Great staff and environment but it’s the third time I have came by needing my morning coffee and they are closed! The only Starbucks I know that opens when they feel like it .

COVID- no indoor dining area. However, there is plenty of outdoor seating at this ansley mall area directly in front of Starbucks or area for general public seating. Friendly staff. Drink tasted normal, nothing was off. Lots of tumbler selection!!

Service here used to be to notch. It has gone down hill for sure. Not sure if it has anything to do with it being a union store now or what. My experiences aren’t usually pleasant. I waited for more than 20 minutes for a bagel I placed by mobile order. I had to go up and ask about it, then the person acted like I was troubling them. Then at the end it was just thrown in the counter. If you don’t like your job, get another one. I just asked about my bagel!

Plenty of seating to work or lounge. Only giving 4 stars because the big windows are dirty, and the 2 times of been here, the staff isn’t particularly warm and welcoming and are missing the mark on that Starbucks customer service philosophy.

Awesome place. We were just passing through on the way home to the Carolina's, but the area is impeccable & the coffee was amazing.

This Starbucks is kinda far from me, but I was in the area. The employees were friendly and my drink was available in a timely fashion. I really like the parking situation over here, compared to some other midtown locations. I'll be back if I'm in the area for sure.

I popped into this Starbucks for a quick coffee before going to get my nails done. The outside has some tables and chairs set up (if you're brave enough to face this crazy Ga weather), but the inside also has plenty of room if the weather isn't nice on the day you decide to go. My first impression when I walked in was its cozy but still felt spacious at the same time. I ordered a tall caramel macchiato; It got to me in no time and was delicious! It really helped me get a kick start on my day! What really won me over was 'Ground for your garden'. After the brewing process of coffee, it leaves behind a green material that helps promote plant growth! The best part was that they packaged it up and gave it away for free! I loved this, and I know my plant babies at home are going to love it too! 'Grounds for your garden' really made my visit to this Starbucks special.

The Matcha latte and ham croissant I ordered was prepared quickly, and it was delicious! The atmosphere is also lovely and there is plenty of places to sit.

This is 'local' Starbucks. Not the closest but it's right next to our gym. We usually go in the morning but today came in the evening. We sat down outside at 645ish set up our laptops and got situated, started our 650pm zoom and when I went inside to get our coffees the employee said they were closed. It was not 7pm yet even though it was close but it was clear we were setting up and coming inside, there's a massive window and we could see clearly in just like the employee could clearly see out.

I was there for my usual coffee and then I went to use the restroom and there was someone in there. Then a man in a dress went to the door and went in with the other person inside. They were in there for 15 minutes before I inquired with the staff. The staff did very little to remedy the situation. They called security, who had a key and opened the door. The 2 inside immediately slammed the door in his face and then nothing. 5-7 minutes later the 2 walked out and went about their business. How are we suppose to feel safe here? Why weren't the police called? Then you close the restroom, knowing I have to use it? After more than a decade of being a customer I can say that I am very turned off and would definitely recommend another location. #disappointed

I go to a lot of Starbucks...don't we all? I live most of them! But today, not a fan of this one. First, the good. It's packed so people live it and great parking. Bad: dirty bathrooms. Just gross. Both of them. I'm sure bc of the high volume they get dirty but for that same reason they should be cleaned frequently. Service wasn't the best, sorta slow but not friendly. I'm so used to happy people at Starbucks (mostly) that here they seemed sad or grumpy. Don't get me wrong, they were very polite and professional but just sad and not energetic. Customer service. The drink I got (latte) was one of the worst I've had and the warmed croissant wasn't very warm. So, yeah. Likely will not be returning to this particular Starbucks.

Starbucks is as reliable as it gets. I love dark roast coffees, and I take it black. For a snack, I recommend getting the sous vide egg bites. The bacon gruyere and the egg white are my favorite flavors. Also, the staff at this location is incredibly attentive and customer oriented. My girlfriend and I ordered a couple coffees and a snack, and my coffee took an extra minute to get ready, so the barista gave me a $4 gift card to pay for my next coffee, which was very generous, though unnecessary since I only had to wait an extra minute. However, that is the type of service that makes me want to return. Great job! Check this Starbucks out!

It's my favorite ATL Starbucks, my home away from home. Where I hang out with my peeps. My favorite baristas work here too. This is a strip mall so plenty of parking except peak hours. There are several other popular stores that share the same parking lot. Courtyard with tables & umbrellas make for a great place to enjoy your purchase.

Maybe consider more than one person doing mobile orders during peak hours. This is the third time I've waited 10-12 minutes inside after creating my order 5-8 prior. Waiting 15-20 minutes on a drink is absurd. The only reason it for two stars is because the staff is super nice.

This has to be the worst Starbucks in Atlanta!!! The drinks always taste completely different for every other Starbucks. The bar area is ALWAYS dirty (see attached). After waiting almost 20 minutes for my peppermint mocha and pastry, the pastry was stale. I asked for an extra hot drink, it's warm! Needless to say, I will not be returning here! SAD!

This one is very conveniently located in the Ansley Mall complex. It is a busy location but there is rarely a long wait. The staff here is super friendly which makes the coffee tastes yummier than usual! I don't like sugary products so usually ask mine to be made with less sugar and they have always turned out to be delicious. Love the attention to detail there! My fav Starbucks in Atlanta :). .

I made a quick Starbucks run to this location after dropping kids off at school at 7:30 on a Wednesday morning. It was early, it was cold, and I couldn't wait for a really hot cup of coffee. The store was quiet, there wasn't a line, but the service honestly was not great. I wasn't greeted warmly by staff. My order was quickly taken and the barista just walked away. I felt very awkward standing there with my phone to pay, but not being told what I owed or whether or not it was even okay to scan. I went ahead and scanned my phone anyway. When the barista came back and just set my coffee on the counter and walked away again. I had to call after her to ask if my payment even went through. The entire ordeal made me, as the customer, feel like an inconvenience. The coffee was fine, exactly what you would expect from Starbucks (interpret that as you may) and I would still go back to this location, but keep in mind that on this particular morning the staff didn't meet the standard I usually expect from Starbucks employees.

Substandard customer service and unmotivated staff make for not such a great experience. Plenty of other stores nearby....

This location continues to go above and beyond all other locations. I pass three Starbucks on my way to work. This is worth going a little out of my way for. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They always ask questions about your preferences and the drinks always come out perfect!!!!

This Starbucks is located in the Ansley Mall shopping center next to LA Fitness. I came in around 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening. The barista who took my order was friendly and I received my drink a few minutes later. I ordered a grande Toasted White Chocolate Mocha and it was great. While it was fairly busy, I was still able to easily find a table near an electric outlet. The music/volume wasn't bad and everything was clean for the most part. I was able to get some caffeine in me and get some work done, so that was the important part!

I have to say that (overall) I am a fan of this Starbucks--even though I am DEFINITELY not part of the Bearbucks crowd. It always has a very interesting "predator and prey" vibe going on between the middle-aged (or older) guys and the occasional younger guy who lands there. You can almost hear the half dozen or so guys' neck muscles snap as they whip around simultaneously when an attractive new dish walks through the door. If Starbucks could bottle and market this sexual tension in a new product, they would probably call it 'Twinkuccino" and serve it in a boiling state--probably in a Pyrex test-tube.

Very clean Starbucks! Very friendly staff! Love the numerous amounts of seating provided inside! Spacious parking! Only thing I don't like is this Starbucks is connected along a strip of stores. It's not an individual, by itself building.

Both the cashier and the barista who I interacted with were incredibly friendly and attentive to me, despite being extremely busy in the store. They didn't forget that I asked for a "puppaccino" for my dog (I've found that a lot of locations forget that when I order other items along with it). My pup enjoyed her puppaccino and I enjoyed my sandwich and drink. Will definitely be back to this location - very close to Piedmont Park. I appreciate the friendly staff who made me feel welcomed and wished me a wonderful day!

This Starbucks is everything you need- efficient, baristas are friendly, and the drinks are always made well (as in, if you ask for "a little bit of cream", they don't dump half and half in to make it a coffee milk shake). They're open until 10PM on week nights, which is really nice for night-shift workers, and even when I've gone in right before close, they've been really kind! Parking can often be a nightmare, so be prepared for that, and unfortunately some of the regulars that go here are a little rude/have diva orders (major side-eye to the guy who ordered an iced quad-shot venti Americano with 7 splendas, three pumps of mocha, and half whole, milk half chocolate milk instead of water....like, what?). Even still, the line moves quickly, and there's a good bit of space to sit both inside and outside.

Music too loud. Woman that wears cap, manager, follows me around. No one checks for people illegally parking in handicap parking

First of all they had a line and they evidently did not want to let the manager know they needed help. The manager was short as well when I asked him a question. Maybe an off because the people here are usually nice.

I stepped into Starbucks after my phone died and I needed a charge in order for me to call a Lyft ride back home. I was there for about 6 minutes but did not make a purchase. I'm posting to say the gentlemen with the long locs was very kind to me and even checked on me. I live down the street from this Starbucks and plan on stopping by more often for my favorite drink .. a cinnamon dolce latte

I typically like to support local places, but I go to this Starbucks every so often because of the convenience of the location to me. The space is decent and there's usually a place to sit, though it's definitely not a quiet coffee shop. Located in Ansley Mall, there's always parking but it's not necessarily close. Depending on the time of day, sometimes it's in and out and sometimes I have to wait for a while. Baristas are really nice and I always get good service. It's your classic Starbucks with good service.

It's a Starbucks. The staff is nice. Great location. Its always busy as hell lol. It's at Ansley mall with indoor and outdoor seating. Never had a bad experience here. Grab a cup of joe or creamy latte and bounce around the shops at Ansley or do what I'm doing... Grab a latte and walk to Piedmont Park for a more in stroll... There is access just across the street from the CVS/Piedmont side of Ansley... Or get some grocery shopping done at either Publix or Kroger they are both right there side by side basically.

Starbucks is Starbucks but the guy behind the counter today really went beyond his job description for me. Feeling sluggish and out of it this morning. But his great attitude perked me up a little. Andddddddd my mocha this a.m. was absolute perfection!!!!! Thank you Starbucks.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Always energetic and busy enough to always have fresh coffee brewed. I like my coffee hot & black. The lighter the roast, the better. And with free refills and reliable complimentary wi-fi, all is good.

One of the busiest Starbucks in Atlanta, they don't miss a beat when it comes to speed & service. Brian Isbell has a top notch team here & my morning routine is always flawless. He (& many other members of his team) remember both my name & my order, which help move things along while everyone is trying to get in & out. Don't let the drive thru line or the amount of people inside fool you; you won't spend more than 5 minutes from start to finish here...bravo!

This is the best Starbucks in the entire world. On a scale of 1 to "got their shit together", these guys wrote the book on "getting your shit together " Mel, DJ, Christina, and the whole staff are unbelievable efficient, and of course nice and friendly and all that other stuff that is cool if you're hanging out there for a while but not really important if you're trying to just get your coffee and go. This is the kind of staff that if they were running the country, all of our problems will be fixed in less than six weeks. Also, yelp says that they are closed today, but they are very much open.

The coffee was good but the service was awful. I felt like I was inconveniencing the barista by being there. This is NOT the way to treat customers. I was still very polite to her but I wanted to walk out it was that bad. I work in customer service and deal with a lot of people and some aren't really nice; But I am still polite and don't treat them like crap.

This is my usual go to Starbucks for my pre-morning ritual, which is a Triple Skinny Vanilla Latte before I go to work everyday. If everyone can raise their mugs: Good morning friends, I raise my cup to thee. Tis filled with hot and fresh Starbucks coffee. Wake me up, make me warm, flush my face with steam. Run thy course, within my veins and fill it with caffeine.

Good coffee, always on the stronger side which isn't exactly my taste. Very expensive for coffee. They don't allow phone orders for quick on the go service. I don't use their wonky app as it doesn't always work properly

Very disappointed with Starbucks Ansley today. Both bathrooms are out of order. When talking to the barista's about it they acted as though it didn't matter and they didn't care. How can you operate a restaurant with no working restrooms. This is unacceptable and Starbucks should be ashamed of themselves. As of 1 o'clock the bathrooms are still out of order. Absolutely unacceptable.

Warm inviting colors that darken yet smooth as the coffee... I'm loving the new atmosphere at Starbucks Ansley. All the additional seating has really helped out. It used to be a nightmare to get seating there and now it's better then it was. You might still have some trouble during the peak times but just relax, take a nice sip of your Venti Soy Latte and relax to the calming music and warm inviting atmosphere.

This is one of the greatest Starbucks experiences I've ever had. I wasn't sure on what I wanted and the cashier (Frank) was incredibly patient and helped me figure it out. Keep up the good work!

One of the BEST Starbucks . Great customer service . Super sweet crew of young people ! They really work hard to satisfy the people like me that are solo beyond addicted to my perfect coffee everyday ! Stars bucks is very thing 4 stars !

Starbucks has good food but the service is little bad.So I'm going to give it a 3 Stars why am I doing this? Because I think the service is a little bad. That's why. Yeah but I still like the food and drinks it's just the service. And also it is not like really bad like giving a 2 Stars but I'll give it a 4 Stars if the service gets a little better and I hope it does to.

My biggest concern here is almost literally every Sunday they run out of baked goods. I've been going here for years and it seems to be the same thing each Sunday and the baked goods are slim to nonexistent that day only (as far as I know). The staff is always very nice and polite.

busy location and good service here. but i dont understand why an intercity location in midtown atlanta next to a gym and heavily populated residential areas doesn't stay open later than 8:30 on weeknights. also, this location if often out of verismo pods.

Undoubtedly my favorite Starbucks. Parking may be difficult to find during the day 10:30am-4:30pm, but the baristas know what they're making and are very pleasant. It's close to LA Fitness, Publix and Krogers (the parking lots are connected, including Krogers' if you drive around BofA). This place is cleaner than other Starbucks, employees are friendlier, but seating might be difficult to find. Regardless of the distance, I'd come to this Starbucks over other Starbucks.

My favorite Starbucks. Located in Ansley Mall, these guys know how to to whip 'em out fast and accurate. If you go right around the before-work rush around 8am the line can be pretty much out the door and you can still be in and out with your coffee in less than 10 minutes. Excellent crew, never had anything but friendly and efficient service here and my drink is always made right.

I enjoy gay Starbucks because it is near gay Kroger and I think the Russian barista is super cute. But in general all the employees are friendly and it's always clean.

As a frequent customer, I know this is a busy location. Saturday seems to be the busiest day of the week. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ansley Mall draws an diverse customer base and the Mall tends to have a lot of activity. Parking can be a hassle and you have to deal with traffic in the area, but it is a great place to sit and relax. A true community coffee shop. My favorite Starbucks.

My favorite Starbucks in Atlanta! The staff is always very friendly and the service is fast!! You order your drink and BOOM it's ready!! There is a Starbucks location by my street but the service is slow and the staff seems depressed. Ansley Mall Starbucks is definitely the best Starbucks in Atlanta. The staff gets a perfect score of 100!!

Great Location! Very Busy! Just finished a lite remodel the place looks great. Love the new long table, bar stool area and the numerous little round tables. You can fit a lot more people now, good stuff! Service can be a little iffy at times but all in all a decent Starbucks that meets my needs!
