The Best New Restaurants in Las Vegas, July 2025 | Eater Vegas

"Alexandra Lourdes and Lin Jerome are as well known for their social media followings as they are for their floral-enrobed Cafe Lola restaurants and Saint Honoré doughnuts shop. They’ve expanded on their aesthetically minded empire with a new Italian restaurant. Sorrelina is a family Italian restaurant with a contemporary lean, serving crispy zucchini and garlic chips with citrusy whipped ricotta and honey, as well as a tender bone-in veal Milanese with arugula and fennel salad." - Janna Karel

If you are gluten- free prepare for your favorite foods that taste great! If you’re not, the regular menu is equally amazing. All the gluten-free pasta dishes were fantastic! Lemon olive oil cake, also gluten-free, was soo delicious! And we had China, a truly outstanding server to complete our enjoyment! Highly recommend!

Loved this place! We came all the way from NY for my birthday just to have an amazing gluten free Italian dinner. The owner Steve came to say hi and he was so kind and told us the story behind the restaurant. Our server Rubio was awesome too! The gluten free bread was delicious and so was the pesto gluten free pasta. Hubby had the eggplant/chicken parm and it was so good! We will be telling everyone about this and will be back! The fact that we could have a fabulous Italian dinner that was flavorful, made with food ingredients, no seed oils made the trip!

Sorellina Cucina Italiana - A Culinary Journey to Italy! Our recent dinner at Sorellina Cucina Italiana, right as they opened their doors, was an absolutely enchanting experience. From the moment we stepped inside, the restaurant's stunning aesthetic truly set the stage for an unforgettable evening. We knew instantly we were in for a good time! The food was nothing short of extraordinary. We indulged in what can only be described as the best pasta we have ever tasted: the **Mafaldine Puttanesca** and the **Paccheri Alla Sorellina**. Each dish transported us directly to Italy – a country I've yet to visit, but now feel I've experienced through Sorellina's authentic and exquisite flavors. The **Taste of Parma** appetizer was a delightful start, featuring the most incredible olives and balsamic. And the **Chicken "Al Mattone"**? Oh, it was unbelievably juicy! Seriously, Sorellina, you need to start offering recreational cooking classes so we can learn the secret to that magnificent chicken! Beyond the incredible food, the staff made us feel like cherished family. Our heartfelt thanks go out to **Arabella and Genevieve**, whose warmth and attentiveness made our visit truly enjoyable. And let's talk about desserts! The **Olive Oil Lemon Cake** was a universal favorite, perfectly moist and delicately flavored. Anna's Italian cookies were also wonderfully soft and a delightful treat. A huge bonus for us was the impressive selection of mocktails. We happily tried all three Italian Mocktails – the refreshing **Strawberry Spritz**, the crisp **Cucumber No-Jito**, and our absolute favorite, the **Pistachio and Cream**. That pistachio cream is utterly divine – I absolutely need it every day! Sorellina Cucina Italiana is a true gem, delivering an unparalleled dining experience that blends exquisite flavors with heartfelt hospitality. We are already planning our return! Google
Fantastic gluten free menu. They have a complete separate menu. Waiter was very knowledgeable. They also have homemade gf bread and pasta.

Google
Absolute wonderful experience. Everything from the service when you walk in to the table side tiramisu was incredible. Alex, our waiter was so attentive. The pasta was perfect cooked. We had the pesto and the pistachio crunch was delish. Recommend for date night, a celebration or just a good meal on a Tuesday!

Steven was a wonderful host, truly authentic Italian food. Traveled from Ohio and was worth the trip, totally recommend the Campanelle Al Pesto, Rigatoni Al Ragu, Mimi's Ca Coots, and the Olive Oil Cake, was buono!

Came here to celebrate my bachelorette weekend and this place did not disappoint. Our server Arabella was amazing and super knowledgeable. We started off with some still water and their house made bread which was delicious. We got Cesar salads and the fried zucchini which were also very tasty. I have the spicy vodka sauce pasta and it was so freaking delicious. Then for dessert they treated us to a free slice of their gluten free/ vegan olive oil cake. We had the best time here and are definitely coming back on our future trips to Las Vegas :)

Yelp
I am going to be so honest. Service was great and the ambiance is very nice. It was a cute restaurant I came here specifically for the gluten free food. I have had celiac disease for 13 years and I was so excited to try the food here. They started off with bread for the table, my husband got normal bread and I received gluten free bread. My husband was a little disappointed because it was a huge bread roll and wasn't cut up. My gluten free bread was no joke a piece of toast I could have made at home. The homemade butter also had no flavor. We started off with the Fritti Misto gluten free which was not very good. They fried a lemon which I don't understand. The tomato sauce for dipping was really good. The zucchini and calamari were also good but I wish it was just all calamari. Next we both got Caesar salads which were good they had just the right amount of dressing. My husband ended up getting a ravioli with lobster I can't find the name on the menu. He did enjoy his food. I got Sorellina gluten free..... this is where it really went down hill. The pasta was hard, the sauce tasted like it was just heavy cream and tomato with a splash of red pepper flakes. It lacked flavor greatly. I took maybe 4 bites. They realized I did not like my pasta and offered dessert also another dish to eat but I declined. We did take the dessert home. I am not big on lemon flavored desserts and I did not like the lemon olive oil cake. The lemon olive oil cake and sorbet were the only gluten free dessert options. Which I excepted more gluten free dessert options because the owner does own donut shops with gluten free options. Unfortunately I will not be going back. I had high hopes for this restaurant.

Yelp
My friends and I tried their Tuesday deal (25% off everything, plus a free welcome drink and a cute little appetizer plate)--and wow, we're already planning our next visit. The tableside burrata was amazing! I had the paccheri alla sorellina for my main meal... easily the best vodka sauce I've ever had! We're not ones to usually get dessert, but we did--and it was the best decision. Shoutout to the staff! They were super friendly and attentive, kept our drinks topped up without hovering, and you could tell they genuinely love the food here. The locals discount is awesome and was icing on the cake! 10/10! If you're on the fence about Sorellina, just go. We'll definitely be back next Tuesday.

Yelp
Surprised by negative comments, because we are picky and this place is fantastic! Food is so delicious. We ordered the fritto misto, which is delicious lightly breaded seafood with pomodoro sauce and it is so good! Then we shared a spaghetti with clams and it was amazing. Finally, for dessert we ordered their Zabaglione dessert and it is hands down the best I have ever had. It was sinful! The Bellini cocktail was is on point! Prices more than reasonable and service friendly and very good. When we needed the check, we just asked and they were efficient. The ambiance is relaxed and the opposite of stress, so we are definitely returning! Solid 5 stars!

Yelp
This restaurant is hyped up so much that we expected amazing food AND service. The food was AMAZING (and I dream about the Buratta salad) but the service left a lot to be desired. We are locals and dined on a Tuesday night for the locals 25% off promotion. We were never given a welcome cocktail. Server completely seemed disinterested in up selling anything or offering suggestions and drinks took a long time. We think he forgot to order them. He was robotic, dry and barely smiled. We will try this restaurant again since it is literally across the street from our house, but hopefully the service will be better!!

Yelp
Was sooo excited to check out this restaurant due to it having gluten free options and a gluten free menu! It is a pretty small space in here. When we walk in the check in desk is right there and they are pretty attentive especially if you have a reservation! Our service was very quick and our server was nice as well. We started with some calamari and there was plenty in it, and the lemon as well helped add to the flavor even more. The roasted potatoes were absolutely amazing. The chicken was just okay, nothing too special. I would come back and try other items on the menu and the drinks were good as well. Can't complain since there are better gluten free options here in comparison to other restaurants which means so much to me having gluten allergies!

Yelp
Had a subpar experience to say the least for such a hyped restaurant. Our waiter Nicholas was rude and provided terrible customer service to say the least. Extremely lazy on how we served us. I don't know if it was bc we were minorities but it's the worst service I've had here in LV. To the point where we don't want to ever come back because of this treatment. Came for dinner on Tuesday for their locals 25% discount. Which is an amazing deal, and we were happy to try most the menu due to this. It was 4 of us. When we got to our table we weren't even asked if we wanted sparking or tap he just poured aqua panna which is fine but would have been nice to potentially get some sparking water. We ordered a total of 7 drinks and bottle of wine. Something that was very off putting was our server never asked us if we wanted another bottle after we finished (which we did). He disappeared several times for over 15 minutes and we had to pour our own bottle of wine when the owner and other people were walking to tables all around us to pour other tables wine yet never came over to our and we were in the middle of the restaurant. That was extremely strange when we saw it. When we got the check he didn't even ask if we were locals and when we called him over to show him our LV ID he condescendingly said no it's ok I trust you. Why have a discount for locals if you aren't going to ask your table if they are locals? We asked for additional bread and then never received it. He was very pushy and almost gave us attitude when we first ordered drinks and apps because we were having a business dinner. Mind you we ordered a lot of food and were enjoying our conversation. It felt as if we were an inconvenience to him. Now to the dinner portion We ordered the following : Mamas meatballs - disappointed, the meatballs were overly cooked and dry, was hoping they would be juicy and moist. The sauce was great. Beet salad- loved this salad! Toni's Cesar salad- was ok nothing special for the price point honestly. Fritto misto - was ok didn't really get many octopus and was heavily breaded. Very disappointed Pasta - Mafaldine puttanesca - (one of my favorite) thsi was amazingly garlicky and spicy pomodoro sauce! Loved it - rigatoni al ragu - I was absolutely disappointed with this dish, the pasta was super al dente and lacked sauce was super dry and under whelming - orecchiette alla barese - (second favorite) super spicy and fresh pasta, spicy Italian sausage was a perfect meat to accompany the dish - paccheri alla sorellina - was kinda bland nothing special in my opinion. I wanted to get the veal and bisteca but after the pasta dishes and terrible service I decided not to get anything else . Ambiance was great playing hip hop music. Dessert Signature affogato - absolutely delicious and great espresso Olive oil lemon cake - very disappointed, it was more of a pound cake I was expecting it to be light and airy not super thick, also the icing was really thick.

Yelp
The food and service here is amazing, they have super flavorful dishes, fresh ingredients and yummy cocktails. We ordered a bunch of food and every single dish was well balanced and full of flavor. It's really refreshing to find a place that doesn't hide behind all the cheese and sauces. I would come here again in a heartbeat!

Yelp
I've been wanting to take my lady to this spot as I've followed the owner for a while with all of her successful restaurants. Sorellina is a cozy restaurant new to the southwest part of LV that has a very inviting interior. The menu is simple but all of their items are classic homemade Italian. We went older locals night (Tuesday - 25% off!!) we ordered a mocktail like a strawberry lemonade, bruschetta for appetizers, spaghetti vongole, Ada eggplant and chicken parm stack for dinner. Portion size was perfect and we both agreed it was very tasty. For dessert we were given a bomboloni each with a blueberry chocolate compote and we ordered the olive oil lemon cake. Wow dessert was amazing as well. All around a great dinner. Definitely recommend if in the southwest area of LV.

Yelp
We visited Sorrelina on a Friday evening at 7 PM for a friend's birthday dinner. With a reservation for a party of five, we were promptly seated, though unfortunately at a table right next to the front door. This placement made the atmosphere less than ideal--one member of our group was practically in the pathway of incoming guests, which made the already cramped space feel even tighter. Despite the tight quarters, we thoroughly enjoyed the food. We ordered a variety of appetizers and pasta dishes, and each one delivered on flavor. The highlight of the evening was the tableside tiramisu, which was both fun to watch and delicious to eat. That said, be warned: pasta portions are very small. While we appreciate quality over quantity, the portion sizes feel a bit too modest considering the price point. A little more generosity would go a long way. Service was attentive, with staff frequently changing our plates--maybe a bit too frequently. It felt like plates were being whisked away before we'd even had time to settle into a dish. Still, the servers were friendly and professional throughout the night. One small hiccup: our waitress kindly brought out a slice of cake for the birthday guest, which we appreciated--but we were surprised to find it added to our bill, even though no one at the table had ordered it. We didn't mention this to any of the staff, but it felt like an honest mistake that could have been avoided. In summary, Sorrelina delivers when it comes to food and service, but the tight space and small portion sizes detract from what could otherwise be a five-star experience. It's worth a visit--just maybe request a seat away from the door, and be prepared to order a little extra if you're hungry.

Yelp
The restaurant has plenty of seating and an outside patio. Our waitress brought us water and menus right away but took forever to take our drink and food order. We arrived at 5pm and didn't leave till almost 8. For appetizers we started with the meatballs and fried zucchini. They had good flavor and the honey was a nice touch with the ricotta dip. My old fashion was standard and my daughter said her mo-jito was refreshing. The caesar salad was good. I enjoyed my branzino, it was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. My husband enjoyed his pasta but wished there was a little more as the portion was small. For dessert we tried the olive oil lemon cake which was good but it's rich in flavor and the table side tiramisu was just ok. We were underwhelmed especially with all the waiting. I wanted another drink and I was never asked for another or given the chance to request it as our waitress didn't check on us. We did go during the soft opening so may give them another try.

Yelp
The entire experience was amazing from the moment we were seated. We were there to celebrate my son's 25th birthday. The ambiance is lovely , the food was delicious and they offer a separate menu with tasty gluten free options. There were 6 of us, all ordering different items and enjoying every bit of our selections. We shared bites to allow the opportunity to taste other's selections and all agreed that each dish was delicious in its own with great flavor. We are definitely going to be returning whenever we are visiting from LA. I am looking forward to our next trip to Las Vegas because I already know what I will order next! I'm sure that whatever choice you make will not disappoint. Head on over and enjoy!

Yelp
We arrived for our 5:30 reservation at Sorellina Cucina Italiana, got our dinner around 6:30, and left by 7:10. The inside of the restaurant was nice, clean, and had a cute style. It wasn't crowded when we got there, but it picked up over the next hour or two. Overall, the service was a bit slow, but since we had appetizers and were enjoying each other's company, the wait wasn't too bad. Our waiter answered all of our questions about the menu and was very knowledgeable about the dishes, which we appreciated. We started with drinks--two of the girls ordered Mimi's Tiramisu and one got the Dirty Bambino. From what I heard, everyone enjoyed them. While bringing our appetizers, my sister's drink was accidentally dropped on her and the glass broke on the table. Mistakes happen. They offered to comp her a new drink, which she declined, and nothing else was offered beyond that. We had the Mimi's Ca Coots, which was really good, along with their complimentary bread and butter. For our entrees, we each ordered our own since we had read that portions were small, but we still ended up taking leftovers home. We didn't completely indulge in our meals, mostly because the food didn't quite hit the mark for us. My Campanelle Al Pesto was just okay--it tasted a bit bland, though I did like that you could add protein. I added shrimp for an additional charge, and it came with three. The olive oil cake they brought out was definitely the favorite part of the meal. It was dense, moist, and packed with flavor--big enough for the five of us to share. When the check came, it was for a different table, so we had to wait a bit longer while that got fixed. Overall, it was a decent experience. The restaurant is still relatively new, so they're probably working through some adjustments.

Yelp
Brutally honest review of Las Vegas's newest Italian restaurant, Sorellina. Maybe they just had an off day when I went, but I feel like my experience was lacking on so many levels. I posted this review on my Instagram & Tiktok @glutenfreelasvegan. We will start off strong with the complementary bread. My husband loved his bread, but was disappointed he only got one piece. I wish they gave at least two pieces. Then I got the GF bread, it was extremely charred, but I just went with it. It was burned so much it was to take a bite of. Honestly it tasted like it was cooked under a candle. One of the owners, Stephen, walked around at one point & I gave him some honest feedback about it. I am a calamari connoisseur so the second I saw GF calamari in the Frito Miso I knew I had to get it. I didn't receive my appetizer until 30 mins after I initially ordered. Our waiter, Marc, was great & popped by twice saying he was surprised we hadn't received our appetizer & went to check on it. Once it arrived at our table it looked amazing, but the portion was small. I was severely underwhelmed from the amount of actual shrimp & octopus that was in it for $19. We waited an additional 15 mins after our appetizer for our entrees. Just glad we didn't have to pay for babysitter during this dinner because food service was slow. My husband ordered the Rigatoni al Ragu. He will eat anything & everything and he struggled to eat his Ragu. He said the noodles were extremely undercooked & the sauce just tasted like canned tomato sauce. I ordered the GF Barese, when it came out I had to pull up a picture of the menu to make sure it was what I actually ordered because it's not what I expected. It came out with tomatoes & cheese on top, two things I stay away from since I Hashimotos. & No where on the menu does it say it comes with those on it because I would've asked for them to be removed or have chosen a different entree. The GF were okay, but the rest of the dish was a miss for me. The potatoes were potatoes. They definitely have potential to be so much better though. Like maybe bacon bits or more garlic in them For our dessert, my husband got the pistachio gelato & I got the GF olive oil lemon cake. At another restaurant called Flower Child they have a GF olive oil cake I love so I was so excited to try Sorellinas. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall size of the cake, but the cake itself was slightly too dense and the frosting on the cake was so thick it was like fondant. Honestly if just the frosting was changed to not be as thick I think that would make a huge difference on this dessert. I think the most shocking part of our meal was when my husband took a bite of his $8 scoop of gelato that it was completely hollow inside. I would plan on spending about $50pp. We spent $65 after tip, but that was with some of our dinner comped. I will say we came here as our late Valentine's Day date so I knew it was more on the spendy side. Unless some serious changes are made to the food I do not recommend Sorellina.

Yelp
We decided last minute for our anniversary we were gonna try a new place. We spun for cuisine and ended up choosing this new spot! Since we didn't have reservations we opted for bar seating and it was a blessing in disguise! Our waitress was phenomenal, and we opted to not tell her about our celebration until the end. Her service was impeccable: Ida special shoutout to you for running the bar and being a phenomenal server We knew going into our anniversary dinner it would be a splurge. We aren't huge on alcohol and I'm sad to say we missed the pistachio mocktail, but maybe another time. However here is what we ordered: Antipasti for the Table: 1. Taste of Parma: this is like your own charcuterie board. The meats were so perfectly salty and paired beautiful with the cheese. The balsamic had the perfect balance. My ONLY note is I wish it had some type of fruit, maybe rotating what is in season, it would add some color and freshness 2. Mimi Ca Coots: the lemon whipped ricotta was truly the star. The breading was super light and airy and it makes for the perfect app. Would highly recommend: almost wanted to eat it all for myself Secondi Piatti: 1. Veal Milanese: definitely a splurge on the entree, but this was perfection. Now the meat by itself was pretty plain but the arugula and fennel blend plus the blistered tomatoes made for an overall perfect bite! I also loved the fresh shaved parm! Pasta: 1. Paccheri Alla Sorellina: We loved the fresh pasta shapes, now the only thing was the pasta stuck together a lot and the sauce could only cling so much. The chili oil was a nice touch. The bread dipped with the extra sauce was lovely! Desserts/Dolces: 1. Olive Oil Lemon Cake: oh my how would you ever know this was gluten free. Now it originally sounded dense, but it ended up being a perfect balance of lemon and sweetness. 2. Lemon Ricotta Cookies: I have 0 regrets. The lemon icing is something I can only describe as a dream. It was light and refreshing 3. Tableside Tiramisu: now we sat at the bar and didn't think we would get the show. Shout out to Ida who made it happen. The tableside tiramisu is NOT just for show. It was one of the best things we put in our mouths tonight. I had to come straight home and start this review just because of that dessert. Now the tableside presentation was too long to post, so I guess you'll have to go and enjoy the show! Overall this was the perfect way for us to spend our 10 year anniversary. The bar, the service, everything just came together. This is definitely not an everyday splurge, but for an anniversary, birthday, or celebration- we will most definitely be back! CHEERS to the success of this restaurant and we can't wait to try Emilio's Seriously though: shoutout to Ida- we hope to see you at Emilio's- you made our night

Yelp
I'll start with ambience - SO COOL! The place is beautifully decorated. When we got it at around 8pm it was PACKED and the vibe was nice and strip-ish but without actually driving all the way to the strip which is SUPER NICE! The service was good as well. We've had an enthusiastic server and the owners came by to make sure everything was okay occasionally, we appreciated that very much. As for the food - most of it was good. The Burrata was tasty and my friends had the fish and the Bucatini Cacio E Pepe pasta which were nice, but I've had the Butternut Squash Risotto that was way too salty and ai couldn't finish, and the roasted beet salad that was packed with ingredients and could honestly tasted better with less nuts and gorgonzola cheese. I'd also add that the bread they brought over at the beginning of the meal was wonderful, but the zucchini chips were not crispy - but oily and soft. With that - a wonderful experience, I'd definitely be back again! I'm a huge supporter of local businesses and LOVE following the owners and their restaurants!

Yelp
Yum! This place is 10/10! Heard really good things and it lives up to the hype. Our server was super nice. They had high chairs, but I wished they had slings. Service was great and so were the recommendations. I wanted to love the zuchinni appetizer, but it was a bit salty. Pastas were fabulous. Dessert also was great. Olive oil cake sounds scary but it tasted like a lemon loaf flavor from starbucks. Great flavor and interesting hard texture. Tableside tiramisu was fun. Wish they would put actual cacao powder on top. That would have made it perfect! Can't wait to return! Please open one in the northwest area!

Yelp
Absolutely amazing Italian food! We came in on a Monday night, and it wasn't too busy and a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. Everything looked and sounded amazing on the menu, so we ordered a variety of dishes. Starting with the table side burrata, it was just so fresh tasting! Everyone loved this starter and there was hardly anything left. As for everyone's entrees, we all loved it! We were told it was supposed to be family style for dishes like the pasta, so everyone could try a little of everything, but we needed up ordering individually. I ordered the fish, which was very delicious! The sauce it came with was amazing, and the fish was a good size portion. Maybe a tad on the dry side, but that is me being picky. We also ordered the chicken and eggplant parm which was just bursting with flavor. Not too greasy at all, and just an all around tasty dish. And of course we got a pasta. Decided on the lobster pasta, and it was also stunning! A little on the smaller side, but most likely due to the fact that it is meant to be shared rather than an entire entree. Finally (since we were celebrating a graduation) , we were offered a dessert for the occasion. I was getting full by this point but everyone insisted on dessert. While I was skeptical, we eventually agreed to order the Lemon Olive Oil Cake. It didn't disappoint. I took one bite and didn't look back. The citrus flavor packed a punch, but the sweet icing cuts through the sourness in just the right way. So glad we ordered this, and was so happy to see that this restaurant puts in just as much effort into the dessert as the main menu! The interior of the restaurant is very welcoming and cozy. With amazing ceiling chandeliers and interesting family pictures, you can definitely bring a date here or come with family. The staff was super friendly! They congratulated me on my graduation, and routinely came to check in on us and fill up our waters (which were constantly being drained after a long day in the sun). I feel like it's so hard to find good Italian food, especially coming from an Italian family, and am so glad we found such a great hidden gem! Highly recommend if you're craving some fresh, and high quality pasta and Italian dishes.

Yelp
Hospitality at its finest! Talk about greatness First off, mad love to Angel for welcoming us with such warmth and kindness. Nasim was amazing and knew the menu and gave us some recommendations. Yo Steve, you nailed it with your grandmas meatballs, the eggplant & chicken parm, tableside burrata, and of course cant forget the olive oil lemon cake AND the killer drinks! And to Courtney: THANK YOU. Your kindness is unmatched.

Yelp
Ambiance and staff are amazing. Drinks great, MIMI'S CA COOTS delicious, MAFALDINE ARRABBIATA spicy pomodoro with fresh homemade pasta also delicious. Now to be honest PAN ROASTED BRANZINO everything online showed just pan roasted and crispy skin so when I saw this on the menu I asked if it was the same I was told it just had some cherry tomatos, olives, capers, garlic & parsiey on it. I asked because my husband just had heart surgery. Well that is not what came it was far from crispy because it was literally swimming in oil. It was way too oily. We did not eat we tried to take everything off one piece and soak it in the napkin so he would be able to eat it. When mentioned it we were just told ok well let chef know. We left quickly after that. Just very disappointed. We would give it another try. My advise just make sure whatever you order you request No Oil.

Yelp
From the moment you walk in, it's an ENTIRE vibe and THE FOOD IS ON ANOTHER LEVEL! Italian food has become so ubiquitous and it's hard to find clean ingredients. To be honest, it's the reason I never eat Italian food. Sorellina took it to another level with their homemade, in-house made, CLEAN ingredients. Where else can you get handmade gluten free pasta cooked perfectly al dente? Nowhere! I am a burrata SNOB and there are very few restaurants in ALL OF LAS VEGAS that have good burrata (I can count on one hand) and theirs is possibly the best in Las Vegas. You know what, IT IS THE BEST! It's sooooo creamy with the perfect amount of salt and basil oil I'm not sure what kind of tomatoes they use, but they are delicious. I usually only eat tomatoes from my garden, but these are worthy! GO GET DINNER THERE NOW!!!

Yelp
We had an early, 5:15, dinner on a Saturday at this locally owned Italian restaurant. The location is very convenient with ample parking. The ambiance is nice. The staff provided great service and are very attentive. The food is delicious. I do have some observations: the fritto misto was heavily battered and was actually a lot of zucchini with small pieces of fish and overcooked shrimp and calamari. The pasta portions are quite small almost like an appetizer size compared to the traditional Italian portions.

Yelp
Great addition to the local scene. I was sad to see Hola and Mama Bird leave but the replacements are honestly even better. From the cocktails, to the apps, the pastas and let's not forget the Olive Oil cake. I've been about a dozen times and is one of my new spots to introduce friends and family too, Grats to the team!

Yelp
I got Paccheri Alla Sorellina and Zucchini Chips. The pasta was alright but the zucchini chips were delicious. Our waiter (I believe his name was Rufio) was very nice and the restaurant was pretty and clean.

Yelp
Impeccable! The place is very comfortable and decorated very well. Service was very good and everyone was very friendly. The food.... Wow! The bread and butter? Omg. It was perfect, crispy and slightly charred on the outside and super warm inside combined with the butter... incredible. The warm olives were delicious and the Caesar salad is one of the best I've had in Vegas. We also ordered the beet salad which was perfection, don't change a thing about it. The meatballs with the basil ricotta is next level! The broccolini with the asparagus was also done very well. We will be back often!

Yelp
I went to dine at Sorellina on Sunday, March 30th, with my husband. He is Italian, so his expectations are pretty high, which is understandable. I will list a few points that made our experience not the best but will specify if it is a personal preference or opportunity for improvement: -Regular water took 30 minutes to arrive [Opportunity] (I ordered sparkling water, and it arrived within a few minutes. Our waitress was slow; she took additional orders before his water arrived. I had to remind her about his water, and she did not apologize for the delay either. I believe 30 minutes is a pretty significant delay.) -Waitress [Opportunity] (She was very slow throughout the night. It could be her first time waitressing, or she was having a bad day. When cleaning up the table, she also did not excuse her reach. We ended up asking her for a pitcher of water for my husband so we would not have to wait too long for an additional pour. I think it would be beneficial for all servers to just leave the pitcher, especially with our summer approaching, and to help with their busy times.) -Table was very wobbly [Opportunity] (We usually ask staff to fix their tables before we get served, but they were very full at the time, so we adjusted our table a bit. So we highly suggest the staff to check their tables and chairs before opening. It was an uncomfortable experience.) Small portions [Preference] (Personally, we would have liked to have more pasta. I normally do not eat as much as my husband, and the portion size was small for me. We both agreed that if we had not ordered two appetizers, we would still have been pretty hungry after our entree.) -Pasta inconsistent [Preference/Opportunity] (I was never an "al dente" fan until I started dating my now Husband. We go to Italian restaurants all the time, and very authentic/traditional places will have the majority/of not all their pastas will come out al dente, but they will cook it based on your preference too. My husband ordered the "Mafaldine Arrabbiata" and I ordered the "Paccheri Alla Sorellina". His dish came out very soft, and mine was more al dente. I wish they had asked our preference if they had not standardized the pasta as al dente. He is also glad that he added the chicken to this dish; it helped make it a bigger portion. My dish was very flavorful! -Highlight: the appetizers were really good! We got the Burrata and a Caesar salad. We really enjoyed them both, and my husband is not usually a fan of tomatoes on their own, so kudos on the burrata flavor. Overall, the vibe and environment are very aesthetic, which brings up the scale but also the price. Especially considering that we had to order 2 appetizers and added additional protein to be full. Although it is cheaper than strip pricing. A balance depends on what you look for and care about. I would come back with some girlfriends if they wanted to try it out. I am open to second chances, although it is not my first suggestion. --But I know my husband will not want to come back, and we would not bring his parents. It is still a pretty new place, so there is room for improvement on most of these suggestions.

Yelp
Great place! Staff were super sweet and their service was excellent. Food and ambiance were excellent! I tried the chicken and potatoes... delightful. My Martini was delish. Happy to endorse a local restaurant with local entrepreneurs. Please head over and Enjoy

Yelp
What an incredible gem of a restaurant! Hand crafted cocktails, fresh pasta, and a wonderful selection of gluten free options make this my new favorite Italian spot in town. The entire staff was friendly and attentive despite the place being packed. Courtney, the manager, was also incredibly thoughtful and kind when it came to guiding my gluten free mom through the menu. She's amazing!

Yelp
Friday evening mom's dinner, great place to just relax and have a meal. Casual but refined is how I would describe the decor. The fried zucchini chips (mimi's ca coots) were one of the favorite appetizers and the calamari was also good. Burrata was okay, pretty average. I ordered the cacio e pepe and the pasta was al dente, just the way I preferred. You have the option of adding a protein. Overall, a little pricey for the portion size, but I'm not really a big eater so it was perfect size for me. Service was friendly. It was a little strange they didn't take our entree orders until well after we had finished our appetizers. Music is upbeat, maybe a little too contemporary for the age range of the guests. Overall, great meal, limited menu but all great options.

Yelp
First time here and last time. The food is not fresh and doesn't live up to the hype. The waitress came to our table of 3 - all males. I was with my husband and our good friend. First thing she says - we only do full checks. We never asked about split checks so why bring it up in the first place. It's very offensive. The lobster pasta - my husband and I ordered. His had truffle, mine did not. There was no visible lobster anywhere. The hard old pasta had ground up meat of some sort. For $42 there should be a couple of pieces of lobster. The music was wrong here. It felt like we were in a supper club or disco, rather than a quaint Tuscan restaurant. Our friends dish was also weird. He ordered chicken and received a lasagna looking dish. The Ceasar salad was not as large as the waitress claimed. No one knew about my food allergy which is listed in open table and on the chit that is printed. Our waitress and host staff obviously don't care. The health department will when they pay you a visit.

Yelp
A Perfect 20th Birthday at Sorellina Cucina Italiana! We celebrated my daughter's 20th birthday at Sorellina Cucina Italiana, and it was truly an unforgettable evening. After a previous mishap, we decided to give the restaurant another try--and we are so happy we did! The food was absolutely delicious--authentic Italian dishes full of flavor and beautifully presented. Every bite was a reminder of how comforting and satisfying great Italian cuisine can be. What truly made the night special was the outstanding service. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. A very special thank you to the general manager, Courtney, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our celebration. Her kindness and generosity made a big impression. We highly recommend Sorellina Cucina Italiana for any special occasion or simply a lovely night out. We'll definitely be back, especially on a Tuesday; 25% off for locals p. s. They also play great music!

Yelp
I had high hopes for this restaurant, boy I was led down. Went to celebrate my wife's birthday and the food was cold and over cooked. We waited 2 hours for the kids pizza ( 2 hours). Order the bistecca medium and it was well done., I also order the table side Burrata and they just dropped it off. Super disappointed!

Yelp
I wanted to love it so bad!!!! so great that they have this cute little quaint neighborhood restaurant. The food was mediocre. The service was very, very slow. We ate the tasty bread and butter appetizers arrived, and we still didn't get our drink drinks. By the time they took our dinner order we were already full. The Bronzino was tasty. The meatballs were dry, and the Caesar salad was basic. The tiramisu was made tableside which was nice however, the ladyfingers need to soak a little bit longer because it was crunchy. Also, I specifically stated on the reservation that it was my friend's birthday. When I called back to confirm the reservation, I mentioned it was her birthday a second time. She informed me they would do something to make the evening special. Nothing happened when it came time.

Yelp
Food was very good, but the service was even better. The host allowed us to sit at their main booth so my fiancé and I could sit next to each other. Everyone who served us was so welcoming and considerate. Absolutely adored this place.

Yelp
This place is new to our community but it was quite refreshing. I had the Veal which was more than enough for two people. The mashed potatoes however were not mashed. Otherwise everything was great. The staff and ambience was superb.

Yelp
Everything was wonderful! Service was excellent My only criticism is the meatballs were very tiny as well as the buratta.

Yelp
The food was ok I paid $42 for a lobster ravioli that was probably only worth $25 definitely didn't have much lobster in those raviolis , also it was definitely under season very bland ! The burrata was delicious I will say and the best part was the tiramisu!! Oh also the home maid bread that was yummy . The service was ok the waiter was nice but very bland himself. I like a waiter I could laugh with that makes the night eventful . But he did his job ! The lady manager kept asking everyone that was dining how their meal was but kept skipping me and my friend . Guess she didn't care about our input other then that the place is cute but not gonna go back

Yelp
We had a party of four at Sorellina last evening. The ambiance was bright and cheerful! The food was amazing! I had the Bucatini Cacio E Pepe which was quite peppery and delicious! I tried my boyfriend's Rigatoni Al Ragu which was also delicious! The owner, Steve, stopped by our table with our wine and engaged with our table for a bit which really personalized our experience! I cannot recall our waiter's name but he was also amazing! You absolutely must try the Tableside Tiramisu, which was out of this world and probably the best I've ever had! Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed everything and we all agreed that we would definitely be back! Thank you to everyone at Sorellina for such an enjoyable evening and experience!

Yelp
I took my family here for my wife's 40th birthday. We have been wanting to go experience it because we do not eat gluten. The ambiance was nice. The place is well decorated. It doesn't feel too fancy or too casual. Perfect for what and where it is. The prices are reasonable compared to similar restaurants. The service was ok. The manager who was floating around with big glasses and a bald head ( wish I could use his name but he never came over), took our servers time for about 10 minutes to show her how to properly poor wine for a couple behind us. Just as he borrowed her for this training, our appetizers came out and one was incorrect. I kept trying to see if I could grab her attention but I did not want to be rude so I ended up going up to the bar and letting the nice bar tender know and she said she would take care of it for us. The food was good. I wish they had a meatball option that was gluten free with all the other options. The sausage I opted for was not great. Kind of burnt small pieces. The gluten free pasta is fresh made and was tasty. They did bring us some complimentary desserts for my wife's birthday, which were delicious and gluten free. I did appreciate that, but honestly, it would have been a nice touch if the manager who seemed to float to every other table, came over to simply say hi and wish her a happy birthday. There are no shortage of restaurants you can celebrate at and it should be recognized and appreciated when someone chooses yours. A simple visit was all I would have expected. On the way out, the manager did look up as I made eye contact and say thank you as we were walking out. Overall, I felt like it missed a little for us on the service side. I would probably give it another chance and see if we just had an off experience. I want to be fair and objective.

Yelp
Started with cocktails ... I had the Sorellina cocktail which was a 10/10. Very nice basil flavor and not too sweet. My husband enjoyed his boulevardier. We started with the table-side burrata. There wasn't much of a "show" with the presentation, but the excellent taste of the dish made up for it. It was perfectly seasoned and the burrata was smooth and creamy. The branzino was perfectly cooked, and the broccolini and asparagus had a deliciously robust garlic butter flavor. My husband had the table-side tiramisu and said it was fabulous.

Yelp
We went on a Monday evening right when they opened up. No reservations (again it was a Monday). Our service was good. We came here because my wife has gluten sensitivities, hashimotos, and has a histamine intolerance. (Thank you Moderna). Anyway it's hard to eat out without her having really bad flare ups. She ordered the Orecchiette allá Barese, I ordered the Paccheri allá Sorellina , and my daughter ordered Ada's eggplant and Chicken parm. For appetizers we had the Fritto Misto's, and table side burrata. Everything was so delicious portions weren't huge so don't expect carmines style of dining everything is perfect. My son is picky and he tried everything and loved it. I will be coming back for sure , I wish this place much success because for people like my wife these gems mean the world to. Thank you for being a restaurant that truly cares about great quality ingredients.

Yelp
The appetizers were great--really enjoyed the meatballs and burrata. The service was just okay; we only got one round of drinks, and all the main dishes were lukewarm at best. We were told they were "family-style dishes to be shared," but they were so small... we actually left there hungry. Super cute inside, though! Totally get that they just opened, so hopefully, they work out the kinks.

Yelp
Sorellina is about to be my new go-to! Almost their entire menu can be made gluten-free, but that didn't mean you sacrificed on taste! Every single dish we ordered was a 10/10 and I already want to go back, even though it has been less than 24 hours since I visited. The staff was all so friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was a dream. Do not sleep on this spot!

Yelp
We loved our dinner here. The wait staff was excellent and the food was absolutely amazing. Pasta was cooked perfectly and there were so many good drinks it was hard to decide which one to get!

Yelp
It took 45 mins for our drinks! Waitress was friendly but forgetful... the vibe was ok and the food not so great! Chicken parm was not good... Bronzino not good ... appetizer and deserts were good

Yelp
Our server made some great recommendations. Everything from our drinks, entrees, and dessert (you have to try the lemon olive oil cake). It was really quiet for a Friday night, but that meant we had a whole corner to ourselves.
