I'm a local and this is by far one of the best Starbucks locations with friendly staff and spacious seating areas to get work done when needed. On my visit today Adrienne provided excellent professionalism and service. I enjoyed our conversation and my large mocha was spot on!

Without a doubt the worst morning service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. And that’s saying a lot, because I travel for work and go to a LOT more Starbucks than I care to admit. After politely waiting 5 min for egg bites I asked the barista on coffee if she knew what was up and she said “I can’t help you, you need to talk to the girls making the food.” And did I mention 6 other people came and went with hot food orders who ordered after I did? Then once I got said bites after another 5 minutes, they were burned. Of note, I was not the only one who had to wait a long time for food or drinks. I’ll give this place a try for evening/weekend work time, but never coming back for breakfast service.

Drink came out pretty fast and everything else was up to Starbucks par. I would attribute all the low ratings so far to the fact that this place just opened up about a month ago. Definitely has its act together now.

I love this Starbucks and the decor. The manager Adrienne is amazing and the Supervisors are too. The staff here is always smiling and polite they even greet you as soon as you come in the door. This is a neighbor store and it feels like home. I can't leave out the Baristas that does an outstanding job as well. Will definitely continue welcoming them with my presence.

This was one of the coziest and artsy Starbucks. They were so friendly and treated the children like stars. Making us laugh and being efficient. I did not feel at all like I was in a chain coffee shop. The drinks were made perfect and the customer service amazing ! Thanks for adding to a great day in DC! We really enjoyed it. Love everyone at this store. Israel needs a little more customer training. He sort of loses it when he gets busy. Everyone else is greeting people with a smile in the storm of a rush, while Isreal becomes abrupt and unwilling to be helpful, which is not my normal experience at this store. He also needs to smile more and be polite in a way that is more than civil. He is at times borderline rude compared to the rest of the gang. This is my neighborhood place and I am invested. I have given a five star rating in spite of Israel 's need for a customer service refresher course, because the rest of the staff and management at this site are so amazing that one person's lack of finesse cannot crush the vibe in the long term. I used to manage hospitality businesses for years. I have a long history in the service industry. I do not give raving reviews lightly. But overall the staff here is choice. I am grateful for their service.

Very nice, appealing space. However, lines were long, staff were slow-moving, only a limited menu was shown and staff were unfamiliar with full menu (even to the extent of different sizes of the same drinks). I stood in a large group of customers waiting for their drinks, twiddled my thumbs as staff slowly served up drink and food orders for more than 10 minutes, then finally gave in and stepped up to check in with staff—and found my simple cold brew sitting there with condensation forming. They'd never called it out. Upshot: Good physical space and convenient location, with more staff training needed.
