Talk about a little gem in a mountain of poo, you must try this place! You could drive by this place a hundred times and not expect what is inside, but once you try it, you might see why the others have rated it is 5 stars. Let me start out with the pizza, mostly it's thin crust, I did not see any Chicago-style pizza but the taste and the balance of the sauce and ingredients is spot-on. I get excited thinking about I have found the ultimate Pizza that I've been searching for since the early 90s and opening time before going into the early 90's like what Papa John's and Domino's style pizza had about 25 years ago. Since then, they've changed their recipe. I've never have been able to find that recipe run like that but only but a few places until NOW and here we are!
Before I get into anything else about here I must GIVE a 10 star kudo to the staff here. I really have never never in my life experienced such kind, helpful and unobtrusive employees at a pizza place before until NOW! If any of you pizza parlor owners get a chance, you should really go and check out how they are trained here and then you might understand that this is pretty much top notch for what you'd really ask for in a pizza place in a hidden corner of the end cap. All the way from the cashier, to the people cleaning the little dining room area and I am pretty much sure the pizza makers as well, thank you for the wonderful experience you have shown me. There is somewhat maybe a very mature aged gentleman in the mix and I am not sure if he is the owner or the manager, but altogether off, him and the crew hit the service ball out of the park in the name of good and humble service. An example would be, while I was eating at the small table somewhat by the soda machine, the female red haired employee was sweeping and coming into my area of bubble in which she kindly asked if she was getting too close to my area because she wanted to "respect my eating pad" and do not want me to worry about kickibg up any dust. ( any other place especially in Asian place would you sweep over your foot if you know what I mean) . Another time is me not eating asking for a to-go box to finish my $10 14 in pizza but receiving a to-go box anyways without asking. Can anybody tell me who does that these days? Well, not many. I bought a small bottle of liquor two doors down and stopped here to ask for a cup of ice which I was more than willing to pay for, was not charged but was given to me happily without a twitch. $2 in your tip jar ma'am thank you for a wonderful experience I will be back the next time I come here, oh wait I did come back. That is partially what lured me here as well.
The food, not only do they have pizza here but sandwiches as well and I pretty much forgot exactly what year was because I was excited about everything else but rest assured you can get a cheesesteak sandwich here, meatball sandwich and some other items in which you might want to visit their website to see.
You could also get your pizza to go here and bring it inside the cidercade that is next door. I do not think you can bring drinks in there since they sell beverages but that might be a gray area.
I forgot to mention that there is also an upstairs where you can eat as well since this is a miniature sqft establishment.
