Soho House

First things first, the ambiance was simply amazing. The place had a stylish and cozy vibe that immediately made me feel at home. The decor was on point, and you could tell they put a lot of effort into creating a trendy and chic atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which was a great start. However, I couldn't help but notice some problems in the service. It seemed like they were understaffed, as it took quite a while to get some basic requests fulfilled. Patience was key, but it did affect my overall experience.

I just think the place is very average, not particularly well located, small and I dislike the fact that the pool closes at 18.30h . Why would you do such a thing in Tel Aviv on the middle of summer. Besides this the pool is very small. Good advice for restaurants from Daniel.

Food and drinks were great, the service on the other hand was not.. not at the reception nor the restaurant. Our waiter was sluggish, never smiled and spoke really quietly. We took some time to order and understand what we want which was annoying I admit, but still the service wasn’t what I would except from such an exclusive member club.

‏Yesterday (7th may)we came to the Soho House at Tel Aviv, we sat outside, The restaurant was very busy, there was no available tables, and still(!!) the crew made incredible efforts to take care of us in a matter of minutes. ‏The service was great, kind and super smiley. ‏Yael, and here crew, was charming and helped with joy to every request. ‏I am a restaurant owner myself. therefore I know how hard yesterday’s service was. and they succeeded it big time. ‏We really enjoyed our visit. ‏See you soon.

Had an enjoyable stay at Soho House Jaffa, located within a turreted 19thC former convent. Staff were friendly & helpful throughout the hotel & service efficient in the various club/dining spaces. I particularly liked the leafy garden courtyard & groovy pool area. Cocktails were gorgeous but food unmemorable, not nearly as good as the majority of other Soho Houses I've visited (with the exception of a delicious tiramisu). Unfortunately I didn't think much to my room, a Tiny. The size was as expected & not an issue, but it was just dreary, with little natural light. Most of the usual SH features such as ultra comfy bed & lush duvet, fab bath products & good supply of drinks & cookies were there, but sadly no fresh milk for the tea. The room didn't have a TV (unless it was very well hidden) & I missed being able to catch the news & a late night movie. No proper vanity area either. A good stay but way down my list of SH experiences.

Had a relaxing few days at this Soho House. The space is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly warm and kind. I want to specifically thank Mia and Douglas for taking care of everything, and being such lovely people in the process.

Member access only. Hip and trendy place. I went with my cousin who is a member. I was visiting from the US and he invited me to spend some time with him there. Was a great evening. I got there around 9’ish and it wasn’t too crowded but by 11pm it was packed. Good ambiance. Good drinks. I was just a guest so I don’t know all the services they offer. But the building itself was incredible. Well done. I’d love to go back. They have spots like this all over the world. PS: no phones allowed there… the bartender busted me!

An embarrassing excuse for a SoHo House. To start with don’t forget your mask, not because of a mandate, but because the smell of their garbage is unbearable. There is no gym and no reasonable work room. The one space that resembles a work space is a small room with no windows and one large table to share. The staff are sometimes good and sometimes arrogant, it really depends on your luck that day. The food is fine, honestly you can find better food in the area. The dinners were better than lunch. I wouldn’t bother eating lunch there again. The pool was most often overcrowded and loud. I’ve never seen a pool with so many people sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with their feet in the water. So many people that I had to ask someone to move over so that I could get into the pool, which I very quickly left as it was just so uncomfortable with so many loud, obnoxious people.
