I really never write reviews but Jeremy made my day here, he was so kind to me and made samples of the best Frappuccino I’ve ever had! Starbucks needs more people like him on their staff. If you’re in the area I recommend and will be back to try a full size “twitch” Frappuccino !

This is a great Starbucks location! The space is clean, spacious, and modern. Pros: The bakery is fully stocked, including the cold pressed drinks. The workers are fast and friendly. Cons: No easy access parking before 6 pm. Limited in store seating due to tons of people planted for the day. Overall, definitely worth a trip if you are in the area and need a refresher!

We have been working from home since last year so we haven’t visited this location in a while. The decor is cozy and wide-spaced after its renovation during the pandemic. We were there for their 50 years anniversary special blend, which is a retro blend from 25 years ago. There is a couple of things in this collection but we only got the beans. The smell is refreshing and we can’t wait to try it at home.

Restrooms are closed even for customers. How can a coffee place close their restroom just because they don’t want to do any extra job by closing the restroom for customers. Unacceptable. Also they kept moving the trash using the front door and passing by all the customers who are drinking their coffee, which is a well known fact that is a violation of health code in restaurants and coffee shops.

It was by far the worst Starbucks, I have ever been to. It was so filthy to the point of unsanitary. I literally almost walked even after I ordered and bought a coffee. It was disgusting. It needs to be managed better but I would assume that HQ would Be appalled by the messy, dirty and unkept environment.

I like to leave reviews for chain spots in busy areas that people expect to be bad and only review when they have a negative experience. For being a packed Starbucks in the heart of soho, they do exceptionally well. The line to order moves fast. I only waited probably 5 minutes for my sandwich and it was heated through, super hot, delicious!

RUDEST service!!!!! So nasty and rude. Really unprofessional. If you ask a question they ignore you and put up a wait finger and where they finally answer it's like wtf do you want and answer rudely. Waited in line for coffee and asked for a water and they no longer give Large water with ice. They have a container of water and if you ask for ice it's like wait. I'm sorry I just paid $8 for an overpriced coffee. If I want some ice then stop and get ice for a customer! Not only that but they yelled at customers from behind the counter?! Wtf is going on here? Can someone train these employees how to act right?!!!?!!!!!!!! Every time i come it's the and exact experience but today was exceptionally worse. Their body language says that they literally HATE their job..all of them...I would give zero stars if I could... There's plenty of other coffee opts in the neighborhood that are less expensive and excel in customer service. Go to any of the others. This location is awful.

I have never left a review for a Starbucks before but want to remember not to return here... really stressed out and unhappy staff making inconsistent drinks. The barista handed me another person's drink, then my drink made incorrectly; then, he tried to mansplain online orders to me ("you placed your online order, that's what's on the ticket") without reading the actual label that showed he had misread the order (iced not hot latte).... Actually getting your order here requires being pushy and borderline rude. I felt bad because the staffs' interactions with each other and with customers made it clear they were very unhappy, but bottom line is there are plenty of other options nearby / no need to subject yourself to this place.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! i always get a coffee with almond milk and hazelnut but yesterday was a little different from any other experience i've encountered . i came around 9am like i usually do, this woman at the register that was taking orders her name was ANNIE i'd never forget . i was absolutely frustrated that she left me waiting for my brewed coffee for over 20 minutes to help her employees at the bar in which her help was absolutely NOT needed, yet she insisted. As i asked her why i was waiting so long for my coffee she said she forgot and her partners needed help, how dare you walk away from a line of customers to help in another area . Her attitude is horrible, her response and approach to helping and fixing the problem was NOT helpful or meaningful.

My supervisor "ANNIE" is such an asset to this company! I'm a partner at a Michelin star restaurant, and I wish just one of my employees were as knowledgeable, friendly and wonderful as she! This morning, I was getting my drink, I told them my name and they were questioning my order, like i know what i want to order. They also don't let me finish what I was saying. Came here the morning around 10 AM to grab some coffee before I had to run some errands. This Starbucks was very spacious. However, every seat was taken already by people. As I walked in I hear one of the baristas shouting free frappe for anyone who comes first to get it. The cashier that took my order greeted me but was not very warming. I ordered a caramel macchiato with almond milk. She didn't bother saying thank you or next. She just stared at me until I walked away. I got my drink fairly fast. When I was waiting for my drink, one of the baristas came out with food orders that customers requested and hand delivered it to them. This is the first Starbucks branch where the barista hands the food to the customer. Most Starbucks employees just called the customers name and wait for them to pick it up themselves. The employee who handed me my drink was a lot nicer than the cashier. Overall the environment was very clean but it's a busy branch so it's hard to find seats.

This Starbucks is a little bit different- it doesn't have easy WiFi . You have to get a code to put into your WiFi- not sure why. Again this is a highly trafficked Starbucks so the line is always long here for the restrooms. I was happy to come here and get my favorite pomegranate iced tea and chat with my daughter for a bit. Sometime I wonder if Starbucks tries some things that could be different in some locales-I wish they would

Disgrace on how a barista named JEREMY gave my husband and I a disgusting experience he admitted that he misread my drink and thought I wanted whip when I specifically said no whip at the cashier and that he will remake it then he slid the drink over the counter with force ,when my husband asked for the code to the restroom he was so RUDE and said if you look on the door you would see the code,then he started yelling at the other people about the bathroom line is this way and the other line that way, then he said. There are other bathrooms to explore basically kicking us out, he then was speaking to another barista and said he would never wait for a dirty a** bathroom in Starbucks,I tried speaking to a supervisor because I said I will email the company about him and that he should get fired because of how he treats and talks to people, this isn't how you speak to paying customers ever and it's unacceptable, this is not the 1 or 2nd time I witnessed him disrespect customers including myself he needs to get fired people like him shouldn't be employed at all today was my last day visiting this Starbucks I'm overly disappointed and disgusted with his service

Horrible horrible Starbucks. I love starbucks, but this specific location I really disliked. Although the interior of the store was beautiful, and of course their food is amazing, I did not have a good experience. The sandwich was ready, sitting on a counter that only employees could reach for a good 5 minutes. I was waiting at the mobile order counter, and the employee was getting to other people, behind and infront of me in the line. She kept leaving and coming back, finally I decided to say ask her If i could have my sandwich and she rolled her eyes and breathed out so hardly, acting like I was bothering her for asking for my sandwich that was right next to her. My drink, on the other hand, took even longer. I was waiting for my drink at the mobile order counter for a good 25 minutes. I was waiting to ask an employee if they had it maybe in the back. I spent 25 minutes waiting for a drink, at this point it wasn't worth the $6. I spoke to the employee by the name of "Jayden" the moment I asked "Excuse me, I ordered a-" he shut me down and said "it'll come out when it comes out" and walked away. Are you kidding? Not even half way through my sentence. This is NOT how you have a conversation with a customer simply asking for what they payed for. I understand that it is really hard to deal with this volume of customers, and satisfying everyone is not easy, but come on show a little compassion for the people giving your store business. Sad part is I would've loved this location if it weren't for how I was treated by the employees. Really disappointed! Edit: I came back the next day because this location was nearest and one of the younger children in my family were extremely thirsty so we decided to drop by for a drink to get to-go. At first I actually thought that their service improved, because when I was ordering the employee was polite. (she was the only employee that treated me rightfully) When my cousin was ordering, they wevent so kind. They were questioning every single thing he was ordering. We were a group of 6 so we ordered a good amount of food. We spent at least $50 and then one family member wanted just a small cup of water. We asked for a cup of water at the counter and the employee rudely said "No go order it". Once again this Starbucks misses. We spent a lot of money at this starbucks in 5 minutes, and they can't fill a small cup of water? This starbucks was not as nearly busy as last time. You could feel the tention when you speak with these employees. It's clear they do not wanna be here. Didn't know I had to go through so much trouble to get a cup of water!! I wanted to give this place another chance but over and over again they treat their customers horribly! So sick and tired of going through so much trouble just for a couple scones and refreshers.

Zero is my point there is a girl she was so rude and I can not drink iced I said no ice she put half cup of my drink this is stupidly I didn't see that kind of things and behaviors always I am getting drink from Starbucks they never did it before when I said without ice they did not put half size for me I really unsatisfied from this workers especially from one girl how they are giving permission to do that I don't understand if you are Starbucks you should really do something to here they are behaving to customers however they want it is so bad I am so mad and unsatisfied from this store.

Zero Stars. Saturday 8/13 two baristas and about 25 people waiting for orders. Baristas left the water running in the sink continuously while most of the globe is experiencing drought. Asked why the water needed be wasted and no concern was shown. Got a refund and walked out. The clean water waste was more irritating than waiting for overpriced coffee.

I went to order chai and then used the bathroom. Pics show what I found. It smelled like pee, feces and barf rolled into one. If the bathroom looks like this - is the food safe to eat? I didn't take a chance. Starbucks - is this really how you operate?

They're disorganized and rude. Drinks take forever and when a mobile order is finally ready they call out your name and put it just behind the counter where only staff can go. When you try to get their attention they ignore you!!! So guess you just have stare at your drink right in front of you for ten minutes until one of them bothers to acknowledge the crowds of people gathering by the pick up counter for their now cold drinks??

Worst customer service. Workers are rude. They would rather talk to each other then help customers. Overheard a worker saying she's over this place. Don't come here ever. I wish I could give this place no stars. My advice, fire everyone here and start with a new staff. Or better yet, just close this location completely.

Extremely gross guys I have no problem with this Starbucks at all. But went I come with my 6 year old daughter and every time she needs to use the bathroom it always looks like this. Come on who ever is runing shifts here needs to step up their game especially went you have an army working at the counter. Remember customer experience it's starts from beginning to end and I do not event want to show a picture of the other bathroom come on guys.

In the decades of frequenting Starbucks multiple times per week, I cannot say I have ever had a bad review. This store was dirty. The floors have paper and lids strewn about - counters are dirty. The bathroom is one of the most disgusting I have ever been in. Given a choice, campgrounds are in better shape. The coffee took 15 mins to get, and while I watched the barista make it, realized he was NOT using non-fat milk. I had asked for sweetener to be pre-added, he forgot. Extra- hot, he forgot. I walked to the counter to add my own: no stirrers. I pointed this out- they had none. Anywhere. WTF? I have to say ONE guy here actually cares. Ge offered to re-do it all and he was not the one who messed it up. He was frantically trying to fix everyone's issues. His name is Andre and honestly he deserves a better workplace situation. Get it together Spring Street Starbucks!

One of the last Starbucks in the city with power outlets. You can tell they're getting ready to make the switch though. There are a ton of sealed up and sanded down patched where you can see they've begun removing them little by little. Even still, you can pretty much close your eyes and point in any direction to find an open outlet either in the floor baseboard or wall. The staff has that highschool clique feel and they always greet you with a smile. The taller dark skin dude that opens reminds me of Kid Cudi. And hell yell your name and then immediately follow it with a rhyme. I also like this Starbucks for the customer base. Older more seasoned crowd and they always plop down in their flip flops and Polo hoodies and read the Huff Post or get on a conference call with their air pods. The bathrooms are shitty though. Never any toilet paper and the floor is always wet. I hope its just water from washed hands. Great part of the LES hopefully the outlets stick around

One of my favorite Starbucks in the city. Yes it is Uber busy, bathrooms are almost always packed (with tourist lines) and dirty due to the foot traffic. But service is fast, polite and professional. The people watching is superior - even by NYC standards. And just good, decent Starbucks goods on offer. Highly recommend for a coffee and chat!

This is literally the worst Starbucks known to humanity. Every time I come here it is a struggle. I understand that it is a busy location, however there are many employees here. It just seems they spend most of the time chatting and on their phones. It was not just one bad experience, but many. I think the store is against the whole concept of ordering ahead through the app - I though this was supposed to save time, yet I am stuck here for a while waiting for my drink...

Came here with a friend on Saturday and this place was a disaster. First of all, shout out to the short white girl that was wearing a white beanie. She was the only person there that was actually doing something. This poor girl had to make all the drinks by herself, where at the same time, her coworkers were all standing there doing little something. During the 40+mins wait, that poor girl made like 20 drinks all by herself. Her coworkers, skinny black young girl, standing there pretending she was busy, refused to help out other customers when being asked. Chubby Latino guy, tried to make one drink, but didn't know how to, asked the short white girl for help, and then went back to the cashier and take orders when there was 1 or two customers there. After he helped the two, he stood by this chubby black lady who was washing and wiping the counter over and over again very slowly, and started chatting and laughing when this poor little white girl was running around making 20+ drinks. I'm not sure if she's being bullied or if it's actually them purposely taking turns like that, but will never come back to this place again. No wonder the ratings here are so low lol. Thumbs up to that short white girl again, forgot to ask for her name.

~ LOUSY SERVICE & $$$$ PRICE ~ I ordered a Venti Chai Creme Frappuccino. They claim they added two shots of espressos that were never there. Instead of renaming the drink, I was offered a separate solo espresso. Stingy, nasty, and arrogant. Most of the time, the drinks come out way too late. You're better off @ another Starbucks. It's sad that the line for the restrooms are longer than the lines for the cashiers.

How is this Starbucks still in business? My husband and I ordered a grande frappe. We waited for 45 effing minutes! I was losing my Goddam mind. They were missing most of the ingredients for a Caramel frappe. My patience was gone at this point. I felt like jumping over the counter and making my own drink. The customer service was unsatisfactory. We complained to the manager who wasn't helpful at all. All he did was refund our drink. He didn't even help his team! I forgot to mention that there were plenty of backed up drinks when we arrived. It felt like Kitchen nightmares. Shut this location down if improvements are not being made! Eff this place

I ordered ahead and after waiting 10 minutes I was told they were out of strawberries. I then waited another 5 minutes to be given my drink. No one apologized. The staff was screaming across the restaurant to each other. There was a ton of water on the floor by checkout, totally a safety hazard. Not a fan.

I placed my mobile order at 10:23 am knowing I have to be two blocks down to work by 10:40 I really didn't expect to get my order at 10:40. Super upset as I watched this entire process of my order being ignored. As I entered I check the mobile station and I knew my drink wasnt there because it's green usually pops out. I was pretty patient after 7 minutes I asked one of the workers if they had my order she said someone is working on it and went back to steaming milk. There was a worker who seemed to be on the ice station he literally made a few drinks went to the back and said I'm out through up the piece sign then left the store...I was so confused...like who is making my drink. Two minutes later I see a worker back on the ice station but this time he made a drink literally for himself then walks to the back I was like wth is going on. Around 10:37 I had to woosah then try to get someone else's attention. The same girl from earlier saw me standing there and said wow you didn't get your drink yet. I told her to please rush my order I was soooo pissed they made me late to work and my drink finally being made tasted like crap. I will definitely never be back to this location. This was such a horrible experience, definitely need new management, a new team...it was a hot mess.

This location is terrible!!! They're always out of stock on many food/drinks. Or it's randomly closed!!! But yet online they're "open". There has been many times where I'm excited walking to this location to only see that it's not even open or be told they're out of things. Always tend to be the same items as well. Can't say sales aren't booming, get it together!!!

No direction , no accountability nothing... waited 25 min for a mobile order until I screamed out my name and order , when someone finally acknowledged and started my drink.. Avoid at all cost , you can tell by the reviews how bad this place is.. corporate team wake up and do something already or you don't give F$&k and just keep abusing your guest just for $$$ .. Sad...

The management at this place should strongly consider ramping up staff to accomdate the crowds that come in here. 30 minutes for a frozen drink? C'mon guys, wtf? And the staff looked to me like they were being creative in processing similar drinks at the same time for multiple customers, while making people like me (frozen drink) and others with steamed drinks wait for up to 30 minutes for theirs.

The person i told informed me that there were people there who had been waiting an hour! ‼‼ I had to wait an additional 5 mins for the return. awful. Service.
