Went with the prefix menu but absolutely delicious. Service was wonderful and atmosphere was well lite, decorated and cute. For prefix a wide range of food options but my favorite was my entree the mahi mahi (light passion fruit dressing was soo good)

The owner was SO RESPONSIVE for our large Bachelorette group! Great food with an upscale vibe. #martinitower #instagarden They then shuttle you over to the club after to keep the night going. Chris and Brittany were simply THE BEST and brought such welcoming vibes!!

What can I say? The atmosphere, ambiance, etc... Was spectacular. The service was impeccable. The cuisine was top notch. They even had a little place where my girlfriend and her friends could take selfies. Very hilarious. If you're in the area it's a must! Google only lets me give 5 stars but I'd give them 10!

I called ahead before my reservations to let them know my allergies and Rocko could not have been more understanding, cool, and accommodating. I told him I just wanted to let him know everything now so that the ordering process goes smoother. When I got there, Vinny was the waiter and I didn't have to remind him or say a word he just told me, "I got you. Everything you mentioned to Rocko is what we have for you. We're good to go". I felt SO TAKEN CARE OF. I had told rocko i wanted the arugula with watermelon plate, nothing else, and it came out exactly how i asked. I also ordered a plain salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and lemon wedges on the side. when my plate come out, it was actually so beautifully arranged down to the lemons being cut in a pretty way. I always order the same thing whenever i go out to eat and restaurants typically throw it on a plate and the lettuce is brown - there isn't thought put in that this is the only thing i can eat. and it ends up being not good. you could tell there was thought and care that went into the presentation and quality of the plate. They gave me exactly what i asked for with no bumps along the way. Please give rocko and vinny a raise or promotion!!! they deserve it for how welcoming and relaxed they made me feel!!! also the whole place turned into a dancing party and it was SO FUN!!! cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

Not exaggerating when I say this was the worst food I've ever had in a restaurant. And the prices are what you expect from a high quality restaurant. That being said the ambiance is nice and service is pretty good.

What a great spot. Went here a few times for different occasions. For dinner with the family - The scallops were the best. For late night, they host an awesome Nightclub style party. There's 3 main rooms - The bar, the dining area and the backyard which has multiple bars and a nice big grassy yard. This place is def used for nice events and weddings. The staff is super nice and accommodation from when you enter to when you leave. Extremely close to the LIRR southampton station (across the st) so you can be about that hamptons nightlife without staying the night.

I thought I had reviewed this place a while ago but guess I did not. Came here with 5 friends and went a few min after they opened. We came here for drinks only. We sat outside at the bar area but then wandered around to the couch/ cabanas area they had. They had also a little what seemed to be tequila bar but was not opened when we were there (It had many tequila bottles as decoration that is why I said that) There is also a wall of three sayings that look to be lit up in a neon light and grassy area where there are great opportunities for social media pics to be taken. I do not remember the drinks we got but they were very tasty. This place also has like a tequila flight.. there are 4-6 mini bottles of Tequila that you can share with the table obviously. There is a picture of it in this review. The presentation looked cool. So The back area also has round tables where people can have sit down meals. We were not inside at all but it looked pretty. We did not interact with much staff as we did not do sit down but the bartender we had outside was great and helpful and friendly. I would not want to come here later in the night though when it I am sure gets very crowded. That is just me though.

Great option for large groups but lower your expectations for the club Our group of nine appreciated the venue's prie fix group menu which made ordering and splitting seamless. This came with a huge variety of family style appetizers (delicious), a choice of entrees (the scallops were heavenly), and a cute cheesecake pop tower for dessert. Drinks were extra - I didn't like my cocktail that mixed tequila and coconut milk but my friends raves about the summer sangria spritz. The dinner venue was playing awesome pop music (albeit a bit too loudly) and there was an Instagramable patio near the eating tables so we were surprised to find out the after dinner club was in a separate dinky pub a 2 minute drive away. The venue offered shuttles to the "club", but not back, so we opted to drive. We finished dinner and arrived to a DEAD club at 10pm. Few people had arrived, and the music selection was much worse. The crowd didn't pick up until 11:30pm, and the music barely improved by then. I spent most of the time people watching instead of dancing. Logistics: - indoor and outdoor seating - large parking lot near the dining location - reservations recommended - moderate amount of vegetarian options - great for groups

If rude racist staff, stagnant service and complete disorganization with an ambiance that's giving failed wedding venue sounds like your vibe, you'll probably be pretty happy at Southampton Social Club. I booked dinner here with four of my girlfriends since I'd heard this place turns into a club at night -- but wasn't aware the club was in a second location. I valeted the car and checked in with the manager (and villain of this story for reasons that will soon be disclosed), who stamped our wrists and explained that since we were having dinner here they'd waive the $50 cover charge for their sister speakeasy that happens in a nearby, undisclosed location, which they'd be offering us a free shuttle service to. The manager told us to check back in at 10:45 pm to catch the shuttle after dinner, and let us know our table outside was ready. We were lead through the sad looking interior of this place to the outdoor garden which was actually adorable -- save for the fact that a single older man was sitting alone at our table of 5 playing on his phone. The hostess apologized and led us back inside, where the manager didn't try to find out what this guy was doing there alone or move him to the bar, and stuck us in the back where we remained mostly forgotten about until the time of our shuttle. We located the water pitcher ourselves to stave off hunger as we waited to place drink and food orders, then again as this food came out in the most random order with no cohesion at all. A few of us who had food come earlier on tried to be polite and wait it out but eventually we gave up. Drinks here are extremely watered down, but the food we did eat was fine once it made its way to us. We then finally headed over to the hostess stand for our 10:45 pm shuttle. We were told it'd be a 12 minute wait which seemed fine, and headed out to wait outside for it. There was a long line of people trying to get into this restaurant which was weird, but they were also confused about the location of the club part of Southampton Social Club so I guess it wasn't just us. Another 20 minutes or so went by and when the shuttle returned the hostess told us that she had a party who bought a bottle at the speakeasy that had to make this next shuttle, so they were put in front of us. We asked her if it was walkable to the speakeasy, she said it'd be an 8 minute walk. Reader: What's considered walkable to some may not be considered walkable to others. We were given a paper with the address of this speakeasy and headed down pitch black side streets with no sidewalks, most of us in wedges, so this was comical. To add to the plot, we came across a bachelorette party who were also trying to find this mysterious speakeasy but hadn't been as lucky as we were to get a physical address...the staff had told these poor girls to "make a left, then a right, then a left, then a right," so obviously they were lost because what kind of directions are those? We made it to the speakeasy with our new friends in tow, and this part of the night was the only reason why this place even gets a star (and because Yelp won't let me give zero stars, which, whatever, fine). The DJ was playing throwbacks all night and we danced like we were back in our club days. When we were ready to go, we assumed the valet (or literally any human being) would still be there to hand back the keys -- or that someone would've told us to move our car before heading to the speakeasy if this was going to be an issue. The shuttle was parked in front of the speakeasy, but the guy inside was half asleep and confused at why we wanted to go back there since it was closed. We explained we'd valeted our car there...at which point I realized this wasn't looking great. The place was shut down, no one was out front, and the main restaurant number was going straight to voicemail. Eventually, I got a hold of someone at the speakeasy to explain that the valet still had my keys here...the person on the other line said "Let me talk to someone who can come look for the keys...if they're still there." A while later, someone picked up the phone and asked how they could help - I was pretty pissed off at this point and was like "Where are my car keys? You seriously lost them?" at which point this person tells me they have no idea what I'm talking about. I re-explain the situation, they say they're coming over. When the manager gets there, he points at the only black girl our the group and says "You, with the attitude on the phone!" So that was cool, no apology, just racism. I corrected him and told him it was me on the phone. He told me that he was doing me a favor. Doing me a favor by giving me back my own car keys...? TL;DR - If you're looking for a fun Saturday night out in Southampton, eat dinner literally anywhere else and just go directly to this speakeasy after 10:30 pm. It's located at Union Burger Bar on 40 Bowden Square (oops the secret spot is out, ::eye roll::).

The food was plentiful. I enjoyed my meal and the service. The tuna appetizer had a little bit of a strong tuna taste. Some may like it, some may not. The Ahi Tuna meal was delicious. I would order this again. I made a mistake and ordered it medium. Medium rare would've been a better choice. The lobster rolls came in 3. They were good! The croissant gave an added buttery taste to them. The coconut water margarita had an interesting taste. It did taste like coconut water. I'm not sure if i would get that again.

A fabulous outing for my bachelorette! Huge shout out to Chris and Charlie for being the best promoter and waiter! The venue itself is stunning (and facing some zoning issues in the backyard) but nonetheless a gorgeous space. Clean, inviting and fun. The food is out of this world, I mean we legit spent 6 hours here and ate dinner 3 times. The sushi rolls are addicting, I think between myself and my friend we killed 40 pieces just the two of us. I prefer coming here during the day as there's always a photogenic spot for the gram -

We went here twice during our time in Southampton- not so much because we loved it but honestly we didn't find much else in the area. The first was for a dinner for 6 people. It was wildly overpriced for mediocre food and watered down drinks, but you have to remind yourself you're in the Hamptons. I would recommend the Chocolate Decadence cake and Social Club Roll though! At night it turns up with a DJ, just pay the $20 cover (cash or card). It just obviously gets crazy hot, so keep that in mind when dressing. If only they would utilize that lawn space! The waitstaff, bouncers, and everyone who worked there were so great to us though, and I would definitely come back.

Very very cool little place. Kind of tucked away. The service and food were really good. We sat outside in the back which was really nice. Crab cakes are great. Drinks are strong. Really worth checking out.

We loved their cocktails and wine offerings. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The food was great too. This was my first time trying sushi and it was actually great. Try here are plenty of step and repeat photo spots and great scenery for photos. The managers came around at the end and offered us admission to their after-hours spot at Union Burger speakeasy. They give you a fun UV stamp on your arm and provide complimentary transportation to the second location.

Went there for a girls dinner and had a amazing time. Our waiter was Brian who went over and beyond to assure that we had the top service. We had a 615 reservations we stayed until Dj came and it really turned up! The DJ was phenomenal and we just had a great time. The food was OK but the service and ambience made up for the food.

The definition of overrated to be honest. This place is all hype and no substance. I guess it is a fun night spot but not when we came. It was a snoozefest when we went with a couple drunk bachelorette parties going on. The back courtyard has some picnic tables spread out and all the way in the back they have a semi covered patio of dining tables. FYI, there are no heat lamps here so if its cold you are in trouble. The food was ok but it wasn't anything I haven't had somewhere else for half the price. Short rib sliders... been there had that. The tuna tacos was as typical of a dish as you can get. I get that most people come here to drink but they can step it up a little. This seems like a party spot for the summer time and since we came in mid-September the fun was over. I will say the waiter was amazingly nice. The whole staff was and it made our experience really great. The bus boy even said thank you for stacking the plates. They seemed like geniunely good people here and that definitely beefed up the score. I may come back if I came with a group but I would stick to just drinks next time.

Ok, we did a pre fix menu and i will give them credit for that. It was fun. Dropped several thousand dollars under a large group contract. Servers, staff, and environment very nice. Drinks were pretty watered down though. The issue we had was after we ate and hung out at the club. We ordered drinks at the bar. One person in our group opened a tab, and ordered ONE drink on it. When he went to close it out 30 minutes later, there was 6 or 7 drinks on the tab that weren't ours. The bartender basically said "this isn't my problem." We also had the bartender accidentally give a shot we ordered to the wrong girl and this trash lady DRANK it. Bartender said again there wasn't anything he could do about it even though it was entirely his fault. It was super shitty that ruined an otherwise good experience. Bad customer service is a sign of a place that is fake wannabe classy and not truly upscale. All in all, fun vibe but don't keep any tabs open, and don't sign any receipts for food/drinks that weren't yours because then you can't dispute their fraudulent charges later.

The food here is so so so awful. The prices are so expensive and the quality is TRASH. We had the spiced mahi mahi and the fish was so dry I choked and had zero to no seasoning. The sushi was okay, you would think with the price the fish quality would've been better, but I digress.

We came here for a bachlorette party. We were initially supposed to eat dinner here but decided to come here for the night festivities. We came and we had bottle service but they gave us a table with no chairs or sofa but JUST A TABLE!! Isn't that the purpose of getting bottle service, getting drinks but also a location to sit and rest. We talked to them and they gave us a better spot with places to sit. This venue is pretty big and they have an indoor and outdoor area to party. They had a lawn area but they closed it off which is very interesting because I was there in the summer at such a prime time but people were blocking it off. I feel like it would've been so much more fun if they opened up the lawn area and put the DJ outside. It was so stuffy and hot inside the club. They give you headphones which I thought was interesting. The music is the same as the one playing but way louder so it's more fun. It was pretty crowded but for the most part I had a good time!!

It's a bit tacky and overpriced. Drinks not up to par. Food eh. Sushi eh. Service ok.

Food was good and the price fixe was worth it I guess. Our waiter and staff were nice, but for the price, I expected outstanding service, not terrible. Plates were sitting in front of us for a while, they didn't replace our dirty silverware with new ones, didn't scrape the table full of crumbs. I had to ask for plates (shouldn't that be common sense?) why would we all share from the same plate. Overpriced drinks, it's sickening. All the appetizers came out at once. The tables outside are also terrible. They're picnic benches (LOL) and it's super dark. There's only a few tables with chairs in the light. Also terrible what happened to the other people. Hopefully they don't manipulate our bill.

This place is a COMPLETE scam! In the email they do not disclose that there is $100 per person requirement at the bar AFTER dinner. They simply say you are welcome to stay in the email attached to the review. They also take a picture of the vaccine card which is really shady. I emailed the manager Chris after to understand why they didnt disclose the $100 fee for drinks and he didnt respond. Clearly its to lure people in for dinner and scam them after for drinks. No one puts baby in a corner!

One of the managers lied about the cover first saying it was $20 each and then charging $40 each. The bouncer and FOH staff have us a hard time getting in and discriminated based on race claiming we where dressed inappropriately when more than a few white guys were wearing shorts that evening. The manager accused my friend and I of not being locals when we have a house in South Hampton. This happened all while shooting a TV show in the entire outdoor space making the venue super crowded with no bar space or place to sit! It was false advertising (because the party was horrible, fraudulent, and pathetic.) NEVER coming back!

Went back here a year later. Friends requested the lowest cost bottle of rosé. The server told us the best "bang for our buck" (her words) for a large group was the magnum... we confirmed again "this is the lowest cost?" Turns out this was not the case and we were instead charged $700 for two bottles of wine. When reviewing the menu we saw we would have been able to purchase 11 bottles for that cost (two magnums is the equivalent to 6 bottles) On top of that they charged us auto gratuity (absolutely illegal in NY state) So $140 cash went to the server only on the wine for her dishonest recommendation. Managements response was essentially, "you drank it you buy it." Pure class out there

We went to a day before the wedding cocktail party here and had a great time. Our hosts had rented the backyard which is a very pretty venue. They served tasty appetizers (sliders, lobster rolls, egg rolls and just about all my other favorites!). The people working here were very nice. I've heard it is more of a drinking place later at night, but they also do a great job catering private parties!

Rude and nasty front line staff. Friends and i were told last minute that bar scene is closed. I called to inquire about this on May 27th and the seating situation since forecast was pouring rain. The girl that answered phone informed me that we may have to sit out side and there are no heaters and only a tent, and that if we did not like that we could "feel free to cancel". They also time your dinner and want you in and out. I liked T-bar way better. Way more professional staff and the crowd is better if you are older than 30.

Be warned they are forcing vaccinations against all costs! I've seen that they did not let a pregnant women in, even though there was a reason they could not get vaccinated! The state is not mandating this, and neither should this restaurant. Very rude staff.

I have never in my adult life experienced something as disorganized as this venue. We paid $1000 for nightclub reservations weeks beforehand, and not only were they NOT honored, after a DocuSign agreement, there were scores of other people in line with us who also didn't get in and had reservations. The poor experience could have been mitigated by simple business practices of signage and line stanchions. Instead it was a constant state of security yelling and aggressively pushing people. Based on the behavior of Security, and the fact that I couldn't even reach the front of the line to claim my reservation, we were left with no choice than to leave.

Went here for a lovely ladies bachelorette weekend and it was phenomenal! We did the pre-fixed $75 package which included appetizer, entree, and desert. The drinks were pretty good, filet minion was really good it came with asparagus and potatoes. Attached is a picture of some of the appetizer. Thanks guys!

The booking process for Southampton Social Club could not have been better. Shelly worked with us to put together a cabana for a group of 15 of us this past month and was very responsive and answered any tedious questions the group had. We were set up with a package for $65++ to cover light bites + cocktail pitchers. This was a great deal however the food wasn't out of this world and didn't feel like enough for anyone to get more than 1 of each item. We had high hopes for the pitchers but these were basically pre-made mix and a splash of liquor. Each one of us woke up with the worst hangover of our lives due mostly in part to the massive amounts of sugar we consumed. After asking for a couple remakes, it seemed the bar just didn't know how to provide quality, large pitchers. While the rest of the evening was fun, it was a bit of a letdown after spending $1300 for 2 hours. The one positive was our server, Kasha, was truly attentive and kind throughout the entire service and even remained helpful when we moved our party to the bar. If booking this restaurant for a large group, I'd encourage you book the pre-fixe dinner so you may order bottles of wine off the menu as nobody needs that much sugar in their life.

WARNING: This place preys on groups of young women that they assume are intoxicated in terms of extra charges and "free rounds of drinks" that they then add to the bill anyway. They also committed fraud by adding additional tip to our bill, WITHOUT OUR CONSENT, while the bill already included gratuity. I went with a party of 6 about a week ago and the bill was $800 flat with a $125 gratuity included. I put the entire charge on my card for convenience, but when I looked at my statement I was charged $875. I emailed the manager asking about the extra charge and they tried to tell me I added an additional tip of $75, which I didn't. They sent me a photo of a typed out version of my receipt, and could not produce my hand written copy where I deliberately crossed out the additional tip section. I was refunded the false charge and thought it was resolved. I'm a great tipper and as a former waitress I always take care of my servers, but our server clearly wrote in his own tip, and was not happy that we found out. I went back after this incident with a party of 5 for dinner, chalking up the extra charge to an oversight. When we arrived, the manager Chris acted as if we didn't have a reservation at first and then finally sat us after an awkward moment at check in. When we tried to close out, Chris came over to us and tried to make us pay a $600 minimum that he never mentioned to us when we booked or upon walking in. He then brought up the previous tip incident and told us how we've been "difficult" and have had multiple incidents over the past two weeks. We were told they would "make an exception" for the (made up) minimum but we would have difficulty getting a reservation in the future due to or "difficult" past encounters. Chris was rude, arrogant and kept interrupting us during this hostile conversation. He told the waitress that we would be promptly leaving after we paid our bill even though we had just ordered another round of drinks. He also made our sweet waitress stand there while we added tip and signed the bill, even though she was clearly uncomfortable (FYI we gave her a 20% tip because she was great and kind). This entire experience was mortifying and extremely disrespectful. I will not be returning and would urge anyone who is thinking of booking here to rethink because you might be falsely charged and then disrespected and kicked out.

Absolutely horrible experience here. Chris the manager was unforgivablely rude. Made the birthday girl cry and didn't apologize. Overheard other guests appalled by his remarks as well. Never in my life have I been treated this poorly by management or have I witnessed management treat other patrons so poorly. Owner should seriously reconsider having Chris as a manager.

As the great Randy Jackson from American Idol once said, "It's a no from me dawg." If you can, maybe don't go to this place for a night out. As the other reviews have mentioned, the outdoor space in the back was great. The tables and the lights out back were really lovely. Having the outdoor space is key especially when management decides that, on a warm May night, having the fireplace on full blast inside is a good idea. Like who approved that? Also outside and inside people were extremely drunk at 10:00pm. I saw an older gentleman spike his wine glass on the ground and it spilled/shattered everywhere. There were also young people dancing around a decanter of cranberry juice on the dance floor. Yes, they actually put the glass decanter on the ground multiple times to dance around it. That's what you are in for. Speaking of drinks, please be sure to take out a small loan to be able to afford to be two regular drinks here. I get it, it's the Hamptons and people have the money to spend, but geez at least TRY to hide your extortion plans. I will say that the DJ was REALLY good (Friday night) and I was happy to see people actually dancing. However, the dancing crowd was noticeably young. Overall, I probably won't be back if I can help it.

Was dining there Friday July 15th with 2 others after making reservations 3 weeks in advance for 8pm. Was told when making the reservation there would be live music and a DJ. The waitress was rushing us from the outset and unfriendly and then we were shocked when we were told we must be out by 9:30. Spoke to host/manager who was rude and condescending claiming to send us an email notifying us about the timing which never happened and then after much discussion he rudely told us that he would try (unsuccessfully) to get us another table if we paid an additional $300. He never returned. I work in the hospitality industry and have never been treated so unprofessionally and disrespectfully by a manager/host. I do not recommend

Amazing restaurant ... great Music and cool venue. There was only issue... when you order dinner sometimes they just simply don't bring it. If you want a guarantee that your dinner will be brought to you then this isn't the place for you. However...if you're ok with playing a mysterious game of chance that maybe you will eat and maybe you won't... then give it a chance you won't be disappointed.

The bouncer called my shy friend retarded after making him wait on line for an hour and wouldn't let him in.

Fantastic establishment with amazing staff. The bouncers and door girl were so friendly and personable while we waited in line to get in, and though the line was long and the place is pricey it's worth the wait and every penny. Amazing time with amazing staff and great music. This place is the definition of what the Hamptons should aspire to be.

We had a reservation and the next thing thing we knew we were told to go to the GA line. The staff at the front door was rude to us assuming that we did not have a reservation because we had a big group. Despite the bad entrance we had great waiters! They were so fun and helpful. But for somewhere where you are spending thousands of dollars you shouldn't have to be embarrassed at the front door in front of the whole line. In the future I recommend that the staff wait until people get to the front of the line to tell them to go to the GA line if they don't have a reservation. Other than that we had a great time inside but the beginning of our experience was not great. Overall great music too!

If you like sweaty sweet 16 parties this is the place for you. Dinner staff is one of the worst- totally rude, don't care if you have a nice experience. There is a woman, Michelle, who claims she is the manager and then was waiting bottle service all night? Also she had no tact and was aggressively cursing throughout the night. Save your money the food is mediocre at best for the prices and the cocktails are basic. When it turns into a "club" they still have many tables in the way, seriously lacking in the amount of bartenders for the massive crowd. Will never go back and advise people to stay clear of this mess.

This place exceeded my expectation! Brandon was our server and he was awesome!!!! Chris was a huge help in organizing for us a table as well! The food i wasn't expecting to be so delicious but wow it was!!! We had filet , scallops and so much more was so good! The ambience is beautiful and considering it's Covid time frame i felt totally safe with the precautions the restaurant took, the silent disco was a great bonus. Also something else we didn't think we would enjoy but had the best time!!!! Can't wait to come back

Chris, the "General Manager" runs a piss poor establishment. I've never been treated worse in my life, him and his staff are barbaric and quiet honestly, classless. He is extremely rude, and has a "my daddy owns this place" attitude. Not to mention this place over charges.. for what? A watered down $25 dollar vodka soda? No thanks.

This review is specifically for nightlife here. My friend wanted to come here for his birthday after we had been a few years ago and had fun. I remembered a nice outdoor lawn and plenty of seating, with no cover, so I was willing to go. Myyyyy how this place changed! It was PACKED. There was no where to sit and the big lawn I recalled was filled up with tables and tents from a prior event. People were eating dinner inside and out so there wasn't much standing room. -parking: parked in the nearby train station lot with no issue. My friend, however, did valet for $20. He said at the end of the night (2am ish) he looked for the valet and there was no one around. Finally he found a staff member and they just gave him his keys and told him it was in the parking lot! Unreal. -Saturday night cover was $25 for girls $50 for guys. We totally should've turned away after that but we drove all the way out so we figured we might as well go in. Line wasn't too long, but there were gaggles of girls trying to pay off the bouncer to get in (which was working). -drinks were good, but also overpriced. $15+ for drinks. I was the designated driver so I only had one Moscow Mule in the beginning of the night which was pretty good, albeit not worth the money. A bartender did give me a free club soda though, which was very kind! -the crowd here is very ...Hampton like? seemed like a bunch of rich fiancé bros and old money combined with instagram models and a bachelor bachelorette party thrown in. There was a definite vibe that me and my friends were not really jiving with. -the DJ was great, so we had a good time dancing. Hence the 2 stars vs 1. If you're looking for a night out in the Hamptons and have disposable income, come here! Otherwise, probably don't.

Went here for the second time and had the same experience. I am ready to pay more if quality service is provided, but the reservations take forever. The communication is pretty poor

I reached out recently to the Southampton Social Club about having dinner and renting a cabana. I was responded to with an email advising that I would not be permitted to enter the establishment unless I, and whoever was with me, would provide documented proof of COVID-19 vaccination. I advised I am pregnant and that with my doctor a decision was made that I will not be vaccinated. Despite this, I was told that there are "no exceptions." They are discriminating on the basis of vaccination status as well as pregnancy. I would never give business to this place.

Just got home from this place. My sister took me here for a surprise birthday dinner. I had never heard of SSC before. We walked in for a dinner reservation at 8pm. First off there was a sign for valet service, but no valet in sight. We parked our own car in an adjacent lot filled with pot holes and I banged my foot on some steel gate in the dark while walking to the restaurant. While we walked up the pathway, some guy behind the bar dressed in catering bartender attire (white shirt with a black bowtie) stared at us both the entire walk up. I glared at him until he knocked it off. Pretty poor first impression needless to say. We walked in and told them our reservation, a hostess brought us into a room set for a wedding, not dinner service, with a few catering waiters (not dinner service waiters judging by how they were dressed) literally sitting in the chairs of the tables talking, with some big man that resembled Biz Marquee in the middle of the room, shooting the shit and screaming laughing. The hostess actually placed the menus on a two top alongside Biz Marquee and the waiters, who were currently sitting and shouting across the room at each other. Before I could ask this clearly inexperienced hostess if she was joking, my sister politely asked if we could sit outside. The hostess complied and we sat outside with barely any lighting at all in the chilly air. I tried to read the menu but could barely see it, and couldn't hear myself think over the screams and loud music. Also there was not a single customer in the whole place, or a bartender or waiter that was not in catering attire. I also was suspicious that since the staff was so unprofessional and no other diners were here, if there was even a chef working this Friday night. Did all of the wait staff get cut, with only a prep cook remaining in the kitchen? It crossed my mind. Seeing the prices on that menu and already having a terrible time, I had to walk out. I just got the impression by the laughing/shouting waiters and screaming dude in the middle of the restaurant that no one was taking dinner service seriously, and I was going to get some really crappy food at a very high price. I felt bad but there are so many restaurants on long island I could not waste money at a place like that. I've never walked out of a restaurant in my entire life until today! Note to the owner: I better get an apology for this. My sister was very upset that we had to leave and it ruined our night. It was nothing more than a waste of time and gas coming here, if the hostess that sat us (grown woman with brown hair and glasses) was actually the manager on duty, you both should be very embarrassed. She was sitting in the dining room being entertained by the Biz Marquee comedian in a white t-shirt and jeans with the rest of the staff, while we the customers were outside in the dark trying to get away from the raucus. I'm going to assume that this was age discrimination, because both my sister and I look very young, perhaps your staff assumed that we did not need to be treated with respect. Everyone dicking around at 8pm on a Friday night tells me why the rest of the tables were empty. UPDATE: Today I receive in my yelp inbox a mocking comment from a fake account, someone named "Vanessa" from St. James with 0 friends and 0 reviews. The comment: "Youre funny. A little judgement don't you think." Unbelievable! I contacted this restaurant directly through their website and asked that they call my sister to apologize for our terrible experince. Since we drove a long way and were driven out by the STAFF. Not a rude customer, the actual STAFF scared us out. Come into a restaurant on a friday night to order food and enjoy yourself and it looked like we arrived in the middle of a staff party! Can you imagine someone being thoughtful and taking you out to dinner and you actually walk out of the very expensive restaurant? It was very insulting to my sister. I even said if they called my sister and apologized that I would take this review down. I did not ask for money or gift certs, because no way was I going back here, just an apology. After that snide comment, forget it. This review is staying up.

Went to Southampton Social club for a bachelorette party diner last weekend. Besides the dinner being such a good value for SO MUCH food, the food was amazing as well! Everyone loved their dish and we could barely eat the dessert (which came out with sparklers ). My friends and I ended up ditching our after diner plans and danced the night away at Social Club. Such a great, fun atmosphere, and you can tell the waitresses really enjoyed working there! Overall I highly recommend Southampton Social Club for dinner, drinks, parties, basically anything. Many couples and large groups looked like they were having so much fun, and the food is again, literally amazing. 10 stars!!!! Can't wait till more of my friends get married or next anniversary so I can go back.

made reservations for 5pm on a weekday. the reservation process was easy for me once the establishment replied to my sister's email with a link to their reservation system. their reply took a couple days. the restaurant was empty inside as well as outside, and i found myself wishing we would've gone at night on a weekend. the backyard is pretty, the service was good / attentive, and the food was ok. we had the dinner pre-fix for $39. i chose the pizza, the chicken with veggies, and tiramisu. the pizza was ok but i am very picky with tomato sauce and didn't care for theirs. the chicken was cooked well - it was juicy and flavorful and so were the veggies. the tiramisu was really disappointing. i didn't taste espresso at all, i barely tasted chocolate, and i mostly tasted the dairy (mascarpone cheese i think). i also had the union margarita, which was yummy and did not make my jaw hurt like a lot of alcohol does. my sister ordered the ginger salad, pasta with broccoli rabe and sausage, 2 rolls of sushi (which was $30 extra bc it was not included in the pre fixe), and the chocolate cake. the dressing on the salad was not traditional orange ginger dressing from japanese restaurants - it was straight up ginger. the sushi was good and the pasta was alright - there were tomatoes in the pasta that she did not care for. and the cake somehow didn't really taste like chocolate. the portion of all the food was surprisingly good. we both had leftovers for the next day. also, there is no parking on the premesis for customers. we were asked to park in the lot across the street for the LIRR. it wasn't an issue but just thought i'd mention that. overall i don't think southhampton social is great for an early dinner. i'd want to go back for drinks and appetizers, and hang out in that yard on a warm night.

Such a fun place to go out at! The venue from the outside you would not think is a party atmosphere, but gets really fun later in the night. The space inside was very big as well as the outside. Several friends and I got a cabana here on a Saturday night, and had great service. The cabana minimum was $3,000 and wasn't a problem for us to hit early on. The sparkling rose was amazing, I wish I remember the name of it. We loved our waitress and had a great time with her. Once the rest of the dinner guests were finishing up, the tables were moved to make a giant dance floor both inside and out. There was a great DJ and had the place going hard. Highly recommend coming to this place if you are spending a weekend or summer in the Southampton.

Had an amazing dinner here Wednesday night! The tables were perfectly spread apart and the staff was Amazing. Made our dinner extremely enjoyable and the food was delicious. Definitely will come back here

Overall, I'd say it was a positive experience, which is saying a lot about a restaurant in the Hamptons just opening for the season. My wife and I had made reservations for 7 PM on Saturday. When we arrived, we were told that they were quite full and they were hopeful that we would just sit at the bar to have our dinner. Upon hearing this, we remained hopeful that we would get seated at a decent table. Declining the bar suggestion, we were escorted to a lovely table in front of the fireplace. The service was quite good and for the most part everything that we had put in front of us was quite delicious. We had two different salads; they were both varied and interesting. I had the chicken and my wife had the scallops. The chicken was delicious although slightly over salted. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the scallops. Portion sizes were adequate and dish presentations were extremely strong. The choice of music (Eddy Money and more of the same which started blaring half way through our dinner) was grating. Who ever liked Eddy Money? It's a sophisticated place that should play Sophisticated music (e.g., St. Germaine; Sneaker Pimps). Speaking of music, it was posted on your website that the DJ was on from 5 PM, but he was nowhere to be seen around 9 PM so we left unable to dance, but we did have a good time otherwise.

I don't know to say about this one. The food (and presentation) and service was actually very good. The price fix menu was great for a large group (55pp). BUT - people were doing drugs in the bathroom AND people seemed so cracked out at the bar, some even falling asleep standing up! No one even did anything about it. 75 Main in South Hampton is a much better choice.

Very cute restaurant/club. We went for dinner. Lobster roll appetizer and sushi rolls were delish! Also ordered tuna and filet mignon... we ordered way too much food, but the menu was so good we couldn't help ourselves! FYI- the mini lobster rolls aren't that "mini" and the sushi rolls are big. Great wine, great cocktails. Waitress was very friendly, attentive, and provided great service.
