I went to the printing department today at staples in Huntington Park to print my resume, before that I went for a job interview my future boss was asking for a hard copy of my resume. I was very in a hurry, I was first in line but Miss Lilly decided to help someone else giving me a look like I don't want to help you, she was helping everybody else except me, I waited for her but she kept ignoring me until I asked a very kind young gentlemen named Anthony he help me very patient and also gave me a free copy of a document ,because my card was declined to top it all off!
I think Miss Lilly needs a lot of customer service training or empathy towards people you never know what is their situation she just chooses her costumers probably she doesn't like helping seniors like me I really felt very (discriminated). That is not nice to people that is not knowledgeable or not updated with technology, I hope Miss Lilly don't feel like me in the future because she is also a person that will need help very soon. I am very upset not happy with her service.
