11/10/25 another disappointing visit.
I was busy checking my email so everybody's doing things and 6 minutes I think I seen a couple up there I never heard my name called and I'm sitting right next to the place where they put the cups. Whispering my name to themselves does not make it clear. Especially when I make contact with you and you know I was there waiting for my coffee you wouldn't even call my name. This is the kind of heartland customer service that really sucks!

Decide to enjoy a nice Venti drink,
There are three people in the facility me and two other men. I hear the three men are working behind the counter, you're no woman at this hour. So I hear him call the one guy that doesn't have a drink's name and he got his drink and then he left and so I'm still reading my emails and I look up and there's my drink sitting here by itself on the shelf. No name was called nothing not a grunt or anything saying the drink was ready.
(What has happened to all the people that work at starbucks?? They all used to be personable friendly and knew your name and enjoy calling your name. Why are employees such idiots and don't care about customers anymore. 10 dollar drinks aren't worth a high or your drink is ready or :hi Crazy', like every other place.
The brand name Starbucks has done nothing but gone downhill after covid. You lost all a great employees that would have been a great managers at all these locations and who knows where they are now, but we do know they're not taking care of customers at Starbucks anymore.
Oh and to the person that's doing the responses on Google if you are the manager or a higher rate put in a website link in a post doesn't do anything when you can't click on it. So make the link clickable or put your phone number down so we can click on that and call. You don't want a number cuz you don't want to talk to customers that are irate or being treated differently. That's what 20 years of Starbucks is going to go down as. There is nothing wrong with calling my name out and saying hi. What is wrong is ignoring One customer over everybody else. In some circles they call that discrimination.

Since I moved out here last December 2024, this was the only store for a while. And the average is about 50/50 of getting my name called when my drink is ready
Well, I'm in there with a bunch of others. What gets me most times is if there are a few in there or a couple in there they'll just set the drink down knowing people are on their phones and won't even call the name.
I watched the store in here and go up and thought wow a new place, but that turned out bad nobody wants to call my name out there no matter how much I make conversation with every single one when I come in the store. they will not call my name with my drink comes out and that's the service I get most of the time here in Marion and I'm about ready to give up on Starbucks for a while because customer service sucks at 8.00 a cup of coffee for a regular guy that always comes in and tries to make contact and say hi with everybody to be mistreated. Black rifle 300 mg coffee vanilla bean loves me and I love it. It'll be easy to part with Starbucks
