Sobremesa

Every dish we had at Sobremesa was incredibly delicious! Our bartender Sydney was knowledgeable and provided excellent service even during a very busy rush. We were also able to try multiple unique wines. It is a perfect spot for a date night or even just getting together with friends. Highly recommend, and we will certainly be back!

The food is good and I’m very supportive of locally owned businesses. However, their glass of wine (which should be 5 oz) was only 3. 4 if I’m exaggerating. We actually asked if we had been served half-glasses which is a menu option. The steak was very good but consisted of 4 small beef medallions. It was not a steak. The lobster roll looked more like a tapas. Our impression was they’re caught having to implement shrinkflation tactics to keep prices reasonable.

Wonderful experience with Bar Server Alexia and Jayson ! The wine selection was A+++, not to mention the help with sampling and pairing wines with the bites I chose. New ambiance is fantastic. Loved the Plant life... felt vibrant. The food was great as well as the presentation. Will be back FOR SURE!

It had been a while since I last visited SobraMesa, but I went back last night and wow—what a transformation! The space has been completely renovated and it’s absolutely gorgeous. You can feel the attention to detail the moment you walk in. Every dish we tried was clearly made with care, love, and passion—the kind of cooking that makes you slow down and really savor the flavors. On top of that, I discovered what might be the best champagne I’ve ever had… I loved it so much I ended up buying a couple of bottles to take home! 🍾 I can’t wait to come back soon with my friends and experience it all over again. If you haven’t been to SobraMesa lately, you need to see (and taste) the changes for yourself—you’ll be glad you did!

We kind of stumbled upon this place when I was visiting Savannah for work. Small, cute and quaint little place with a solid wine list. There is limited seating at the bar and dining room, but the owner was very accommodating and allowed us to sit at a table that was set for 6. Another gentleman came over shortly to greet us and tell us about their 1/2 off bottle special which we were ecstatic about! We ended up with the Oddero Nebbiolo which was excellent. All the food we shared was also great. The oysters were delicious and fresh, the pork belly sandwich was full of flavor and textures. Although it’s a small menu, the chef knows what he’s doing with the dishes he creates. We had a great time and loved the atmosphere and experience. Will be a go to spot for me when I’m in town again!

We came across this restaurant last night in Savannah, GA. What a find! The food and atmosphere is unmatched. We highly recommend Sobremesa for your next new restaurant outing. Malik and AJ were great stewards of Sobremesa. Malik is a top level bartender and made our time at the bar very enjoyable. We had Old Fashions and three different appetizers. All were delicious. Go here for a great experience!

I cannot get over the experience my husband and I had here!! The food, service, and vibe was top notch and truly blew us away. We’re visiting from NC but would LOVE to come back one day.

I frequent this place with my friends and have always had a good experience. Sidney & Megan are always such a good time! Exceptional service, smiling faces, and exquisite knowledge of spirits & wine. Sidney did an amazing job with her clarified cocktail “Cereal Milk Punch”. She’s also creative with Campari! Ryan was amazing as well! I will miss him! Sweet potato gnocchi is chef’s kiss!

Delicious food, delicious wine and cocktails, and amazing service! Charcuterie board and gnocchi were so great. Enjoyed every bite!

Cute little wine bar in a neighborhood not too far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Savannah! The guys behind the bar were so nice and could recommend some good wines depending on what you like. Has a small room for small gatherings in the back. Cute local spot to meet your girlfriends or have a date night!

Was searching for cocktail lounges/wine bars on Yelp and came across Sobremesa. Since it got great reviews, I thought I'd try it out with a friend. Did not disappoint. Very cool decor, nice selection of wines and small plates as well as custom charcuterie. Friendly and attentive service. I'll be back!

We've been here twice -- once at night and once during happy hour. Both were good experiences! We've had: - Tempranillo (average) - Pinot noir (good) - Merlot (good) - Alvarinho (great) - New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc (great) - Barbera (great) - Corvina (good) - Sangiovese (good) - Rhone Blend (good) - Zinfandel (great) - Charcuterie board with Cypress Grove goat Gouda (good), truffle cheddar (good), Dodge City salami (good), and bread/crackers/pickled vegetables (great)

Very beautiful ambiance, good wine and decent service. Food was a major disappointment- cheese board - literally below average - 3 super thin slices of cheese, blue cheese and 3 rd cheese also was microscopic piece , not enough condiments to compliment those cheeses, then we got served canned fish / sardines. I mean none of the photos on the internet correspond of what they had on the menu. Crudo was lacking flavor. Very disappointing to visit such a beautiful wine bar that has nothing good on food menu.

Nice wines cool food...and good service, I enjoyed all the wines, specially the African one.

Have been wanting to try this place out for a while and glad I finally did. It wasn't busy as it was a Wednesday night, so you think the service would be great. Not so much. My friend got there first and had to wait a bit before one of the two staff members came up to him to seat him. Then I got there and the service seemed to start off really well, but then completely dropped off. Not sure what happened. However, the atmosphere is very nice! Very modern and cozy and chill. The staff was knowledgeable about the wine and helped us try a couple new variations we hadn't tried before. The options for the snacks and charcuterie board were very nice! You get to mix and match items to custom make your board; VERY PLEASED with that! I will note, though, that we ordered everything and a couple items didn't come out with the board initially, so we had to ask them for those items. They made up for the mistake and gave us a little extra pickled veggies, cheese, and bread as well. Will go back, but will hope of a bit better service next time. Still giving 4 stars

Lovely decor and even though it's a smaller place, they have maximized the space to allow for more seating than I expected. Excellent service and a variety of drinks for every price point. I went with a group for a girls night out and we all had a great time, everyone in the group said they'd be going back!

We finally were able to visit this charming place and loved every sip and bite! The atmosphere was wonderful. The wine list was excellent and offered an assortment of boutique wines. Cocktails were also offered, although we opted for wine. We decided to try their bacon wrapped dates and their buratta. The service was outstanding, and we look forward to going back again!

Love this places concept. Wine & dessert. They offer 3 oz pours which is nice if you want to try several different wines. It's beautiful inside. The decor is plush but cozy. The wait staff was friendly & knowledgeable with wine recommendations.

The ambiance in Sobremesa is perfection! We love going to this wine bar for date night and happy hour! It's also the perfect spot for a girl's night out. They have a great selection of whites and reds along with charcuterie board selections. You can also rent out the space for events!

Great atmosphere for chatting and gatherings. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pics.

Love this place! It's cushy, it's friendly, and the wines are excellent. I'm so glad it's near our neighborhood. We've made so many new friends here and have had sweet times with old friends too.

This is one of the best kept secrets in Savannah. Huge variety of delicious wines. Insanely cool decor. Friendly and fun wait staff. Life changing snacks (marinated olives and salmon crostini are a must). And the dessert (raspberry limoncello cake). You. Must. Go.

Awesome Wine bar with super extensive list and many new favorites. I've been coming for weeks on Tuesday at 4PM TO 11PM the hours are posted wrong on maps. Love the atmosphere and the staff are incredible. Please do yourself a pleasurable experience and visit, you'll love it as well.

This place is amazing. The charcuterie board was amazing and the wine list was so well crafted. Loved everything I tried here and the atmosphere felt so welcoming. Loved everything about this place. You have to come here if you're in Savannah.
