I am so glad I came here today. It brightened my whole mood. I walked in and met this beautiful lady which happened to be the owner of this amazing spot. I highly recommend the beef soup dumplings. It was my first time trying them and it was amazing. I also got the new general tso chicken and it was so amazing the perfect amount of spice, the perfect amount of sweetness, the beef soup dumplings were thick and delicious and full of soup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please visit and please bring your friends. It is such a beautiful energy in here. Thank you so much for having me.

If you want the nostalgic taste of Chinatown cuisine this is the place. Their soup dumplings are amazing (I’d could just have the broth by itself and be a happy camper). Most of my food didn’t make it long enough to get photographed - highly recommend their new general chicken (perfect blend of tangy saucy sweet on chicken).

I dined in today at this new neighborhood Chinese restaurant and was pleasantly surprised! Everything I tried today was fresh, well-seasoned with good portions, there was plenty of seating. It was clean with cute, simple decor. I got the Dan Dan Noodles with Minced Beef, which were nutty and subtly spicy. The noodles had a pleasant mouthfeel and bite. My order came with a complimentary cold Jasmine tea, which was refreshing and delicate. I also got their soup dumplings (they have 4-5 different kinds) and they were hot and delicious! So glad I don’t have to go to China Town all the time for this kind of dumpling . :) Those came with some seasoned cabbage on the side. The service is attentive and very sweet! I felt comfortable. I’ll definitely be back!! It’s so nice having a spot like this in the neighborhood.

If you’re looking for authentic Chinese cuisine in Brooklyn, Sol Delish is the place to be! From start to finish, this dining experience was nothing short of amazing. The service was outstanding—every staff member was so friendly and genuinely passionate about the food. They went above and beyond, sharing insights about the dishes’ cultural significance and even the chef’s fascinating history. It added a unique, personal touch to our evening. Now, onto the food—wow. We tried so many dishes, but the standout for me was definitely the crispy shrimp and cucumbers. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, it’s a must-try! To my surprise, even the bubble tea impressed me. I’m not usually a fan, but theirs was incredibly flavorful and refreshing, the perfect end to a great meal with friends. I can’t wait to visit Sol Delish again. Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a memorable night out, this spot is worth every bite. Highly recommend!

Google
Finding this place made my whole week. It’s really hard to have authentic Chinese food in bedstuy especially soup dumplings because they don’t travel well. But they have the works. Everything is super delicious, we ordered the wagyu dumplings (CHEESE) , marinated cucumbers, crab and corn soup, black truffle soup dumplings, and my all time favorite - home cooked type comfort dish - tomato egg but with beef. Even the rice is fluffy. I ordered takeout so I have enough for leftovers. The staff is incredibly sweet too and made you feel like home. The inside has nice assortment of books, table top games like chess and air hockey. I would come back and eat here again.

Such a great spot! The food was amazing, and the staff made the experience even better. I loved the crunchy cucumber and edamame as starters—they were so fresh. The crispy beef was perfectly cooked, and both the shrimp and beef dumplings were so flavorful. The tomato crumbled eggs with beef were just perfect—comfort food at its best! The staff was super friendly, and the owner, Lucy, was so sweet. She came by to check on us and even helped explain the different dishes. It’s such a welcoming place, and I can’t wait to go back!

Google
Stopped by this new restaurant for dinner and everything we got was delicious. The staff is very excited to recommend dishes and share their knowledge of the menu. We tried the beef soup dumplings, Dan Dan noodles, scallion noodles, chicken spring rolls, and chicken dumplings. The soup dumplings are perfect for this winter weather. The broth flavor is rich and gingery. I can’t wait to come back and keep exploring the menu.

Google
Wow! Some friends introduced me to this place and I am blown away by how authentic it is! The place is so unassuming, it’s a relatively small space with a funny wallpaper and spa music, but the food is SO GOOD. The flavors are just right. Price is excellent. Fast and friendly service and the lady who works there really cares about the business. Our group of 4 ordered a lot of food and she gave us 2 free dishes and some amazing Jasmine tea. The chef who opened this place is apparently a famous chef in Shanghai who was previously a lead chef at a famous restaurant. I’ll definitely be back!

Yelp
Very simple flavors. I liked the scallion oil noodle - not a ton of beef. The spicy chicken wontons were ok - I wouldn't get them again. Very peanutty. I wouldn't get the beef vermicelli soup again - the broth was delicious but there were too many noodles and they absorbed all the broth too quickly. The soup dumplings were great - wish they had more soup in them though. For food alone I'd do 4 starts but since the staff went ABOVE and BEYOND in correcting an Uber Eats mistake that was not at all their fault I've made it 5.

Yelp
New little local place in Bed Stuy! Stopped by for dinner because friend recommended it. The restaurant was a little dingy and little funky smelll, however since the moment we walked in they have been nothing but welcome. The server wasnt chinese but you can tell he was doing his best and super sweet. They gave us free jasmine tea and some fermented cabbage. We got the Dan dan noodle, beef dumpings and potato salad. The Dan dan noodles are super delicious! They serve the pork dumpling with little tongs and vinagar on the side like the normal soup dumpling restaurants do as well. The chili oil in the potato salad is exactly what I was craving as well and even better the next day. After the visit we did take out a few times as well. They have a happy hour and buy one get one special that changes and is a good rotation to have for dinner. Good authentic local chinese mom and pop shop for the area! Not your typical american chinese food, its proper chinese food.

Yelp
Wow. Food is so good. Think it just opened. Tried the spicy dumpling and scallion noodles and both amazing. I meant to take it home and eat and tried it there and ate the whole dang thing. Can't wait to try the other items. Very unassuming place that has a menu that looks similar to other places but this place really stands out, especially in the middle of Bedstuy and Fulton! There were people there eating, so it seems to be catching on quick. This place will be very busy I think. Really nice cashier/server guy. Was not expecting such great customer service. Well done team!

Yelp
I have to admit that after walking past Sol Delish several times since its recent opening, it took an "influencer" video to get me inside. I wanted exactly what she had-crispy jumbo shrimps and an order of garlic noodles. I ordered both but I was a little weary when I was alerted that the fried shrimp were tossed in a sweet sauce with walnuts. I'm not a fan of sweet flavored meats or walnuts. Don't know how I missed that part of the video. Caesar, the cashier and counter person, was very patient with me about making adjustments. He also suggested other menu items and finally asked the chef if my shrimps could be prepared savory vs. sweet. Caesar actually bought my order out so that I could see and inhale the beautiful aroma and give it my okay. Everything was good. There were peanuts in my saucy/crispy shrimps which I am not fond of but it didn't ruin the dish. They were really good. I asked for minced beef on my noodles and they were tasty. I could've had more of the pickled cabbage garnish. It was such a delightful surprise to my taste buds. There was very calming music playing while I waited for my to-go order. The staff treated me so well. I'll be back at Sol Delish to try other dishes...soon!

Yelp
Sichuan at it's best. Love the heat without the bee sting burn then these dishes here are for you. If milder flavors are more your thing still come because those dishes are equally flavorful. The classic Chinese dishes us urbanites are used to but elevated. The service here is mostly provided by the Lucy the owner who makes her way to each table having conversations with her patrons. She's very sweet and asks you about your preferences before suggesting her best picks for you. I told her I Iove spicy foods and she told me get the Hellfire Beef Noodles, a pepper laden broth with deep stock flavor and a more than hearty amount of noodle and tender beef. She spent some time chatting with my son, urged his to try some steamed dumplings that were her favorite and he loved them in addition to the spicy fried chicken he had initially ordered. She then took him to the game table and played with him a bit while my hubby and I finished up our meal. I saw her buzzing from table to table, connecting with her her community. The shop has only been open a little over 2 months but she's definitely made a lot of friends and the neighborhood loves her and her food. She even puts books on the tables in case you want to read and sit for a bit. We had the Dan Dan Noodles with Beef, Wagu & Cheese Dumplings, Sweet and Sour Chicken . She gave us a bowl of pickled cabbage that I guess was supposed to accompany one of thr dishes or perhaps was an appetizer but any it was so good I ate the entire bowl by itself. Free Jasmine tea & fruit teas come with the dumplings. A/C subway on the corner- Nostrand stop.

Yelp
The service here is incredible. Can't say the same this for the food. It's mediocre at best. I had the Kung pao chicken. The sauce is full of oil that tastes like it came from the deep fryer. The chicken piece that were in it had a weird texture unlike chicken the general tso was quite the same. Weird chicken texture and deep fryer oil. I also had the scallion oil noodles with chicken. That's exactly what is was. Seemed like oodles of noodles with slight scallion oil. The chicken in there was non existent. Also no rice was not provided. I don't know if they forgot, or they forgot to put it in the bag. However, the wagyu beef dumplings were very good. Not quite like wagyu beef. But it was still tasty. I would give them another try

Yelp
First time trying this new Chinese spot in Bed Stuy specializing in soup dumplings! Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes, considering it's the only restaurant of its kind in the area. The space is small, with only about 4-5 tables in total. It occupies the space of a former Dunkin Donuts, which moved a few doors down the block. I was very impressed with the decor, with several different murals on the walls. I appreciated the presence of an air hockey table, as well as a handwashing station near the register. The space is clean, with the kitchen towards the back and a counter towards the front. The restaurant offers table service, and my server was extremely professional and went above and beyond considering the small, causal operation. I didn't catch his name, but he was great at explaining the menu (asking if I'm familiar with Chinese cuisine) and alerting me to potential allergens in the dishes I ordered (peanuts, soy, etc.). I ordered the pork soup dumplings from the supplemental menu, as well as the Dan Dan Noodles with Veggies from the regular menu. Both dishes were very good! The soup dumplings were extremely fresh, and had a good amount of soup broth. While the broth wasn't the most flavorful compared to what I've had in other places in NYC, I still really enjoyed the dish. The Dan Dan noodles were very flavorful, and generously portioned with lots of veggies. I enjoyed the spiciness of the dish as well as the crunch from the peanuts. Pricing is reasonable as well. Most of the soup dumpling options start around $10 for 6 dumplings. In total, I paid $30 for my two dishes after tax and tip, and received a free cup of chilled jasmine tea with my soup dumpling order. One thing to note about dining indoors: there didn't appear to be a restroom available for customers. All in all, I'll definitely return when I'm in the area again! Great food and service, with a convenient location right next to the Nostrand Avenue A/C station and B44 bus on Fulton Street.

Yelp
Best Dumpling Place in Brooklyn! Hands down. Great service the people are great. Everything is made authentic & fresh on the spot. The vibe is 10/10 immaculate with a few table games to play while you wait. I literally come here at least once a week on God Bro.

Yelp
The food is absolutely delicious. The soup dumplings were perfectly cooked with a soft wrapper and flavorful broth inside. Plus what makes this spot even better is they even have air hockey table in the dining area. Definitely would come to this spot again

Yelp
The neighborhood desperately needed a place like this! We tried 2 kinds of soup dumplings (chicken/shrimp & braised beef) and both hit the spot. We also got the dan dan noodles with beef and the sesame noodles with chicken which were my favorite. Bubble tea was spot on too. Definitely scratches that authentic chinese food itch, Ill be coming back often!
