Southeast Grind

This place was really great. This was my first time here, and I instantly felt like I had been a 'regular' the whole time. The staff is really down to Earth, and the vibe seems to be very artistic with lots of young working people on their laptops or sketchpads. This is a great place to unwind with a drink and creative friend. They're also open 24/7 so feel free to check them out whenever you'd like. There's a community board filled with lots of services too. I hadn't gotten the change to read more on it, but I know I'll be back soon.

Open 24-hours a day. That's 6/5 stars territory in Portland which has a detestable offering of late-night options. Good job on simply being open and making decent coffee. Oh, and all the better that they have clean bathrooms.

Great coffee, great tea, friendly staff. It's super crowded sometimes during the day, but it's easy to see why. Being a 24hr establishment, there are homeless people who come in, and I've seen people who work there have friendly and civil interactions with them. That is something I admire for sure. They set decent boundaries so that nobody has space to be disruptive, but are generally kind, from what I've witnessed. The atmosphere is queer- and nerd- friendly, and all around, this is my favorite coffee shop in Portland.

I stopped by this coffee shop with my partner near midnight on a Thursday. It was really busy, and the vibe was nice. The couches and lounge chairs give the place a relaxing feel, and reminds me of some sweet spots on college campuses. It was a really nice place to go during odd hours, and get a good cup of coffee and have late night conversation without any worries...

This is a really good place to go late at night when you want to get some work done. The establishment is very quiet despite it being busy. Coffee is good, but baristas on 12/8 seemed a little amateur, but was friendly. The ambient music is really nice. The only recommendation I have for this business is to replace the couch and chairs with more seating. Not very many people sit in them, they're not very sturdy, and there's no table for you to get work done near them. They're also kind of dirty. So if the business owner can read this, your establishment is awesome, just replace the couches/"comfy chairs".

Cozy atmosphere, great unique coffee drinks, and yummy bites. I wish I came by here more because I really adore this coffee shop and it's open 24 hours to boot. The Rose Garden is a very delightful drink and I also reccomend the Awesome Toast.

The coffee is great. Open 24 hours. Great snacks and food. The atmosphere is relaxed. Easy to kick back with a laptop and get work done or watch movies/shows on your tablet. Read, draw, write, whatever you're into, the people there are generally quiet and low key. Local art is always on display and for sale.
