I have been here a few times and this Italian restaurant, without a doubt, has to be the best I've ever been to and eaten at. Honestly, everything on the menu is delicious and of course the specials are great as well. Atmosphere, not too loud nor too quiet just perfect. The waiters/staff are friendly and are problem solvers if anything goes wrong. Overall highly recommended. Also might have to reserve a table because this place is always packed. Hope some of you guys find this helpful. Have a good day.

It is one of the most beautiful restaurants I have ever seen. The beautiful decor and the ambience is beautifully invited. It feels like a fine dining experience with a reasonable priced menu. And the variety of entrees is quite impressive. I would 100 percent recommend for anyone wants to impress someone. We sat on the lovely patio. We had the wood seared tuna fantastic. I had the Heart of the Angus sirloin and it was one of the best steaks I have ever had. It was perfectly cooked. Date had wood grilled scallops delicious. Don't miss this place. Doesn't look like much on the outside but it's definitely a hidden treasure. I would give it 10 stars if possible

Spezia is an Omaha classic. Love the atmosphere, delicious meals, and desserts! The burgundy beef is fantastic and their tiramisu is top notch. I love sitting under the bright dining room window in the day or their lovely patio under string lights with the stars in view at night. ✨ They offer a wide variety of fine wines for those that drink and a Sam Adams NA beer for those that don’t. I recommend reserving a table for dinner while lunch is a little more open.

I recently had dinner at Spezia and tried a few pasta dishes along with the chicken parmesan. The food was overall decent—nothing mind-blowing, but well-prepared and satisfying. One highlight was the service: the waitresses were friendly and efficient, which made the experience smooth and pleasant. The only downside for me was the interior lighting—the restaurant is quite dark inside, which I personally didn’t enjoy. All things considered, I’d rate my experience a solid 7 to 8 out of 10.

Google
The only ding was the 4 stars for atmosphere. The place has been here for 30 years in some form of Italian restaurant. The new Owner/Chef took over about 2 years ago. The place could use a deep cleaning. Walking into the foyer we were met with a less than pleasant smell. It reminded me of spoiled fish. ?? Hard to describe. It just didn’t smell fresh or clean. It wasn’t a good beginning. But the service and the food redeemed the visit and we will return again.

Google
The patio was amazing! Nina our server was amazing and did an excellent job. Mike the the general manager made sure our entire experience was amazing. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely return. Gluten free options are amazing. Just ask and they will make it GF!!!!!

Google
It was a great experience. Somehow I had an impression that the restaurant is not big, based on the building, but it is really big. We came inside after couple of minutes after 4 on Saturday, and there was a line of people waiting for tables. The seafood risotto was perfect. The service was very good and quick, while the restaurant was absolutely packed.

Google
All of the food was great does not describe this experience. We came here unplanned last-minute tonight, it looked pretty full, but we were seated immediately. Definitely not a local chain restaurant. Good portions, amazing sauces. Guests in the party would like to rate it 10 out of 5, but that is not an option. The desserts were also phenomenal. Here is what we ordered. Chicken broccoli Alfredo Kids pasta woth red sauce Salmon ala rosa Beef burgundy White chocolate rasberry cheesecake Molton cocoa cake Some of us started eating prior to pics.

Yelp
From the moment we were seated at Spezia, Joffrey went above and beyond to make our evening unforgettable. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. Every recommendation he gave was spot-on, from the wine pairing to the dessert we didn't even know we needed. What stood out the most was how personal he made the service--checking in at just the right times, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask, and adding little touches that made us feel like VIPs. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and in representing Spezia. The food was incredible, but Joffrey's service is what really made our night. If you go to Spezia, do yourself a favor and ask for him--you won't be disappointed. He's the best!

Yelp
This is hands down the greatest Italian place in Omaha. Everything about it feels special--from the food and drinks to the overall vibe. It is the perfect spot for a date night, anniversary celebration, or any occasion where you want to enjoy something truly memorable. The food is absolutely delicious. Every dish is full of rich flavors and clearly made with care. The drinks are just as impressive, perfectly crafted and thoughtfully paired with the menu. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and inviting. The staff are professional and attentive, making sure every detail is taken care of. Every time I come here, it feels like a complete experience. I love everything about this place and look forward to coming back again and again.

Yelp
Food is good. Service is okay. Ambiance is romantic. I've been coming here every year for sentimental occasions, lol. It's okay, really. 5 stars for the sentimental value.

Yelp
Waitress did a great job at walking us through the menu. Had bread and crab/artichoke dip for dessert. It was a little fishy for me. We split a Cesar salad. Glad we did because it was big! Entrees were a pasta dish (not on menu, she helped us create) and steak. Both were phenomenal! Dessert we had their lemon cake and tiramisu. Would recommend both! Highly recommend.

Yelp
Whenever I'm in town visiting family we always seem to come here and it is always great. Spezia has a great happy hour and the staff always does a great job managing my large family. I got the Cajun chicken pasta and it was awesome! Tons of flavor and a great portion. My boyfriend got the salmon ala Rosa which was also great. Overall, very nice restaurant with good seating and intimate lighting. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
This restaurant is possibly our favorite in Omaha. We love the food, the ambience, and the service. Everytime we have gone for a date night here has been really excellent. Our favorite dish is the shrimp and scallop pasta, often ordered without the shrimp and just more scallops. Everything else we have ordered has also been delicious. I really enjoy the tiramisu as well.

Yelp
Ask for Chase best server EVER! Although the steaks are all excellent, I went with the recommendation of my server and she nailed it The chicken is pan seared, and the combination of flavors and the tortellini and the sauce are incredible . Service was outstanding not only the recommendations, but on top of it . If only they had Coke zero and not Pepsi products . I would not order the toasted Nocchi again off the appetizer menu, but at seven dollars would a value The quality of this meal at the price you can tell the chef has a lot of pride and it's a family business The bread is fresh baked. They serve with oils and vinaigrette as well as butter. I will be back

Yelp
Good food, solid service, and ok atmosphere. All averages out to 4 stars. Happy Hour is 4-6 PM and is available at the tables and not just the bar! That was actually a really exciting thing to discover. The Happy Hour menu also has different appetizers from the regular menu - including the fried ravioli, which was quite good. There's also a Seasonal Menu. Don't skip that. It's a nice offering of options - including a strawberry salad and shrimp pasta dish that were both very good. Reservations are pretty much a must. It definitely gets crowded and packed. And note that when busy, your reservation is only for two hours. We were actually told that the next reservation was waiting and we needed to leave. (This was done very politely and we were done except for two of us finishing our glasses of wine. So no biggie on that.) The ambiance was a little meh to me. It's a nice place - like, clean floors and all that - but just nothing noteworthy or special. (Which is not to say that it needs that.) It's just monochromatic wood and on the dark side. (Like, I cannot believe I'm saying this - maybe I'm just getting old - but with our 4:30 PM reservation, it was so dim and dark that I struggled to read the menu.) The entree I had was the petite filet and mushroom ravioli. Mmmm! The steak was perfectly cooked and loved the char on the outside. The mushroom ravioli were also cooked well and had a nice creamy mushroom sauce on top. I figured this was a good option for getting to try both a steak and a pasta. The menu is has many great sounding options, so settling on one entree was quite difficult. I look forward to returning and trying out some other menu items. My dad, of course, love his lamb dish. And the teens cleaned their plates of cheese ravioli and chicken parm. Our server was great. Our water glasses were always topped off. And our server easily handled all the specialization requests from my mom and aunt (like, "but without the spices and the cheese"). Our one down point was ordering a bottle of wine when we ordered our entrees and asking for it to be brought with the entrees. We were 75% done with our meals before our server arrived with the bottle (and two glasses, but there were four adults). Hence why we were still sitting there drinking the wine when told about them needing our table for the next reservation (had the delay not happened, our glasses of wine would've been gone along with our entrees). I, literally, took a break from eating my entree just so I'd still have some left when the wine arrived. Aside from that, our server was extremely nice. All in all, a nice birthday meal was enjoyed here. Our total was quite large. But we were a group of six that had appetizers, salads, entrees, desserts, cocktails, and a bottle of wine. So really, the prices were quite reasonable and even on the lower end. Will definitely return.

Yelp
Had forgotten we both here 9 years ago!!! I don't remember. B does but was for business meeting. Whatever!! Lunch now of about same time. She doing beef burgandy and a seafood pasta divola for me. Plain cheesecake coming first. Pretty good cheesecake. All else very good.

Yelp
Food was great Service slightly slow Drinks generous Clean Nice ambiance We were a group of 6 and they seemed to have a little difficulty arranging a place for us

Yelp
A very popular place!!! There was quite a wait for us even with a reservation. That just means everyone loves this place. The service was good and the food came out fairly quick after the orders were out in. I really like the rolls that they brought out for the table before our meals came out. You can dip the bread with olive and vinaigrette. I got the salmon Ala Rosa and wow it's was delicious! Great portion that you can have left overs. I was so hungry and it was so good that I finished the whole plate! Their special strawberry salad is also great as well.

Yelp
Spezias has been one of my family's favorites for as long as I can remember. They have superb service, delicious Italian food, and a refined aesthetic. One of our favorites is the Gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce. The gnocchi is soft on the inside with a light pan fry that elevates the texture. Paired with a gorgonzola sauce to add some bite, and a fresh basil, it's become a dish I crave regularly! It used to be listed as an appetizer, and while it currently is only available as an entree, if you request - they will make the smaller portion! For Entree's, my parents swear by the French Acadian Linguine. Annually, they order it as a special treat and the portion is so large that they typically have some left over! The spices have a tuscan kick, but without being spicy in the way a jalapeño would be, also toned down by the cream. My brother tried a flatbread and was shocked by the portion and flavor! It seems to be made in a wood - burning stove and was the size of a large charcuterie board. Typically, I am loyal to a fault to the Cheese Ravioli, because I absolutely LOVE it. Yet, I tried the eggplant parmasan, and requested that the pasta on the side be upgraded to ravioli, which they do for $4 upcharge. This is definitely worth it as they give you four ravioli! The eggplant parmesan is the best I have ever had in Omaha as it is not soggy, has a crispy and flavorful outside, and is thick cuts of eggplant. Even the meat eaters at the table tried it and enjoyed! While the prices are higher than some other locations in Omaha, the portions definitely help making up for it as everyone had leftovers to take home. Service is consistent, helpful, and personable! Spezia's will remain a family favorite for our annual holiday meal :)

Yelp
Absolutely Amazing!!! I had to say that first. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are some of the very best in this area. We had a reservation and were greeted warmly and seated immediately. We chose the calamari as an appetizer and that fried squid set the stage for the entire evening. The Calamari is a bit spicy, it has pepperoncini, red peppers and banana peppers too, olive oil tops it. Just Fantastic. Cioppino Spezia is a seafood stew with shrimp and mussels and some fish too. Extremely delicious. Just like the Hunter's ribeye it was cooked just the way that I requested. Everything we had at Spezia was worth every cent. The service is some of the best we have ever had in this town. I highly recommend Spezia to everyone. I can not wait to go back.

Yelp
This is now our go to Italian date place. Great location, has its own parking lot and romantic ambiance. The red sauce and bread tasted freshly made. They do the oil and vinegar on the table for the bread. Nice size menu with a lot of options. Very friendly staff.

Yelp

Yelp
I have visited Spezia for the last 3 years when in town for work! The bread is phenomenal with the olive oil and herbs on the table, mixed together. Here in the southeast, it can be compared to what Carrabbas does. The service is always top notch and very Italian professional. I first ordered Chicken piccata because I had been looking at another Yelp friend's dish (Thanks Susan) and I had forgotten how delicious it was. The one here was watery and my chicken had been chopped into chunks. I'm not used to that as I wanted to cut into the chicken myself and bathe it in the capers and sauce. I barely saw capers and then there was a lemon that I dare not squeeze in there because it was already swimming in some sort of water juice. I was, however, able to switch my dish out with their seasonal menu which included a Spring Risotto. The appearance was not appealing, but the flavor was there and not lacking! I ate the entire dish and did not have anything to take home. If you know me, you know I always get a to-go box to take my leftovers. There were none. The Spring Risotto included pesto, asparagus, and green peas hence the green color of the risotto. The chicken was cooked perfectly and then I added some of the herbs that I had been dipping my bread into, onto the chicken!!!! That took it to another level! I'll be back next year Spezia!!!!

Yelp
We had driven by this restaurant for a while before we decided to try it out when the in-laws were visiting. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the authentic Italian atmosphere. The restaurant had pretty dim lighting, which can be good or bad depending on the person and the occasion. As with most Italian restaurants, Spezia offered complimentary bread - which was one of our favorite parts. The food was all cooked pretty well and relatively authentic (though I'd argue you can find more authentic ones). We did order the tiramisu for dessert, and I regret that. The tiramisu tasted like it was soaked in alcohol for days (not the normal Kahlua taste) - my husband jokes that he felt drunk after eating it. Overall, it's a cute little Italian restaurant with a relaxing vibe - recommend trying it out!

Yelp
Wow, just wow... food, service and prices are amazing. Had a perfect anniversary dinner. Jaffrey was great and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Yelp
The parking is a bit difficult, but manageable if you arrive before 8:00pm. Otherwise, you risk parking on the uphill street behind the official parking lot. The food is great - these pictures were from 2021, and ever since the restaurant always had consistent track record having delicious food, amazing service, and the ambiance always is relaxing and calming. Remember to let your waiter know if you have an anniversary or celebration, they may accommodate you with a candle or seat you in a more intimate setting at the back

Yelp
My husband brought me to Spezia for my birthday this year, and I hadn't been here since I was in high school! While it's a bit old school, it is still a pretty great restaurant with wonderful service and food. It's pretty dim inside, with a few fake candles to light the tables (though ours was burnt out). I feel like the dimness is a trademark of a lot of classic steakhouses and restaurants in Omaha, though. Our server was Rebecca, and she was fabulous, always making sure our drinks were full and our questions were answered/recommendations were given. She first brought out the warm bread rolls and balsamic/oil/parmesan mixture too, also keeping that refreshed because we loved it so much. We started with the Artichoke Crab Dip app, and it was so flavorful and delicious, with little burnt edges and soft toast points to scoop it up/eat it with. Yum! My husband and I also shared the Caesar Salad to start, and it was fresh lettuce, but didn't have a lot of Caesar dressing (but did have a lot of cheese, which we liked!) I had the Beef Burgundy for my entree, as I remembered liking that from years ago. The beef bits were a little larger than I remember, but the mushroom cream burgundy sauce was to die for, so cutting my beef bits up was not a huge issue for me. This does have a LOT of mushrooms in it, though, just FYI! I don't usually like mushrooms, but these blended right into the sauce so I didn't mind them. My hubby ordered off the seasonal menu and chose the Peach Chicken, which came with asparagus and mashed potatoes. It sounded like an odd combination when just reading the name, but it really worked and was super tasty! The chicken was perfectly cooked and there was a ton of peaches and peach glaze. So a nice salty, savory, and sweet combo. Since it was my birthday, we had to order some desserts and we chose the Tiramisu for me and the Bananas Foster Cheesecake for my husband. Rachel brought my tiramisu out with a candle on it as a little birthday surprise, which was so nice. She also very thoughtfully packaged up half of it for me to take home, because it was a huge piece and we had one more dessert coming. The Bananas Foster Cheesecake was supremely rich and decadent, but so heavenly with the banana flavor and the cream cheese paired with the fieriness from the flambé aspect. You can't go wrong with either of these desserts. While it's a little old fashioned, as I said previously, it still has great quality in terms of the service and food. I'd recommend Spezia for your next business dinner or date night/event, if you're a fan of classic style Italian dishes and low lighting.

Yelp
Out of towners who saw that this place had good reviews. Once our Uber driver picked us up, he confirmed that we made a great selection for Italian food. We did make reservations and arrived a bit early and was seated immediately. Jenna was hands down the best server. She was great with helping us decide on what we wanted and although there was something she hadn't tried, she did let us know it was a popular item on the menu. She provided us with warm bread with oil, vinegar, and seasoning, that bread was fresh, hot out the oven. We had the seafood Risotto and penned Alfredo w/salmon. Everything tasted so good and thankfully we had some leftover to eat later that night.

Yelp
First time trying Spezia! It was a perfect evening to sit on the patio. We had cocktails, pasta and the famous tiramisu. I ordered a glass of Riesling and got the salmon pasta dish. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and it really complimented the creamy sauce. My guest ordered the chicken Parmesan and we both really enjoyed how well that was cooked and juicy of the chicken. We heard about the tiramisu and had to order that for dessert. I should say I like tiramisu, but I don't love tiramisu. It was good, but definitely had a strong rum flavor to it. Overall, this was a good experience. Would have loved to see a few modern Italian elements added to some of the dishes, and possibly homemade pasta.

Yelp
Group of us came for a birthday dinner outing, and were very happy. Service was fantastic, many options for even a picky eater to find something. Beautiful surroundings, great wine list and all of the entree's were a hit by everyone! Thank you for a lovely time!

Yelp
Spezia is a bit rich but offers a diverse menu of Italian and adjacent plates. The service is a tad slow but the cheesy ambience paired with really well-balanced dishes ensures I'll be back. I love wherever they source their tomatoes from. The flatbread was really well proportioned on ingredients but the noodles could've been just a bit more al dente.
google avatar

Carolyn H.

Yelp
Spezia baffles me. The parking lot is always packed, and you can't get in on a weekend without a reservation. And yet...the few times I've been there, it just doesn't seem to be good enough to warrant the attention. It's as if people have been going there for 25 years and just haven't tried anyplace else for their special occasions out of habit. Our bread was late, arriving after the appetizer. The calamari was hard; over-breaded and too crunchy, and there was no sauce to speak of. I ate 2 pieces and decided the calories just weren't worth it. My scallops were bland, as was the broccolini. Well cooked to just al dente, but just not that tasty. My companion's cioppino was also a bit flavorless. Our waiter was friendly but slow to respond to service requests. We had two gift cards which brought us there, but I think that will be the last time for Spezia.

Blair D.

Yelp
First of all great service!! Baileigh was so attentive and suggested the best dishes we have had! The beef burgundy was fantastic! Like a warm hug! The beautiful ambiance and atmosphere 10 out of 10 will come back again! Thank you for making our Nebraska experience memorable!

Yelp
We had a large group to celebrate my daughter's pharmacy school graduation so I reserved a party room. The communication with the catering staff was excellent. The day of the event the room was perfect and comfortable. The food was just as delicious and just as we ordered. It was a fabulous experience and everyone loved the lunch for my daughter's big day. Highly recommend Spezia!!

Yelp
Ive been to this place twice now and each time has been a great experience! The ambience is very cozy and great for a night out with friends or a date night. I feel like the place is always full but doesn't feel too crowded. We had great service with attentive and kind servers whose recommendations were excellent. The food is delicious, we all got different entrees and each item was well seasoned, hearty and filling. The lemon dessert is incredible, so light and refreshing and hits your sweet tooth just right. Their cocktails are ok and not well balanced. Next time, I will likely just get wine as the cocktails are not their strength which makes sense as it's not a cocktail bar. Overall had a great experience here and would be happy to return!

Yelp
Lived in Omaha my whole life and not sure why I'm just getting to Spezia, I have always heard GREAT reviews and so glad I can be one of those great reviews now! Everything was FANTASTIC! We did have reservations for 2 for 5:30pm on a Tuesday evening, and I'm happy we did, they were busy! Our server greeted us right away, was very friendly & welcoming, always checked in and refilled beverages, cleaned the table up, etc, she was amazing! The food came out quickly for how busy it was, and everything was hot, flavorful, and so so good. Only thing I would skip was the lemon cake, just wasn't much for the price and not our thing! They do have a parking lot that wraps around the building!

Yelp
Atmosphere is amazing, it's very dim in this place; please if you're visually impaired bring a flashlight to view your menus! Food is consist and tasty. The people and so friendly that sit at the bar too. Service is attentive. Will always be back!

Yelp
We came to Spezia to celebrate my husband's birthday (which fell on Father's Day this year). A reservation was made about a week or two in advance for a reasonable time. Directions took us straight to the restaurant. It's easy to spot from the street and has a private (albeit small) parking lot. I would recommend carpooling if possible because spaces were pretty limited, but that might just be because of the day we went. The restaurant's interior is low-light and cozy. They have a skylight-type area that I would recommend grabbing a seat at if possible! It's decorated fairly minimally, but tastefully. I didn't see any kids while we were here, and I'm not sure if they have a children's menu. Our waitress was friendly and busy. We didn't chat very much other than placing our order and looking through pictures on Yelp to see what looked good based on the menu. My husband ordered the French Acadian Chicken, and I ordered the Beef Burgundy. We decided to grab the crab and artichoke dip to start. I wasn't crazy about the dip. It was pretty cheese-heavy and wasn't really flavorful. I used the lemon wedges to try and get some acid into it, but my husband loved it as-is. The grilled bread was definitely helpful with flavor, but there's only four pieces of it, and the pita wasn't anything special. I would skip this one in the future. Our entrees arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and this was definitely the star of the show. The food was piping hot and fresh. My beef was cooked perfectly, and the mushrooms were flavor packed. There wasn't an overcooked noodle in sight. My husband is still talking about his meal a week later. They're a good size and we both had plenty of leftovers to have the following day for lunch. Since we were celebrating a birthday, we grabbed a slice of the tiramisu. I was not expecting how massive this slice was, but it wasn't too heavy and was a great finish to an excellent meal.

Yelp
I don't ever usually take the time to leave a review unless a place is really awful or absolutely outstanding, and this place is phenomenal. Cole was such a pleasure after a long day of driving to come sit at the bar and receive such friendly and prompt service was great. The salmon was absolutely delicious and I wish this place were closer to where I'm headed because I would definitely come back. The cocktails were also amazing!

Barb E.

Yelp
Food and service is always great! Love the gnocchi, but I have only had excellent food here.

Yelp
Always a wonderful stop for a good meal. Located just north of I 80 makes for easy access from just about any part of town. Offering lunch and dinner in a cozy atmosphere. Dedicated parking lot makes for easy access as does the ability to make reservations to avoid a wait. We were pleasantly greeted and quickly seated. Our server was super helpful and walking us to the menu and bringing us up to speed on specials that change periodically. Quality, fresh and hot and great comfort food all the way around! A number of nice shareable dessert options are great with a group. Highly recommend this location when you're looking for an Italian food fix.

Yelp
We often get a table here for the Mothers Day brunch and they have a fantastic menu and service that I absolutely love and my family loves!! This year we will celebrate Mother's Day again here especially for my sister's first Mother's Day! The crowds are a bit more crowded than a normal day but it is still worth it for the food!! And I love the noodles they serve here because I love devouring Italian food!!

Yelp
Drinks were good. Food was mediocre. Lemon Herbed Rissoto didn't have any flavor. I'd skip and go to Pasta Amore. Wish we did.

Yelp
Heather was GREAT!!!!!!!!! Food was delicious. Service was fantastic. Ambiance was solid.

Yelp
Very good food and impressive team work by the staff doing a busy time midweek. Nice decor. We were surprised we were made to stand and wait even though we had a reservation. Loved the strawberry salad with salmon. Sadly the tenderloin was a bit over cooked, but sides were excellent.

Yelp
It was amazingly delicious and the service was great! The chicken piccata had great flavor and it was a large portion!

Yelp
Took my daughter and her friend out to dinner. We decided on Spezia at the last minute but were able to get a reservation about 45 minutes out. We were seated immediately upon arrival. We enjoyed the coconut shrimp (it was so crispy and delicious) and of course the sour bread is always a highlight. My daughter ordered a steak and her friend the chicken broccoli fettuccine alfredo. I had the seafood diavolo--everything was delicious! Portions are generous and we all left stuffed. Pictures aren't great as we were there in the evening and the lights were dim. Service was also wonderful. We are from out of town but we have been here before and will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Yelp
Great experience for Leap Day dining! Jenna provided outstanding service and knew the menu. A beautiful and delicious beet salad paired nicely with a pinot noir. The free range chicken was perfectly prepared with seasonal veggies and a side of small mushrooms. Tenderloin medallion with the mushrooms ravioli was outstanding. Great cozy seating in the atrium area with low, moody lighting made for a very enjoyable experience.

Yelp
My brother's job assigned him to serve their clients in Nebraska, where I live, and he drove out to meet his new clients. He asked if I was free for dinner and conversation. I was happy to get together. He asked for a suggestion where we should meet and I looked at the hotel where he was staying. I noticed it was next to Spezia, a place that I had heard about but never had the opportunity to experience, so I suggested it. He agreed and we made our plans for dinner. When I walked into the restaurant, it was obvious that it would be smart to call and make a reservation to be sure they can accommodate you. I was worried that we were going to have to wait because they were answering the phone and entering information into their computer nearly non-stop, but as 2 people we were seated immediately in their "party room" which is a dining room, separate from the main restaurant and bar area, so it was a little quieter and away from the busier part of the restaurant. Perfect for a one on one conversation. The room felt like a dining room at home, with wooden tables and chairs, carpet and a view of the parking lot. There was linens and silverware on the table, glass goblets and china dishes. We were offered beverages and I had unsweetened ice tea. My brother just had water. During the meal they were very diligent about offering to keep everything filled. When our server asked what we wanted, being new to the restaurant my brother asked for suggestions. Our server said the Chicken Parmesan was very popular, but also pointed out the Peach Chicken from a special menu, saying it was a seasonal house specially, that was probably going to be discontinued in a week or two but people would keep calling to ask if it was available, or how soon it will return year round. I opted for the Chicken Parmesan, my brother chose the Peach Chicken. Both were very good and delicious. The Parmesan Chicken was served on a platter, to accommodate the large breaded Chicken filet, a side serving of spaghetti and marinara, and some delicious grilled vegetables. The Peach Chicken was on creamy mashed potatoes and had a couple of asparagus stalks on top. My brother said he enjoyed it too and commented that beside the peaches there is a peach sauce or glaze that is very sweet. Additionally we were served dinner rolls with a dish of olive oil and balsamic vinegar blend for dipping. The service was very good. The atmosphere was pleasant. And since my brother paid, being on a business trip I am not sure of the final total but each of our entrees were under $30 on the menu which seems like a good price for any meal anymore. Definitely a good value in my opinion and now I want to bring my wife to check it out when we get the chance.

Yelp
Had the duck & it was excellent. Our waitress was excellent & easy to communicate with. Haven't had duck this good since Bohemian Cafe. I would definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
The food here was really great! There were lots of options and I got the salmon pasta spezia. Both plates of fish (salmon and walleye) were cooked really well and tasted great. I only knocked it down a star because while we had reservations, the people in front of us did not. We had to wait about 10 minutes while the others got seated right away and even with reservations we got placed right next to the bussing station compared to the service we saw others get as walk-ins.

Yelp
LOVE this place--the ambiance and the food! They have such a lovely sun roof situation--like the old Wendy's buildings. The food is always on point and this time the bartender made an amazing raspberry mojito mocktail for my pregnant friend! Our server Jenna did a fantastic job and was the perfect amount of attentive. Props to her and the bartender who accommodated us despite no mocktails on their menu! She also granted my request for no broccoli extra mushrooms, and the chef did not skimp on mushrooms!! Always an exceptions meal here but I will say after trying my friends' dishes I will get the salmon pasta instead of this one next time!

Yelp
Took my son and dil for the rehearsal dinner. About 40 of us. Great service, servers were unruffled, very polite and very good food. A memory that will last a life time. Thanks, Spezia!!! Community Appreciation Week is back! This is a time for our team at @toasttab to show our gratitude for the customers, partners, local restaurants, and retailers who make our communities special. At Toast, we know that hospitality is all in the little details, and we appreciate all the work these businesses do to be there for their guests! Thank you. This post was made in connection with a Toast promotion.
