Yelp
Had heard about this bar and, with it close to where I live, decided to check it out. First, it has been labeled as hidden bar within the restaurant, Sticky Rice. But, when you walk in to Sticky Rice, you can see right into the bar, so it really isn't hidden.
Honestly, the bar felt like just an extension of the restaurant, with a small bar holding around eight stools to sit at, though there are tables and chairs around to have food from the restaurant.
We grabbed a couple drinks, the Tiffy Painkiller and Mai Tai. The painkiller was actually pretty good, basically being a version of a Pina Colada. The Mai Tai also has good flavor to it, so we were hair with the drinks. We also tried the Mango Sticky Rice which was better than I thought it would be, a good dessert type item. But the overall ambiance was fairly lackluster with the bar trying to bring about a tiki vibe with the rest of the seating area not following suit. Just felt disjointed.
Overall, decent drinks from the two we tried but the place, as a whole, just felt like it could be so much better. Go for the drinks but don't pay attention to anything else
