Creative cuisine and innovative dishes are on offer at this trendy steakhouse in Caesars Palace.
"Grab a group of friends for a getaway into a meat lover’s carnival at Stanton Social Prime, a restaurant curated by Strip-favorite restauranteur Chris Santos. The Stanton Social Super comes suspended in an art-deco birdcage, before being flambéed with cognac and carved tableside. On the side, find sake-braised short ribs and bone marrow. While the restaurant serves other steaks and several potato sides, clever menu sections proffer additional entrees and sides named under sections titled Not Steak and Not Potato. Find lamb chops and chicken Parmigiana as mains, along with sides like crispy miso-glazed eggplant." - Jennifer Smith
"A celebration of all things maximalism, chef Chris Santos takes full advantage of the restaurant’s location next to the Omnia nightclub to turn the Las Vegas incarnation of his New York hot spot into a high-energy, luxurious night out. Flanked by mirrors and chandeliers, each dish is as much a joy to see as it is to eat. There’s a tomahawk steak that’s wheeled into the dining room suspended by fairy lights. French onion soup dumplings are drenched in a pool of melted Gruyere in an escargot dish. And the desserts are often a fit for Is It Cake?" - Janna Karel
"It’s hard to choose just one dessert at this clubby restaurant at Caesars Palace. But you can’t go wrong with the strawberry milkshake. Wait for your server to slice it in half and reveal it to be not a cup of ice cream at all, but a layered cake with blonde cake and berry puree. Even the straw is edible." - Janna Karel
"Chef Chris Santos’s Stanton Signature Prime was another exciting entrant to Caesars Palace, with dishes that are both delicious and joyous to see sitting on the table." - Janna Karel
"Stanton Social isn’t afraid to be a flashy stunt queen. They do a smoked take on the butter board with thumbelina crudités and a 64-ounce super tomahawk hung on a trellis with lights and served with cognac flambéed pan drippings. Adding to the gimmicks, their menu is divided into steaks and not steaks and hot potatoes and not potatoes. The restaurant is adjacent to Omnia Nightclub, so get dressed up and come here for a pregame dinner. It doesn’t ever feel too rowdy, but you can feel the anticipation in the air of certain tables who merely use this as a pit stop before ripping shots next door. " - melinda sheckells
