I have a Ford F150. It showed a repair light. I brought it to Sonoma Truck & Auto. It was fixed on a timely basis. A week later the light came back on. Rigo fixed it again - no questions asked. This happened 3 times. Between the second and third repairs I moved to Europe for 6 months and left with the warning light on in the truck. I called and discussed the move with Rigo. He said, "no problem, just bring it when you return". I did. Again he fixed it with no questions asked. He informed me that he had missed one valve on each earlier repair. It now works great and Rigo has restored my faith in humanity. Thank you for standing behind your work.

Last year, before they moved, my AC went out. I called and asked if he could purchase specific OEM parts, he said yes. Paid $1000. Few weeks later part broke. Went to Subaru, paid $1500, requested old part. Old part was not OEM part I requested. Took part back to dude and requested partial refund. Left part there. Didnt contact me, wouldnt return phone calls. This guy was actually recommended to me by a coworker. What a terrible experience and waste of money.

Did a lot of both mechanical and body work on my Porsche Cayenne. Stands behind their work. Reasonable pricing. Good workmanship.

Karen was super communicative with me throughout my tire issue I was having. I knew I needed new tires but when she offered a great price and quick turnaround I couldn't say no. So instead of a single flat tire I got new brakes all the way around ( which I knew I had been putting off let's be honest ) and a set of new Cooper tires and all my fluids checked all by the time it was promised. Super friendly staff and Amazing customer service from the kind young lady at the front. Highly recommended to anyone. Great prices considering everything has shoot through the roof in cost!

I've been taking my cars and truck to Rigo at Sonoma Truck and Auto from when he was on Broadway behind Jack's filing station.

I would give this place no stars if I could. My mom brought in my car and I guess they think they can take advantage of women. I got charged for things I didn't ask for and they never asked me if I wanted it done. They replaced my windshield wiper blades claiming they didn't clean properly anymore. Tell me how I could have windshield wipers for 10 years that worked just fine and then they replace them with some shitty ones I didn't ask for, that break within a month. I'm mad about this because it was raining today when the wipers stopped working and I could have been stranded or worse gotten into a serious car accident. That's not the only thing they did wrong though. A day after I got my car back from them, the check engine light when on and they claimed that they had done a full diagnostic on the car. So I took it back and they replaced the sensor saying they missed it somehow. The next day the check engine light when on again. They then said they had a bad sensor and had to replace it again. I'm not happy with this place at all, don't get ripped off or fooled by this place. I'm surprised people actually still go here. They charged me $110 for an oil change.

This update is AFTER i reviewed my credit card statement. Of course I loved how they charged me the 99$/ day rate, but they neglected to let me know that it's $0.30/ mi after 100 miles (on the bright side they gave me 25 miles for free). that is on the more expensive rates for renting a van. Looking at my billing statement, they have charged me $265. when i called them to argue this, they were not happy, and didnt even know what i was talking about. Im convinced they were trying to scam me out of $100. The total after i bought insurance should have been $165. I never put down a deposit (knowingly), so there should have been no charge for $100 for any reason. If this was their mistake (and mistakes do happen), they never apologized for it. They agreed to refund us the $100, but never said how or why it got charged. If you rent from this company, do it at your own risk and check your bank statements after. A simple apology and explanation would have prevented this bad review.

Love Rigo and his crew. I am never sure who to trust when it comes to having my car repaired. Rigo has been great to me for the past 5 years. Honest and reliable. I recommend him to all my friends. They stand behind their work.

My car's AC died and it was a hot day in Sonoma. Rico and his crew fit me in in an absolutely pinch. He even dropped us off in downtown to have lunch while the car was getting service then came back and picked us up when it was done. Big thanks, Rico!

These guys offer honest first class auto repair. It is difficult to find any service these days that you can trust and Rigo and his crew did an outstanding job replacing my daughters blown engine on her VW. They gave honest diagnosis, did it quick, within budget and the car runs great. I am now taking my BMW and my truck to Rigo for everything. Thanks Rigo.

Good honest repair shop. I went to Midas for an inspection before I drive across the country and they said everything was OK on my car. Then midway through my trip my brakes started grinding and turns out my brake pads were down to the metal. Sonoma auto repair did me well. They told me what was wrong and fixed it. Also showed me that my axles were leaking grease and fixed that. All for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Ford's dealership diagnostics, parts, and labor was going to cost me $$$$ to get the front driver's window fix. I heard about "Sonoma Truck and Auto Service," so I decided to take in my vehicle without having an appointment. The receptionist, Karen, exceeded my expectations! She was super amicable, efficient, and courteous! Minutes later, Rigoberto Bravo aka Rigo, the owner personally greeted me and checked out my SUV. He was able to tell me exactly what repairs and parts my vehicle needed. I was there for no more than 25 minutes, and the staff made me feel like family! His price is very affordable! He is honest, and he did not try to get me to purchase anything unnecessary. He even gave me the option to shop around for the parts my vehicle needed in order to get my window fixed! This family auto repair shop provided me with great customer service and offered lift for transportation to and from their location! I will totally recommend this small family own auto repair shop to all my friends! Many thanks to Rigo for repairing my SUV's window within such a short notice! The staff at Sonoma Truck and Auto Service is wonderful! Since my driver's side window is now fixed, I am able to order from any fast food's drive through. Sonoma strong happens when we support our local businesses!

I had noticed that my rear tire was losing air, went down from 30 PSI to 15 PSI over a day for a couple of days. Went to this shop and asked them to check it when I was working in Sonoma. They told me they could not find anything, claimed that they had even taken the tire off the car, and charged me $20 for it. So I drove off. Curiously, the tire pressure was still exactly the same pressure it had when I brought the car, 20 PSI. Of course, the tire continued to lose air and I went to a different shop in San Fran. It took the mechanic about 5 min to find the hole by spraying soap water on it. The hole was totally obvious, it was a spot close to the flank that had previously been patched. Not fixable according to two tire guys, so I bought a new tire. Hard to tell what they did in Sonoma. 1. They either did not find that spot =They don';t have a clue, don't go there. 2. They tried to fix the hole, did not succeed and did not tell me = They don't tell the truth, don't go there 3. They did not even look at it (see No 2).

Great service, fair prices, nice, nice people. It's a pleasure to find a business in the auto service field where I have complete confidence in their integrity. Have been happy with every aspect of dealing with Rigo and his staff from major repairs to oil changes.

I have been going here for quite a few years and I am very pleased with everything. They are willing to work with you on times when you can bring your car in and they always get the repairs done on time. The people are wonderful and very accommodating. I have always been pleased with the prices and the quality of work. This is the best place for auto repairs and service.

Success, finally! Sick of all the other ripoff auto repairs in town, I brought my Honda for an oil change, filter, and tire rotation. The manager, Rigo, was friendly, the work was done in an hour. He phoned, for pick up, when he said he would, and the price was 32.95. EXCELLENT!!

Being new to Sonoma, I needed to get my car in ASAP for a quick tire rotation and oil change. Great friendly service, got in right away and am happy with their service.
