Sofitel Brussels Europe

Located near the European institutions on a lovely quiet square with nice restaurants. Rooms are modern but during the sommer months you need to ask for a blanket. The duvet is definitely too warm (air conditioning is not powerful enough).

We had a very nice stay in Brussels. There was early check-in, welcome drinks, and a bar of chocolate as a welcome treat. A bottle of wine or fruit would have been even more pleasing. ;-).||Double upgrade from Classic to Luxury Room. (All-Diamond Member). Excellent. Rooms with high-quality furnishings. Very comfortable beds, bottled water & new capsules for the Nespresso machine, as well as tea, were provided daily.|Room service and turndown service were very friendly and thorough. Chocolate was provided daily.||Excellent service and food in the restaurant with excellent wines. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Very friendly service here too. The selection was very good. My dad, my partner ADRIAN MAK (we came from Sydney, Australia) was super glad I decided to choose this property & greeted by your twam which is my partner’s friend also, Harve Deniau, He is also a friend of my friend Greg Brady (ex GM Sofitel Sydney Darling Harrbour).||Anyway, I qm amazed by the stylish lobby and beautiful hotel bar.||Location is good. The hotel and the city center are easily accessible by public transport. Gym with confidence supported by your luxury amenities & we were completely satisfied. Please upgrade your gym stuff and gym equipment, we really need that :). Thanks Sofitel

My partner and I stayed in Sofitel Brussels for the weekend. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was friendly. We first had a room overlooking a square, which was a bit noisy in the evening, but our request to transfer to a room in the back of the hotel was managed very well. This room was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the rooftop bar was nice as well. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, with a good public transport connection.

Great stay with a large room with nice view on the square. Everything you need there, excellent shower. Nespresso in room. Good breakfast with tasty food. Good lobby bar. Simple and fast check in / out. Good location easy to reach all. Conference is excellent as well.

Hotel is in a nice and in a quiet area. Lots of cafes and restaurants around (especially an excellent ramen place just across the street). Great gym and good breakfast.

The overall stay was pleasant. What could be better is the comparably quite expensive breakfast service. Also some technical appliances need to be updated such as the access card system that either needs physical insertion for doors and elevators or requires calling reception e.g. to exit the parking garage.

It was a great stay & good service in this hotel. Clean & comfortable. A/C just little bit warm but it’s not big problem because the weather is nice. I hope all who’s stay in this hotel good stay either with family or with friends. The location also good.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were treated like VIPs. Martina welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service. She gave us all the necessary information, ensuring a smooth check-in experience.||I had arranged a special proposal for my girlfriend since it was Valentine’s Day, and the hotel went above and beyond. The room was beautifully decorated with roses, creating the perfect romantic atmosphere. As a thoughtful gesture, we even received delicious Neuhaus chocolate as a thank-you for choosing the hotel.||Martina truly stood out as a top manager, making sure we had everything we needed and letting us know we could reach out to her at any time. Her dedication and hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and personal experience!

Very nice and luxurious hotel. Rooms are good sized, bathroom also very nice and large, 3-ply toilet paper!! The included breakfast is better than most hotels. Good location, lots of good restaurants right outside. Overall very happy with my week long stay here, would stay again!

Excellent location, especially for business/EU/government functions. Very convenient. Tons of stuff is walking distance. Common areas are tastefully decorated. Service is friendly and competent. Rooms are good sized and well furnished. Bath/shower combo. Clean and excellent isolation for good night sleep. Few negatives, so it is really 4.5 stars: -too expensive for the value provided; -shower stall is extremely small, so it is not comfortable and relaxing to take a shower; -front desk is understaffed, so it takes too long to check in/out, even for Platinum Members. All is all, quite pleasant stay.

From the moment we arrived to Hôtel Sofitel, At the front desk we met mr Remi. I told Remi we have a different hotel 2 miles away and not happy with it. the rooms were old and smelly. I asked Mr. Remi we just wanted check out the hotel to compare. After quick walk told Mr Remi I am not leaving book the hotel room. The Hotel was very clean and inviting. It is next to park that you can walk to and sit by the water and admire different birds and swans. Outside the hotel is big courtyard with lots of bars and restaurants to hang. Because of mr Remi's attitude and willingness to help made my visit to Brussels very good experience, thank you Mr. Remi.

Great hotel located just few miles from the city center. Highlights: Location is 15 min car ride from the airport and 5 mins to the city center, Very clean and well kept rooms and hotel, Great breakfast, Very friendly, Free WiFi, Helpful and polite staff and Several pubs and restaurants right outside the hotel. Can improve: The concierge was not very helpful when we were trying to find a dinner spot and Charging for local calls when we are paying a decent amount of the rooms is a little petty. Benchmark: They are one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in and compared to other hotels I would pick them since they were away from the city center. Stayed in Jan 2016 and will return if we visit Brussels again.

Stayed here for Tomorrowland and got the worst concierge service ever. Told us to take the bus cause all taxis were going to Tomorrowland, we found a taxi walking thank god. Who tells a person they won't call them a taxi in the rain??!? No help, no clue why Tomorrowland has this as a high rated hotel. Room view was horrible. Nothing good around the hotel.

Stayed here as part of Tomorrowland hotel package. Nice reception and staff were accommodating on our arrival. Room was nice double bed, desk area, comfy lounge chair. Bathroom had rain shower and wall mounted unit also. Large cosmetic mirror area in bathroom. Wardrobes with safe. Nespresso machine. Needed to ask for tea facilities but got it straight away. Slippers provided. Need to ask for robes. Safe in room. Breakfast was ok but very expensive €24 each. If not included go out for breakfast. Cocktails nice. Late check out very expensive €75 for extra hour. My opinion after staying in a number of high star hotels this is average.

Hotel was OK (good sized rooms, moderately comfortable bed, modern amenities and nice breakfast/restaurant and bar options) in a central location. The service, especially the Concierge is great. However, the WiFi is awful - slow to nonexistent, even the "premium" one that they charge $25 for. Completely unacceptable if you need to do anything that requires a strong internet connection, whether business related like download/upload files or even trying to watch a short video.

Hotel was fine. Good location. Clean. Good sized room. Bed was uncomfortable. WiFi was extremely slow. Very bad for a business hotel.
