I might have confused which Starbucks I have went to, since there are many different Starbucks locations in LaGuardia airport. However, my experience here was great. Fast service and my order was prepared in less than three minutes. Fresh food. Overall, it’s a great Starbucks location, located in the airport, making it a great stop for people who are waiting for connecting flights or looking for a coffee while in the airport.

Terrible service!! The lady asked my name and after 25 minutes I didn’t see any and I don’t want to grab somebody who ordered the same, then after my flight is ready to onboard I have to ask them where is my order?? And turn out she put somebody's name on my order! Look out for the photo and look out for my name! How is the possible I will know that is my order? This is my first time having a horrible service with Starbucks

The cashiers look utterly miserable, there’s 1 of them with 30 people in line at an airport. I understand work can be rough and tough but these cashiers were literally frowning or looked like they couldn’t care less. Just a horrible atmosphere.

I understand being busy and understaffed - I really do and I try to be extra sympathetic about it. However, I spent $10 on a shaken espresso and it was made totally wrong. I really, truly hate asking for a remake and I have only done so once previously. When I approached one barista he said he refused to remake a drink he did not make in the first place. The other two baristas kept trying to shift blame to the others. In the end their hostility made me cry. It’s whatever, just super disappointing.

This is a review for the one on the lower level of Terminal C. I ordered a breakfast sandwich; about 15 min went by and I asked one of the people at the counter how long I could expect to wait. She was right in front of me and she clearly heard me, but she ignored me. My order came about 5 min later. I've rarely had someone just ignore me like that. I hope they take note of all the negative reviews and get their act together. Maybe part of it is that they need more staff. They could also let people know, when they order at the cashier, how long they can expect to wait.

They automatically added 20% gratuity to my total. I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t ask for the receipt. Moral of the story, ask for a receipt. Also, if you order a bagel with cream cheese, double check that the cream cheese is in the bagel bags. I only noticed when I got to my gate, and had no cream cheese for my bagel.

Yikes possibly my worst Starbucks experience, worldwide! The staff are laughably incompetent and also rude. They could not deliver my order NOR provide proof of refund. I was told I should call “Starbucks” in 5-10 business days if my refund does not show up… Corporate - Amanda and team in DIRE need of training. Others - DO NOT ENGAGE. Save yourself, go somewhere else.
