That vibrancy carries over to the many dishes with exciting, sweet, spicy, tart, and umami flavors. The egg rolls paired with tangy fish sauce are incredibly light, the seared duck salad has a nice fragrant ginger dressing, and the shaking beef’s buttery filet mignon and rice is cooked with bone marrow. Sochi's sleek and airy space works well for a catch-up dinner or date night, but we also like stopping by for a bowl of phở before a show at Schuba’s across the street." - john ringor
