Starbucks

This is the third time my drink was not as usual. Today, I retrieved my drink at 12:13p. Update- I went back, and they did it again. They gave me regular mocha instead of White Mocha. I simply asked for a venti coffee with 4 pumps of White Mocha. It was purposely done, and it's okay🙏🏼

Store does not allow ordering ahead and all inside seating has been removed. The bathroom is closed "to protect public health". As of May 2023, the store is still in disarray with no seating, barricades and boxes strewn about. It really should be closed as it provides customers with a very poor experience. Probably will not visit this store again.

district manager took every charger out. and theres no toilet paper in the bathroom. this store makes thousands of dollars a day and cant provide toilet paper. just a couple blondies servin drinks with no knowledge of the area. poor excuse for what this place used to be edit - clearly no one Read my review like i said i dont need to contact Us there is no Us at this store We dont even have Toilet Paper or a place to charge our phones holy cow what a lame excuse for a Starbucks im never not going to Peets next door

Very nice staff and quick service, but no seating area anymore at this store.

This Starbucks has an entire empty lobby and no furniture. $6 cup of coffee and nowhere to drink it.

Be warned - it’s no seating. The front folks says its a forever thing now on. Expensive coffee and no way to enjoy it.

Seems like they make up their own hours. It was a busy day on the alameda this morning. I went around 9:30am to grab a drink at this location and was told they are getting ready to close and will reopen in an hour? No signs on the doors warning people of different hours for the day. There was a race this morning on the street so you’d think they’d want the foot traffic. Only coffee shop I know that didn’t want to serve people coffee still in the morning. So my husband and I grabbed takeout breakfast from the pancake place next door and walked up the street to a local coffee shop instead

I came in to pick up $35 dollars worth of coffee. I asked to use their restroom and was informed there isn't one for customers. I've never seen that before. If I am buying an $8 coffee for myself along with the other orders I would expect some basic hospitality. Never returned to a sit down place either. They want your money and you out the door as quickly as possible. That's fine for a lot of people but just know that ahead of time. I'm not particularly a fan of Peet's Coffee flavor but they have a location across the street and they were kind enough to let me use their bathroom. Just saying.

Surprised Yelp isn't keeping up with Starbuck relocations. This store used to be across the store but moved awhile back. This is one of the rare unionized Starbucks! Wish there were more of them! Extra parking in back with backdoor (and a badly placed step wall) access. Be sure to order your drinks in the eco-friendly ceramic cups if you are going to be staying.
