I go in there with my fingers crossed ready to drop my 50$ hoping they get it right ( all I ask is extra dragon fruit) light ice . And this is what 3 extra scoops of dragon fruit looks like in each cup . There goes my 50$ try again sometime. All friendly and everything but can’t read instructions is like they r detached from each other lost souls with a grin waiting to clock out and end the suffering.Jesus help them .somehow Longview always find a way to mess up my food. No matter where I go, but these guys take the crown . Even when I change locations is like the lottery with Starbucks.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had a fly in my drink this morning! NASTY! Had doordash bring it to my office, so thats a fun surprise that the crew at this location some how missed when making the drink. I am disgusted! Also want to add the sticker for the hot latte I ordered was missing and the drink spilled all in the bag! Horrible beyond horrible. Go to 7Brew instead. They are friendly, great customer service, and you do not find bugs in drinks with them.

Love their fresh coffee and staff were super friendly. They have two uni sex washrooms both accessible. Accessible parking spaces and entrances. Lounge like seats and tables for laptop users. It's a good place to finish up some quick work but too noisy if you need a quiet place for studying. They have a drive thru and the food didn't look very fresh. Hope you find my review helpful.

My first time to visit the Starbucks here yesterday. The service was a three stars. When I ordered my coffee drink and my food . 10 to 15 minutes had passed i still had none of my items. There was two people and one manager doing inventory , but not paying attention to his workers if they need any help. This was disappointing. The drive thru was buy with cars. Yet nobody was paying attention to the orders and the food orders for customers inside. This to me was very disappointing. I asked the gentleman at the register where was my food and drink? My drink was just sitting at the drive thru counter the whole time. If I did not ask i world of still been waiting. I am not ever coming back here to this location.

Well I ordered a frappe and was handed an ice coffee at the window. She seemed annoyed with me about it but I’m like uhhh that’s what I ordered; A frappe extra ice. They made me a frappe but definitely wasn’t extra ice because it was runny. I just left because why complain twice.! Trust me , it’s uncomfortable for me to have to correct a worker for something incorrect.. anyways. I usually experience better service at Starbucks but not here.

This location is very convenient being that it’s right off of W Loop 281. The dining area is roomy, clean and well-organized. The first thing I noticed the moment I stepped inside is a designated lane for ordering, one which doesn’t get in the way of seated customers no matter how long the line gets - smart layout! There’s ample seating provided with six dining tables, four single couches, and one long counter by the window that can sit nine (this table has electric outlets along the length of it for your devices). There’s also outside seating. The WiFi speed though is so-so. They have a drive-thru and the workers are fast & friendly.

I DoorDash coffee this morning because I’m working from home and was swamped in work. Whenever it got here, my coffee was missing a quarter of the cup. They told me it was because I ordered without ice. Whenever I told them that I was basically getting a cup and a half of coffee for $15, the lady was just like “yeaaaa”. I will continue to use the one off of 80.

I did a pickup order for a tall iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. It was definitely not made with blonde espresso shots which are standard for that drink. Not a single person spoke to me when I came in or while I waited for my order. Then when I grabbed my drink (which nobody called out) I thanked the barista who had been actively talking on his personal phone with a headphone. He said nothing and neither did the other employee so I left within my poorly made drink. Disappointed to say the least.

I always have a great experience at Starbucks! But today really hit home for me! I was having a weird day and Willow definitely turned it around! She is super bubbly and actually knows her stuff! Thank you again for always serving the best and being the best! My drink I got was an matcha green tea frappe with almond milk and boy was that soooo yummy! 10/10 recommend!

It's almost comical how bad this Starbucks has gotten. They've let the inside go, orders are never correct, and are constantly out of items that the app lets you order. Thank goodness for 7brew being in the same parking lot!!! Someone from corporate should really step inside the Starbucks location

Nice environment. Nothing bad to say, really. My vanilla been frappuccino with caramel throughout was good. The cinnamon bun was too - a tad dry. They warmed it in the microwave. I don't think they called names here. Just the order. I would rather my name- honestly. Will be back Edit : This has been my go to Starbucks but they're starting to get lazy with the blending. This big piece of ice should not be in my cup!! I like the one near Eastman better now. The drive is just Inconvenient.

Went by today around 6:30pm today and there were no cars in the parking lot and a sandwich board blocking the drive thru, drove around to see the lights inside were off. So I had to drive across town to the other Starbucks which because of one Starbucks being closed was packed with their own customers along with the ones from the closed store making the line wrap all the way around and ending close to the main entrance to the parking lot. After about a 30 minute wait I finally got my coffee. If they are going to have hours listed on here they should stick with them. If they are going to change their hours they should edit the hours on here to show as such. This "we are open whenever" stuff doesn't really give sound like something a major franchise would do. Will I go back? What's the point if they are just going to be randomly closed.

Reading prior reviews of this location, you would think that you are going to receive an inferior product with substandard customer service within an unfriendly environment, right? Wrong. I didn't see any of these things. Apparently, this Starbucks is under a new management team. The manager (Lakisha) is quite a proponent of listening to the customer and getting the order right the first time, and the staff is far from rude. My visits at this Longview location (one of two in town, I think) found the service prompt and efficient. Even the seating area in front of the barista stand is so comfortable that you just want to kick back & relax to the sounds of the Starbucks music network. The only thing that I truly hated about this location was the parking lot. WORST. PARKING LOT. EVER. I mean, really, Starbucks engineers???? Whoever designed this parking lot needs to be judo chopped in the neck! You design your parking lot to where it backs up directly into drive-thru traffic? If a car hasn't been t-boned already in the drive-thru, its a miracle. I really can't explain it. I've even parked well across the street to walk over, yet with the way folks drive in this shopping area, you really do take a life risk. Nonetheless, this Starbucks location is ok. For now.

I just sat in the drive thru for 45 mins with 8 cars in front of me. Once I got to window to pay I still waited 10 mins for one drink. This is ridiculous. This location needs to regroup.

This place had zero customer customer skills. The drive threw line is absolute mess and everything this place is I hope they don't last. When doing a mobile order you usually time it just right to arrive at the Starbucks so your drinks will be ready when you get there or so you hope. But they don't tell you they closed the lobby and with 25 cars deep it's a nightmare. To the girl threatening to call the cops on my wife for calling to talk about the issue . Also bragged her manager was out of town and she was in charge. You need to check yourself and learn customer service. Learn from chick fil a and change this mess or not I don't care.

This is my second attempt at getting at minimum decent service at this place. The first time I came in the manager and workers were too busy chatting while everyone stood in line, others in front of me just walked out after being ignored. I even brought it to the attention of staff but was just shrugged off. Today while the cashier was giving my receipt and order info another older lady with short blonde walked up to her as though I was not even there and started rambling off a call in order. The place needs serious customer service training.

Ridiculously long lines. Today's experience: ordered a single drink via app at 3:30 pm while in parking lot. FINALLY got to the speaker at drive thru at 3:46. Girl asks if my order could be under a different name, then laughs. Oh it's in my hand. Got to pickup window at 3:55 & am told it will be a minute (they've already had 25 min by now). They've "misplaced" my order. Poor management or poor training? I'm not sure. But it's the worst Starbucks I've ever experienced.

Hey Starbucks! I would not have ordered ahead on the app had I known you were going to force me to wait 45 min in the drive thru anyway. I wouldn't even go here but I am using up my gift cards. There are local okayed I would support. A few weeks ago I was able to walk and pick up my order. This is ridiculous.

I really wish they did curbside pick up because they won't let you come inside. I ordered ahead in the app but when I got there I still had to wait in the line which made me late for work. They should just disable online ordering if you still have to wait in the line.

I have been going to this Starbucks for the past 3 years while I've been in college. Their service is so spotty. Tonight I went to get some coffee before going home for the holidays. When I got there, they were closed before the hours they are supposed to be closed. I had to do to the other location that was wrapped around the building. This has happened on multiple occasions and when they are opened, they are very slow. I once waited an hour for my order because of their service. This is unacceptable for a franchise. Will not be going back.

No issues. They were busy, but fully staffed. I was greeted immediately and the staff was friendly. My Flatwhite was spot on. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the tables needed wiped down, but overall a good visit. Would definitely return.

Starbucks coffee is always good so if you are coming here just for the drive thru then you should be fine. For a college student studying there aren't that many seats especially on Sunday afternoon whenever everyone decides Starbucks is the plce to be. There is outside seating which is usually okay. The people who work here are so loud. They are always yelling to one another and they are right next to each other. The manager is by far the loudest. Nice people just inconsiderate to their customers

I have an English mastiff and a pitbull who live for the puppaccinos. It's not the Starbucks that gets an average rating... it's the people in this town. (They remind me of the reason I left Arkansas.).... east Texas and Arkansas are the same demon. Whatever.

This location is terrible. They are always behind and their employees are short with you instead of friendly. The coffee (Peppermint mocha) was cold when I got it, so it tasted funny. I won't go back to this particular store.

Terrible experience! The lady on the phone was very nice and said I could go up to the door and tell them my name and I could get my mobile order. Well that's not what happened, I went to the door and was rudely told that I had to go through drive thru, which was took forever! I will never go to this Starbucks again!

Never had a major issue at this location. Drinks have always been right for me, tasted right, and the right size. Never had to wait too long in the drive-thru or inside. I will say the workers tend to be too noisy sometimes if you're sitting inside -- slamming doors, etc. I prefer this location most out of those in Longview.

I don't live in Longview anymore, but every time I come in to visit family and attempt to come to this Starbucks, the line is always horrible. Worst wait of any Starbucks I've ever been to. Today, we waited for 30 min in the drive thru line. When we finally got to the window, my mom just asked why the wait was so long and the lady at the window got snippy and had a million excuses. But the problem is, they're not just like that sometimes... they're like that ALL the time and I don't even live here!!! Needs new management or something. Def not worth it.

It's a Starbucks. It's got coffee. Try the flat white. And the mango black tea lemonade. And the madaleines. And download the spotify playlist. Get some stroopwafels. Chat with the baristas. I encourage you to purchase the reusable travel containers as well, there are some beautiful colors. And if you're a fan of seasonal flavors, it's a worth a shot to ask your Barista if they have any flavors left over post season! This location is also super safe and clean and filled with students, so great place to work.

I write my review as I sit here in a painfully long drive thru line. Unfortunately, it's like this every time I stroll through on a Saturday afternoon. The average wait time is usually 30 minutes. I could overlook waiting if the coffee tasted phenomenal. However 85% percent of the time my experience is any specialty coffee drink you order has a bitter taste. Within the past month I have visited other Starbucks in Tyler (Loop 281) and Temple, TX. These locations do not exhibit the issues above. Kudos to the Tyler location they make amazing drinks! I will continue supporting this location and I have to say the staff is very friendly and pleasant.

This Starbucks is consistent, clean, safe & the staff is super friendly. I can order a drink, grab a comfy leather chair & veg out having "me" time alone & no one messes with me at all! Occasionally the floor is in need of sweeping but that's my only interior complaint. The parking lot is awful but that has nothing to do with Starbucks.

Bryan, the hefty, rude manager is perhaps the worst associate I've come across. This location is filled with unfriendly and unmotivated staff. Be prepared for a long wait and frustrating experience. Oh, don't expect Bryan to grant you any Gold or Green level benefits if he's on the clock.

This location is the worst Starbucks I have ever encountered. Barely after 6 a.m., no crowd, no line in drive thru. I asked for 2 different breakfast items and was told they don't have them. Settled for my 3rd choice and ordered my tea and a bottled water pulled up to the window and was never greeted. This lady was seriously lacking in etiquette as she tried to multitask and take an order while giving me some seriously substandard service, even telling the ordering customer that she was trying to do too much at once. And when I tried to ask a question once she finally stopped talking to the other customer BEHIND ME...she blurts out HOLD ON A MINUTE......... It's Starbucks!!! It's not hard!!! I am a nurse and multitask and still maintain my manners. Then after waiting...and waiting....and getting one item at a time with a wait in between tea....then water....then she hands me a food item I did not order. At this point, I just handed it to her, told her it was wrong and she could just keep it. I paid almost $10 for a tea and a water....simply to never deal with her again. Keep my $5...it's not worth dealing with the stress of trying to get a refund...or wait longer for the item I ordered to be prepared (which costs less than what I paid).

They somehow managed to do a remodel that lead to LESS seating and I'm pretty sure there is only one plug in this entire place. I am here for the first time today since the remodel they did a few months back and it's terrible. I was able to put up with the sub-par coffee because it was a good place to study once in awhile but now I will never return.

This is the best Starbucks in Longview. The building is larger than the other one in town so there is a lot of seating as well as the standard outdoor seating. The people that work here are very friendly and are amazing at remembering peoples names and their normal drink.

On my way traveling thru the area and needed a break from driving with food & caffeine. The staff is very friendly & prompt with my order but I'm not too impressed with lack of speed of WiFi and few places to plug in my computer. I've been to a lot of Starbucks and other coffee shops, with constant travel throughout TX over the last year, and feel they could make some improvements for access.
