On low key days, the Hyatt Centric 15th floor rooftop bar mixes corporate hotel guests with locals toasting their Bloomingdale’s haul from Lenox Mall next door. But on warm weekends, it’s like an alternate universe where socialites show up to provide a proof of life verification and debut their $200 nail sets after a short winter hibernation. "Spaceman is on the 15th floor of The Hyatt Centric and is technically the highest rooftop bar in Buckhead. So the wide-reaching views makes this place one of the most popular scenes in the bougie neighborhood, which says a lot since the hotel is in a weird location on the rarely traveled outer edge of Lenox Mall. Spaceman’s open-air seating with a series of archways that house stylish patio furniture and bright, tropical mosaic tiles provide a comfy area to take in said views while sipping on a fruity cosmo or a stiff Old Fashioned. There's often an event or live DJ here, which brings in the crowds. "The Hyatt Centric’s odd location on the outer edge of Lenox Mall behind Bloomingdale's has the potential to be a turn off. But the excellent Mediterranean food at Three Arches (which made our guide of best hotel restaurants) and Spaceman’s picturesque skyline views make this hotel a must-visit for tourists and locals alike. Spaceman continues the arches theme on the open-air section of their rooftop with a series of archways that house chic patio furniture that’s so low to the ground you’ll need to up your squat regiment. The cocktail menu is stuffed with easy-to-sip classics like fruity cosmos and bitter tequila lemondrops.
