Haven't tried my food yet but was very satisfied with the service. Heard my order incorrect but they fixed it without any hassle and gave me free fries :) Tried the queso smash burger because i saw the ad and it reminds me of the original spicy baconator from wendys.. i was addicted to that something about it felt like drugs. Miss the original recipe their new one didnt hit the mark for me This was quite an enjoyable sandwich tho 7/10. (Might it be better with crunchy fried onion and bacon?) Thanks for the meal!

Went here for a later night shake and pop. They were open til past 10:00, and the inside dining area was open. We ordered and got our drinks pretty quickly. They have Halal options if you need that.

I come here often to pick up orders for DoorDash/Uber and I haven’t come across a friendly employee yet. They all behave as if you're inconveniencing them by coming in the restaurant. You don't get greeted, you ring the bell for service a million times while the workers in the back take turns peeking at you through window and you can hear them going back and forth about who's going to service the front counter or having personal conversations or trash talking about the customer's in drive-thru. The two young ladies that was closest to the door both looked at me and one walked off while the other turned back around and said something to the taller guy that was rude as hell. Instead of giving me the order in my hand, he sat it at the other end of the counter and threw the straw on the counter. (12/28/2024 11:40p.m.) I try my best to avoid this place due to the lack of customer service and the nonchalant attitudes. I can tell that management must behave the same as them and really don't require much to have this many workers with bad attitudes. IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB.....PLZ QUIT!

Kinda expensive. The whole drive-thru process seemed rushed. The hot dog was hard/burned & rubbery. No condiments were offered or given. My daughter & I liked our Nerds drink & Oreo blast but the food was not so great. 2 stars for us.

This fast food establishment cost cuts like crazy when it comes to the quality of their food. I have never had fresh tater tots from this Sonic, they're always at least a day old, and instead of throwing them away, they'll reuse them for future days. Also do not get the foot long hot dog, all they do is just put two regular hot dogs in a foot long bun which is not the same taste or quality, yet they charge the same price.

Listen, say what you want about Gen Z, but those kids are in there doing the d*** thing. Every time I have a problem that only ice cream can salve, I head straight here. Those kids are so sweet, friendly, and EFFICIENT. They have such a vibe in there, and those kids be in there whipping that ice cream up to sweet perfection. Don't believe the absolute hogwash about "kids not wanting to work". This Sonic "blasts" (see what I did there 🙂‍↔️🫡🫠) any other ice cream shop out the water, hands down.

Sonic is a fantastic spot for halal food enthusiasts! The fact that all of their beef is halal is a major plus. The flavors were outstanding, and the staff was very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience here, and it's definitely a go-to place for delicious halal beef dishes. Plus, it's perfectly located close to Windsor, Ontario, making it an ideal choice for Canadian food lovers as well!

I was so hungry before we ordered, that I'd have likely eaten the napkins and other assorted trash that comes with fast food orders. The trouble started with we agreed to pay an additional $3.99 to get it rushed. The food was good as expected. The driver dropped our drinks in the parking lot of the hotel, and only offered to run to a convenience store for bottled drinks to replace them. The whole point of our Sonic order was the drinks. So that soured it. Also... how on earth is food for two cost $60?? Won't be in a hurry to try that again!

I passed Sonic as I was driving and was actually so excited because I used to love eating Sonic. This is Covid times so the pull up window was closed and only the drive thru was open. The line wasn't too long, thankfully. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and fries with cheese. I think the cheeseburger is a little pricey for being fast food, but that's just me personally. The burger wasn't bad, it was pretty big but pretty bland. The fries were surprisingly good. The cheese on the fries wasn't a cheese sauce it was almost like melted American cheese on top, but that's what I love so I was eating up all the fries! Overall, I never expect much from fast food. As long as the order is correct, warm, and decent I'm happy with it.

Sonic for the corona virus win baby !!!!!!! I don't even know what day we are in but I wanted a small bit of normalcy to my life. Enter in sonic. This place just makes me happy. This was brought to me via door dash so I didn't get to experience the staff. This was packaged super well. Normally ice cream doesn't travel well. Not sonic. This was heavenly. Started to melt slightly but not enough to ruin the experience. If you do nothing else this weekend, get ocean water delivered. My absolute Fav. I get the route 44 and since we are locked down hit it with a shot or two (or three) of Malibu rum.... oooooooh emmm geee. Ahhhhhh sonic (insert happy dance )

Why is this Sonic always in disarray? First, the prices are a dollar higher than the other area sonics. There is an issue every single time. However this time, you can order thru the app, but to pick up you must go inside. Hence the handwritten sign on the window. You cannot place an order at the stall. You must go thru the 27 car long drive thru. Today they are out of Corn Dogs. They camt refund my money. I cant cancel the order. I can only call customer support. I had to make my own suggestion to the manager that they could swap something of equal price for my 4 corn dogs. I know its a franchise issue..but they should take more pride.

Got overcharged a few weeks ago. Reached out to sonic customer support and was promised someone would reach out and they never did. Wasn't offered a refund or resolution. Almost $30 for 3 milkshakes. Two of which being small and nothing added. I've never been charged individually for each item. Ridiculous.

I've been here a couple times and this location is always disappointing. This will be my last visit. Drive thru speaker: can I take your order? Me: I'd like a number x with fries and a coke. Speaker: hold on a minute. Me, sitting at the speaker wondering why he asked to take my order when he wasn't ready to take my order. Girl at the window was snotty. Wouldn't give me a drink carrier. Fries were cold and old. Tots were hot but no one has changed the grease in a long time. Burgers were slop jobs. Garbage food. Avoid.

#1 combo the burger was served cold the bun was dry and hard in the middle. The fries were warm to cold not hot at all. I believe that my food no i know l my food was sitting. No one wants a cold burger and warm to cold fries. Your people need to be retrained. If your not going to serve hot food all the time you need to close this place IMMFDIATFIY You have lost a customer. This was the second time that I was here. I should have followed my first mind and went to tasty burger.

Great service great people fast moving lines, we originally ordered two number two meals and when we tried eating them they were just not it, after taking my daughter to the restroom I returned and explained how the meals were made great but just not good, they gave us new fresh meals,Stephanie was very understanding and made it clear that thier meat wa Halal and that probably what the misunderstanding was when it came to ordering what we like. I appreciate service like this, this is money well spent will visit again.

Horrible! I decided to go there as a regular customer and order the #1 combo. It was an ok meal since I just popped in on my lunch break. 2 in the morning rolled around, I was in the bathroom puking! Luckily it was just once. Please just close this "Restaurant" and maybe less people will have food poisoning!

the worst experience at sonic or any restaurant that I've ever had. staff was very rude. they messed my order up then got mad when I asked for it to be fixed. when I asked for the manager she was more rude than the original employee. on top of that when I returned home I was missing a cheeseburger and a corn dog.

28 minutes. 28 Gall darn gosh dang freaking minutes LOL. Nothing and I mean nothing in this menu is worth it but especially the quality of what comes off this menu at this location. Some of the food is pretty good for driving grade food. But definitely not here and then to get fries that tasted cold and the best part was what I assume to be a already have sucked peppermint at the bottom of my bag with no rapper. Not like the rapper was missing somewhere in the bag no no no no no rapper LOL this place needs a desperate overhaul from ticket times to food quality yourself the headache and the worst part is once it took that long to get to the menu board they canceled the chocolate espresso Shake was one of the one of the only reasons to go in here Sonic pay attention and please bring it back

I come here often and today I decided to bring my niece for ice cream. First time I came in to order and the worker saw me and went right to the back. As I'm standing in line for a good 5 minutes, I could see the workers looking at me through the window while having a conversation. I left thinking maybe they were busy w the drive-thru but nope, nobody was in line! Horrible service.

This sonic is under a new mangement and boy it is super awesome! They have halal options and hands down the wings were amazing m. I particular liked the buffalo better. The staff was accommodating and kept the restaurant clean. Also, they have some great refreshing shakes. I had the Oreo cheesecake shake and I tasted the bite actually cheesecake . Deep fried pickle that's something unique, which I never had before

Came to this place a few time and every time was an excellent experience both with the staff and the food. Staff is young and very friendly. Had a little issue with my burger and they rushed it out to us within minutes and gave us a free extra burger as a gesture of goodwill. The amount of food you get for the price you pay and the Sonic experience you get is great. Try all of their slushies and milkshakes. Heavy food lovers will love it.

I don't know what was going on tonight, but I waited upwards of 15 minutes at the window for my food. A huge line formed behind me (I was originally the only person waiting). I saw at least 6 people working and yet it took that long? They're lucky I'm a patient person, I don't think some of the other people in the line were as forgiving. Oh, and then the tater tots were stale and cold.

To the rude employee that slammed the window in my face today, you need a lesson in customer service. I ordered a medium fries and complained to her that there wasn't enough French fries in the container, that's all I bought my kid today, fries. I wanted her to eat. I was literally still in the drive through & I pull the fries out the bag to hand it to my child, only to realize the portion was very small for the size container the fries were in. So when she handed my change I just said, "sorry to bother but I ordered a medium fries, take a look at how many French fries are in this container, Is this your actual portion?" This girl didn't even look, straight up said "yup it sure is." And slammed the window in my face, as if she's telling me to just stfu. The fries were also cold but no complaints there really, sonic isn't considered quality food. I will never come here again, trash.

I go at 9:59 to pick up a DoorDash order and the door is locked. I then proceeded to the drive through which was a 10 minute wait, get to the speaker for the lady to tell me that I can't get DoorDash through drive through. I told her the door was locked and she responded with she doesn't know why it was locked and that she would unlock it. I then pulled out of line and back to the front door which was still locked. No apology or anything for their mistakes

I really wish yelp would allow 0 stars. That's exactly what this place deserves!! I decided to try them out when they first opened, yes it was a mess. Orders getting mixed up, ridiculous wait times, untrained staff, etc. Now the past few weeks I gave them a try again (mind you they've been open long enough at this point) STILL THE SAME MESS. Customer service is nonexistent! Drive thru line, both recent times I've been, had a 20 min wait JUST TO ORDER! lol @ fast food! I was just there now and the black girl in the window taking orders is just rude, when I pulled up to pay she did not even say hello or even thank you at the end!! SERIOUS TRAINING NEEDED. Oh and don't think you are getting one standard size for your drinks, one time they give a small cup and claim it to be medium. And there's simply nothing you can do. Anyway you've been warned!

First of all let start with saying this is my second time coming here at first I knew it was going to be a disaster because it's new and who doesn't want to try out the new place right? Well, there are lots of problems with this place twice I have gotten my order wrong it's annoying to ask hey where this I didn't get it and take forever trying to figure out what the item was food comes out totally different than what you expected to be! I got charged twice for the wrong items that I didn't even order the crew here just seems useless and not caring at all they just don't care if you didn't get what you ordered I see them all just sitting down when there's customers to attend like cmon now seriously disappointed won't come here again if you want sonic go too downriver sure it's farther but better service trust me it's worth the drive !

If you value customer service. This is not the place to be. Considering this store just opened less than a month ago and the crews are totally clueless on what's on the menu board. I feel the pain the customers rolling their eyes waiting for there orders. The menu board also situated too high on the wall. I feel bad for the elder lady had to force her neck in extension to look up on the menus. Oh, by the way, while I'm writing this review, a crew come out and he look at the receipt on my order bag. Looking if I got the wrong order. He should ask first before touching my bag with his hands. Again, if you have severe cervical arthritis-- beware you might get muscle strain or worst getting vertigo from looking up to the menus.

Hey sonic, want to stop handing out pre-made food? I literally just got home and my burger was cold and hard. I shouldn't have to microwave my burger just after getting it. I thought it was hella weird that my food was ready at the window when I just gave them my order. This location has ALWAYS been a hit or miss. But this time, as well as the last time, has been a complete miss. Don't get me wrong, the food is pretty great when they get it right, but it's been getting worse lately. It's been months since I've had sonic, and now I remember why I stopped.

I love sonic. That said,this restaurant on Ford Road in Dearborn has terrible service. The drive through has a tremendously long wait and after going inside to speak to the manager she was as rude as the drive-through lady was. I waited and waited at the drive-through requesting that they take my order but was told to hold on a minute well that turned out to be seven minutes. At that point I used my horn and she stopped responding to my request. I left the line and went into speak to the manager who is also very rude. I will never go to this restaurant again. When I am in the mood for sonic I will drive out of my way to go to a different one, that's how bad the service was

Great spot , but drive through is always crowded, sometimes I feel like vehicles are going to hit me while pulling out...corn dogs are great, great place to get food and do across the street to Ford Wyoming movie theaters ...super busy drive through....as for my last comment, surrender to Jesus Christ, repent, book of revelations has arrived, covid 19 is biblical and Jesus has arrived for last days...

Just tried the large Oreo Peanut Butter Shake at Sonic. This is my first time ever at any Sonic. I was disappointed with my shake it didn't have much of a peanut butter taste, and big chunks of Oreo were all at the bottom of the cup not blended throughout the shake. I don't know if I should try again, I got the shake because of the 1/2 off deal after 8 pm.

High traffic area with the drive in movie theater across the street which doesn't help. Good idea in theory but the workers cause such a backup its not even funny.

The only reason for the one star is the location. We placed an order which they brought us someone else's order, when we told her our order number was 19 she proceeded to tell me that the order she had was mine which was order number 24....ok get passed that our order show up or should I say what was supposed to be ours was all wrong we had to send it back 3 times. Finally my family eating I asked how is the food my baby girl say my burger taste like sausage I look low and behold it's a damn sausage Patty....ooh my goodness they have a lot of work to do here. Very poor experience. I only gave one star because the person who took our order was friendly. The fries and taster tots tasted like they had been sitting out for hours without even a heat lamp. The mozza sticks were old and cold. The burgers were barely warm. I really don't understand why the food isn't made to order. This just perpetuates reviews like this. I understand that it's fast food, but if you charge 25 dollars for two meals it should at least be decent. The only reason I didn't complain to the manager is I will never come back to Sonic as I am Canadian. Simply awful food.

When it first came out, this place was absolutely phenomenal. My cousins from overseas loved it last year when they visited the states. They came to visit last week and were dying for this food. I took them out, the person taking the order was not helpful, messed up the order after I repeated myself multiple times, and seemed like they just didn't want to be there. I asked for a double burger And i got a single burger. I also order a halal hotdog, and the was the worst thing I've ever eaten in my life. The hotdog looked as if it fell under the grill for a week then they threw it on the grill. It was all shriveled and dried and crunchy. A HOT DOG SHOULDNT BE CRUNCHY. Absolutely dog shit excuse of food. I didn't even eat the rest of the dog, I threw it all out along with the first bite I took. Unfortunately I ordered the food close to closing time so I couldn't go back and tell them about the food. I brought this situation up to my friends, and they all agreed that this place has fell off and that is it not good at all, especially compared to what it was before. Never gunna spend my money there ever again. TO THE OWNER. GET BACK IN YOUR BUSINESS AND SAVE THAT PLACE.

This is my second time coming here. Not only did I have to wait in the drive thru for 35 minutes, they got my order wrong BOTH TIMES. The annoying ass redhead taking my order was hella rude. On one occasion,When I got to the window, I had to wait another 10 minutes because they didn't even start my order, and my damn milkshake wasn't even blended well. The huge pieces of Oreos at the bottom of the cup would get stuck in the straw and prevent me from enjoying my milkshake. I only gave a stupid ass star for the lady that apologized for my "inconvenience"

Save your money and keep driving. To say the food was bland would be a compliment. My dog wouldn't even eat it. The tater tots were edible; but come on, stop at a store, buy a bag of frozen and cook them in the oven, you will be much happier. Scratch this place of the list of where to eat.
