I had a wonderful at experience at starbucks thanks to the exceptional customer. She was warm,friendly, and attractive, ensuring my order was perfect.. Her positive attitude and genuine care from customer truly stood out so dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere. Kudos to her for making my visit enjoying!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. When I politely asked to use the restroom, the baristas refused access because I couldn’t immediately provide proof of purchase. I explained that it was an emergency and that I was willing to purchase something afterward if necessary, but I was still denied with a dismissive “I don’t make the rules.” What made this even more upsetting is that I am two months pregnant and experiencing severe nausea. Denying a restroom to a pregnant woman in distress is not only unreasonable but also inhumane. I had even purchased coffee from this exact location earlier that morning for myself and a friend and had to run to my car to show the time-stamped cup just to be allowed access—something that should never have been necessary in an urgent situation. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I hope management takes steps to ensure more empathy and better policies in situations like this.

Hi I visit the Starbucks located on 35th State St. on weekend’s Saturday & Sunday and I find myself disappointed on each of those days! The problem is there’s only one employee servicing the customers, she’s really trying to service everyone but it’s just not working! Each time my coffee is not what I requested, it’s terrible again this morning! Please get more help in he morning 6:30am-7am Sat -Sun. Also even if the 3 employees there 2 of those employees are stocking items and not assisting with preparing the orders. I feel that moving the orders out the door is more important than stocking or refilling products, come back to stock after the customers have been taken care of! Thank you, Angelique

I would go -5 star if applicable. On 9/26, I scheduled a traveler for 11:15am as we had an event at noon 9/27. I showed up at 11:08, and showed them the receipt. HOWEVER, the staff told me to give her one sec and then kept assisting the customers in queue behind me, and I could also hear she asked someone else to get a traveler box, and it was already 11:18 by then, which shocked me because I suppose my order should have been ready for picking up at 11:15 or what’s point to have it scheduled? Then I got it, they had not even started to prepare my orders. So I started my endless waiting and watched everybody got their stuff and left. Finally, at 11:27, I saw someone get out with a traveler box and started to brew my coffee. After they poured the second portion of coffee into the container, I had no choice but told them just to give me everything you had in hand for now as it was already 11:45. I was late for my pizza delivery (from Papa John scheduled for 11:45 which was on time), and of course, the event at 12:00 unsurprisingly. The only thing I got was half gal coffee with an all wet messy container after half an hour delay (I ordered 1 gallon coffee because they told me they did not sell half gal, which sounds so ironic now) and a heartless sorry. Well, you should be but I don’t need it, you should refund me for the never-showed up half gallon.

I'm disgusted by the older woman who works at this location, she's refusing to allow paying customers to use their money to purchase a coffee for a homeless man. He asked no one for a coffee people have offered and she barked at the man " You can sit here but you cannot ask my customers to buy you anything" She cannot do this. Customers can spend their money as they choose. I think this place should be a little kinder especially since it's the holiday season.

I just purchased 2 Carmel Ribbon Frap $15.29 from your store 35th and State. Both of the drinks were more ice than the drink. I live on 7200 South and was on the bus. I called and told them and they asked when could I come back to get both replaced? I appreciate the young lady offering that option, but I am a senior citizen and have no plans on going back there in the next week. I was told there was no other option. This was not a good experience, what happened to customer service?

Two works in there, one person in front of me to be served. It took 23 minutes to they get my coffee done. The attendant that was attending me was veeeeery slowly taking first any online order they was coming whiling was there. Ridiculous! That was the worse Starbucks experience I had.

wonderful place to get your wake up call. but when it’s rush hour omg just keep your cool you’ll get it. it be a lot of orders coming in especially those mobile orders

Always understaffed and slow. I've been stopping on my way home from nearby gym but I have to find another one! Today I asked for light ice. This is what I got (and this is after about 15 mins so a lot has melted.) That's not just a "No light ice for you." That's a "F*** you and your light ice!" This cup is in my car in sub freezing Chicago so will be ready for tomorrow's order which will be "no ice" and poured into this cup.

Horrible service. I waited 25 minutes for one drink. When I asked to see if my order was coming up soon the barista still kept making other orders of people that got after I did. I waited an additional 5 minutes for my drink.

Starbucks in Hyde park 55th and Woodlawn is the worst Starbucks EVER!!!! Rude service and not helpful!! I would not waste my money here! I would give this a negative star ratingbif the app would let me!

Hey now. I don't typically review chains, but I also don't like seeing what I consider to be harsh treatment. And this Starbucks, in my experience, is pretty darn good. It's a nice looking building, and the interior looks clean and bright and modern. OK, yes, it's right by Sox Park, so I'm guessing that there are times that this shop gets overrun with tons of people looking for a Soy Latte Char Polish (ok, maybe not quite exactly that). But, all I can say is: I found it on Yelp, found parking outside and it wasn't expensive for 10-15 minutes. They got my order right. We ordered a few different things, including my espresso drink, and some breakfast sandwiches. The staff was patient, and got the order right, and things tasted the way they were supposed to. So, why in the world does this place average 2.5 stars here? I dunno. But, I say, that this SB's is much better than that.

This is not a review on the establishment it's self but more so a review on the Manager, Tina's communication and unnecessary My daughter has always told me her dream first job is Starbucks. As soon as she turned 16 she went to this particular location because it is right down the street from where we live. We spoke to one of the workers who told us ghat they definitely needed help and the manager was looking to hire people. She told my daughter fill out the app online and to call the next day around 12 to speak to the manager Trina. My daughter dis just that but was told that Trina was in a meeting and to call back the next day. She nervously called again and spoke to Trina just to let her know that she filled out the application and she told her that she would be calling people for interviews next week. My daughter waited until Friday and called just to see if Trina was still interviewing, she told her yes and to to call back next week. My daughter really wanted to land her first job here. It was a straight shot from school and she definitely had open availability on the weekends so even though she was starting to get a little discouraged she didn't give up. She called back next week hoping to at least get a chance to interview because despite her lack of work history she is a hardworking, motivated honor roll student just looking for someone to give her a chance. When she spoke to Trina she rudely told her to call back next week (again). Now I am not a bitter parent writing a 1 review because the company chose not to hire my child. This 1star review is solely based on the fact that for Trina to be in the managerial position that she is in I would expect her to encourage the youth today, especially the ones that want to actually work and not communicate so rudely with someone that is only trying to show determination in securing their first job. Giving off irritated energy is unnecessary and only discourages first time employment seekers who we should want to uplift and see win. So my advice to Trina is to be a little more professional to your applicants regardless if you see potential in them as pod's employees or not. Side note: Starbucks you missed out on a smart, wonderful, hardworking employee!

Rude employees. Go somewhere else. Very unwelcoming customer service. Drinks are okay. I recommend going to the redline cafe on 33rd st. Normal well mannered workers there.

This has to be the worst Starbucks of all locations. I ordered a coffee via the app. Said it would be ready in 8 minutes. I arrive and wait patiently. After about 10 minutes still waiting. A customer walks in, orders and gets his drink before me. What is the purpose of ordering ahead?! When I question this, the barista looks pale as a ghost and another barista states mine would be ready next. Poor service. This location needs an overhaul/new management/ better employee training.

Who doesn't like Starbucks? My all time Favorite drink is the Grande Vanilla Latte and no one makes it better than Starbucks! I love this company not just for the food & drinks but their commitment and sense of Community. The drinks, the coffee, the rare lemonade's, the fresh & creative protein & lunch options make this one of our daily destinations. Convenient locations and friendly Barista's with professional training are always available and ready to serve the customer. I hear there's a secret Drink menu.....I guess only the tech savvy know! We Luv everything about this place! Everything!

Love the new look this Starbuck just went through. I love the new sandwich selections and that after 4 pm they are 4 bucks. The staff is super friendly all times of the day and that is great customer service! Keep up the great work and soooooo glad you brought in the veggie shade of sandwiches. Is this the new business model for Starbucks? After attempting to get a drink at this location, I see now why so many one star reviews! I entered the store on a Monday afternoon around 1 PM and I stood there for 5 minutes and not one of the four employees even acknowledged that I was there. I noticed the staffs interaction with another customer were poor as well. I ended up leaving because an overpriced Starbucks beverage is not worth it. If these bitches don't like their job I'm sure there are plenty of unemployed folks (including yours truly) that would like to take their place!

Shame on this location for closing 17 minutes early on a Friday night! Finished an appointment in just enough time to grab a tea for my drive back to the south suburbs. I was lucky enough to find close street parking, walk up, give the door a tug and to my surprise it didn't open. I saw an employee at the register counting down his draw. I tapped with my key, nothing. I tap a few more times a little louder, he looks up and gives me a quick hand across the neck to indicate closed. So I hold up my hands and flash the number 8 to which he shakes his head and goes back to counting his drawer. Yikes!

I ordered a blueberry oatmeal in the morning and went straight to work only to find my blueberries were moldy and soggy. I never even opened the package and returned the next day to show them. I even returned with the bag so they could see the date I came in. I thought it would've been an easy refund, but as I was talking to the cashier another lady interrupted and asked about the expiration date. I said it was today but that I received them yesterday moldy. Then another girl chimed in, looked at the soggy blueberries and asked what was wrong. Even the cashier looked dubious and pointed out the obvious mold. All they would do is give me new blueberries. Well I didn't really need that since I would've liked to eat my full breakfast the day before. The barista handed me new blueberries and reiterated the expiration date but obviously I really don't give a f* about the date it was marked since they were moldy before.

I love Starbucks especially for those cheat days. Actually every day is a cheat day. The new layout is confusing where now they have incorporated mobile orders. The new layout has less tables just your ordinary grab & go with pub chairs.

This location needs to get its shit together. A shitshow every time I have been there; like the fact that they have paying customers is a genuine surprise to them.

My Starbucks of choice on Uber eats for when I decide not to leave the house because it's too cold, I'm too busy, crushing existential dread, 8am zoom calls, etc. the drinks are always perfect and the food is made with love. Shout out to this location and all the Uber drivers too. 5 stars.

I love the new layout of this location, but the quality of the Staff diminished. It takes too long to get the drinks now, there is so much confusion with the orders and when they make a mistake they don't take ownership of the mistake. You'll get something like "be patient, we're busy or well we have a lot of orders that you don't see, or the food always comes faster than the coffee" Just excuses. I even heard one of the staff tell a woman who was getting frustrated that her mobile order was taking 20mins "my manager's card is right there if you have a problem" instead of trying to get her order to her!! Nice remodels, now do a makeover on the customer service.

I am really disappointed in the quality of this location now. Before the renovations, they had a kick ass staff. The staff now are rude, lazy and just do not care. They put drinks down on the counter without saying what it is, or calling a name, so people are picking up drinks trying to figure out if it is theirs. You might as well not even put in a mobile order, it's actually quicker to just order at the register and wait. I've had an issue where they put another woman's label on my drink and we both had to figure out that they were switched. When we asked the barista to be sure, she said "oh yeah, I mixed the labels up, whatever!" I only come here because it's right across the street from my job. I hate this location now because it's constantly a toss up of whether your order will be correct or not. It's really a shame. I understand that being near our campus, they are SWAMPED with people daily, and it can be frustrating so I try to be patient. But this location has gone downhill pretty quickly.

great starbucks, easy nearby parking - friendly people & great music selections.

Besides the Greektown location, this is my other favorite when it comes to studying! When I'm on campus, I love coming here to get work down before or after my classes while sipping on a drink. The chairs and booths are super comfy and there are an abundance of outlets, which is great considering my old computer dies whenever it gets unplugged! The only con is that there isn't free parking and it is one of the busiest Starbucks locations I've ever been to. Other than that, everything else is just hunky dory.

Remodeled and what a difference, more seating and more plugs with the same coffee. This has been one of my favorite places to order coffee.

Yesss!!! Re-opening I was so glad to see that remodeling was complete. The new is wow!! Dang!! The new look is sleek and crisped. As always; customer service is super. No complaints. Great vibe for everyone. It's located 1 minute from US cellular, The university, high schools. Walking distance from the train station. Therefore; you'll able to grab your java & get back on the train. Conveniently located by green & red line. One draw back they're closed at 8pm. ( safety reasons).

This Starbucks is in a convenient location, right outside of IIT. They have outdoor and indoor seating and ample street parking outside. It can get really busy and feel cramped but it depends on the time of day you go. Overall, cozy and quaint place to get coffee

This place is horrible. I came in ordered two sandwiches and a regular Ice coffee, got my sandwiches within few minutes but my drink still wasn't ready so I stand 6 feet apart from the waiting area. Time pass by about 5 minutes so I ask the manager is my regular Ice coffee ready, she reply okay and back to packing her other orders. So I wait again for another 5 minutes, finally another worker ask me what did I ordered. I reply her a regular Ice coffee, than the manger just realize the coffee was just right in front of her, come on Starbucks. Please hire a manager that actually cares about your customer but not packing your orders on time.

I ordered the turkey ruben with a tomato basil bisque, to go. The gentleman who handed me the sandwich was nice enough to warn me not grab it from the bottom because, "it's really hot." I went in my way, letting it cool down. The sandwich was over done. Hard as a rock. Dipping it into the soup did nothing to improve the texture. I was so hungry, I decided to rip it in half and eat it from the center. You ever bite into something so rough that it scratches the roof of your mouth? Ya, thats what happened. It was more palatable in my previous visit. The soup was sour. I'm just gunna stick with the coffee if I ever go back. 2 stars cuz the attendants were nice.

Ummm, this location kinda sucks now. It's never been my go to, but it's convenient before getting on the highway when I'm in the area. Mobile orders take waaaaaay long here and I made the mistake of ordering in store the last time. I wanted to take advantage of the buy one holiday drink, get one free special that was going on and since it wasn't my usual order I wanted to ask first to see if they were actually any good (they're not). Free is cool but I want to enjoy my caffeine. The guy at the register was nice so I proceeded with my order. He had a little trouble putting it in at first but no bigger. We had friendly conversation.... HOWEVER, 15-20 minutes later and no, I'm not exaggerating, I still don't have my drinks. There was a crowd waiting when I ordered but they cleared out within 5 mins so what was the hold up on my drink? The baristas were making drinks or so I thought but no orders were added to the mobile order pick up area or delivered to me. I was the only person waiting at this point. When I ask, they are polite and say it's coming right up. The young guy at the registered realized I was still waiting and even looked a bit surprised. So I hear them talking about how they're out of xyz ingredients already (it was early evening) and grumbling about how the rest of the night was supposed to go. Then they start searching for skim milk. My order has skim milk. SMH this is painful. So my order comes but it's just one drink, not two. They look at each other then pull up the receipt and say the order was rung up at 5:01p and the special was until 5p. I smile because it's now 5:20p. Yeaaaahhhh well, which problem shall we address first? The fumbling at the register that delayed the order processing, the lack of skim milk, or the fact that I'm still here 20 minutes later?? Such a conversation likely wouldn't have affected them given their seemingly lack of interest so I didn't say all that. I just said, ok, but can you just make my second drink now? 2% is fine. Thanks. And I'm out.

the workers at this Starbucks are LAZY AND SO SLOW! SLOW SLOW SLOW, I would go to a different Starbucks but this is the only one in my area, there is always a line and I don't have time to stand around for 20 minutes before work. Oh, and 90% of the time I go there, there is a black bum waiting outside to ask you for money, I've told the Starbucks employees about it but I just got a blank stare, "duhh we can't do anything about it" terrible customer service and parking sucks here too, it's either pay to park on the crowded street or get a ticket around the corner where it's "permit parking only" EDIT: got sick of the lazy bum harassing people outside the store for money and told him to fuck off, he left, came to starbucks another time, same black bum out there again, there was a police officer inside the starbucks, told the bum to leave or I'm getting the cop, he refused to leave, i walk inside and start talking to the police officer, go back outside and the bum is gone and haven't seen him since you can all thank me later

Bad customer service. The cashier was playing on her cell phone, even when I said Hi. No respond. 10s later, she asked when I was gona order with her head down and her hand on her phone texting. Then I said I wanna order an ice latte........ no respond... still on her phone... I guess she's too busy? Few second later, finally I could have her head up, "what is ur order?" Ok fine... I told her again that I wanna get an ice latte... Finally, I got my order completed. Well, about 10 mins later, my name was called, my ICE COFFEE was ready. Whatever. Lose faith already. I know it doesn't matter with one person going or not. But still, I would definitely not go there anymore. Worse Starbucks ever.

Starbucks, you're my savior. This place is right in between my school and Sox Park, which means they've got me covered at all times. I love it! We regularly go on "Starbucks runs" at work and they've always got our caffeine fix. Sometimes you just can't drink teacher lounge coffee, you know? This location is pretty spacious and I've always been able to find street parking right outside. Free Wifi (with your Sbux card) and plenty of seating in case you want to come in and do work. I think they're starting to get to know all of us because some of the employees have memorized my drink order. I love it! I don't know what I would do if this Starbucks wasn't in the area. The employees are really nice and there's never a line. Located across from IIT's campus in case you don't want to drink IIT coffee during the day.

Dear manager of this starbucks, You are my favorite starbucks. Ever. I've been to Starbucks(es) around the world and you guys never cease to put a smile on my face. Your huge line every morning always moves quickly even though everyone must be tired/stressed out from the crowds, the homeless people, the non-homeless people...Your baristas are always friendly and fast. I just want to ring that bell forever! Once, I even told you guys my boyfriend broke up with me. I don't even know why I did that. You guys remembered and asked me how I was doing when I came in and told me someone better will come along. That made my mornings (and sometimes, days). Thank you for caring! You guys are amazing. I almost wished I still worked in that area so I can come in. - your biggest fan.

Caffeinated beverages within walking distance! Working at IIT, we don't get many choices for coffeehouse coffee during the day - it's great to have another daytime option for meetings, breakfast, lunch, and/or breaks that's off-campus and close! Everyone who has served me has been polite and efficient. They make coming to work in the morning a little more perky!

I waited in line for about 20mins while listening to the Manager reprimand an employee... in front a huge line of people...it was horrible. The poor employee was so embarrassed that she tuned out the manager ( I would do the same)....Once I received my coffee there was another hug line by the sugar and creamer station... Just bad.

Holiday specials buy one get one free between the hours of 3-5 p.m. it's great! It's a hop happening Starbucks and I get my hot caramel latte' it was delicious.

I am a partner for another starbucks store, and whenever I visit another store for my drink I tend to observe. I absolutely love culture in this store and the baristas are super nice. I appreciate the connections made. My drink was perfect thanks to Erik. Thank you so much for making my day!

It is quite unfortunate a Fortune 500 company cannot find the proper resources to update information regarding store changes made in 2014. The store employees say the changes to their hours of operation have been in effect for almost a year yet the website, Google, Yelp, etc. all state incorrect hours. Starbucks is a place where people study, conduct business & schedule meetings based on hours of operation- they make & schedule plans using this accessible information in advance, as we did. We scheduled a meeting, picked this Starbucks location based on the location of everyone involved and once we got everyone there, we were told they were closing @ 9pm, although every resource we checked says 5:00am - 10:00pm. It sounds great to have new hours on one window facing the State street side of the building. That doesn't really help someone entering from the 35th street side of the building since the hours aren't also on the main entrance doors. I would rather have given my business to someplace else or at least to another location had I been able to plan in advance- to my disappointment I was not given that opportunity, just like many other customers who were walking in @ 8:45 & 9pm.

If this location wasn't conveniently located in my neighborhood, I would never go here. In different occasions, I have experienced very slow service (many times) and closed during business hours after I paid money for the meter. Maybe this isn't worth mentioning but I'm just also surprised at the fact that they actually gave me less iced coffee for ordering an iced coffee with less ice. I guess it's fair but out of the hundreds of times I've been to Starbucks all over the city and other places, I've never actually gotten less coffee for ordering less ice. Ever.

They've really done a nice job with the renovations to this Starbucks! The interior has been completely opened up, and they have a lot of new food selections. It feels very fresh and spacious on the inside--a definite improvement over the old layout. The employees here are always very friendly! My only real complaint is that it feels a bit understaffed at times. There should probably be more than two people working during busy periods. I always have a pleasant experience here!

Was there earlier, had to wait 5 minutes to get someone to take my order because one of the workers was to busy talking to her friends and I presume it was the manager who had to take my order, also had to wait even more because she was getting her friends water instead of starting other orders even though there was only one other person there there. They were very unprofessional and they should hire staff that do there job and not just gossip on the job

The service here is just unacceptable. SLOW and mediocre service. They always have one cashier and a very long line, and workers are laughing, dancing, and not paying attention to the work. I left today with a frappe that had a consistency resembling (iced) coffee, since the guy who made my drink did not put enough ice (the same guy was the cashier. He joined 3 other workers in making drinks since apparently they were backed up). Please improve your service. No use in having a nice coffee shop like this Starbucks in the neighborhood if you can't give a customer decent service and a well-prepared beverage.

Although this is closer to my garage I tend to venture to the more busier location on Roosevelt. I am so glad my partner choose this spot today b/c it was refreshing! This location reminded me why I don't mind paying the extra couple of bucks for coffee. Each one of the employees were awake, upbeat & attentive! As the customers came in everyone was greeted & not one of those stale "they make me say hello" type greetings. It was warm & welcoming (even though they didn't know my name). The Starbucks tunes were playing as a nice backdrop. Loud enough to be heard & be able to vibe to in the cozy corner; but not so loud as to add on to the clamor of the morning rush. I didn't get every crew member's name but Cory, Tia & the remainder of the morning crew....you guys ROCK! Thanks for giving me a jumpstart & lifted spirits this morning. Needless to say I will be back

Will never give them my business again. The service was awful. They don't listen and they are rude and slow waited 15 minutes for my drink

I drink Starbucks EVERY DAY and have for the last few years. This is my 3rd or 4th time coming here. EVERY TIME I come here my mobile order is NEVER ready despite the fact I come 5-10 mins after my stated mobile order time says it will be ready. Grande nonfat, NO FOAM means NO FOAM and I get a half a cup of FOAM EVERY TIME. My WARM pastry has been COLD because the bar is backed up at least 15 mins on mobile orders. On this visit today the bathrooms had no soap in either bathroom which is concerning to me because they serve food and employees use the bathroom and need to wash their hands. And one bathroom had no toilet paper. 3rd time visit is a charm...there will not be a 4th time.

Slowest Starbucks ever. I did mobile order for pick up, 10 min prior to getting there, drink was still not ready. There are 6 employees; one person who seems to make drinks. Waited a total of 17 minutes from point of order. What's the point of ordering ahead? This was my favorite location before their renovations. There was a completely different staff back then. Makes me sad. I should add that there were maybe 2 other people waiting for a drink... it was not busy

When it comes to Starbucks, you know what you're getting. The menus at each franchise are just about identical, but there are distinct differences that make some branches more favorable than others. This review is meant to reflect what makes this Starbucks unique more so than the company as a whole. When I lived on the IIT campus for a summer, this Starbucks was a godsend. This is not a neighborhood that I really want to go around exploring, and this store was right there. Yet for all of the perks of easy access, these guys lose points for having a very small store with limited work space. I would more often than not get a drink and leave to enjoy it elsewhere. For frequent coffee drinkers, I also strongly recommend pursuing a Starbucks Gold Card if you do not already have one. By simply reloading and reusing a gift card, you can easily reach Gold status (which I think is worth it even under the new company rules). By doing so you get a free drink or food item after you've racked up 12 "gold stars" (items purchased).

I visited this Starbucks location on Fri. Jan 22, 2021 around 10:50AM. I'm standing in the line with a black shopping cart with 4 bags in it, waiting to be acknowledged. A few employees look up at me & not 1 of them said anything. I'm standing for about 5 mins., still with no acknowledgement. A man walks in after me & waits behind me. He was barely in there for 1 min. when all of the employees acknowledged him. One of the females, who appeared to possibly be Spanish, asks the man if he was there to pick up or place an order. The man says that he is there to place an order, the spanish female looks towards where I'm standing and tells the man that he can get in the order line, which was the exact line that I was standing in, waiting to be serviced. The man starts cautiously walking towards where I'm standing to place his order. As he is walking towards me, I go around to exit with my cart & not one employee asked me anything. They sae me leave out with my shopping cart. I was looking to spend money at this location since I was in the area. I'm not a big fan of Starbucks coffee in general, but I do like their warm apple cider. Just know that I will NOT be patronizing this Starbucks EVER again.

Numerous bad experiences at this location. Slow service, garbage overflowing no half-and-half at the small table. You pay a premium price for their products, however at this location it's hit or miss whether you get that experience. Sadly this is the closest location to my home, so by default I go to the local coffee shop. Would probably benefit from different management for training up employees better.

This Starbucks have the potential to be better. I actually miss the old employees working in here. I can tell the old manager left because the old manger that was there didn't play no games. It never fails at this Starbucks for them to be dirty or lazy. If they have rush they try not to make the effort of getting people in and out. Employees need to be trained here again as well I always have to tell them to remake my drink bc it's nasty bc they didn't mix it well.

Been to many Starbucks locations throughout the US and in Europe, but this one stands out in a negative way. So much so, this is my only Starbucks review, period. On numerous occasions, I've experienced the overall staff to be inattentive and work in 1 speed: SLOW. It really shouldn't take 10 minutes to get a black coffee. Avoid if possible.

Standard Sbux. Roomier than most downtown locales. Also close to Sox Park, which is a plus for post games, or keeping warm before the gates open. Now, only if they served coffee flavored coffee.....
