"Since 1992, this Decatur bakery has grown a fanbase for their delicious cakes. They’ve got a solid breakfast and lunch menu if you’re one of those people who have to eat a “real” meal before dessert (the customizable breakfast sandwich proves they can do savory well too). But we’re really here for the baked goods. The layer cakes are their specialty with 17 flavor options, and they have a handful of tasty cheesecakes and pound cakes. Any selection is an excellent choice. And if you're vegan, the plant-based strawberry layer cake is one of our all-time favorites. The moist interior, layered with real strawberries and a light sugar icing on top always makes us want to head back to the counter to order a whole cake for ourselves. photo credit: Sarah Newman photo credit: Sarah Newman photo credit: Sarah Newman" - Juli Horsford

I’ve enjoyed vegan desserts from Southern Sweets for years but always at a restaurant that sells them so this was my first experience at their actual location. I ordered a vegan raspberry chocolate mousse cake for a friend’s birthday but I arrived hungry so decided to order food for myself while there. I had a vegan black bean burger and a bag of chips. The burger looked a little strange but was actually pretty tasty and the price was good. The atmosphere was nice - eclectic and comfortable. It felt welcoming. The cake was ridiculously delicious. After serving everyone there was this collective silence because everyone was taking it in. Seriously SO good. I also got a slice of vegan German chocolate cake for myself and it, too, was amazing. It’s in or super close to Avondale Estates and I could see making an afternoon of thrifting and stopping for lunch and a treat, especially if I lived closer. But it was definitely worth the trek.

Google
It's been a while since I've been here, but I always used to go for the old-fashioned chocolate vegan cake. Unfortunately, this time I was really disappointed. The icing was good but the cake was so dry that I couldn't even eat it!

Wow! What a pleasant surprise for lunch and a sweet. We had the hotdogs, not our typical choice, yet they were excellent, cooked and dressed to order and served on a bakery fresh bun. For dessert we had a trio of treats, coconut cake, vanilla chocolate cake and key lime pie. Highly recommend this bakery for breakfast, brunch and lunch. You can purchase a slice or the entire pie, or cake. You can choose to sit inside or outside in the shaded patio. Great food, ambiance and service.

Google
Well this has been one of my favorite spots for dessert and lunch selections for 20+ years. Today was a terrible visit. My slices are tiny as compared to previous visits. I expressed my dissatisfaction and no one did anything to assist, everyone just looked puzzled. I will likely not be returning. I had not visited in a while and will likely not return for small slices of cake for $7.25. Terrible service, everyone barely spoke and were very uninterested. Just disappointing experience. $24 wasted. Time and gas wasted. I passed a million shops to get to this one. Had to ask for forks. I’ve ordered numerous whole cakes for anniversaries and multiple celebrations. My family has used Southern Sweets for weddings. After this, we are done.

Google
Great little neighborhood style bake shop. It's in an odd location geographically, but the food is worth travelling for. Excellent selection of cakes and sweets - nice little cafe setting with enough sandwich choices to make this a good choice for lunch if you are close by, but the cakes are the star here.

Google
Idk what they put in the almond cake, but I’m addicted. WHEW! One of the best cakes ever. I will admit sometimes their cakes can be a little dry, but when it’s not it’s pretty good.

Google
I LOVE THE VEGAN OPTIONS! I got a slice of vegan key lime pie (not pictured), vegan peanut butter chocolate mousse cake and hubby got a slice of vegan raspberry chocolate mousse cake. 10/10!!! The pictures aren’t the best but the honey the QUALITY & TASTE is everything to me!

Google
We had three slices of cake and a slice of strawberry cheesecake. Absolutely delicious. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
I sent in a request for Southern Sweets to do a gluten free 1 tier cake for our wedding reception. We wanted something to cut into and look pretty but also something that we (as the bride and groom) could take home and enjoy later. They did a wonderful job- the cake was amazing (we did GF chocolate cake with amaretto frosting)!! You could not even tell that it was gluten-free! They also were pretty full for the date that I requested and still took me on because it was a smaller cake, which I really appreciated. Overall, great experience!

Rena H.

Yelp
Great service and the cake was delicious Lee up the good work a travel from McDonald ga to come here well worth the drive

Yelp
Excellent vegan and gf chocolate ganache tart. My partner got this for me for my birthday so that I wouldn't have to make my own birthday treat. I felt initially skeptical that it was truly gf and vegan because the presentation was so gorgeous ... and it tasted so good! The crust is a ground nut crust that the website describes as caramel nut. It has the slightest touch of cinnamon and the texture is crunchy and delicious. The ganache is smooth and dense, in the best way. This tart could feed a lot because a tiny sliver is all you need at one time. The tart did seem frozen when picked up, but we had time for it to thaw. Factor that into your plans if you're getting a whole one. She also got a slice of oreo cheesecake and ate the whole thing which tells me just how good it was! Dense-style, not light or fluffy (cheesecake people will understand). Happy to have this as an option - it would be a great take along to a party if you didn't want to make something and will please everyone but chocolate haters and folks with nut allergies.

Yelp
We stopped here after lunch in attempt to curb afternoon sweat cravings. And the cakes did their job!

Lili J.

Yelp
This has been a long-time family favorite spot for sweets, and I have always said that they have had my favorite cakes, but lately, I feel like the quality has gone down. The cakes are obviously smaller than they used to be but at the same price, and they just don't taste as good as they used to. I did try a new kind of cake this time, the strawberries and cream, and it was just not really good. It tasted too sweet and a little artificial, and the layers just kind of fell apart. Not really the quality I'm used to them having. It didn't taste great, and it was a disappointing experience. I hope they are able to get back to what they used to be because it was so good but I don't know how soon I'll be going back.

Bri C.

Yelp
Really one of the best bakeries in Atlanta. Some great gluten-free options as well. And these are really good to bring to a holiday party!

Ms. R.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem. I came here because it's the only place in the area that offers turkey bacon as an option for a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich could have been constructed differently but was good just the same. Additionally, I ordered a slice of lemon blueberry cake which was somewhat moist but easily crumbled. The cashier's service was friendly and informative. The ambiance is a bit rustic, dark, but welcoming.

Jarrod F.

Yelp
If you're ever attending a potluck or a dinner party and you're tasked for bringing desserts, this is the place to go! A friend of mine decided to bring a vegan chocolate cake from here over to our house for a holiday party and it was a hit! My wife and I enjoyed the cake so much that we decided to get the same cake for Christmas Day. Although I've only had the chocolate cake, the cafe does a lot of desserts and they also serve breakfast and lunch items. While we were picking up our Cake for Christmas today, we also decided to grab a Cobb salad and a BLT for lunch. Both the salad and Sandwich was decent, but probably a little bit overpriced in my opinion. As for the ambiance of the cafe, it was pretty cool. You walk in and there is a few tables for sitting and there are some outside as well. All throughout the cafe is dope art from different time periods and cultures, definitely gives you a "cafe" feel. Probably wouldn't recommend the spot for large parties or a date night, but if you wanted to grab a quick bite with a friend or have some coffee and read/work on something, this is the place.

John B.

Yelp
It's in kind of a warehouse district looking area, but this little place clearly was not hidden from the locals who were streaming in. A splendid spread of baked goods awaited, but I was surprised how many of them were vegan. I sampled what was described as a chocolate raspberry mousse cake, bearing in mind that mousse is a very non-vegan foodstuff. The rich flavor and smooth texture did little to disappoint, and if it was coconut or something like that there wasn't any strange or off taste to dissuade me from wolfing that thing down. The average diner may just ignore the labeling as to what is and what is not vegan, but those with particular dietary preferences or allergies will be quite satisfied if what I got is any indication.

Yelp
I learned of Southern Sweets after my brother surprised me and my office with a Key Lime cake for my birthday. The cake was a little bit different that more traditional recipes but very decadent, moist, flavorful, and delicious. I and my office enjoyed it thoroughly. It was not overly sweet which I immensely appreciate and was truly satisfying. Thank you so much for the amazing delivery!

Serene L.

Yelp
Was here for a weekday brunch. The person at the cashier taking orders was very informative and asked great questions I'm an expert to get our breakfast perfect to our liking. I appreciated that very much. I believe we were their first set of customers on Tuesday. I love it when it's empty like that cos their weekends are busy. Rightly so because their sandwiches are super tasty and always served hot. This time we added a strawberry cheesecake to our breakfast and since I have never had any desserts there before and therefore had no expectations, I was pleasantly surprised. It was sweet but at a level I can tolerate. Generally I find desserts in America much too sweet but this place was just about right.

Mrs C.

Yelp
So absolutely disappointed in the cake and a different cake slice I got. Not only are these totally different cakes from a few years ago, but they are horrible. They fell apart just touching them with the fork and the key lime had 3 layers, still small, and that layer was more than the actual cake layers. So sad that they are no longer the best cake around and they have downgraded their cakes to crumbly messes!! Drove from a different county for my husband's B'day and he was shocked also... he is a chef. Charging more money for horrible cakes. And can only imagine what the rest of menu items taste since they have made these changes.

Dineke T.

Yelp
Received takeout brunch from here. Everything was fresh, hot, and quick. I haven't actually tried the sweets but I'll be back to try them.

Elle W.

Yelp
I truly love this place. There are so many vegan cakes that it's hard to choose. Everything I've had has been delicious.

Vijaya K.

Yelp
First time here for breakfast. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a croissant. Croissant was badly burnt and eggs not cooked over-hard as requested. Could overlook it all, but deeply disappointed with the plates they use. Plastic plates on which hot food was placed, and it eroded the plastic. Not safe for health. If an establishment charges close to 15 USD for a hot breakfast, please serve on proper plates or at least paper plates. Not returning to try another time.

Aimee B.

Yelp
This is my go-to place when I need a cake to take to an event or when having family over. They will also accommodate special diets and allergies which is lovely. Order ahead online for what you need and they will have your name on it. I have also had lunch here a couple of times and their sandwiches are delicious as well. Counter service is quick and efficient. You can also get a slice of cake or pie while there!

Rebecca E.

Yelp
I don't even really like cake that much but I LOVE THIS PLACE! The fact that a bakery with the word "Southern" in its name has more than five vegan options still shocks me. The coconut cake is delicious. It is a little pricey for an individual slice but totally worth it if you want to treat yourself.

Shavonia F.

Yelp
I passed this place for years and always wanted to stop but never did. I had time for breakfast today so I gave it a try. I ordered their shrimp and grits- a different and interesting take. Parmesan grits and shrimp cakes with red pepper gravy. The grits were a little salty for my taste but still good. I liked the shrimp cake, it was different. It was a healthy portion. My favorite part of the meal was the toast with butter and accompanying raspberry jam. This was great! I love jams and if I was going home I would have purchased the larger portion to take with me. I'll be back for it. Service was standard for post-Covid business. The place was cute. Can't wait to come back to try the rustic toast with sharp cheddar and the jam and, of course something sweet!

David C.

Yelp
Great place for a sugar fix! Great atmosphere, fast-paced with tons to choose from. I was a bit disappointed in my selection. I love the rum cakes I get in New England and was hoping for something similar here but I did not find it as good. It was good, just not what I was hoping for.

Maisha H.

Yelp
I just love when you have a great experience at the register and people are so friendly and polite! Nowadays people are always rushing you and asking you what do you want pressuring you to order quickly. Sometimes I even tell people that it's my first time there and they don't even acknowledge it. These folks were different! There were two ladies at the register and I told them I was struggling between four choices on the menu. After she said they were all good or popular, I invited them to make a choice for me. They selected shrimp and grits which is actually shrimp cakes and Parmesan cheese grits. I love the non traditional shrimp cakes. It was delicious along with the creamy grits! I returned another day for French toast and this too was delicious yet different. The bread is soaked in the batter giving it a bread pudding-like texture. It was super moist and flavorful. I didn't even get an opportunity to try some of their scrumptious looking baked goods but whenever I'm back in the area, I'll be sure to stop by.

Mel N.

Yelp
Had not been here in a while. Prices were 3 to 5 dollars higher than pre-Covid. Although the chocolate cake was as good as it was before the slice was smaller and my friend thought that paying $7.50 dollars for a slice of chocolate cake was pretty high! I ordered the cherry pie which also was around seven dollars. Both were very tasty.

Trai W.

Yelp
The food and desserts are good. The customer service is friendly. I highly recommend this small bakery. Quaint and cozy

Kimberly W.

Yelp
Love this bakery! My favorite is the butter cake, but everything I've tasted so far has been delicious! I have had excellent customer service on each visit there! Highly recommended!

Bri W.

Yelp
Why haven't I visited this place sooner?! Bf and I ordered these slices of cakes: RED VELVET - Very moist, incredible flavor, frosting tasted handmade. STRAWBERRY CAKE, NOT CREAM - Sooo good! Frosting also tasted handmade, strawberry frosting kind of had an artificial taste to it (or maybe it was just really sweet), vanilla cake was delicious. KAHLUA/MOCHA CHEESECAKE - Yuuuum! The mocha melts in your mouth. Definitely a favorite. OREO CHEESECAKE - Pace yourself with this one. It was so good that I didn't realize I'd eaten it so quickly. There is a nice distribution of the Oreo flavor, no Oreo bits, but great flavor throughout. The cheesecake doesn't taste too doughy, either. It's super smooth! They have the cheesecake recipe down well! Tastes like a slice of cake from a NYC bakery. Favorite so far: RED VELVET Runner up: OREO CHEESECAKE Tip: Don't forget the cakes in the fridge on your right when you walk in. We totally missed those until after we already chose the slices. Would I recommend? Absolutely! Will I be back? I have to! I missed 2 fridges of cakes and pies!

Skip G.

Yelp
A friend of mine brought me a piece of their coconut cake a couple of months ago because she knew it was my favorite kind of cake. I have to say this is the best coconut cake I've ever eaten. It's very rich and the slices are big. Definitely half today and have tomorrow kind of slice. I went there today and got another piece of the coconut and also a piece of traditional chocolate cake. It was very good too !! Will be going back for sure !

Ashley T.

Yelp
It finally happened. I finally made my way to Southern Sweets. Not once...but twice in a week. Why you might ask? Because. These. Sweets. Are. Absolutely. Delightful. And. Delicious. And. Amazing. I've heard about this place from a lot of people but to experience for myself was a whole different story. Decided to drop in on a Sunday afternoon and was happy that it wasn't super busy. I noticed a few displays areas and was immediately tryin to decide what I wanted but myyyyy oh myyyy was that a belated choice. There were cakes, pies, cookies, blondies, sandwiches, salads. I mean soooo many things but all I wanted was the sweet stuff. So I decided to get a slice of the carrot cake and place my order with the young lady at the counter. I will say they run a pretty tight operation and those orders come up and out pretty fast. The cake slice was a little less than $7 and it was worth every penny! The slice was huge! It was so fresh and light and the frosting wasn't overpowering yet sweet enough for me to not want to put it down. The walnuts, the cinnamon, everything about that cake made me want more. I was really in love with how the cake was like a perfect blend of everything that goes into a carrot cake and the cream cheese frosting was just lovely. I gifted my husband with a slice of the Oreo cheesecake and stole a bite. My goodness. So creamy and full of Oreo. I mean what will I try next?? Apple pie, cherry pie, key lime pie, key lime cake, pound cake, red velvet cake...I mean the options are endless. Such a lovely experience and I cannot wait to get back!

Alice K.

Yelp
Update: So I did get married and I did get Southern Sweets to make our wedding cake! It was awesome!

JoAnn M.

Yelp
Food is interesting, filling and creative. Staff is friendly. Seating available inside and out. I go to treat myself at this neighborhood hideaway whenever I can.

Nish N.

Yelp
I love the food here but I recently made a visit and the deserts are not as good. Not sweet enough & it's on the dryer side. Even though the cakes are cold it's still kinda dry. But the food is really good & customer service is A+

ES K.

Yelp
Picked up a mini quiche labeled Spinach & Cheese made with spinach cheddar nutmeg s&p 1st bite - evident spinach only sprinkled on top not mixed through. That's not spinach quiche! No cheese visible or tastable. As for salt pepper nutmeg - MIA. Crust was underdone so followed label directions to heat. That turned thick fluffy albeit bland eggs into rubber. So, overall $8 for the most tasteless food I've had since Gerber days. While waiting read an effusive sign about covid-related staff shortages. One person greeted, took orders & cashiered while 2 others stood behind her saying & doing NOTHING. Did not seem to be observing/training as no conversation or attention paid to cashier. 8-10 people waiting with no acknowledgement or eye contact. Wanted to try this long established place but though their sammies & sweets may rock avoid the quiche!!

Kara N.

Yelp
Soooo good love all the vegan options and reasonable pricing for whole cakes. Perfect for special occasions

Madam KL S.

Yelp
They have breakfast brunch food but I've only eaten the sweets. My sister loves the Key Lime Pie and the family as a whole loves there Strawberry Cake and the Key Lime Cake. They are very nice and service is exceptional!!! Must try their brunch because a lot of people eat in.

Justin N.

Yelp
Southern Sweets Bakery was a great place with a great variety of treats. We came her to pickup a cake and were very excited they had Vegan cakes available. The cake was great and is a great place for people needing vegan cakes.

Bree G.

Yelp
I really love coming here when i am craving for something chocolate and sweet but I am highly disappointed in this german chocolate cake its dry and it hard .i have been coming to this place for years and I always get the same cake because it my number one favorite dessert ever but i dont know what to do with this i can actually throw it at someone head that's how hard it is.

Stephanie N.

Yelp
I'm not much of a sweets person, just swung by here to help my sister try some cakes for her wedding, but absolutely loved the Creme Fraiche Coffee Cake. Delicious, moist, and not too sweet. Chocolate raspberry was also very tasty, for those who like mousse and a bit more density. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for! Ambience is adorable too. Excited to try more.

Kam M.

Yelp
Since I decided to do a cleanse this weekend I wanted one last piece of cake to satisfy my sweet tooth. Southern Sweets has been on my Yelp list for a while so since I was finally in the area I decided to give them a try. Located behind God's back in an unassuming building in a commercial area off of Rio Circle. They are known for their breakfast, lunch, and treats vegan and regular. I decided to practice willpower and only get what I originally came for which was the vegan carrot cake. The cake was delicious. A little too much frosting for me but I just took it off. I will be back to try the vegan pancakes and other options.

Pamela A.

Yelp
The cake slices are huge, but they are pricey around eight-ish bucks each. 4/5. I like that the cakes are dense like real southern cakes. These are gourmet for cakes. The coconut cake was the 3rd best I've ever had. It's 4/5. My friend Alliston makes the best. I prefer the double boiler frosting over this one. Their Caramel cake is extremely sweet, but good 4/5. I love sweet things. This was actually too sweet for my taste. I would come back and try the strawberries and cream layer cake, and the amaretto butter cake. I wish they had cookies. Service was friendly and attentive 4/5. I wish they had a 4 cake sampler for purchase. If they did, you'd be able to try flavors and see which one was your favorite. Then you could order a large piece of your favorite. No bakery is cutting edge. If they were, then add a minimum they would have a two flavor cake option for the same price as one. it would be 2 halves to equal one. That way by the time you finish one flavor, you wouldn't be sick of it before you ate the other. I wouldn't order the caramel cake here again. La Madeleine has better coconut cake with better frosting. for a better price and size. Although I sampled those cakes here and sat for a while, no one thought to come over and ask me how I like them. They were too busy socializing with each other.

Willie D.

Yelp
Whenever I'm shopping at Your DeKalb Farmwrs Ma I stop her for a snack or late breakfast sandwich. This I had a taste for the pimento cheese sandwich It's full of pimento cheese with lettuce and tomatoes on whatever kind of bread you want. Fresh and great as the staff is friendly. I found his pl as co while being noisy (hope I spelled it right) just driving through the industrial park across from the farmers market and so glad I did because I've been going since.if ever in the area please stop by and give them a chance to please your pallet.

Lynnette E.

Yelp
We got an assortment of cheesecakes. The staff was very helpful and kind. Everything was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for just one slice of dessert or enough to feed a crowd.

Aleta K.

Yelp
Yikes! Both the carrot cake and the cinnamon coffee cake had bits of nut shells in the nuts. Thought it would break my teeth, very unpleasant.

Jon H.

Yelp
Went by the other day because I was told about what this place had to offer, so I decided to check it out. When entering the establishment, there were two ladies behind the counter and noticed I walked in and after I said "hello", there was no response( I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time). I walked up to the counter and looking at the menu for little less than a minute, I proceeded to tell one of the ladies what I would like to order. I finally received a response from one of them saying, " the only thing they had available was in the cooler". I asked could I not order from the menu and I was looked at "awkwardly" and was told no ( mind you this was 12:09pm in the afternoon). I figured they were not interested my business, so I turned around and walked out. I'm leaving this review not because of the quality of food or taste, but of the customer service. If I was told when walking up to the counter that the only thing that was available to purchase was in the cooler, I would've been happy to check to see if they had anything I would like to get from there. But instead, nothing was said to me, as I walked up to the counter, and after I looking at the menu then proceeded to place my order is when I was first spoken to. I guess their conversation that they were having was more important than making a sale.

Jahmal P.

Yelp
My boy from Atl was like do you like pie. I'm like pie this random, is this some kinda trick question. Nope do u like pie, yeah I like pie not really an apple pie type guy. Would usually only eat the crust, but I be loving some pecan pie. So we go to this spot and it amazing they choices they types of cakes and pies they serve and it's my birthday weekend so u know I gotta have some. The special of the day was gumbo with chicken andouille sausage and I had to ask if the gumbo had okra in it, praise GOD it did. Yes I am the type of guy to go to a Pastry spot and get gumbo. I wish I ordered a large I'm so disappointed I didn't.

Martha W.

Yelp
This was my first time here. We had the grilled pimento cheese sandwich, the black bean burger, the rustic apple pie and the chocolate cake. Everything was delicious. The pimento cheese is out of this world! The black bean burger was one of the best we ever had. We took home a slice of apple pie, big mistake, next time we are bringing home a whole pie.

Anonymous A.

Yelp
Best cakes in Atlanta The marscapone rum cake is amazing! Great prices on the cakes as well. Did not disappoint!

John T.

Yelp
We thought we'd try lunch at SSB since their reputation for desserts is so good. Yuge mistake... First, I was turned off by the filthy condition of the sole restroom, and then I noticed that the restaurant's floors don't ever appear to have been cleaned. Not a good sign for the kitchen, I'll thought. The staff at the order counter could not have been less interested in us as patrons - they looked bored out of their minds, and couldn't muster a simple hello. They also weren't very familiar with the lunch menu. Finally, my shrimpcake poboy only technically qualified as "shrimp"; in the three small corn cakes on the sandwich, I found exactly 2 pieces of shrimp of about 1/4 inch each. So I paid for $11 for what amounted to a half of a shrimp in this joke of a sandwich. If you like cornbread and lettuce on a hoagie roll, this sandwich is for you! Best stick to baking, SSB...

Linda M.

Yelp
I've frequented Southern Sweets a few times over the years. They make the BEST coconut cake...(on par with my gramma's). I've tried slices of their other cakes too, but never their pies. Y'all, WOW... I'd never described myself as a fan of Apple Pie, but, I was attending a private function and the host was a huge apple pie fan. Though he'd never had So. Sweets apple pie, I gambled and hoped he'd like it. Understatement of the year...he loved it, everyone else loved it, and I gave it a try. OUTSTANDING. My only regret? I didn't accept his offer of a piece to go (for later) .

Golda S.

Yelp
I came for a slice of Old Fashion Chocolate Cake and I got the LAST SLICE . It was everything I remember it to be...moist, decadent, and delicious. The price is absolutely worth it so go ahead and treat yourself. Your spirit will go "ahhhhh"! I have not tried anything else on the menu and perhaps on my next trip to Atlanta I will. The staff is always professional, sweet, and helpful.

Penny R.

Yelp
If you are needing a sugar fix this is THE go to place!!! Sandwiches are amazing as well. Finding parking down the alleyway can be a bit tricky.... don't feel as if you made a wrong turn. Looking at all of the favors and variety of cakes and pies In the case made it hard to decide. Good ol cherry pie was the perfect choice. Sweet and tart. Crumbly crust with the crunch of hard sugar on top. Waiting for my turkey sandwich I saw the delight on so many faces as they picked up there special order cakes... Beautiful and defiantly all works of art. Definitely heading back here the next time in Atlanta!

Yelp
We recently had the 10" red velvet cake and it was absolutely divine. The BFF turned 40 and we couldn't celebrate without cake because what's a birthday without great cake, right? We were so pleased with the red velvet cake order. The cake smelled amazing coming out of the box. The decorative icing and accoutrements made me want to save the cake. The smell, however, fed the urge to cut and eat it, and I'm glad I did! The cake was moist and void of any flavors of imitation ingredients. The icing was just the right amount of sweet and paired perfectly with all three layers! The cake was amazing and the compliments that we got just on how great it looked probably added to the levels of delicious. I'd suggest this place to anyone looking!
