I can’t say enough good things about this Starbucks location. I stop here frequently on my way to work, and it has become a highlight of my day. No matter how busy they are, the staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I’m greeted the moment I walk in the door, which immediately sets a positive tone for my morning. Even more impressive, my order is always correct—every single time. Their attention to detail and consistency really stand out. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares about their customers. This location has such a warm, positive atmosphere, and I’m truly grateful to have such a reliable and uplifting stop in my daily routine.

This black pike place tastes like 2 cups of water were added to it. I got home and poured it in a pot to heat it up and the consistency is that of black tea. I used to go here often on the way to work or on the way home. I will not be returning.

Not my favorite place to be or buy anything really. This review is based on my opinion of Starbucks in general, but not really objective at all. To be fair and honest!!

Went through drive thru and the girl working was rushing my order. Completely got the order wrong. Got an iced caramel macchiato with white mocha sauce and the whole cup was filled with mocha sauce and barely no coffee. They forgot the sweet cold foam and when I asked for it they basically poured out the little coffee that was in the cup to add the cold foam. I asked for two cookies and got charged for one because instead of listening and taking my order correctly the girl was rushing me out the drive thru to talk to her coworker which she was doing when I pulled up to the window. Chicopee Starbucks is way better! Customer service here sucks!

The service at this location always seems to be delayed even when there are no customers waiting in line. I always seem to be waiting for orders I’ve made ahead on the app. The staff is very nice but I feel that they are always preoccupied despite no customers in store or in line. ALSO the drive thru at this location is very difficult to see out of so if you use the drive thru proceed with caution!

Place was clean, music was nice. Completely ignored no one spoke to me so I left. Simple acknowledgment goes a long way. I'm curious how much business Starbucks loses because of simple things like this. This bad customer service

I’m really disappointed with this Starbucks location. I ordered a pink drink with one shot of green matcha, and they told me it was added when it clearly wasn’t. This isn’t the first time this has happened. On top of that, the drive-thru line here is always extremely slow much slower than other Starbucks I’ve been to. I really hope management takes a look at staffing and quality control because the service here has been consistently frustrating

Be prepared to wait 30 plus minutes in the drive through. Your order may or may not be correct on any given day. Depending on who works the drive through they will try to force you to tip even after a long wait wrong order with no apology.

It was my first time in this area and I needed a place to chill and get some work done here so I got dropped off by my uber to this Starbucks -- little did I know there was one closer to the hotel that I needed to be at. Anyways, this Starbucks is pretty spacious and is in its own standalone plaza. It was pretty busy and I can see New Englanders on their daily journey of their life. I wanted a caffeine rush so I decided to just get an iced americano. The baristas here were super friendly and everyone was really nice -- I was able to get my coffee pretty quickly and able to get work done in a nice comfortable environment!

I ordered a vanilla latte through mobile order and worked here for a couple hours. The space is quite large with plenty of tables though the table was quite far from the booth so I couldn't sit back which was uncomfortable. It took about 10 minutes to make my drink even though it wasn't that busy. The staff wasn't too friendly and paid more attention to drive through orders than in store customers. I didn't care for my drink. I asked for extra hot and it was barely lukewarm even though I picked it up right when it was ready.

Worst Starbucks around if you like unfriendly mediocre service this is your place. And I don't know how they do it but the coffee isn't that good here better off at the Walmart Starbucks

The worst and longest wait I have ever had at a coffee shop. I could go home and come back 3 times after making my own coffee and would still be waiting in their drive through line.

Not a place to get good coffee usually sbuxs is clean an pleasant. This location should be used as an example of what a store shouldn't be.

The person taking my order was so rude and rushed that I thought I was at a McDonald's. The drink quality matched, they were the worst tasting lattes that I've ever purchased from any Starbucks franchise in New England. Looking at all of the other reviews, I can see that I'm not alone. This location should be shut down, or at least completely overhauled in order to live up to the basic standard that a Starbucks should operate at.

Ive had to throw out so many $7 lattes because they cannot manage to follow directions at this one. Ive been drinking Starbucks daily for over 15 years, and this location is the absolute worst. Whenever I'm in the area I have to get Dunkin instead. Asking them to remake it is useless as well, they are rude and it comes back even worse lol.

This place is the worst. I don't even want to give them one star. They're constantly out of things and once you get in line at the drive up window, there's no way to get out you have to sit and wait for everybody else to go through the window and pick up their orders while you sit there waiting even though you're not ordering a darn thing. It doesn't matter if you go inside or outside it takes forever.

Went to this location to get a Venti Latte and I take a sip and it just tastes like milk. I've gotten many lattes from Starbucks in PA and other states and never had this issue. The latte just tasted like straight milk

I highly recommend skipping the drive thru and doing a mobile order. As stated before no matter how often I go here the drive thru takes at least 30 minutes each time I go. I switched to mobile ordering and picking up in store. You are in and out of there in a couple of minutes if it's not ready once when you get there. I just wish Starbucks would update the app to customize a bit more (ex. Light cream) but this place always gets my order correct I never had bad customer service.

I love the way this team is trying. They may seem to be slow but they are working hard. I thought my customer derive from start to end was great. Thanks to this team for working so hard

Now the coffee is one that isn't bad though I'll admit is a wee pricey & if you wonder they do coincidentally got sandwiches like English muffin & sausage some other ones. They yes do even offer to those who buy the bags of this ground so if you got a drip one can do this no issues. This one does have a drive through so if you need to go in & out with your car & get onto I-91 N/S this isn't a issue & if you opt to come in you can get in & out but if coincidentally you opt to drink in they do got the spot to do & have this feel settled & so you know they do have wi-fi so if you got a computer/smartphone/tablet no issues. If I have one slight issue besides the prices the bit is this ones' political bits (if the main ones in the main one in Seattle is noting keep this in mind because some of us do have views & times the stuff you do is why some may not be keen of you guys).

This Starbucks is a joke and should be closed. Staff is always disorganized , they're always out of everything. That also close early every time. If it says 8:30 it's dark inside at 8:15

Casually been coming to this location for a while. What I've noticed is that management has no idea what they're doing. It's dirty, unorganized, and smells really bad. You complain to a barista or manager of a mess, or something that needs to be fixed? It won't get fixed. Very unsanitary and I wouldn't suggest eating here due to all the bugs and flies that are constantly flying around the cafe and store in general. Trash is just everywhere in the bathrooms, floors, and the tables. I sincerely don't think anyone knows what they're doing at all, there's constant conflicts, and is slowly becoming a bad cafe to be at due to the heated interactions between staff and customers. That's if the cafe is even open, despite being a cafe their opening times are very inconsistent and is shut down multiple times a week for whatever reason.. No one seems to be trained on how to handle any of this, and overall this place is a confused sh*t show. The drinks are really not worth all the hassle and stress this location brings. Studying here, meeting up here, even ordering here is slowly becoming a nightmare. I don't want to hear a shouting match when I'm trying to order a drink! You're better off going to the Monarch one a couple streets down. Or better yet, just go down Route 91 and go to the Holyoke Starbucks. Anything is better than here at this point. I was told by a barista last week that the store manager's name is Devan. He needs to do better or they need to get someone that can.

Mobile orders never ready in time. Drive- thru is crowded and slow- so much so that even pulling in to park is a nightmare (this place needs a larger footprint/plot). It's odd because the store seems to be well staffed (sometimes 10 people behind the counter). Not sure where the waits/delays/lines/crowds come from. Not ideal.

They had excellent service. The people on front of me had to speak in sign language and the had a person able to communicate quite well with them. I got a vanilla iced chia latte and like always it was amazing!!

It pains me to give this spot 2 stars as I am the "Duke" of this establishment (and I possess a friggin' Starbucks Gold Card) but as the "Duke of Starbucks" I must say that this place is the worst Starbucks that I've ever been to based solely on it's location and it's design. It's on the corner of two one way streets. One of them being Columbus Ave., and it's about 200 feet from an I-91 offramp. So the traffic, parking and flow of vehicles around this Starbucks is INSANE! If you try to visit during peak hours expect to get trapped in the parking lot by people using the drive-thru. If using the drive-thru expect to get trapped by people attempting to get out of the parking lot AND all of the traffic on Columbus Ave! Oh and good luck making out of the drive-thru when asshole Starbucks customers park illegally on Columbus Ave., blocking your view of cars zooming off the exit ramp. I'm not sure who thought this location and the set-up of the parking lot and drive-thru was going to work but they get an F. With that said I love all the baristas here. Some even know my usual by heart. Always super friendly and/or funny. You guys rule. The damn location and Bermuda Triangle in regards to visiting by vehicle blow.

My favorite starbucks in the area. Everyone is super nice here and im here basically daily. Super efficient too in my opinion. Thank you!

I'm giving this store three stars grudgingly. Were it not for the nice staff and the outdoor patio where I could rest with my dog, it would merit one star. Got here after a 2.5 hour drive with another 4 hours to go. Ravenously hungry. The line was HUUUGE! And then I noticed the fresh food shelves were empty. Seriously, empty. Totally empty. No artisan sandwiches. No wraps. No salads. No.... You guessed it. I had their one remaining oatmeal cookie. And the line kept getting longer. The staff, however, with a smile. And Tango and I savored a little of our cookie and I had a nice cappuccino. When a store fails so bad to meet demand, it's not the employees' fault. It's shoddy management. For a Starbucks, that's unforgivable. I'm christening this place the Soviet Starbucks. Long lines and empty shelves.

I went there for Iced coffee and I was impressed one server knows Sign language makes it easier on me to Communicate very easy to go on 91 from this location Very nice and clean Store I will definitely stop by again Wishing Everyone knows Sign language makes it easier for Deaf people to communicate

Would probably give this place zero stars if possible. I went to the drive through...the barista told me she would be right with me when I pulled up to order. 10-15 minutes go by (not an exaggeration) and I finally say Hello?? And she said what can I get for you?? I ordered one coffee...and the two cars that were in front of me when I pulled up and was asked to wait were also still at the drive through after sitting at the ordering box for 15 mins. I waited another 15 minutes to GET my coffee after the absurd amount of time it took to order.There were two cars in front of me....all together took 30 mins to get through this drive though. Wouldn't recommend of you're in a hurry!

Alright, so the coffee here is as good as any other Starbucks, and the service was just fine, unfortunately their cleanliness was not. The blonde woman behind the counter was clearly in charge of preparing the food (bagels, breakfast sammies, etc), unfortunately. I first saw her sneeze on her arm, and we all know how far those germs travel. She did not wash her hands, nor put on gloves, and simply returned to making food. THEN, she threw something away in the trash and proceeded to push down all of the trash in the trash can to make room for more. You'd think after sticking her whole hand into a trash can she would wash her hands, right? Wrong. She went right back to preparing food, still with no gloves. The tables in the dining room were filthy, the trash was overflowing, and the cream station was sticky and dirty. Typically Starbucks has very high standards, but this location may certainly be an exception.

Waited 15 min for coffee. People who came in after us received their coffee first. We finally had to ask for our coffee. Place was filthy. We live in WA state where Starbucks originated. What an embarrassment! I wish I would of read the reviews first but it's a Starbucks's, take some pride in your work. Then she comes over and is trying to wipe the counter as I make my coffee. I wish someone would do some thing, this isn't their first bad review.

Worst drive through of any Starbucks I've ever been too. Will consistently wait 10-20 minutes in the drive through with minimal cars. Drinks are fine but the wait is a killer

This is a four star establishment because the service was a little slow but other then that I enjoyed my experience. Music was on point, the drink was refreshing and the store was clean. Also there was a lot of room for me to be comfortable while I waited for my friends to pick me up from Connecticut. Honestly if you had no where to go or no place to call home this would be a great Starbucks to kill a few hours in!

Why do I subject myself to coming here? It never matters how early you place a mobile order, it will never be ready even 10 minutes after you place it. Also, theft of your order is a common practice here. I have had 2 out of 5 orders stolen. They have an especially rude barista who argues with customers especially if you inquire where your order is after standing there for 20 minutes. They are only concerned with the drive thru so don't think by going inside you will get your order in a reasonable amount of time. You can stand there for 20 minutes and no one will ask or even want to speak to you if you inquire where your drink is, it's planned ignoring at its best!

Okay so I got brewed coffee and it was room temperature at best. I have never had a bad coffee at Starbucks, so this was a first.

The service was super great! The employee at the drive through was really nice and let my gf and I know about happy hour- he really made a great case for opening up a Starbucks account online! He also complimented by dog when handing us the pupaccino we had ordered. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

This was my third and last time going to this Starbucks. It doesn't matter what time of day I try to purchase coffee and food, the wait is always way too long. I went on my way to work on Saturday morning, and the line was out the door as was the drive thru. I went down the road to Dunkin Donuts and was served in less than five minutes. The prices and the wait are too ridiculous for me.

Orders are almost always incorrect, even when ordering online. Attitude is often received from employees when asked to correctly make drink. Very disappointed with this location

This visit left a bad taste in my mouth. My barista was very rude to customers and had her child with her in the store. She was complaining about other coworkers in front of customers and rambling on and on about her personal life. I'm here for coffee not for daycare and confrontation. Get it together Springfield Starbucks. Not impressed .

Stopped in for a dark roast coffee and a cranberry bliss bar. Coffee was good and when it came to bliss bar, "wow" what sweet ,creamy, fruity goodness. Service was excellent. This place is in a bad location down town. It is hard to pull in the parking lot off of one way when someone is coming out of parking lot. Driveway is too narrow, be careful almost been in two accidents. I will return for more sweet creamy bliss and a coffee soon,although i might try another location next time.

I come here a few times a week. And as a lot of other reviews say that it takes a long time to get their drink, I wouldn't say that it takes that long. Maybe a little bit longer but whenever I go there are always a bunch people getting drinks just like me. Patience for coffee is a hard task in the morning. Good location off 91 with Drive thru! Glad they have this one in Springfield because I don't like Dunkin hot coffee. Sorry about it. Staff and baristas have always been nice to me!

Drive-thru is horrible. When you pull up it takes then 5-10 min to take your order. And when there's like 3 cars in front, the wait is still 30-40 min long.

Not all Starbucks are created equal. You've got your drive-thrus (such as this location), your walk-ins, and your build-ins (such as in malls, grocery stores, and Targets). Generally speaking, every location does fairly well as far as getting your order out as quickly and accurately as possible. Sometimes it's not easy and I've seen some pretty long queues for some coffee. I'm cognizant of how difficult it can be to maintain a certain expectation of speed and quality. Unfortunately, this Starbucks has made some errors in my orders and it's not convenient for us to return and have them correct their mistakes, particularly since their drive-thru feeds right onto a major one-way thoroughfare into the heart of downtown Springfield. Moreover, their drive-thru wait times are frequently longer than ten minutes. The other locations in the area (East Longmeadow, Longmeadow, and, yes, even Westfield) are generally quicker and easier to return to in the event of errors, which have been far rarer than they have at the Springfield location. Perhaps if they had more staff during peak hours? Either way, I've frequently chosen to go to East Longmeadow over Springfield simply because they're faster and more accurate, and just generally friendlier too.

This is the closest location to where I work, have gone there 30-40 minutes before a shift and still somehow end up waiting that long just to get my coffee. And when you finally do, it's mediocre. I love Starbucks, won't touch Dunkin, but the locations in this area are a poor representation of the company. Please please please do better!

Starbucks is by far my favorite. The staff here knows me by name and what I order. They know my children and are always warm and friendly. I love going to starbucks.

I recently received one of my top 5 texts of all time, "OMG, there is a drive-thru Sbux out here, I was so excited I almost got in an accident when I saw it". There is nothing like a little sugar-free vanilla whipping a girl into a real frenzy that gets me going. Thus, while heading into New York on a recent evening, I knew that the trip could not start without a pitstop. As there was quite the line when I rolled up, sadly I didn't get to hit the drive-thru in its full glory - but no regrets as this afforded me the opportunity to experience the hilarity of life out here - oddly, no one looked up when I stumbled in, Pandora blaring NMinaj's "Truffle Butter" at full volume as I couldn't multitask walking and shutting it down STAT - and while I'm fairly sure that most Bucks employees in Boston would give me major side eye if I wandered in clearly TURNT, out in Sfield they've seen a lottttt worse than an awkward blonde chick juggling keys, an iPhone, and a recyclable water bottle. Clean-ish, bathrooms serviceable. Food present but a little sad looking. Drinks made as expected, which, in a Bucks experience, is what I crave. Not reinventing the wheel, but perhaps making it a little more festive out here in that #basic way I sometimes desire.

This is a good location for people coming on and off the I-91 highway but a crappy location for just about everyone else. The one way street situation is the pits. The parking lot is also too small and difficult to park in. All that being said the baristas are nice and fast and the drinks are good so it still gets 4 stars.

45 minute wait for an iced coffee. This is truly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

I love the drive thru at this location! The baristas are always super friendly as well. Another plus-- they've NEVER gotten my order wrong! That's a huge plus. The store is really nice. It's big enough to chill and read without feeling crammed on top of each other. The food is also very good. The entrance to the restaurant is a bit tricky but that's about it.

Terrible! Always mess up my coffee , and it's a simple iced coffee! Super slow, and rude! The worst Starbucks around! Staff needs an attitude adjustment!

I have to say, the coffee here is just like any other Starbucks but the wait is horrific. I mobile order at HOME 15 minutes away, when I get there it takes another 10 minutes for any staff to acknowledge you're even standing there to hand you your order and then it's typically not even ready. So sometimes I'll try the drive through. It's a solid 15-20 minutes even with 4-5 cars there. If you want to be late for everything in life, come to this Starbucks.

Oddly enough this is my preferred local Star Bucks even though it is situated along a major highway. Even with the smaller space here than, say, the one in Chicopee, they somehow made it cosy and I find that there's always a nice energy inside despite or because of the heavy and constant visitor traffic due to its location right off I-91. In comparison (to another high volume store), the Starbucks in the Ingleside/Holyoke Mall is basically just a long order queue with some tables thrown in and there is no point really in sitting there as opposed to getting your coffee to go. I find the staff always friendly and helpful. They seem very efficient and able to deal with the high volume of orders from both the drive-through and the in-store customers with scarcely any delay. In terms of coffee quality (I always order the large caffee latte) the local Starbucks are all decent and about the same (and comparable to most Starbucks I know from elsewhere).

Y'all need to close the inside and focus on the drive through because you clearly can't handle both.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. What a filthy dump! I waited while eight customers who paid after me got their "usual" drinks. This was my first and last time here. I ordered a 30 oz. Cold Brew BLACK. As I left I checked the sign to assure myself that it was a genuine Starbucks. If you are not a regular who enjoys the trash on the floor, go elsewhere. Anywhere would have to be better. Does Springfield have a Health Department. They should use the men's toilet. I almost gagged. The floor was covered in urine.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Since coming back to school I've been here twice and it's taken 30+ minutes in the drive thru both times with only 4-5 cards ahead of me. It's insanely slow I have no idea what they're doing in there but it's not good service.
