I've been here 9 months so I think I am as good a person to give a review as any. This place is great. Clean, high ceilings, spacious, good lighting, and best are the staff. Marcos and Trinity are friendly, helpful, and keep the place in truly immaculate condition. Even David was phenomenal helping me get the space. As a small business owner, hard to ask for more.

Conference Room at Spaces: A Highly Satisfactory Experience Pros: • State-of-the-Art Glass Chalkboard: Fully stocked with erasers, markers, and cleaner, providing an exceptional writing experience. • Comfortable Temperature: The air conditioning is functional and well-maintained, ensuring a cool atmosphere. • Abundant Natural Light: Despite being an interior unit, the room is bathed in natural sunlight throughout the day. • Seating: The room comes with 8 comfortable chairs that enhance the meeting experience. • Modern Amenities: A sleek television with easily accessible front plugs eliminates any technical hassle. You can also draw on the television, although we didn't use this feature. • Customizable Lighting: The lights are dimmable and low voltage, offering full adjustability to suit your needs. • Exceptional Staff: The team is welcoming and considerate, treating all guests as valued clients. • Clean Facilities: Bathrooms and other amenities are well-kept, adding to the overall positive impression. • Value for Money: The unit is competitively priced, providing good value for its location and the size of the room. They also didn't rush us out the door at 5 or try to up charge or overcharge us in anyway. Final Thoughts: Overall, the conference room at Spaces provides a premium, well-equipped, and comfortable environment for any type of meeting or event.

Bathrooms need some love, the toilet paper sits on the floor because the current holder is broken since October of last year. The toilet seat covers are also not even on holder and sits behind the toilet. Center team says they are waiting for approvals not sure what’s the hold up.

I am frustrated with the payment system for Regus/Spaces, and the customer service has been poor. The reservation system and payment experience on the website is cumbersome and confusing. I was later told that I had a past-due balance, and was hounded by a collection agency for one of my day passes. Oddly, I had no issues with the payment for the second-day pass that was on the same reservation. Regus made no effort to correct the problem and sent my payment to collections. I likely will not book with them again in the future. Totally inept with technology.

We love Spaces , best Servixe ever . Marcos and Javier doing a great job. We just moved into our new space, and feel home right away . Everybody is super friendly and helpful. If you need anything or you have a question, the front desk helps you out right away, . Everything is very good organized. We love the interior design and the attention to details at this spaces .We love the space and the balcony . Everything is super clean, and the building is super secure . Parking is in the building if you need . Thanks again Marcos and Javier for taking care of us .

Place is ok ish, but they say one thing about their rate, and the contract says another. They will scam you with every chance possible. Be careful dealing with this company. They will rip you off.

I came here for the day to get some work done and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and workspace. Javier welcomed me with Starbucks, gave me a tour, helped me with the Wi-Fi and showed me the different options of where I could work for the day. I felt so welcomed and will be back during my week long stay from Chicago! Highly recommend coming to Space to work for the day!
