro bubble tea cost $ 7.25 . 99 cent extra for bobba .there is a convenience fee of 3.5% plus tax which is 11.25%.

Ever since the one in Evanston closed, I was SO sad I couldn't go get shaved snow anymore! It's really nice to be able to get some here. I'm sad they don't have condensed milk anymore, because apparently everyone was too weird about it, which is ridiculous! I don't hold it against the shop. Wish people would be more adventurous with their dessert. The taro flavor still tasted great just like the old shop in Evanston. Mochi was delicious as usual!
