Starbucks is still pretty new to the Italian market, this location is on Corso Garibaldi and is in a good location.
I ended up stopping here for a quick drink, and break to get out of the heat, the interior was nice, it looked modern and similar to what you'd expect from any Starbucks store in the EMEA area, but prices were a little high compared to the UK, it worked out around 10% more before the costs of extras (syrups, extra shots etc) that I'd normally get for free back home as a Gold Starbucks Rewards member. (Sadly international Starbucks cards are not welcomed here, I did not see advertising of a local scheme in Italy)
I ordered a peach iced tea, which was fine, it wasn't exceptional though and didn't taste much better than what you could get out of a bottle.
The staff were friendly enough and got beverages out quickly.
The seating area was comfortable, with a range of seats both outside and inside.
PRO TIP: If you're looking for Starbucks while in Milan, check out their Reserve Roastery, which is the only store of its' kind in Europe, the prices aren't much higher than here but the difference in experience between the two stores is night and day.
