Sonic Drive-In

I happened to stumble upon this Sonic location on my way to my eye doctor appointment at 48 Graham Avenue. I was very hungry when I ordered so it turned out to be too much food for me but I enjoyed it. I inquired about catering because I like taking treats to the eye doctor and his staff at my six month appointments. I was assisted by Mayla, Fabiola, and the great manager, Osman. The place is clean and the staff is eager to please customers. I shouldn't be eating this stuff, but when I saw cheesecake Oreo and garlic butter bacon... not an everyday thing I'll survive. I recommend the location. It's clean. The staff is happy. They're all working hard and happy, which reflects positively on the management.

The food here? Solid. The service? Depends on who’s working. If you go during the day when the women are running the place, you’ll feel like royalty—super friendly, accommodating, and they’ll actually fix issues when the app inevitably fails (which it does, a lot). But come back in the evening or late at night when the men are working, and it’s a completely different vibe. Polite? Sure. Helpful? Not so much. Want that online deal? “Use the app.” App doesn’t work? “Oh well, nothing we can do.” Funny how the women always manage to do something, yet the men can’t be bothered. It’s frustrating because it’s like dining at two different restaurants depending on the time. Daytime service makes you want to come back; nighttime service makes you want to delete the app and order somewhere else. Three stars for good food and the daytime staff who carry this place on their backs. Management might want to take notes.

I had a pickup for DoorDash. I showed him and he said not ready but i didn’t hear that cz i was on a call. I asked him once again about the order status and right away he started behaving insane saying “don’t you understand any language?” In a rude way. As a reply i told him to be nice and if anyone asks a question multiple times you should answer very nicely. And the rest’s on the video.

I ordered on door dash today; they forgot a whole order somehow; and my food was bone cold when it got to me. I’ve ordered here before and they ALWAYS I mean ALWAYS forget something. For the price of the food the service and quality is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend ordering here if you want quality service.

My first time coming to Sonic on Broadway, and to my surprise, the food was rather good! The service was also very nice, with friendly and attentive staff. Overall, the experience was great, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal. Will be coming back for sure!

This is a smaller but full-menu version of the classic chain with the same quality of food, drink, and choices of sweets you expect. I’m glad they added a second location. My go-to order recommendations are the french toast sticks for breakfast and the chicken tenders, popcorn chicken or cheeseburger with fries for lunch or dinner. Add a Route 44 Vanilla Coke and a Grape Slushie or Chocolate Milkshake to round out your meal.

I ordered special buy one get one free Sonic Double Smasher Cheese burger price $9.46 charged for onion rings small $4.62 large coke $2.20 was charged $30.22. I've become a regular at this location, as I've been waiting for one to open up in Brooklyn. It's practically around the corner from my apartment, so it's kinda hard to resist. The smash burger has become my fave fast food burger since its introduction. Their best deals are via their app, so be sure to download it. Huge shoutout Bryan and Muhammad!!

I really liked Sonic when I lived in GA and I wanted to try this one. My expectations fell flat The cost alone is crazy. I spent $14+ for a medium combo. Nothing great no extra nothing. I asked for fresh tater tots that's the least they could do for that price, right. I got old ones. The sweet tea was a watery mess and they charged me 90 cent for a slice of lime. The foos wasn't as good as I could remember. I feel like I was better off going to BK and I hate BK

Oh my gosh, there is a Sonic in Brooklyn! Growing up in Texas, this used to be one of my favorite spots. I got the #1 cheeseburger special with tater tots and an ocean water. The ocean water was amazing. The tots were great. The cheeseburger (with everything on it) was good but reminded more of Wendy's than the Sonic I grew up with. The entire meal came out to about $11. Service was good and relatively fast--especially for a Friday night. Ambiance was cleaner than your average fast chain in Brooklyn, but this place has also only been open for two weeks, so we shall see. :)

The male workers at this location are trash. One visit, I ordered the ocean water and it tasted like sprite with nothing else. After I took ONE sip, in store, I tell him it doesn't taste right and he shrugs. No "let me remake it for you" or offering a refund. He ends up remaking it out of frustration and after arguing with me that he put syrup in it. Cool. Now TODAY I order ahead a diet cherry limeade. I got inside before they made it and I asked for medium ice. The guy says ok. He makes it with low ice and no cherries or limes. I tell him I asked for medium ice and I asked why there isn't any fruit. He says WITH AN ATTITUDE "because you ordered diet". Yeah sis, the SODA is DIET. I still get the fruit in it because that's how it's made- diet or not. If there's any confusion, the picture on the app shows it has the fruit. Idk what it is with them having attitudes when THEY get the order wrong. Yet another fcking sh*tty chain that prompts you for tips when the workers suck ass.

Pretty cool Sonic Drive - in , located in Williamsburg or Bushwick Area .....Walking Distance to Woodhull Medical Hospital, The burger was pretty ok , I didn't like the milkshake drink .....it seem so hard to swallow thru the straw the milkshake was to thick instead of thin ....i feel i was swallowing air thru the straw. I personally don't mind coming back here for a snack or order on Grub hub /Seamless or etc other Food delivery apps !!!!! P.S. glad to know there a sonic in Brooklyn there similar to Coney island " Nathans" Hot dog & Burger joint !!!! Very convivent by the MTA transportation: Subway : J,M,Z-Train. My first time going to Sonic Drive-In. I always wanted to try this restaurant chain for a long time. However, there were no Sonics in Puerto Rico, despite watching a lot of ads for their food on cable. When I learned that a new Sonic place was opened on Broadway, I had the desire to try it. The Hickory barbecue burger was pretty good. The patty was well done and looked exactly how it was advertised. I ordered the red slushy and it was pretty good, minus the brain freeze of course, lol! I would definitely recommend this place if you haven't tried it before.

Grew up in Texas and I am not a soda drinker, so not sure why whenever I see a sonic commercial - I want to run here for their strawberry limeade. And I would get their foot long chili cheese dog. Really happy they opened one in Brooklyn because lately I've been seeing a lot of sonic ads popping up and makes me feel nostalgic.

I don't know why the haters are hating, but this Sonic is great. I've gone in a few times for takeout (which is cheapest), and also order from either DoorDash or UberEats at least once a week. If you get a regular Sonic Cheeseburger, you can get extra lettuce and extra onion on it for no extra charge. Breakfast burritos are great! Drinks and ice cream always gets here cold. No complaints, planning to order again for the second time in a week later tonight!

This is a never again for me. I was filled with excitement when i saw this opened closer to home than the valley stream location. But, it was terrible! Lol. The store is very small, and they're very busy. Which is to be expected. But, the quality is just bad. It doesn't taste the same, the customer service sucks and it just doesn't fit with what i expected my sonic experience to be. It's giving very McDonald's. Including attitudes and customer service. I doubt I'll return to this location. If you do decide to, please bring some patience. The wait time is excruciating.

I've only ever ordered delivery so far but great deals and good food + options. I look forward to going in person

I didn't like what I ordered - don't even remember what it was - the cashier though was extremely pleasant- helpful - had a great attitude- wish I knew her name to specifically say this is why I'm giving 4 stars - FOR HER - I will give them a 2nd try & if I'm pleased - I will come back & let you know

Sonic was my favorite fast food growing up so I was excited to see one in Brooklyn. Really Sad to say, don't order this. The burger was so disgusting.

Ordered for delivery. Everything was gross and only got 2 of the things I actually ordered. Never ordering from here again. Delivery guy was cool though.

Orded 3 plan hamburger's wit no cheese n katsup got n NY cab n took a bite n itched cheese. Took it back n there n they told the Spanish guy n the back it was wrong n give me 2 more n the havey set black guy gave mesa extra 1 n got almost home open 1 n all 3 had chesse smdh im pissed but im holding this?text to get my money back never again​
