Horrible horrible Starbucks. I love starbucks, but this specific location I really disliked. Although the interior of the store was beautiful, and of course their food is amazing, I did not have a good experience. The sandwich was ready, sitting on a counter that only employees could reach for a good 5 minutes. I was waiting at the mobile order counter, and the employee was getting to other people, behind and infront of me in the line. She kept leaving and coming back, finally I decided to say ask her If i could have my sandwich and she rolled her eyes and breathed out so hardly, acting like I was bothering her for asking for my sandwich that was right next to her. My drink, on the other hand, took even longer. I was waiting for my drink at the mobile order counter for a good 25 minutes. I was waiting to ask an employee if they had it maybe in the back. I spent 25 minutes waiting for a drink, at this point it wasn't worth the $6. I spoke to the employee by the name of "Jayden" the moment I asked "Excuse me, I ordered a-" he shut me down and said "it'll come out when it comes out" and walked away. Are you kidding? Not even half way through my sentence. This is NOT how you have a conversation with a customer simply asking for what they payed for. I understand that it is really hard to deal with this volume of customers, and satisfying everyone is not easy, but come on show a little compassion for the people giving your store business. Sad part is I would've loved this location if it weren't for how I was treated by the employees. Really disappointed!
Edit: I came back the next day because this location was nearest and one of the younger children in my family were extremely thirsty so we decided to drop by for a drink to get to-go. At first I actually thought that their service improved, because when I was ordering the employee was polite. (she was the only employee that treated me rightfully) When my cousin was ordering, they wevent so kind. They were questioning every single thing he was ordering. We were a group of 6 so we ordered a good amount of food. We spent at least $50 and then one family member wanted just a small cup of water. We asked for a cup of water at the counter and the employee rudely said "No go order it". Once again this Starbucks misses. We spent a lot of money at this starbucks in 5 minutes, and they can't fill a small cup of water? This starbucks was not as nearly busy as last time. You could feel the tention when you speak with these employees. It's clear they do not wanna be here. Didn't know I had to go through so much trouble to get a cup of water!! I wanted to give this place another chance but over and over again they treat their customers horribly! So sick and tired of going through so much trouble just for a couple scones and refreshers.
