I’ve been going to this place since it opened. I love the location and it’s a great spot to have coffee and pick up some food.
Lately I’ve experienced much longer lines for coffee, the sound machine when you order doesn’t work as well and the customer service (drive-through) has been poor .
Today the gal walked up to me at my car, no “hi, hello, how are you?” She just walked up and said $7.43….. I jaded her my card..
I leave this review as I care about this place and want to keep supporting it however when the service is this mediocre and the wait for a coffee is 15 minute or more, it does make it hard to come back. I hope management review these and does something to improve the drive-through speaker as well as the service level/wait times.
