We recently visited a Michelin Elegant and Fine Dining restaurant in Busan to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We had made a reservation a month in advance since we were a party of seven, and we were really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, due to heavy traffic, we arrived about 20 minutes late and couldn’t return to the hotel to change into more suitable attire. We immediately apologized for our delay, and the staff was understanding.
Overall, the service was good, the food was fantastic, and the chef was very friendly, explaining each dish in detail. However, one minor downside was that the staff asked us to keep our voices down, even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded that evening. There were only two tables occupied: our group of seven and another couple seated at a distance. While we understood the restaurant’s fine dining atmosphere, it did dampen the celebratory mood a little.
For those planning to visit, I would recommend dressing more elegantly and suggest keeping your group small—no more than four people—to avoid being too loud. Also, be mindful of the corkage fee if you plan to bring your own wine, as it’s on the pricier side. That said, you'll surely enjoy a delightful Michelin dining experience here.
