I understand starbucks isn’t the biggest matcha maker but compared to other starbucks from where I have ordered, my matcha came out so pale from this place that I had to add in my own powder 😭😭

I went to Starbuck's at 21:40. I bought a drive-through mattcha latte from this branch of Starbucks. I didn't want sugar in it, Because they add too much sugar. I asked for sugar separately and she gave me white sugar. I asked him to give me brown sugar but he didn't, he said rude words like "leave this place". He wouldn't give it to me even though it was sugar. I asked to speak to someone in charge. He said he was in charge. He said he was both a manager and a supervisor. He said complain anywhere you want and leave. He's a man and his name is Jair. I don't advise you’re to come here.

Very disappointed with your service. I arrived at 6:50 AM, and the doors were still locked, even though you’re supposed to open at 6:00 AM. Instead of letting customers in, employees were directing people to the drive-thru, which already had a line of cars. Why can’t your staff stick to the schedule and properly serve all customers? This is unacceptable, and you need to address such issues.

What's this?? Halfway in my drink and I have a piece of cloth in my drink!! 🤢🤮🤮 This is so unsanitary! I've been coming to this Starbucks for months now. On my way to work, this was my Togo Starbucks 💔 I know accidentes happen but com'on, this!! Whole time I was drinking the bacteria and whatever else was on that cloth! I hope this brings awareness and doesn't happen to others just like it did to me.

I ordered two iced venti matcha lattes, and when I got home I noticed that both were only half filled and the rest of the drink was vanilla cold foam. Mind you it wasn’t packed, I was the only car in the drive thru and the barista was rude on top of that! I only noticed how the drinks were when I got home smh

I ordered 3 white chocolates...but they gave me the wrong order...when I returned them the cashier gave me only hot milk...but I was already home and saw my drinks 😒😒

I buy a Cappuccino online and when I got there and grab my coffee, it was halfway and it doesn't have a good taste

One of the worst Starbucks to go to at night literally heard her say she messed up on the order. And made just a Carmel Frappuccino when I ask for caramel ribbon crunch on top of that, they were still trying to have me pay. Saying it was the right one.Clearly can see no whip cream at the bottom of the cup

Let me start off by saying I'm not a Starbucks fan. I've once in a blue moon gone to one of many locations when I want to try a drink on the secret menu. I also adore their non pork egg bites. Delicious. Now, when I order a drink off their real menu. It never hits. That's at any Starbucks. I had to come and share my experience at this drive thru. These are friendly, wonderful people. Sometimes, I forget all the modifications I'm supposed to include and they've always been patient and very kind. They've given me recommendations. Again, unless I'm doing secret menu stuff, Starbees don't do it for me. But customer service is on point. They are efficient and very quick and they are very nice. I've never experienced a mean or rude staff person. I go here due to the quickness and the modified drinks and egg bites. I have zero complaints other than I don't really like regular Starb's drinks ( well...that spicy pineapple with taking really, really hit but, it's seasonal. The customer service is amazing. Free Palestine!

I have given this Starbucks -- Western and Jefferson in Los Angeles -- multiple chances. They have wasted each one. They can't even make a strong cup of coffee or a normal hot chocolate. Everything comes out weak, as though they're trying to spare ingredients on five-dollar drinks. America has got to wake up: Don't invest in the ghetto. If the ghetto wants to rise up, it has to invest in America. That means playing by the recipes when you own a Starbucks, not cutting corners.

I'm starting to get less excited coming here. Don't expect customer service To be great. They started giving me attitude and rushing me when I order in the drive through by repeating "anything else" when I'm not even done.. and the more they say it it's like they sound annoyed... and I'm only ordering one drink and just adding 3 things.. they make me feel bad for adding things ...

I got a grande white mocha and when i grabbed my drink it was only half with no whip, as well as oil on the top. I came back and danny & diego redid my drink and it was perfect. The person who made my drink was either stephane or the tell brow skin male, I came feb 12th at 11:50. I would leave 0 stars if possible.

I ALWAYS order an iced coffee with additions and NO ICE... At my local Starbucks I ALWAYS receive a FULL cup... THIS starbucks tried to hand me a HALF a cup of my drink order ! They explained that it is because I had "ordered NO ICE!" SINCE WHEN have you ever ordered a soda, no ice, and received a HALF cup of that beverage?! Shame on y'all! I asked to purchase an extra shot and they quickly offered to "FILL MY CUP WITH COCONUT MILK." So see here, the milked down version of my coffee. I had to sanitize my cup because i watched it as it changed hands soooo many times!

gingerbread oat milk chai wasn't good here. Wish I could get my money back or ask for a replacement but don't trust the girl at the window to not try something fishy.

DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Employees weren't accommodating at all when I told them that they charged me wrong and were complaining how they didn't want to give me my full refund.

I'm a partner and I work at a DT as well and I only trust my store and this store to make my drinks and taste correctly they're always nice in the DT. It can take really long which I understand because we're one of the busiest DT so I do get how hard it can be running a DT and cafe. The parking is HORRIBLE tho. It sucks to be in line and neighbors having to enter or exit or even bring parked in the lot But the inside looks cute

Fast forward a year later Pleasant experiences always now and it happens to be John assisting us. Great customer service all around. Even during hectic long lines he always has an upbeat attitude. Keep him at this store it seems like he turned it around at least in a regular customers eyes.

My favorite Starbucks by far! The staff here always greet me with a smile (even when they are being slammed by RUDE customers). My drinks are always made with love and are so yummy too! The vibe is amazing 10/10 recommend.

The service is hit and miss. I'm a regular so at times the service is outstanding. And other times I'm feeling like a foreigner non-US country. I would not recommend Sundays.

service is the worst out of all the starbucks i have been to. Everytime it's always the same. You stand by the mobile order. Nobody helps you They ignore you even if your waving or knocking at the window. Mgmt is worse. Would give zero stars. Makes me want to boycott starbucks because of this location

I used to like going there however this is the Worst place ever they didn't even gave me my change today and I didn't realize until I got home , it was some dude at the drive thru.

I pulled up for a quick drink and realized there is no parking only the drive through no challenges at 10:45 about a block away finding parking. I had fast service and loved the girl that helped me check out! Gosh I wish I could give her a shout out since due to grande cup shortage I got a venti for free!!!!!! Love that pineapple refresher!

Girl obviously got my order wrronnggg..! I reordered my drinks and still had to pay difference. Unnreaalll..!! The least she could have done for invonience was just exchange my drinks..! I dont mind paying the difference, eventhough it was not my fault, but hers. Unnreeaalll.... This girl clearly has poor peoples skills, perhaps she should be kept away from helping customers.

I came here on Monday and ordered a grande iced chai tea latte with oatmilk. I asked the cashier if I could use my stars for my ONE drink and he was like oh what did you get because I wasn't even paying attention and so I told him my drink. He proceeds to redeem my stars for two drinks that weren't even mine causing me to loose an additional 100 stars because one drink was an iced coffee. I didn't realize this until today because it was a drive-thru order and I usually don't check my Starbucks app. Now I'm in a place where there isn't anything to do to rectify the situation. The guy is named Tim and he where's glasses. I think his name is Tim I don't remember but he was tall and of European descent. Extremely disappointed!

Ordered a strawberry Refresher lemonade and it had no fresh strawberries in the drink. Epic fail. Drive-thru line was too long to go back.

Terrible service supervisor Jair Delgado is super rude and entitled. Not only did he take an exaggerated amount of time to take our order (we were the only people in line), but he also was upset that he didn't hear us when we corrected him on our order when he FINALLY decided to walk back to the register and charge our order. He said "that's why I asked you if you wanted two or one" with a rude attitude and tone. He was upset we clarified our order when we were speaking to him, instead of correcting HIS OWN mistake for not hearing us. It's not our fault he decided to walk away from the register mid order, but he was upset WE didn't clarify for him, as if we're the cashier working his shift. Fucking ridiculous. If you don't like your job it's not our fault. He refused to take our order afterwards and waved his hand at us rudely and said we could go. Terrible employee and definitely a terrible person. Supposedly he was the supervisor when we asked for his boss. That's embarrassing that a store manager behaves like this. He needs to reparent himself. This store lost a rewards customer for good.

The only thing I really liked about the 'Toasted White Chocolate Creme Frappuccino' was the topping. I liked the whipped cream and red sprinkles it came with. Since it's a seasonal new drink, I don't what I was expecting it to be almost, maybe like a peppermint flavor, but it just tasted like iced coffe. I'm not a big fan of coffee, hence why I only drink Starbucks for their seasonal drinks, but it took me by surprise, how much it tasted like coffee and not white chocolate, but I still drank it off. I wouldn't get this specific drink again since it's too much coffee for me, but I still liked it.

First impression mean a lot especially the first few seconds. The girl with the red hair is not good at. Rude and kept Interrupting while I was still telling her my order like anything else? Yes actually if you let me finish! I always tip and she didn't motivate me to tip. Am crew is amazing completely different vibe! What happened to the happy barista? And my frappes of course were melted and the whip. Worst experience I've had in a long time. I'm shocked. And my drink was short not topped of nicely.

Attitude! Rude! You pay for something that is half way full you ask to get some more milk and the female who was at The drive-through gave me the most rude and nasty attitude telling me to uncover my lid ! Like excuse me girl I paid for it not you. First and last time I go to this location. Change jobs girl don't be so unhappy the one with colored hair!

It's convenient to me because I love close by so on my way back home I stop by. But they do have the tendency to get your order wrong depending on who the baristas are that night. They sometimes get bothered when you ask to remake your drink (once again depending who the baristas are). Parking here is the worst. It's either wait for the king to calm down and park inside and then having to wait again to get out. Might as well park on red on the street, out your emmerfency lights, and make a run for it to get your drink.

This guys need to learn how to make a short latte. I ordered one and they made it in a tall cup so that meant more milk so they remade it in a smaller cup but still had it too much milk to be a short latte. I want to taste the coffee not the milk.

This location is very slow I waited in line for 35 minutes the way that the driveway is made you cannot leave you have to move forward. When cars arrived to the window no one came to the window immediately every car had to wait for someone to finally come to the window to take there money one car waited 5 minutes before someone came to the window. I was the 3rd card coming up to the window and they finally came to the window immediately but I had to wait u til they made the drink. It seemed as though only two people were working but i counted 3 it may have been 4 and I'm only saying that because I couldn't see who was running the front counter. If you can help it don't go to this location

After a amazing car wash at Joebell express we went to this Starbucks and Danny had lots to recommend, we ended up getting egg white bites, a matcha frap and the tomato mozzarella cheese Panini & and white tea and everything was soooo amazing!! This guy Danny should become a manager at this location!

This starbucks drive through bock residents inside their gates not good to park on lot better street parking. Most time out of products not due to pandemic half the time the speaker don't work and you sit in line to get to the front window for them to ask you to go through to order.. why can't they take or ask what you order to see if it's quick. Wasted 20 min of time I won't get back and I'm always trying g to give them a pass but this was the final chance.

Service started out great but when I received my order it wasn't the order I had asked for. I asked the barista if he could remake my drink and I would pay the difference and he said no. I understand that there is a high demand right now but I wasn't asking for a free drink I was just asking to get what I ordered. First and last time going to that Starbucks! Deserves no stars!

Ok first of all, the whole set up of this Starbucks is terrible. There is only one way in. For the drive thru, there should be an available menu before you get to the speaker so that you can already decide what you want. I went the other day to order breakfast and a drink, and I asked for 4 different breakfast items just for them to tell me that they do not have any of the items I wanted. They were also advertising a new drink and I ordered it, but they said they didn't have the syrup to make it. The workers are very kind and the service was a bit quick... probably because they didn't have anything. I will not be returning here.

I've never had a bad experience at this Starbucks all the employees are super nice and my order is always correct but be advised that they do charge for light ice which is weird. The wait time can also be kind of long sometimes.

The worst Starbucks that I have came across...presentation is everything and this Starbucks is lacking it. A whole argument brewed due to me not wanting to receive my drink in a visibly soiled lid... I asked for a new lid but since my order was not right. They did my drink over just to hand me a cup with visible stains . You just can't make this stuff up. Thank goodness there is a Starbucks about a mile away

Worst service ever. I ask her for a crarmel it was like pure sugar. I ask for large and wilpwd cream and nothing. She had the worst attitude it was a Latina with 2 stupid pony tails. I work in the industry as well but if you have no desire to do that job someone else wants to really bad trust me. So thank U for the bad experience and the stupid nasty attitude

Finally a starbucks in this area! Love the interior design. The dinning area is open so the barsita area is inclosed. I heard they had to inclose it or it would be considered an open air market. A few neighbors were complaining because the barista area was inclosed but it still looks beautiful. The parking lot is very small there is about 4 parking spaces and one handicap space. They do have a drive thru so that is a bonus. It is a little slow but hopefully it is because they are barely starting off. The barista that attended me was very nice and friendly. The maximum occupancy is 44 people and there was about 20 when I went. There was no line inside so I suggest that you walk in instead of going through the drive thru. They took my order pretty quick and made my order the same like always. My drink was good, service was good, and the barista was friendly so I'm happy with this Starbucks.

This seems to be the only Starbucks in the greater Los Angeles area that seems to know how to properly blend their frappes. They know how to use a blender You get five stars just for that. Plus everybody in there is usually pretty friendly

I have been to this Starbucks a total of 10 times. The 7 times I ordered a macchiato my coffee was burnt...how I do not know. Order a tea no sweetener, they hand it to me with sweetener. I normally order through drive thru before work so I don't notice it until I get to the freeway and I definitely don't have the time to turn around and ask them to fix it. Customer service isn't as bad as the coffee but nothing special to write home about. I recommend going to the one Chrenshaw & Washington or the one on Figueroa inste Update: decided to stupidly come back. 2 cars ahead in drive through and literally am sitting here for 15 mins now the sign lies!!!

Great location, upbeat customer service, and best to park and walk in unless you aren't pressed for time and can wait in the long lines. The manager Lyric shows enthusiasm, support and flexibility with working all frontline positions to assist the gap barriers there. There are a couple staff members that need to understand patience when listening to order requests from the drive-thru. Altogether, it's a cute open space environment for quick meetings and neighbors willing to walk out there house.

Ordered a Caramel Macchiato online, go pick it up, came back home to find out the gave me vanilla flavored water ‍‍ with whip cream... when I stated no whip cream! I'm so pissed off I had to make my own cup of coffee at home and add their vanilla flavored water to my coffee ! I know they poured someone else's order in my cup!!! My daughter wanted to take it back but I said No... because I wanted to pour it on them!! My allergies are bothering me so I didnt feel like making my own coffee but now look... smdh! Amazing Service and everyone was so kind. They made my drink better than any other Starbucks and made my drink so fast. Orlando, Victoria, Melissa, John, and Stephanie were incredible.

Went to purchase a gift card...Was told "they don't sell gift cards at this location?" I thought maybe she meant they were just out of gift cards, so I asked again to confirm. Nope, they don't sell gift cards at this location!! WTF!! Even the Starbucks inside of Target sells gift cards.
