Known for its dedication to Neapolitan-style pizza, it brought back favorites from the Brickell days like the classic Margherita, chopped salad, and the crispy sous-vide wings dripping in Calabrian chili oil. We could spend a lifetime chewing into the carbonara, which is everything you love about the hearty pasta dish but on a pizza with a bubbling charred crust.
