"Sprouts Cafe has been South Lake Tahoe’s go-to spot for kind-of-healthy quick eats for more than 30 years. Plus, the fact that it’s two blocks away from the beach makes it the place to be on summer weekends if you need a fast lunch without giving up your prime beachside parking spot. Sprouts focuses on organic and plant-based dishes, with tofu, tempeh, and legume-heavy bowls, salads, and wraps that vegans and vegetarians will love (though it does have a few turkey options). Service is usually quite speedy, even when there’s a line out the door." - suzie dundas

"This counter-service café is the best place to go in South Lake when you’re craving something healthy and satisfying. The sandwiches are filling (get the Vegetable Crunch or the Real Tahoe Turkey), as are all of the bowls. This is also the place to get fresh-squeezed juices, like a Kale Refresher or a Tahoe Turmeric. Order it to stay and enjoy your food at a table (indoors or out) or, weather permitting, get it to go and have a picnic on the nearby beach." - Julie Brown Davis, Daisy Barringer

The place has healthy choices and greens, some items like turkey and tuna sandwiches are a bit dry, and the avocado toast doesn't have much flavor or seasoning, that goes for the egg melt breakfast too. The salad and pastry are better compared to the sandwiches. The coffee latte and coffee beans are not great. The coffee beans have such a weird unappealing flavor to it. The place is very pricey, over the top charge for just okay food that you probably can make at home 3 times better, but that is everything in Tahoe. However, the owner and staff are friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and there is free parking, but the line can be very long at times, and the lot is small.

Great location The juices are great ....healthy choices... our order. Carrot juice - loved it Curry tofu bowl- the individual components are good but the dish doesn't come together. It is not cohesive ....it's bland. The egg salad monster sandwich - Has all good things but just like the Curry bowl it lacks flavor. Would I come back here - probably Is it memorable- no

I’ve loved this place for over 20 years. I don’t go as often as I like because I’m the summer the line it out the door. But recently I went in and got a salad and juice. Hit the spot and just as fantastic as I remember. Definitely a got to hit spot when you’re in town.

We visited this place when up in South Lake Tahoe, which had great reviews, and glad that it was not disappointing. We ordered an Iced Mocha, Chocolate Croissant & a California Crunch Sandwich. If had to rate these , it would be Chocolate Croissant = California Crunch > Iced Mocha. California Crunch was really a very simple sandwich , yet so delicious. The ingredients were so fresh , all the veggies , along with some fresh hummus & balsamic vinaigrette and the whole wheat bread was something which I think took this sandwich to another level. Always fresh ingredients make the food item the best tasting dish. The sandwich simple , healthy & delicious. The chocolate croissant was so yummy with rich chocolate and flaky crust. I always love to eat the croissant warmed up and definitely I would eat this croissant again and again if i cannot count the calories and sugar I am eating 😄. At last the iced mocha was okay, and the 5 star rating was for the food we had. Definitely recommend this place when in town to enjoy some good quality food.

My family has been coming to Sprouts Cafe for a couple of decades, whenever we are in the area. This is where we go for fresh, healthy, filling food that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. There are many options for my crew's various dietary needs. The soup cook deserves a particular shout out. Most recently we ate at Sprouts at least half a dozen times and tried many soups from their rotation. Each one was yummy. It takes a skilled cook to make soup that is delicious, healthy and not loaded down with cream or cheese. Service is always prompt and accommodating. The only thing I wish they would change is to provide reusable cups for water, coffee and dine-in smoothies. We often ate just before they closed at 7 and a few times the tables had not been wiped down after a party left. (Customers are expected to bus their own table.)

Google
Great spot to grab breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The Acai Bowl was a pleasant surprise. The egg melt looked good but was below average. No taste. Needed seasoning and some hot sauce.

Yelp
I was in Tahoe for a weekend and stopped here twice, everything was so fresh and delicious. I tried the tempeh burger that comes with tortilla chips on the side, I do wish it would come with a salsa or some dip for the chips. I also had the Cadillac bowl and that was by far my favorite! It was amazing have options that were nutritious but still flavorful. The only thing I'd say is that if you're vegan read all the ingredients because at first glance an item looks vegan, like the tempeh burger, but they add jack cheese. If you let the staff know you're vegan they'll let you know which ingredients aren't vegan friendly and substitutions they recommend.

Yelp
3.5 STARS Date: Sunday, November 17th, 2024 Meal: Lunch Takeaway Time Ordered: around 3pm Time Ready: about 10 mins later Tuna Works ($12.75) *No Honey Mustard *Hot Tuna Works - roasted & melted I wanted something healthy for lunch. I was actually leaning towards a salad cuz I more or less only eat the center of sandwiches. I toyed with the idea of getting the nicoise, but I would probably take half off the ingredients. (I'm not a fan of olives, hard boiled eggs, beans unless they are green, and potatoes.) So I didn't think that would be worth it. Settled on the tuna salad sando since apparently, I was craving tuna that day. The sandwich comes with chips which I didn't expect. Good thing the hubby likes plain tortilla chips. He gobbled those up. The sandwich was a good size. Lots of veggies which I adore - cabbage, carrots, tomato, red onion, sprouts. Tho I found the flavor a lil weird. My first bite was super nutty tasting. (I'm not a huge peanut fan.) It wasn't with every bite, so I was able to ignore it more or less. Without the honey mustard, the sandwich was kinda dry. I had yellow mustard back at the house, so added that along with some spinach which kinda helped meld it all together. Even with all the chopped veggies, I felt like it needed something leafy. Maybe I'm just not a tuna salad made with yogurt kinda girl since I found the it kinda bland. But props for having so many veggies in it. A fine place to grab something that feels a little healthier. Yelp
The smoothies were amazing... Highly recommend. I ordered a wellness shot. It was served in a plastic small container. When I opened the lid it sprayed out and got all over my white shoes. Ruined them. Tumeric all over. It was full beyond the rim. If I was eating at the restaurant no idea why it would be served like this. I also ordered the avocado toast and it was def not the best I've ever had.

Samantha G.

Yelp
We got the Real Tahoe Turkey and California Crunch- both were delicious! We also got the mango tango, protein blast and funky monkey smoothies. All were delicious! It was easy to order ahead and pick it up.

Yelp
This is a rather unassuming, quirky restaurant in South Lake Tahoe, and very worth the visit. Searching for a breakfast place that's a bit healthier and more interesting than the typical Denny's, Applebee's or Hedi's I came across this place on Goodle maps. It's in a strip mall type location off the main drag, HWY 50, and very convenient to find with easy parking. You walk in, order and get a number to place on a table that you choose. It appeared to me to be a very grassroots type establishment, yet well run. Let's put it this way, it's very basic and not fancy. You get your own utensils and napkins and everything is essentially self-serve, including bussing when you're done... and, hey, nothing wrong with that. They are geared to the healthy side of food and sustainability... OK, major kudos I ordered a Breakfast Special that came with an orange juice, plus I ordered a coffee. The menu isn't broad yet has some interesting choices. At first the Breakfast Special confused me when it got delivered to the table... basically an open face sandwich of an English muffin type bread with egg salad and goodies for toppings, like tomato, avacado, onions, sprouts, etc. It rather resembled a healthy Benedict. Nice! What threw me was I was expecting it to be warm , or hot, but it was cold... egg salad... so truthfully it didn't matter in that it was simply delicious, and filling too! The coffee was piping hot, filled to the brim and some of the best tasting coffee I have had in days. BRAVO! It's a tall container and suitable for travel, with a lid that made it convenient. Prices are good and obviously it is billed as a 'natural food' establishment, so the quality is fresh, wholesome and quite good. This is a really great place and I recommend a visit. Skip the chains and try a local place that has a reason to do well.

Yelp
If I had only one meal I could eat in Tahoe it would be the Mexican Volcano from Sprouts Natural Foods Cafe! This was our first time in Tahoe and I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this gem of a cafe! We also got the Vegetable crunch melt sandwich which was good but, that Volcano though...it is like a deliciously flavorful health bomb. I didn't know anything could make me enjoy spring mix salad but the rice and beans, purple cabbage, carrot, sprouts, red onion, guacamole, salsa, tortilla chips, and best of all the honey mustard dressing on top all combine to make a delectable, good til the last crumb mountain of food. I paired it with the mango lime smoothie--what a combo!! Definitely come hungry!

Kristy K.

Yelp
Delicious! Ww got the Turkey sandwich, acai bowl, and protein shake and everything was so good! They have a little bit of everything for everyone and it's healthy! I appreciate the healthier options especially when traveling. The customer service was great as well! Thank you!

Jerry C.

Yelp
Hands down Sprouts has the best sandwiches in South Lake Tahoe. No wonder there is a long line. Sandwiches are made to order so it also takes a bit of time waiting. The interior is unremarkable, but the outside is nice with tables and umbrellas for shade and summer showers. I went with the Real Tahoe Turkey sandwich and it was healthy and awesome. Turkey breast with fresh avocado, melted jack cheese, alfalfa sprouts etc. So good! No wonder it's their most popular sandwich. Dad liked his half sandwich and loved the homemade soup. He finished his lunch while I took half of my sandwich back to the cabin for later eating. Sprouts is a great find. It's definitely on our lunch rotation. By the crowd, I guess everyone else agrees as well.

Lauren M.

Yelp
Filling and refreshing after a long beach day in the sun. We ordered the Mexican volcano and nachos. Afterwards I enjoyed a small carrot juice and orange juice mix to wash it all down. The nachos could have used more Guac but the salad was massive! I had enough for 3 servings tbh. Both entrees are reasonably priced. I love visiting sprouts whenever I stop by South Lake Tahoe. Plus the service is excellent! The casual ambiance is a plus.

Yelp
This cafe is amazing! The food tastes so fresh and flavorful. I've tried the açaí bowl and it was delicious, I've also ordered the egg melt on gluten free bread and I appreciate that the staff made sure to ask if it was an allergy or preference. The cafe is a cozy quiet place to get work done.

Jenny T.

Yelp
This place has super fresh and delicious foods!! The salads here are absolutely delicious and oh so filling. The prices here are so phenomenal as well. Just by driving down the way, say from the casino the price point gets a bit better and Sprouts brings you the freshness, flavors, and so totally feasible. There is indoor and outdoor seating so it's perfect if you have some pups with you. I also recommend getting some juice or smoothies, they are made to order here as well'

Irene M.

Yelp
Been enjoying this establishment for years. Healthy, fresh and good. Within walking distance to the beach, which is a big plus.

Scott H.

Yelp
This used to be my favorite place in Tahoe. Now it would definitely rate as my least favorite. It's 2024 and this cafe sits in a corner of Tahoe with no cell phone service. And they're proud that they have no Wi-Fi. Then there's the fact that this restaurant has one bathroom although they have space for up to 60 people inside and out if everyone is eating in. After waiting in a long line to order you wait in another long line teas During COVID-19 this place lost points because they had the most chaotic serving situation in California. They regained points afterwards when all I wanted to do was come in for a muffin. But how dare you want to have a muffin, a cup of coffee, and book your next hotel for your vacation. It's not going to happen here. Go to the coffee shop next door.

Yelp
A Flavorful Oasis in Lake Tahoe - Sprouts Cafe! This charming spot is a must-visit for any food lover! Their Tempeh Burger is a masterpiece - a flavorful fusion of textures and tastes, all on a toasted whole wheat bun. It's a veggie burger like no other! And then there are the famous Ugly, Gooey, Excellent Nachos - a towering masterpiece of tortilla chips, beans, cheese, salsa, guacamole, and more. They're truly out of this world! However, be prepared for a wait on weekends - we waited over an hour for our food. But trust me, it's worth it!

Yelp
Came by on a Tuesday afternoon and they had lines out the door. It was a casual atmosphere where you order and get a number then your food is brought out to you. Tahoe turkey sandwich: 4 stars. melted cheese on turkey. I love it that it was loaded with fresh veggies. I didn't like that more of the fillings was in the center making the sandwich look tall but edges of sandwich was flat. But overall flavors was good. Tuna works: 3 stars per hubby. I didn't get to try so can't say but he said the tuna didn't have too much taste. Blueberry smoothie: yummy. 5 stars balanced flavors. Green machine smoothie: yummy. Like the proteins and taste. 5 stars.

Yelp
The Huevos Verduroas Rancheros is very good with an unexpected kick so if you prefer non spicy as I do look at other dishes. The dark roast coffee is good. It's October and there's plenty of parking and table space inside and outside.

Michelle K.

Yelp
My son took us to a place that has natural healthy foods for brunch today. I got the egg melt. It was a steamed scrambled egg topped with slices of avocado, red onions, tomatoes, a thin slice of melted jack cheese, and bits of green onions on top of a plain soft fluffy bagel. It also came with some tortilla chips. The coffee here is good and bold flavored. We all liked the food here. Service is awesome.

Hanna L.

Yelp
What a hidden gem we found in South tahoe!!! Our gut was not feeling well, so we decided to have something healthy, low fat and vegetables. The place was low-key but very welcoming and busy. We sat outside and were beautiful watching the trees and people/dogs passing by. I ordered tuna burrito- and it was my favorite. It came with a homemade tomato salsa with shredded carrot salad in mustard, melted Swiss cheese (?), tuna salad, rice, and some extra stuff that tasted super flavorful but not heavy at all. My upset stomach was able to finish them all. I also liked the wheatgrass shot. We tried it out of curiosity and was very herby and mildly sweet. My husband's tuna melt was also great. Their bread taste a lot more whole grain. A gentle in front of us was raving about their cinnamon bun with cream in the middle, so we took one home. Can't wait to try it tomorrow!! Thanks for bringing a healthy, conscious restaurant for tourists.

Mary H.

Yelp
We came on a frosty adding for a late lunch/brunch looking for possible breakfast as everything closes down added 2pm. (It was about 2:20) they have breakfast all day. I had a tuna burrito that was really different and yummy. Hubby had a bowl that had veggies and black beans with eggs. Really good also. Friendly service and plenty of tables, although it was a Wednesday. We would come back!

Nancy L.

Yelp
This spot was alright. I got a mango tango smoothie and it was good, but the vegan tofu sandwich was a real disappointment. The flavor was lacking, the bread wasn't good, and the chips were pretty stale. I wouldn't come back. Customer service was great!

Patricia T.

Yelp
Got brunch here and just knew that this would be the place for me in SLT haha. Got the breakfast special and hot damn...a little logistically difficult but every bite was so, so good. The egg salad here is magic !!! Also, their juices are next-level and all made fresh. I was suspecting a cold and got the Flu Fighter. Made me feel great and tasted delicious! Will defs be back!!

Jennifer H.

Yelp
I love the açaí bowl here! It's loaded with fresh fruit and homemade nutty granola. The cafe is located within walking distance to the lake front and has ample parking out front. The staff was friendly and the seating inside was comfortable inside.

Allie G.

Yelp
Sprouts Natural Foods Cafe was a nice stop for a snack, after our long drive to Tahoe! It wasn't very busy on a Wednesday evening. The interior was spacious, with lots of seating and casual vibe. The also had some (dog friendly) outdoor seating in the front. I ordered the Protein Blast Smoothie and my friend got the Acai Bowl. Both items came out impressively quickly, and were brought right to our table. My Protein Blast Smoothie was tasty and filling - mostly tasted like peanut butter and banana. My friend's Acai Bowl came out very frozen, and was difficult to eat at first. We assumed it was premade and kept frozen, rather than made to order. The bowl was very average, but not bad. Would return to try more in the future!

Nazanin T.

Yelp
Lovely variety of fresh food from soup, salad, sandwiches, burritos, and more! Along with a lot of fresh produce being using for their dishes to their smoothie and juice drinks. Clean bathrooms and sitting area is a plus, and kind staff who are patient and knowledgeable about the menu. Very enjoyable!

Nicole S.

Yelp
Amazing vegan & healthy options! Perfect after a day at the lake! I really liked the GIANT tempeh burrito with vegan cheese. I'm not sure the brand of vegan cheese, but it melted without being goopy. The tempeh was soft and cooked properly, which was good. (Some places legit leave it hard/crunchy!) My friends also enjoyed their veggie burrito and turkey sandwiches. The only thing that was weird was that 1 sandwich and 1 burrito came out about 20 minutes before the other sandwich and burrito. We didn't want anyone's food to get cold, so half our group was almost done eating before the other half even got their meal. Pacing! Side note: it's one of those places where you order at the front & get a number, and they bring you your food, but you have to bus your own table. (There's also signage to remind you.) Still, the minimal encounters we had with the staff were all pleasant.

Catherine B.

Yelp
Visited on a Monday around lunch and Sprouts was packed. The line moved quick but there was a 15-20 min wait for orders. I ordered a bee sting and budget burrito. The bee sting was sweet, tart, and refreshing - the bee pollen added an interesting texture and made the smoothie thicker and grainier. The budget burrito was pretty big and was essentially a quesadilla with rice and beans inside. It was pretty good split between two people and didn't feel super heavy. The salsa was really salty so we ended up scraping it off but everything else was pretty tasty.

Kate E.

Yelp
We were back in Tahoe about 18 months after our last visit and once again came to Sprouts multiple times for lunch. I'm so thankful for the gluten free and dairy free options they have because it made getting the Tahoe Turkey sandwich possible for me. My husband raved about it last time...and I would agree with him; it's an amazing sandwich. I only wish the gluten free bread was larger so I could enjoy more, ha! I love the grilled pepper - really gives it a little extra punch of flavor that I've never seen done elsewhere. Looking forward to our next visit!

Ting L.

Yelp
We ordered the Egg Melt and All Green Juice for breakfast. So good! The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was great. I loved the music while eating. Parking was easy too, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place for a tasty and hassle-free meal!

Ariana H.

Yelp
Packed just as I remember. Haven't been here in over a decade, happy to see it's still as popular and delicious as ever. While it was packed at lunch time on a Sunday, food came out quicker than expected. Friendly staff and tasty everything!

Thomson X.

Yelp
My wife and I decided to come here twice during our Lake Tahoe trip. One thing that stands out is the overall freshness of the ingredients and that nothing here is overly oily or greasy. The California burrito was good and the melts weren't bad as well. Additionally, we ordered the cream cinnamon bun that was not overly sweet which we liked. Service here was kind and there location here is close by the lake. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here :)

Alejandra Y.

Yelp
I was visiting Tahoe with my family from the Bay Area. We absolutely love love this restaurant!! Everything was delicious and fresh. Good prices. We got the Mexican Volcano, Real Tahoe Turkey, Carrot/orange juice, lavender chai and lavender cold brew. Was extremely busy so be ready for a wait but totally worth it. Highly recommend.

Charles L.

Yelp
We stopped at Sprouts for lunch. It was terrific! We had nachos, smothered in cheese and beans and piled high with salsa and guacamole. It was excellent. We also had the big salad which had rice and chicken and shredded cabbage, and sprouts and all sorts of interesting tasty tidbits . We ordered in line, sat in the beautiful outdoor patio under the sun, and our order was brought to us within ten minutes. We also had a delicious mango smoothie and a very good strawberry smoothie . What a great place!

Marie D.

Yelp
We had passed by this cafe the night before and were immediately enamoured by their menu. So we decided to stop by and have breakfast before leaving Lake Tahoe. Everything we had was so tasty and we were glad to have found a place that served healthier options, after having been on the road for a while. I had decided on adding kale to my Mango Tango smoothie (as was recommended) and it was surprisingly good, not bitter at all. I also opted for a hard boiled egg on top of my avocado toast. It was so simple and quite possibly the best avocado toast I have ever had. I am not joking. My husband enjoyed his Tempeh burger.

Victoria G.

Yelp
Seriously amazing experience. I recommend ordering online in advance because they are typically very busy. The online interface was easy and had modifications available for all menu items. Very fresh and flavorful food with large portions. I got the big salad and switched out the Turkey for tempeh. They weren't lying when they said it is a big salad! So filling! The ambiance inside and outside is nice. They have such a great menu and friendly staff. I recommend going there. Great options for vegans!!!

Jessica A.

Yelp
Honestly, this was some of the best food we ate while vacationing at Lake Tahoe. It's so fresh and healthy! After some fun time at a nearby beach, we walked over and enjoyed the real Tahoe turkey sandwich plus the kale refresher and the beet zinger juices. The green chile really put the sandwich over the top in the best possible way. Service was very friendly and the food came out fast. Lots of seating inside and outside. Highly recommend this place!

Shirley G.

Yelp
Amazing food - super high quality. Love the outdoor and indoor setting! Service is great too!

Danielle G.

Yelp
Oh my goodness if I could give this a 10 star I would!!! This place was recommended by a coworker of mine and I'm so happy we added this to our stop while in Lake Tahoe. This place is not only priced right but it's fresh food and YUMMMMMY food! I got a vegetable crunch sandwich and it was THE best sandwich I've had! You heard that right. The freshness of the sandwich was delicious and I've never had a sandwich like this before! I'm going to attempt to make it at home!! My boyfriend got the Big Salad and he liked it! They were not stingy with their meat! It was a big salad and he devoured it too! I'm def coming back when i come back to Lake Tahoe!

Yenny O.

Yelp
Ordered a peanut butter protein smoothie. Tasted like bananas and yogurt only very watery too was not good at all

Artem M.

Yelp
This is a true hidden gem in the area. It boasts a wholesome ambiance, delicious drinks, and unique takes on familiar dishes. I particularly enjoyed the tuna burrito, which felt more like an insanely large taco. The mimosa with freshly squeezed orange juice is an incredible deal at just $7!

Molly T.

Yelp
This is my kind of place! I feel like my lunches on ski vacations tend to be on the unhealthy side given the food options on various mountains. Typically lots of fried food. On our most recent trip to Tahoe, we ended up coming back to town for a late lunch after skiing all morning and part of the afternoon. We ended up at Sprouts on one of our first days here and it was a delightful experience. Solid portions for fair prices, tons of healthy offerings from sandwiches to salads to soups to burritos to melts to smoothies. Something for everyone! We came here at around 2pm on a Thursday. It was quite busy but we were able to snag what at the time was the last free table inside (there is also outdoor seating complete with fire pits if you prefer -- had we brought our dog on this vacation we likely would have opted for outside seating because there were many many cute doggos sitting out there with their humans). It did take a bit for the food to come but it was worth the wait. I got the The Big Salad, made with fresh organic salad mix, brown rice, hand-sliced turkey, red cabbage, carrots, tomato, red onion, sprouts, avocado, and sunflower seeds. This is honestly my most perfect salad. A massive plate of a bunch of different kinds of veggies with fresh, delicious and healthy protein. I couldn't quite finish it though I damn near tried. My sister and husband both got the Real Tahoe Turkey sandwich and they both gobbled (no pun intended) them right up.

Heather J.

Yelp
This sammich was so good I accidentally ate a bite of the napkin I was using to hold it and catch some of the juicy goodness, and I didn't even know it til I took a picture of said juicy goodness to show my wife. Backing up: my phone order was taken quickly and efficiently. The interior, when I went to pick it up, was clean and well-organized. The little case of locally baked goods and yummy drinks was a perfect size; there were two registers for the busy times - which this wasn't. Cashier turned out to be the same person who took my order; she was super nice and speedy. I had ordered the Tuna Works, hot. SO GOOD. It was indeed hot; there was a perfect ration of tuna to cheese to acid (vinaigrette and mustard) to crunchy fresh veg goodness to bread (Ezekiel?)... epic balance in a sandwich. I'm not an avocado fan so I had them hold those; I barely got my mouf around the sandwich as it was! Also got a snappy little canned kombucha, a brand I haven't had before. I asked - they are totally down with dogs on the patio, which incidentally has fire pits, squee Really loved this place. Very glad to live fairly nearby.

Rachel F.

Yelp
Such a yummy veggie sandwich! We got ours with organic tempeh and it was extremely filling. It was super well seasoned and everything meshed really well. I thought the tortilla chips on the side were sort of bland and random... would be better if they had fries or sweet potato chips or something! Outdoor seating is very cute and the service was fast!

Eliyah O.

Yelp
I stopped by this morning for a coffee, and it was incredible. I ordered a lavender latte with a double shot, and the flavor was perfect--neither too sweet nor too bitter. It struck the ideal balance. Highly recommend it, though I wasn't hungry at the time the food looked amazing!

Isabel S.

Yelp
Heard this is a local favorite so was excited to try. I tasted several of the dishes and was disappointed by the lack of flavor and variety in the dishes. The egg melt bagel in particular tasted like they took a stale Costco bagel and slapped on other ingredients. Presentation is nice, drinks are good and the açaí bowl and cinnamon bun are great. I would avoid the other entrees, though.

Allie B.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious, fresh & healthy. Always love coming here and we love the new spot in South Reno as well. Yummy!!!!!

Carolyn S.

Yelp
Answered all my dietary allergy concerns with a smile! Roomy and has outdoor seating as well. Good salad portion and açaí bowl was really good although some of the raisins were hard. Still really good granola !

Jeankaylyn E.

Yelp
OMG! New fav healthy place! Everything we ordered was so delicious & refreshing! I asked what were the popular items. The lady named a lot but I just picked the first two food and first and last option for the drinks she mentioned. For food we ordered the Mexican volcano salad and real Tahoe turkey sandwich. The bread wasn't as thick and didn't over power the sandwich or take away from it... if you know what I mean. The mild Ortega green chile was so different but so good inside the sandwich! There was also turkey breast, melted jack cheese, avocado, grated cabbage and carrots, tomato's, red onion, sprouts, and homemade honey mustard dressing on whole wheat bread. The Mexican volcano salad is HUUUUUUGE! (That's what she said ) it has tortilla chips, mixed greens, brown rice, beans, carrots, red cabbage, red onions, tomato, sprouts, salsa, honey mustard dressing guacamole and green onions. For drinks the the mango tango and the mean green machine with protein... ugh so refreshing! The mean green machine is a chalky/grainy but idk I didn't mind it since I knew it had protein in it. I can't stop raving about what we ordered. Also it's dog friendly which is always a plus in my books

Madame X.

Yelp
I chose Sprouts because it has good reviews and was walking distance from where I was staying. Order at the counter, take a number and wait for your food to be brought to you.
