If The Bear did cocktails. This place is incredible. A friend and I dropped by on a recommendation from another cocktail bar in town, with the intention of crawling a few different places, but we sat at the bar and then never left. They have thought of everything. The ambience is spot on: low comfortable lighting, incense burning (when do you ever see that??), chilled out hip hop playing, table seating only so even though it was Saturday evening into night it never got overrun and rowdy. I'm autistic so am quite sensitive to sensory inputs and I was comfortable. The cocktails are to a one, singular experiences. The menu describes each one, down to vibes, flavour profile, glass/tumbler, and the inspiration behind it. All the ingredients are made on site, by hand, so they're using all kinds of ingredients to make mixers and flavours (space invaders for example, no lie). Like I said, it's like The Bear for cocktails. The staff were lovely, attentive, super informative and obviously in love with their craft - they're not staff they're more like art curators. Honestly I'm tempted to make this place my local (and it's not local)
