"Here Today is a massive brewpub announced last December, set to open downtown next June. The brewery will have a sizable space with tropical decor, featuring a list of beers brewed on-site, including multiple IPAs, a rice lager, a saison with piloncillo, a hoppy wheat ale with pandan leaf, and Grodziskie. It will also offer spirits-free cocktails on draft, and the menu is being developed by Cam Hanin of Guerrilla Pizza Kitchen. Despite delays due to the pandemic, the project is progressing with a fundraising campaign via WeFunder." - Gabe Guarente

3.5 stars.....Very interesting old building. They have an arcade area . They have what looks like a trolley car you can sit in. Lots of solid vintage wood pieces throughout. I ordered the chicken and broccoli Alfredo. My friend had the lasagna. Overall I liked the dish. Lots of broccoli which I liked. It was cooked to perfection. The sliced grilled chicken was delicious. The sauce however was lacking. Very bland, I didn't taste any parmesan. The sauce tasted more like just a heavy cream. I could clearly see grated Parmesan on top. However it seemed to be lacking in the sauce. The lasagna was good. For the prices. It would be nice to have a small house salad included.

It takes too long to get your order no matter the time of the hours we come in here. The food is descent but they are too under staff. The place has a potential, however, they need a better management. There were only two tables that were being served but we still waited about 40mins for the meal.

The pasta dish was good. The sauce to me was a little acidy, but other might like it that way. Service was great. It is cool how they turned a warehouse into a nice size restaurant. They give you some nice warm loafs of bread too for the table. I would give the over all rating a 4.

This is very Americanized but still delicious Italian and nothing to complain about if you know what you're coming for . You get huge servings, warm bread with delicious garlic butter , unlimited refills of drinks. Service was excellent . This brought back happy memories of coming here years ago (last time I was in Syracuse was 1992!!!) I love this old-time kind of restaurant that was very popular in the 70s-90s. Family friendly, recommend .

Went last night with some friends. The mismatched furniture threw me off, but everything was great. Destiny was an excellent waitress and a value to the company. She was friendly and on top of things. The lasagna I had was delicious and reminded me of what my grandmother made

Unique decoration, 5 stars service, food was on point but I was probably expecting something a little more gourmet

Went there for my birthday dinner. We had the fried ravioli for an appetizer. Came out quick and hot and larger than we anticipated. I had the chicken parm for dinner and the girlfriend had the vegetable risotto with added shrimp. The main course came out quick and hot as well. Everything was delicious! Service was great and friendly. Highly recommend and will return again soon.

Have lived in Syracuse for over 25 years but never went to this restaurant until last week. The entry to the restaurant looks so dingy it's hard to tell that the place is even still open. There is an actual trolley car in the dining room. In the heyday, it was probably very cool with the old fashioned decor, but now it just looks run down and sad inside. Chairs at tables were all mismatched and the tables had cheap plastic table coverings. Our server, a very pleasant young female with dark hair and glasses was doing her best. My cocktail tasted watered down. We ordered pasta dishes, which were okay but far from really good. We came, we saw, but not likely to return.

Yelp
If I were reviewing this restaurant just for the food, the rating would be a 4. The food was good and plentiful. Two of us shared the Ultimate Feast. It is definitely enough for three or more. One other in our group had lasagna and the other had manicotti. The red sauce was a little thick and made it a little difficult to eat but overall it was enjoyable. The review for the staff would be 0 if possible. On average, we eat out at least 3 times a week and have been to numerous restaurants. This experience was, by far, the worst ever. The hosts were unprofessional and unfriendly. The young lady who was our server made it a point to tell us she was brand new. (Her named began with an M, something like Maymar) Apparently she had little if any training. She was so soft spoken we had to ask her to repeat herself three times. She took a drink order but had no known of what wines or beers were available. I asked for a white wine, but she had to ask at the bar what was available. She returned only to say it was a classic white. I asked what brand but she didn't know. The others ordered water. One ordered a Stella Artois but she had to check on that also. She returned with the wine, no water and to inform us Stella Artois was not available. She finally took our order, poorly. She wasn't sure what was on the menu, how It was served or what it was. She didn't even bother to ask if we wanted a side salad or soup as listed on the menu. When the food finally came out, she didn't bother to clear the appetizer dishes or empty glasses while trying to shove the food on the table. She only returned to the table twice, once when we were almost done and the second to ask if we wanted anything else, even though she walked past us multiple times. I finally had to ask for dessert. She had to be asked to clear the plates and then only took two at a time (because she only had two hands). If our visit were based on her service only, we would never return. A side note: It is very unprofessional to have staff visit with friends, be on their phone and ignoring guests while working. One host had a friend visit who sat on the table in the front lobby .

Yelp
It was hard to find this place, and once we did find the entrance down the sloped driveway, we found that there is an actual parking lot that was empty because everyone else like us thought the only lot was the street level one that was full, and parked on the street. See my photo for where to pull in to park. The atmosphere when we went in was questionable with a girls seating us who did not look like she wanted to be there, and a very confusing blend of decor of industrial factory and intricate stained glass and trolley car in the middle of the restaurant where families with kids were seated. But then things turned around when we had a nice waitress and the bread was delicious with a garlic herb butter. The eggplant parmesan was nice and crispy on the outside with a large portion of spaghetti. And the chicken riggies are labeled spicy and do have a nice little kick to them. It's not a fancy restaurant and is a good place to bring a family. They were not that busy and it's nice to have a place where you can stay and talk and not feel rushed, and still have good food at reasonable prices.

Terri T.

Yelp
We made reservations online and when we got there the host didn't ask for our name and just seated us. Just saw one wait staff in our area between us and 3 other tables. There were 3 tables that didn't get cleared until much later, so it's a staffing issue. Poor waitress was doing everything. We ordered drinks and apps pretty quickly. Took her maybe 20 more minutes to grab our dinner orders. Not a big deal. Food was ok, not the greatest but ok. The lasagna was draped with red sauce (a bit too much). I see the low stars this place has and I think if they can get more staff and fix the furniture a bit, it can be a great restaurant again.

Barbara C.

Yelp
Food was delicious. Staff was attentive and accommodating. Gluten free options and staff will double check ingredients for you. Highly recommend!

Yelp
This was just a delightful place to enjoy some lunch and a meeting with friends. We came here for an official Kiwanis meeting and it was just the perfect place. Very centrally located in town, we drove and parked with no problem. Being that this building is an old warehouse, there was plenty of parking and room inside. I just loved all the old pictures and nostalgia items throughout. Our dining area was very large and easily accommodated everyone very easily. There was enough space for a check-in and raffles. We conducted our meeting and proceeded on to lunch. I was surprised that there was only one server but she did a great job with our group. We all received our drinks in a very timely basis and all the main meals came out together and were served. Isn't this the way it's always supposed to happen? I had the cannelloni while my wife had a grilled chicken salad. All of the above was tasty-fresh and perfect temperature. This is definitely a fun place to come. They do a great job of welcoming you and helping you enjoy your time here. Food and service was wonderful. KUDOS's to the team at Spaghetti Warehouse.

Camy K.

Yelp
Was in town checking on my 92 year old mom. Took her for a drive and have wanted to take her here the many times I have come for a visit. There was just one other couple in there. My mother can't hardly see, walk or hear. To make a long story short, when this couple left they secretly and most generously paid our bill! Wow! Food was great but their kindness was extraordinary! Time to pay it forward! Thank you! Made my Mother's Day!

Lance H.

Yelp
We went to the Warehouse last night, we hadn't been in a few years. The lasagna was horrible, the sauce was acidity and hardly any meat in it. Plus you had to pay for a salad separate. The soup was salty. Will not waste my money again. There are plenty of other Italian restaurants with far better food and priced less.

Kristine S.

Yelp
Yes I am picky when it comes to Italian food. Went with a group of friends for our monthly get together. Took forever for food but was warned by server that 40 dinner orders had just been placed for Murder Mystery Diners but even coming to our table took forever. Wouldn't mind the wait if the food was good and warm. Pasta was starchy and there was very little sauce. Several of us asked for additional sauce. We each were charged extra for the sauce. Additionally food was not warm. Took forever to get wait staff once were served and even check took forever. Overall not a good experience. There are so many great Italian restaurants in Syracuse but this was not one of them.

Brit C.

Yelp
We went on NYE for the mystery show and dinner. Show was one of a kind, kept us intrigued and fun to enjoy. Food was subpar at best. Not a place we will want to return to.

Yelp
DONT DINE HERE. If I could rate this place ZERO stars, I would. However the 1 star is for the server who was working her butt off to accommodate my group Restaurant: as soon as you walk in you'll be hit with a very rancid smell- think dirty wet dogs who shook the water off & it seeped into a carpet that has not been changed in over a decade. The layout of the restaurant is cute- there is a train inside which you can dine in. My friend said he dined here years ago & the place has gone down hill since then. I didn't need to hear it has gone down hill, you can literally see & smell it By the bathrooms were FILTHY, I attempted to walk in but was hit with another very rancid smell & based on all the toilet paper that was by the entrance- I did not even bother to enter Unfortunately I was visiting from NYC & most of the restaurants in Syracuse were unable to accommodate a large group for early dinner so we got stuck with the Spaghetti Warehouse. I ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavolo and my friend got the scampi. We had to literally drown it with salt, pepper & cheese to add flavor. The food was so bland I almost thought I had Covid & it took away my taste buds but no, that was not the case If you think this review has a silver lining- it does not. I ordered a glass of Chianti to pair with what I thought would be a good spicy seafood meal. I took a sip- it tasted old, as if they just opened the bottle & never recorked it. I looked into the glass & Low & behold there was a FLY in the glass of wine. & not only was there a FLY, it was a LIVING FLY, it was swimming around in my wine. We immediately got the check & informed the server Super disappointed, this was my last dinner in Syracuse & it was not even enjoyable. I would NOT recommend this place. If you care about health and safety I would recommend shutting this place down, gut it then rebuild it with new ownership/management team.

Yelp
Ambiance is 5 star as SpaghettiWarehouse is just that. A warehouse converted with a trolley car old signs amazing saved historical Art fixtures stain glass windows and furniture , a bar in the back, arcade in the front and a local artist table of pictures with contact listing. A step back into time and history. It is the atmosphere to come for. Food is standardly good and reasonably priced with options of family group orders from the menu. 1 kind of soup only. Italian wedding soup with lots of noodles and veggies. Service is ok. Broken plastic glass, plenty of time to sit and socialize while waiting for waiter between courses on a not so busy day. Overall a nice choice to visit with family.

Robert K.

Yelp
Went to spaghetti warehouse last night. The food was horrible. The service was terrible. She never came and checked on us. My drink glass had ranch in the bottom of it on the side inside the glass. I waited almost 20 minutes for her to come back so I can show her to get a new drink. I ordered the lasagna obviously it was frozen. They overcooked it and just put a ton of sauce on top of it so it was just a plate of mushy over sauce pasta very disappointed.

Nicole M.

Yelp
-Pesto was very bland. -"risotto" was just Minute Rice in a salty sauce, not Arborio rice -spaghetti sauce....would order again We will not go again. However, the service was good And atmosphere is really neat!

Scott R.

Yelp
I can't even believe how good this place is. A little pricey but well worth it. The servers were great and had a great attitude. Will definitely be going back again. Drinks were very strong and great prices also.

Yelp
We arrived late on a Thursday evening and place was virtually empty. our wedding soup was subpar and just didn't seem to be like regular wedding soup. we ordered the manicotti and an order of spaghetti and meatballs and chicken parm. The manicotti was undercooked and flavorless, the chicken park tasted like they pulled a frozen chicken tender out of the freezer and microwaved it, and my spaghetti and meatballs never made it to the table. When the waitress was serving us, the spaghetti ended up face down on the floor. They offered to put a new order in but at that point it was too late. We had almost finished, and the waitress was using a sweeper and cleaning the floor. she came to clear the plates when we were finished, and she came over with the vacuum!! why would you bring the vacuum? Then when she went to clear the dishes, she had the vacuum with one hand and picked up the other dishes, and once again they started to fall. This time I was able to catch the dishes for her. I was done at this point. she did point out that they "comped" the spaghetti dish. really?

Lorraine L.

Yelp
Food is generally good and service is friendly. We really like the ambiance We have taken parents there and they loved iy

Lainie W.

Yelp
We love this place. That's why we keep going back. They can accommodate large groups and we have never felt pushed out. Excellent food and service!

Ciara M.

Yelp
The short of it: Not impressed. This place has been around forever and by walking inside that part is completely evident- It looks exactly the same as it did 15 years ago. I'm all for tradition and an authentic look but this place looks run down and to be honest, kindof dirty. The booth we sat in was sticky and covered in rips which made it uncomfortable to sit on, the plastic tablecloths are stapled to the table and just get wiped down between customers which might be fine if they weren't torn up and clearly overdue to be replaced. For food we ordered raviolis with meat sauce, ravioli with Pomodoro sauce, Shrimp scampi & lasagna/chicken parm platter all with side salads. Our total was $100 before tip. The ravioli was surprisingly good, the pasta tasted fresh and it was a good portion size. The Scampi was a little different than a traditional scampi recipe but my husband said he enjoyed it regardless. The bread with garlic butter was everyones favorite, so overall, nothing really wowed me here.

Jeffrey K.

Yelp
When did you stop caring? The salad was brown, the bread was stale, the pasta was mediocre at best, at least the server was nice, although she disappeared to work elsewhere in the restaurant for 20 minute stretches, leaving me to get my own soda refill. Now I know why the place was literally empty - I saw literally not one other customer in the restaurant, although they told me there was a big table somewhere. This used to be the place to go around here, now it's just plain sad. What happened?

Tanner V.

Yelp
Waited 20 minutes before our host happened to walk by and ask "has she seen you yet?" Order was taken by i believe the bartender who got us our drinks/appetizers quickly. bread and butter didn't come until after our appetizers were already finished. Put our dinner order in with our appetizers but they were still an hour apart. We didn't see our server until our food was on the table and by that time we were ready for our boxes so we could leave. Food was hot and tasted good. Sangria felt as if it was 3% alcohol. Host surprised at very low tip despite our server doing nothing other than grabbing our to go boxes. This restaurant used to be great, I will never come here again after this.

Lisa P.

Yelp
If I could give negative numbers I would. Our group of friends made reservations 2 weeks in advance. When we got to the restaurant they told us they couldn't honor the reservation. Never called to let us know and we had friends that traveled a longer distance. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she was working in the kitchen and couldnt come up, and we were probably better off eating somewhere else. This was 6:30pm on a Saturday night in Syracuse. Who could seat a party of 10 without a reservation. I get that some places are short staffed but the manager should have come out to talk to us. It takes 2 minutes. We will never eat there again.

Jim K.

Yelp
This is a 4 star review...the food was ok...but the service was exceptional...I am starting to consider the quality of the servers and customer service more and more...some restaurants have angry/not pleasant servers...this place had an amazing server...the hostess was kind and pleasant...the food was not amazing, but it was good...a chicken parm was cooked perfectly and served with a side of spaghetti that was well sauced...the shrimp Alfredo, had plenty of shrimp and a lot of fettuccine...would go back to this place again because of the exceptional service...well done!

Jill D.

Yelp
I've been going here for decades. Today, terrible food and even worse service. NEVER going back.

Shelie B.

Yelp
I'm sorry to say but this food is extremely bland. The warehouse salad is basically a bowl of iceberg lettuce and the meatballs are so dense and no flavor. And my cannoli was literally half filled with filling. Notice most others here are commenting on great service and parking, which is fine, but what about the food.

Colleen C.

Yelp
Food & service worst I've ever had in a restaurant. Manager & waitress were both terrible. Not sure what was worse food or service. Several tables walked out . Several others were complaining about food & service. Will never return. Would give zero stars if I could.

Olivia M.

Yelp
I went their over the holiday weekend since it's been years since we last ate there. The place hasn't changed a bit! It still has the train car inside which was always fun to eat in. The place was very understaffed but those working were really hardworking and managed to pull everything off! The food was okay as far as pasta goes. The portion sizes are quite large and I enjoyed the ravioli. I tried a couple bites of the fettuccine alfredo but the sauce was lacking a bit of flavor sadly. Hopefully once they can increase their staff the quality will go up!

Pete G.

Yelp
Stopped here to support local businesses with my wife while we are in the area. Friendly staff and good food. We ate around 7pm and the restaurant seemed a little light of customers and the food was really good. I had the chicken riggies and my wife had chicken and broccoli Alfredo. We both had a bit leftover to have for lunch tomorrow.

T. L.

Yelp
I have been coming here since I was a child. I love this restaurant. The decor is amazing, the service is always great and the food is soooo good!

Hannah B.

Yelp
It was interesting, we weren't in a rush for dinner but we were starved. Thank goodness for the alright bread they give you beforehand! An hour went by before we got our entrees. It was a slow night there not many people in the restaurant at all, not sure if we picked a bad night to go.. the meal itself was subpar and overall wish we'd gone to another place for Good pasta! I hate to be the bad guy but when we got to the parking lot and saw someone pulling in- we wanted to roll the window down and tell them to Run!

Nina L.

Yelp
I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience. I would put my review in the negatives if I could. I came with a big group so we sat in the back, before we even got our food we were greeted by a rat. A LIVE RAT. We had to pick up our baguettes that were hand placed with a latex glove on the table and leave. We were extremely disgusted and moved right away, and everyone was very unhelpful. Our salad was flooding in dressing it was practically inedible. When we got our main dishes the alfredo tasted spoiled and made people's mouths tingle and there was a black curly hair in the ziti. They also didn't comp any of this hard to get down meal after being notified about the rat and hair. If this doesn't explain how bad of the experience this was i don't know what will I feel bad for the staff working there.

Erica I.

Yelp
I do appreciate that this big old warehouse is occupied, and I bet it would have a much cooler vibe if it was well occupied with other customers, but when I visited there were very few people dining there. The train car inside is pretty cool, I could see many memories being made in there as a kid. I should preface all Italian fare reviews if mine that I'm an incredibly tough critic when it comes to Italian food, but the food didn't hit the mark for me. Pretty greasy Alfredo sauce, the meatballs were rubbery, the sauce was sweet (like literally sweet, not "awesome") but the helpings were gigantic if you're into that. You definitely get a lot of food for your money. The service was great, my waitress definitely carried the weight of the stars in my review. I'll probably be back, because my future MIL really likes this place, probably mostly for the nostalgia because her Italian cooking is way better than theirs.

Jim E.

Yelp
Yuck. Friday night. Not even remotely crowded. Should tell you something. Atmosphere is weird and tired and dated. It smelled like...not sure how to describe it... an old bowling alley. Not at all appealing. The bright spot was our server. Food was meh at best. I ordered manicotti. They came out dressed half red & half white. Flavorless and only semi-warm. Salad was uninspired and Italian dressing was yellow (described as "golden") and from a bottle. With all the good food choices in Syracuse...this would be my last choice.

Y J.

Yelp
Our group had a reservation for 100+ attendees. Jay (the General Mgr) and Jason (Asst Mgr) claimed to know nothing of the reservation. Even though our group confirmed the large reservation twice, they played dumb and tried to pass the mistake to our group. We've been going to this restaurant for 6 straight years. It's time to look at a more competently managed restaurant.

FO A.

Yelp
The place is really big, which made it feel really empty for prime time on a Friday night. Unfortunately being a slow night didn't speed up our service. It was at least 20 minutes before our drink order was taken, and an hour into seating we still hadn't seen our appetizers or so much as bread for the table. If the second ingredient in their red sauce isn't sugar, then I don't know how they make it so sweet. Nearly unpalatable, both in spaghetti and lasagna form. One guest who steered away from tomato and ordered scampi kind of picked at her plate unhappily. Another had a fried chicken sandwich, with chicken so tough she could not cut through it let alone chew it. She did like the fries though! Three of the four of us had violent reactions to the food, with two spraying the bowl before we even left the restaurant. Since we came from separate places, dinner was out only common denominator. The men's room was fine for that purpose, but as I understand it the women's room had four stalls, none of which with working locks, and only one toilet in a condition to find relief upon. While most of this could be chalked up to bad luck on a bad night, their signature tomato sauce alone makes this someplace we will not visit again.

Jesse P.

Yelp
I like the environment, I really don't mind going here, if I want bland food with little flavor. It could have been what I ordered, but then again, maybe not. I need to go back and order something different to see if it is any better. Good news is the prices aren't bad so you can afford to go back again and check it out. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo, the Alfredo sauce was flavorless. I have had better sauce out of the sauce jars from the grocery store. Because of their prices I will go back and give the food another try, but I will not be ordering anything with their Alfredo Sauce. haha

Julieanna C.

Yelp
As always great food... The ladies at the front were not very friends, actually quite off-putting. Might want to revamped as they are your customer's first interaction (glad we have been there prior to tonight) , like I need to tell you that. Our Sever was wonderful fun-loving and engaging. Great service & Great food

Connie W.

Yelp
The fried calamari was delicious! We split the chicken Parmesan and still had take home for tomorrow morning. Big tall beers. We Took an Uber from our hotel and it was less that 5 minute drive from the harbor.

Mista H.

Yelp
Today we had the most amazing service. There was a small issue with a sandwich and without hesitation the Assistant Manager Marcos jumped in and personally square everything away. It was a great feeling and the food was still as good as always. I love the environment and the staff give the place a 4.5 stars !!!

Tina C.

Yelp
The food here was less than average!!! We ordered 2 lasagnas with extra meatballs, garlic bread and the cake they claim is from Cheesecake Factory... WOW! Talk about not what they say it is. The lasagna was 4maybe 5 layers and tasted burnt, the meatballs were extremely tough. The bread only had a slice of cheese and the cake is NOT from Cheesecake factory. I emailed the company because our meal was 70.00 and never got a response. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Aparajita S.

Yelp
Came here with a couple of friends after work one day. I really liked the overall aesthetic of the place as they have a trolley inside the restaurant you can dine at. They also had a good wine selection. We ordered a bottle of Bianco for the table and managed to have a good amount to drink for the 5 of us. The prices were a bit high; however, they came with a salad and another side which did make up for it. As for the taste, it was average, and I was not super blown away by it. I got the Alfredo pasta, and while it was a bit bland, the portion size was pretty big and had some leftovers left. If you are looking for an average priced Italian restaurant, I would recommend this place!

Sue S.

Yelp
It's worse than fast food. The Cesar salad is awful. The Chicken Marsala has no flavor. The chicken Parmesan made my son sick to his stomach. Save your money.

Tina M.

Yelp
No masks on servers or bartender. Pissed I wasn't brave enough to just walk out. Wore our masks at the table when we realized it wasn't just a mistake - they weren't going to go out them on. Very disappointing.

Nick C.

Yelp
Wow, Spaghetti Warehouse? Spaghetti Outhouse is more like it! This is among the worst dining experiences I've ever had. It's just that they don't do anything well and some things were extraordinarily bad. Our chicken breast was dangerously undercooked, my cocktail was more mocktail (was there even alcohol in it?), and the sauce was so sweet it could give cavities. On the plus side, our overworked wait person was very nice and the decor, while dusty, was adorable. We're not from Syracuse, so I don't know if this is what passes for Italian food, but I sure hope not. Please, go anywhere else than here.

Andrew I.

Yelp
35 min to get our drink and food orders in. Major delay on being served. Apparently they ran out of clean dishes. Over 2 hours of waiting. Not planning on visiting again.

Alicia C.

Yelp
Warehouse is a cool concept but they just cannot pull it off (since it is very empty, it's a little erie) Food is well below average. More expensive yet more bland than Olive Garden ($50 for dinner for 2). The portions are quite large but the food was not good so we did not pack our leftovers. Cheap drinks. I dont like to leave 1 star reviews so I give two stars for cheap drinks, nice waiter, food was edible.

Kayla S.

Yelp
Waited 2 and half hours for our dinner. Then the food came and it was too hard to eat and it just wasn't good. Definitely don't recommend coming here for a birthday or anything to due with a big family. Also, the waitress didn't write our orders down. So when it came to our food being served the waitress was scrambling around of who got what.

Lisa M.

Yelp
Everything sucked... the place smelled musty and the only thing I got that tasted decent was my soda!

R Y.

Yelp
What's the point of a reservation if when you show up there is a 30 minute wait? Being held hostage because there is no aalternative around here
