I ordered twice today. Thought maybe I just ordered wrong, so after receiving a coffee I absolutely would not drink, I altered my order and ordered again. I received nearly the exact drink, still bad. This Starbucks needs help. Luckily I spent points and not my own money, but still. That's 2 beverages that went to waste and I went without coffee. Very disappointing.

I don’t often, if ever, write reviews. However, this location and this Starbucks is well deserving of a review. Their staff, goes above and beyond being wonderful baristas, they truly are joyful and helpful and really can turn a bad morning around! I must say, Mandy, is simply fabulous. She’s always willing to try and go above and beyond for someone who is a pain, when drinking coffee! Just want to say thank you!

I heard this Starbucks was shuting it's business down, so I called and asked the rep and he just hung up the phone with no answer and I didn't even get to place an order. Found that to be very rude and I still don't know if what I heard was true, but with that type of service I now wouldn't be surprised. Very unprofessional

Just went through the drive thru and asked if they had their lavender late in stock. They said yes. (I’m a lavender freakazoid) so I got excited and I ordered a venti with 8 scoops of lavender…first and foremost the individual who took my order wasn’t necessarily rude, but wasn’t friendly or personable either. The minute she handed me the drink I noticed it being a strange pink color…mind you I had jut had the same drink two days ago and it looked nothing like this…but I shrugged it off and shouldn’t have. I took a HUGE gulp to find that it tasted like a chocolate covered cherry….YUCK. It was comparable to expecting to take a swig of sweet tea and unbeknownst to you it’s coke. So anyway I tried to drink it anyway because I spent $12. I couldn’t muster it past two gulps….so anyway I had to dump it and sure enough there is pink syrup in the bottom of the cup. Today’s service made me BIG sad. ):

Located among endless number of food outlets on US 57, it is always a treat to have the taste of good coffee. The place is not busy and overly staffed. As always, a wonderful spot to start the day, or to enjoy the outside setting if the weather permits. Luckily, today is perfect for outside. Here are some photos

20230905 They have the Illinois Been There mugs!!! The barista was very nice and friendly, but she needs to pay attention to the counter surface. She almost moved the been there box into a puddle of water on the counter. I stopped it to avoid damages to the box. They have the been there mugs behind the counter. Look there if they are not on the shelf with other drinkware. I called first. I have to admit... THIS IS THE BEST GREEN TEA LEMONADE I have ever had at Starbucks, and my pups and I have travel to every East Coast States except for VT, NH, amd ME. The tea is darker and tastes so good. Thanks!!

11/10/25 another disappointing visit. I was busy checking my email so everybody's doing things and 6 minutes I think I seen a couple up there I never heard my name called and I'm sitting right next to the place where they put the cups. Whispering my name to themselves does not make it clear. Especially when I make contact with you and you know I was there waiting for my coffee you wouldn't even call my name. This is the kind of heartland customer service that really sucks! --- Still. CRAPPY INTERACTION WITH CUSTOMERS!¡!¡. 04Nov25 Decide to enjoy a nice Venti drink, There are three people in the facility me and two other men. I hear the three men are working behind the counter, you're no woman at this hour. So I hear him call the one guy that doesn't have a drink's name and he got his drink and then he left and so I'm still reading my emails and I look up and there's my drink sitting here by itself on the shelf. No name was called nothing not a grunt or anything saying the drink was ready. (What has happened to all the people that work at starbucks?? They all used to be personable friendly and knew your name and enjoy calling your name. Why are employees such idiots and don't care about customers anymore. 10 dollar drinks aren't worth a high or your drink is ready or :hi Crazy', like every other place. The brand name Starbucks has done nothing but gone downhill after covid. You lost all a great employees that would have been a great managers at all these locations and who knows where they are now, but we do know they're not taking care of customers at Starbucks anymore. Oh and to the person that's doing the responses on Google if you are the manager or a higher rate put in a website link in a post doesn't do anything when you can't click on it. So make the link clickable or put your phone number down so we can click on that and call. You don't want a number cuz you don't want to talk to customers that are irate or being treated differently. That's what 20 years of Starbucks is going to go down as. There is nothing wrong with calling my name out and saying hi. What is wrong is ignoring One customer over everybody else. In some circles they call that discrimination. --------------+ But alas, 01Nov25 Since I moved out here last December 2024, this was the only store for a while. And the average is about 50/50 of getting my name called when my drink is ready Well, I'm in there with a bunch of others. What gets me most times is if there are a few in there or a couple in there they'll just set the drink down knowing people are on their phones and won't even call the name. I watched the store in here and go up and thought wow a new place, but that turned out bad nobody wants to call my name out there no matter how much I make conversation with every single one when I come in the store. they will not call my name with my drink comes out and that's the service I get most of the time here in Marion and I'm about ready to give up on Starbucks for a while because customer service sucks at 8.00 a cup of coffee for a regular guy that always comes in and tries to make contact and say hi with everybody to be mistreated. Black rifle 300 mg coffee vanilla bean loves me and I love it. It'll be easy to part with Starbucks ----+--, A regular stop on our travels across Illinois.

Venti Drink!!!! Made my own drink with mango dragon lemonade, passion tango on top, peach juice and strawberry purée. Not bad once I shook it up. Workers were very polite and accommodating. The drive through was a little slow but it was only two workers so I guess that wasn't too bad :)

Sorry you were having a bad day. The coffee was good. Your attitude was not. 24 min to make a tall nonfat latte and a venti pike place with a shot? If you had communicated that it would take that long, no problem. But when I asked about our order and you were rude, uncalled for. I hope what er you're dealing with, gets better.

i ordered two breakfast items and they were awful. they tasted terrible and seemed to be microwaved. it was still cold/frozen in the middle. the exterior of the store was dirty. multiple items of trash around the drive thru and parking lot. the drive thru window the exterior counter were filthy.

The lady with baby bangs and black hair was very rude to use just having an overall attitude. We asked for a straw and she rudely said "I already gave you one" instead of just giving the straw to us. she was being very curt when she couldn't hear us through the head set. The drinks are okay they couldve been better

People nice enough but the dirtiest Starbucks I've been in. Parking lot was trashy and inside no better. Bathrooms no toilet paper and sinks looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while Ask for no foam and both our drinks were full of foam.... .

Nice place and great drinks. Very busy but the staff is nice and place is clean. Drive through is hopping and small lot but great place to stop!

I am a fan of Starbucks but the hiring here has been awful. Everyone they have hired turns the app off so you cant order online. Says they are out of coffee daily on app. Slowest Starbucks I have ever been in. Worst parking lot ever.

We attempted to go into the store because the line for the drive thru was all the way out to the main road. Walking up, we noticed a sign that looked like it was being used to advertise a drink special--however, once at the door realized it was notifying patrons that they were closed--but it was written in pink marker... only noticeable once you're at the door... back to the car we went, with a screaming toddler who was so excited to go inside once we took him out of his car seat. We got in the drive thru line and waited like everyone else--excited to at least get a good drink, as we usually do. However, one of the teabags in my latte was split--so instead of my normal London Fog Latte--I drank a mouthful of tea leaves and herbs. This experience totally turned our family off from ever going to this location again.

Very nice location with big open area for seating inside. Bathrooms are clean and coffee is the usual Starbucks quality. This location has one star knocked off because it's tough to get in the parking lot, particularly when it's busy. The drive thru backs up and blocks the regular parking area.

This appears to be a fairly new opened location of Starbucks. It's everything you'd expect from this coffee giant. Good atmosphere, cool decor, good coffee and my favorite, everything with cheese bagel.

I ordered a Caramel Macchiato in a mug, as usual in every Starbucks I go to. I usually get a refill of Blonde roast refill and never had an issue (I have a Gold Card). But this Starbucks, AND ONLY THIS STARBUCKS, said that I had to buy an actual coffee for a refill and that a Macchiato didn't count. This is absurd considering I have not had an issue with this at locations nationwide for years!! I will not be returning to this location.

A very nice, clean, new and open Starbucks. I'm kinda impressed by how large it is inside. They have furniture that is more modern than most of the Starbucks I go to. I can only give it four stars because I haven't been here enough to give it a full five.
