Google
We hosted our staff appreciation party at SPIN Philadelphia, and it was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make our event special. The food was fantastic, the drinks were top-notch, and the service was impeccable. The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The atmosphere at SPIN is electric—such a fun and unique space that brought out everyone’s competitive side while keeping the energy high all night. Our team had an absolute blast, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate and unwind. If you’re looking for a place to host a memorable event with great hospitality, look no further. Huge thanks to the SPIN Philly team for an unforgettable night! We’ll definitely be back.

Google
We booked a table on a whim not knowing what to expect. We had three kids (ages 4-12) and four adults. It’s hard finding a place where literally everyone can enjoy their time. This is the place. Tyler our server was BEYOND excellent. But really the entire staff was amazing. Warm, welcoming, and cool. The food is great, the drinks are great, and our party was treated with so much kindness. The rate for a private table is well worth it if you want an hour of relaxation and fun for everyone. Thank you SPIN!

Google
Ping pong, great drinks, and a lively crowd—what more could you want for a fun night out? The energy here is contagious, and there’s always something happening. Definitely a go-to spot for group hangouts.

Google
This place is straight fire! I wish we had one in Atlanta. The layout is awesome and I love the concept. Brian kept us rolling with positive vibes and fun games (check out my video) and Jared the manager was super cool to talk to. SPIN, Atlanta’s got red carpet rolled out for ya, come on down!

Google
I've been here several times, always a good vibe. This time I was here for a company (Mindset) get together and everyone had a great time. Of all the times I've been here,I never ordered food, always had drinks. Let me tell you, their double margherita pizza is sooo delicious, probably the best margarita pizza I ever had (hands down).it was so good, I went back there the very next day, just to have it again 😁.

Google
My son loves playing table tennis so I shelled out the 49 dollars for one hour of a table and some sofas. We had fun. Too bad they don’t offer discounted “happy hour” tables since it was slow when we arrived. Given the cost, it’s better to go as a group but we are in from out of town 🤷‍♀️ we didn’t try the food because didn’t want to take away from our hour of play

Google
We had a private group event here and it was outstanding. The staff was so nice and attentive. The food was so good AND the space is so unique and fun. 10/10 recommend.

Yelp
Conf party here. lots of fun games to play and the bartenders were spot on. it was very busy but they keep up. Looks like a place I will be back to

Yelp
Good event space. It was pretty noisy and loud. They had a make your own Philly cheesesteak along with flatbreads and salads. The food was subpar, ok, nothing too spectacular. Let's face it, you are not there for the food. You are going for ping pong, socializing, music and laughter. Servers were nice and very hospitable. Bathrooms were clean.

Yelp
I came here for a birthday party, and we were definitely treated very well by the staff that helped us out for the party portion. Jared and Alex were very helpful. Any used, plates, silverware, and cups were promptly cleared. The music was great and the establishment itself was very aesthetic. The food was incredible. I was actually blown away by the quality. Everything was delicious. I tried several of their drinks too. I'd recommend their marg, rum punch, and mule. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because of a handful of interactions with some of the other staff left a sour taste in my mouth. They are very strict about where you can/can't have alcohol as well as where you can just stand in general. Every establishment has rules. I have no problem with this, but there are three interactions that stick out to me where the staff members were being sharp and rude when informing us of these various rules. It certainly felt like we were no longer welcome at the bar which was bizarre because we weren't being rowdy.

Yelp
This is a nice place for date night if you wanna do something, a little active, but not so active that you're breaking out in a sweat. Tonight I decided to grab some drinks and play ping-pong which I enjoyed. The staff was really friendly the explain how to play the game because I did not know how to play. The decor is really nice and they're perfect for taking pictures. The food menu was not expensive, pretty much just bar food. I enjoy going to Spin for my first time and I would go back but maybe next time with a larger group of people.

Yelp
We had an evening event at SPIN tonight and it was wonderful - great vibes, great food and great service! Highly recommend for a large group event - plenty of space to chill and connect or get competitive and play some ping pong or games!

Yelp
I went for the first for my niece birthday and it was fun. The food was good and drinks was also. The service staff were very friendly and helpful. The ambiance was relaxing. Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Decent place for a fun night out. Coat check is a nice perk. Drinks are good. Food is hit or miss. The ping pong tables are often reserved in advance, so don't come in spontaneously looking to play. I think I would have had more fun if I reserved a table ahead of time.
google avatar

Komal R.

Yelp
Fun place for a session of table tennis which costs $50 an hour. Surprisingly the cocktails here are really good as welll - which usually is a rare case in such an establishment.

Elizabeth O.

Yelp
We had a company "Happy Hour" here! The food and service were great! We also had a Ping Pong professional to help facilitate a tournament with all of our employees, and he made it even more fun!
google avatar

Hannah D.

Yelp
We came here for my mom's 50th birthday and it was so much fun! For background, my mom loves ping pong, my friends and I don't play often, but this place really exceeded our expectations. We rented out the red room and had open bar + pizza and a Greek board for 2 hours. You have unlimited play for that time, and someone comes around to pick up balls which is a nice touch. The server was pretty quick and all the food we ate was great. It was our first time so there were some rules we weren't familiar with like where you can stand and where you can have drinks, but their staff was always kind about correcting what we could/could not do. Overall we had a great time and the aesthetic is beautiful for a ping pong place, I should have got more pictures! Picture of my beautiful mom on the red chair for her 50th!!
google avatar

Doraemon T.

Yelp
Ping pong was really fun, atmosphere was fun with graphics, ping pong bath, Cherry wall to bath room, and staffs were nice. Food was ok. We had pizzas and mix platter.
google avatar

Yelp
So we didn't have a good experience here. You walk in and downstairs towards the open bar area. You're surrounded by pong tables and while this felt like a bar, there's also kids here. So we stayed for one drink and couldn't get another drink because the guy serving was his first day ever working. Yes, he was reading the drink instructions but he needs to help his existing customers before moving on to new orders. Maybe he will get better however we won't be back.

Yelp
We all had a blast at our recent company outing at Spin. We booked a two hour session with food and drink. Our group ended up with four tables and we kept the filled all night. The staff was on top of refilling both our drinks and our ping pong balls! Our food was limited to finger foods and light bites. They had a few items like cheese and pizza set out, but also provided additional items via a server. We could also order drinks directly from the bar or via a waitress. We had colleagues in from the UK and California (as well as a few locals) and everyone was able to find a beer to enjoy. Service was on their A-game the entire night. Appreciated the complimentary bag and coat check, especially on the rainy night we visited. For the few folks that arrived late, we appreciated how the staff jumped at getting them settled in and caught up. I've only visited Spin once or twice, but will certainly be going back. Highly recommend, especially for a fun night with colleagues or friends.

Yelp
Walking about during the holiday season and looking for something to do indoors we stumbled upon this little place (thanks, Yelp!). Not knowing what to expect (maybe a few tables in a bar) we were absolutely floored! They have SO MANY ping pong tables, other table games, cards, jenga, video games, etc. For the ping pong we paid by the hour and, one of the absolute best parts - you don't have to chase your balls! If one goes flying there is somebody who has this handy tool and picks them up. It made the hour feel like an eternity and was definitely a good amount of time. They also serve beer and, I believe, food. There is a giant TV in there, too...you know for Birds games I suggest you check it out
google avatar

Yelp
Very fun late-night spot. For those new to the space, SPIN is a ping pong bar! Great for late night, birthday parties, and everywhere in between. You are best off to get a table reservation so enjoy your time and play (pretty sure you rent by the hour). Great fun. Only problem was how slow the bar was. I stood in front of three separate bartenders, none of which would make eye contact. It took TEN minutes before someone finally came up and asked if I had been helped. If you can get over that and want to have a good time, you'll have a blast.
google avatar

Yelp
I went here with a couple of friends and it was so much fun! It is a bit pricey, but the experience was worth it. Staff were great and nice, the atmosphere is amazing! I enjoyed the water melon drink (it tasted like a lollipop).

Patty S.

Yelp
We go annually for a family holiday party. The food is good and the staff could not be nicer. We had 20 people this year, and had plenty of everything. Looking forward to next year
google avatar

Yelp
I've said it all before and I'll say it again. Great times to be had here. Nothing but good vibes. From staff, service and ambiance
google avatar

Nelle W.

Yelp
Great spot to have some fun with friends & family, haven't tried the food but I definitely will when I visit again!
google avatar

Kristin C.

Yelp
Seems like a cool place to hang out if you like ping pong. They had plenty of comfy seating throughout the place. Nice leather chairs and the bar area was pretty nice. The ping pong tables were all in really good shape. I thought it was interesting they had tacos and sliders with jackfruit in them. The food was overall okay for finger food. The bartenders were nice and attentive. Overall staff seemed friendly.
google avatar

Anissa C.

Yelp
I'm coming to visit real soon then I'll leave a comment can't wait to visit. I've been looking for things for my husband and I to do in Philly especially pool tables and really ping pong and this should be fun.

Yelp
Incredible service at a private party tonight. The staff rocked. Fun atmosphere. Tasty food!

Yelp
Super fun find!... Really great vibe, music from the DJ, really fun playing at the ping-pong tables... Would definitely recommend this to out of towners wanting a fun activity for the night!

Yelp
Remember those fun days of playing ping pong in your basement with your friends as a kid? Well, you can relive that same excitement as an adult, without having to chase the stray balls around! We happened upon Spin on a random Wednesday evening. Our group is quite competitive, so anything that allots bragging rights is right up our alley. The atmosphere is attractive and swanky. There are several sections of ping pong tables throughout the space, so it feels private yet still communal. We loved that they have what felt like hundreds of balls in buckets at the tables. No need to run around and collect your strays. That alone is worth it! The staff was super engaging and fun. We spent about an hour and a half playing and laughing our heads off. They have a great cocktail list and I love, love, love that they give you two giant bottles of water without even having to ask. Hydration is key, folks! We arrived too late to order snacks, but we will ensure an earlier arrival next time. We are already planning a return visit! This is a great place for a unique work event, birthday party, or just to get the gang together for some laughs. Forget bowling and axe throwing - ping pong is where it's at!

Yelp
Came here for a double date night on a weekend night when visiting Philly. Bartenders were extremely slow- about 3-4 were at the bar, which was nearly empty when we arrived. They all looked straight at my partner and I and ignored us for quite some time, serving others who arrived at the bar after us, first. As someone who used to bartend, this was terrible service. The music played that night was a mix of pop and mainstream hiphop- mediocre. Drinks and food were alright, nothing memorable. I liked that they had Uno cards and a large Connect Four, which we ended up playing the entire time (honestly the people I was with made the night fun, not the establishment itself). Felt the pool tables were overpriced per game so we didn't play.
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
Had a really great time at SPIN Philly. Price was $49 per table for an hour on a Saturday night, which isn't too bad split between two people. SPIN is huge compared to the other newly opened ping pong place in Philly called PingPod, and it has a full bar and kitchen too. The seasonal mule was good and a different twist on a traditional Moscow mule, with a spiced apple twist I believe. Lots of tables and great for groups or just pairs! There's also a bunch of photo opportunities in SPIN, so it's definitely an Instagram-able spot. Everyone from the bartenders to the front desk was super nice and helpful. Would definitely go again!
google avatar

Yelp
A SPIN birthday party or hang out is where adults can still act like kids, drink and eat food (better than typical bar bites). It's hands down a good time for pretty much any type of person. There are tables you can reserve for a set price based on per person and time. I had a 10 person birthday party for one table that was so much fun that before the night was over we all talked about our Girls Night Out for another. You do not need a reservation but it is highly suggested after 7 pm. My friends and I had the red room. It was set with a few couches so we could keep it classy while we drank, played pong and ordered off the menu. Our server was so good that we never felt ignored or waiting for too long. The dj on a Saturday has a good variety for dancing but no dance floor (just at the bar or where you stand). They have table games like giant connect 4 or jenga (first come availability). Plenty of photo opps and even a photo booth. This bar is also a 3 minute walk from Patco. Next door are other places to eat/drink if you really wanted to change it up but when our reservation was over we just hung out at the bar. It's a winner for sure and I'll be back for a re-match.

Tyler B.

Yelp
The people that work here are all so uptight, was kind hard to have fun with eyes watching you every single second. If you can ignore that, then it can be pretty fun
google avatar

Neil B.

Yelp
We attended a night before wedding party at SPIN last weekend and everything was done right. Good food - Good drinks - Very friendly service. And with an open bar, needless to say, a lot of ping pong balls ended up on the floor only to soon be retrieved by the ping pong ball collector! I can, without reservation, recommend this great place to play ping pong, dance (they have a dance floor) and have a good time!
google avatar

Kathrin S.

Yelp
Organized a work happy hour here. The event planning team here makes this super easy! This place is great for large groups. Obviously, expect to pay a bit more for an open bar / food package. We were able to order a la carte and book a ping pong table for two hours. The platters and buckets available for groups were definitely worth the price and were better quality than I was expecting out of a ping pong place - hummus, flatbreads, wings were all pretty tasty. Our service was super attentive - we weren't waiting for drinks/ food / water at any point in time, but we also didn't feel rushed.
google avatar

LaTeri M.

Yelp
This is a cool spot to meet up with a group of friends or have a good time networking. The food is cool basic bar food is what we had in our group. I love that you can play ping pong and drink, what better combination could you ask for?
google avatar

Fatimah M.

Yelp
I always have so much fun when I come here! It's casual and a good place to hang out with friends. The tables are rented by the hour and person and you get a waiter/waitress the entire time. There are also people who come to collect the balls from the floor so you don't have to pick up yourself and you never run out of balls in your bin. I appreciate this so much because it lets you maximize your playing time. The drinks aren't too expensive, but once you add in the table cost (I can't remember how much, I think $8 pp per hour), the bill starts to add up a bit, but as a amusement bar it's not bad. I can't remember if there was food. Other than the ping pong tables, there's a bar you can sit at and fun little picture worthy spots around the place. We took pictures in the ball pit bathtub! Would recommend and will be back!

Pichapie D.

Yelp
Food was great, service was fast, ambience was ok not the best. We went there without rsvn and it took 2 hours before we were able to play but we got a table the whole time. Our table was set in the middle with a sofa right beside it and you can't really play hard because it's very restrictive. The wall, plants and sofa was obstructing the game play so you just play around it. We just came here to try the place and I say it's ok.

Matt S.

Yelp
Really open space with a great bar and tons of ping pong tables to play. We had food and drinks - everything was fantastic! Definitely recommend this place, it is an awesome vibe
google avatar

John H.

Yelp
If you are looking for something to do while enjoying a few drinks, this place is a great spot! On Friday Nov 22, a group from work met here from drinks and pong. Really cool place. You can play ping pong and don't have to worry about shagging wayward shots. They have buckets of ball table side and the staff walk around and use a device to pick up the balls! We enjoy a great variety of apps from pizza, hummus, and Cheesesteak egg rolls. Definitely check it out!
google avatar

Kate U.

Yelp
DO YOU WANT TO GET SERVED? (Pun Intended.) Okay but for real, Yelp Fam. Listen up! I came here for a date night that my boyfriend planned and couldn't have been more impressed. Ambiance and decor is a 10/10. Food was great too. It felt super safe with COVID and it was so fun to be in a "sports" bar that felt clean, trendy and had amazing drinks and apps instead of your typical bar food and beer pitchers. Wait staff was fun, great music and the smokey tequila cocktail was to die for. Great place to make your next date night with your S.O. or best friend a competitive one!
google avatar

Katya P.

Yelp
Love this place. Whoever came up with the idea is a genius. This definitely adds a bit more fun and something new to typical weekend out at a bar and much nicer than a usual pool hall (also, full disclosure, I suck at pool and am decent at ping pong so maybe that why I like this place more). The area is so clean and well taken care of. Even though this is a chain and has locations all over the east coast it's nice that they took the time to incorporate Philly into the decor in a non-cliche way (they worked with Amberella and you can see her goth hearts all over the place). This place is supper instagramable which I'm sure was done on purpose. Service was amazing. We had staff walking around checking in to see if we were good just often enough to feel taken care of but not so often we felt interrupted. All the food tasted great and fresh. Highly recommend the margherita pizza and some round meat stuff thing I totally forgot the name of. The sliders where eh and could pass. I will definitely be coming here a lot more often.
google avatar

Persila N.

Yelp
This place is awesome. This was my first time at a ping-pong bar. I didn't even know these were a thing? I had never seen one before! You pay for either an hourly rental with a dedicated table or a happy hour type rental in which the tables are first come first serve and open reservation. They also have a full bar and kitchen, and most importantly, the atmosphere is pretty hip and trendy. It makes for a fun date idea or group activity. The tables were in good condition and there was no shortage of balls or paddles. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. It is hidden underground but it is open to the public!
google avatar

Tiara C.

Yelp
So Spin is a nice hang out with friends or date situation. The people are chill and inviting. The food is "ok" typical bar food (not really much to talk about) SPIN is for the vibe and fun. Great photo opts
google avatar

Faye K.

Yelp
WHAT A NEAT PLACE! They play AWESOME music!!! It's such a great idea where you can play pong, listen to music AND grab a drink! The interior of this place is super urban and I like how this place isn't so dark! I hate drinking in the dark where I can barely see my drink!! The first time I came here, my friends and I just grab drinks, the second time we actually got a ping pong bar. The staffs are friendly but are horrible at explaining what we are suppose to do. All of us went up to the bar and kept ordering drinks....but I guess when you get a ping pong table, you don't do that because someone comes to you and takes your order. Well no one told us that AND our server or whatever was nowhere to be found for 30 minutes and we were THIRSTYYY! It seems like a lot of staff members have no idea what they're doing and that's kind of frustrating. Maybe next time I visit, they staff will be more knowledgeable about this place! But if you're looking for a place to chill with your friends, check out this place!!
google avatar

Keri M.

Yelp
Beers on tap, specialty drinks, ping pong, and super cool graffiti art in this hard to find underground bar. If you locate it, you should go!

Yelp
I have been here for a corporate event I organized and also with just a few friends. The girl I worked with on the corporate event (Amanda) was a pure pleasure. She was communicative and responsive which I appreciated. The food was great and I loved that we could play to our hearts desire without having to pick up any of the ping pongs (there are guys retrieving strays). The only negative was that we did not receive a cocktail/wine/beer drink menu, when we arrived, which I thought was weird. I like having a visual and not thinking on the spot for a cocktail I want the bartender to make. The other thing was our server was never around so it was hard to order drinks when our group wanted. At one point, I asked someone to find our server. Inattentiveness was also the issue during our second visit with friends. We sat at the bar and it IMPOSSIBLE to get the guy's attention for a drink both for initial drinks and additional rounds. It was weird he wouldn't make eye contact but had no problems chatting with other bartenders. I am excited to go back and play with friends (it was too packed with holiday parties when we went). I just hope service (servers and bar) improves.
google avatar

Sable S.

Yelp
Spin is a fun and funky place to have a different type of night out with friends. I went on a Saturday night with my guy and the wait for a ping pong table was about an hour. The wait was weird because I saw several tables were open, but they could have been reserved in advance. Also, the place was pretty full. The service was pretty good and quick at the lower bar in the corner. The service was a little more shotty at the main bar. There's complimentary coat check. It's about $9 per person to play ping pong. A rum punch and knob creek with coke was about $25, including tip. The music and the crowd was older than expected. A lot of early 2000s hits songs were played. The infamous ball tub is never full....so taking pictures in it is kind of anticlimactic.
google avatar

Jean C.

Yelp
This was the third time I've been here, but first time reserving a Ping Ping table. I went on a Saturday night in February. I reserved the table for one hour online earlier that day (The later you wait, the less likely you'll be able to reserve a table). Unfortunately I was 45 minutes late to our reservation. They will hold it for entirety of the time either way. I was aware that they probably couldn't shift our reservation down, but before even asking the hostess said she think she could help us out and she did! Using the remaining time on our initial table and then moving us to another one for a half hour was more than I could ask for. Really appreciate the hospitality of her. In regards to the experience, everything was great. Wasn't much of a ping pong player and thought I'd get bored after a little bit of time, but it was actually very fun. The music was on point and towards the tail end they brought in a DJ. The music selection was mostly a good mix of pop & hip hop. I'd definitely come back again.
google avatar

Courtney L.

Yelp
The staff is super friendly, the space is really fun and "Instagrammable" if you're into that kind of thing, the cocktails are varied and tasty, and the wings are pretty killer, too. Just make sure you get here early-ish on the weekends, because it can get packed as the night goes on.
google avatar

Robert S.

Yelp
Fantastic placed unwinded, entertain, ,or have a team building event. You get a private room if you book ahead and a waiter/waitress that will serve you doing your reserve time. Awesome place
google avatar

Avi L.

Yelp
I went to their location in New York City and they were lovely. Me and my friends had a great time. We were very excited to come here for my friend's birthday until we got here and they were immediately unfriendly. They were reluctant about giving us our table which we reserved earlier in the week, and made us feel like they were doing us a big favor by letting us get the tables we reserved. Then, when one of my friends got kicked out after going to the bathroom because he seemed "suspicious" despite doing nothing. Do not go if you're looking to be met with a friendly staff who respects you/your group.
google avatar

Richie H.

Yelp
Came by here for a corporate event. It was a pretty cool experience. Amazed to see how big this place is underground and comes with the grunge feel. There are a few dozen ping pong tables and tons of balls flying around you. They got some bleacher seating around the main ping pong tables if you want to watch. Food isn't that great here. I'd avoid it if possible. There were some falafel balls that were super dry and flavorless. Just come for the ping pong.

Kevin B.

Yelp
Loved this place the food, service , and ambiance was all top notch ! The bartenders were professional and friendly
