I purchased online a lunch box at the Starbucks location at 111 E Cermark Rd, Chicago, IL 60616 last month on a Tuesday at 7am and when I opened it, I noticed hair under the cheese. I received the incorrect protein shake as I ordered cocoa and received vanilla. I did not have time to go to the store to complain ss I was traveling, therefore I sent an email to Customer Service. No answer. It has been very hard to communicate with Starbucks and file a complain. The app sends you around with suggestions to your question but does not let you actually file the complain. The chat person ended the conversation after I entered that I found the hair. It has been very frustrating on top of being disgusted.

Mike worse worker ever. Poor service double down on lies. I had a blonde roast coffee pour over Mike we never served this drink. I told Mike you were here several when I ordered one. When I asked for refill gave me what ever he felt like and charged me. My stomach became upset when I drink it at home. 😡 I left Starbucks because of his bad service/ energy. Zero stars for Mike.

Extremely long wait for coffee. 45 min. How is that ok? An employee loudly screaming at customers how there is only one espresso machine. Unprofessional. Despite this awful service this location also makes it very hard to remove the tip. Most people can't figure out how to get out of the mandatory 25% tip on the screen. So you'll pay 25% tip on top of $8 coffee for which you'll have to wait 45 min and be treated rudely. Do better, Starbucks

Giving up on this location. Poor service and overpriced (yes, there is a price difference at this location relative to other locations). Baristas spend more time talking to each other than serving customers, and when they do prepare my beverage, it's consistently bad.

They absolutely blast music in this Starbucks. It is outrageous and it makes it very hard to get work done and even talk to other people. Its as if its a night club or something

We stopped at Starbucks on E. Cermak Rd. yesterday morning for drink and breakfast before our long road trip back home and our server, Courtney, was super helpful and kind to start our morning.

Great place, it took a few orders for them to get me what I ordered, but so be it 😀
