Starbucks

Caramel latte, I go quite frequently and so does my husband. Lately the cups are never even near full, what is going on? About to stop going here if it continues, been over five times now this happened. I get whipped cream too which dissolved by time I was home (not upset about that) but I haven't even drank any and the whipped cream does not take up that much room at the top.

I asked for food and they only gave me a drink and said they didn’t ring up the food so they weren’t gonna give me any food which is ridiculous because I was so hungry. Then as I get to my car I realize my cup is cracked all down the side spilling all over my car which was half my drink then I walked back in there and all they did was put another cup on the bottom of my drink and even empty it into a new cup or nothing

This is a great Starbucks location. I normally only get drinks here never had their food. The drinks taste just as good as going to a regular Starbucks.

Bunch of entitled highschool girls worried more about serving their friends and talking than taking care of customers absolutely pathetic

I love the Starbucks in Giant. The baristas are always so pleasant and take a lot of care in getting your order just right. You can also tell how hard they work to ensure speedy service. I stop there frequently on my way to work and the service has always been great. Well done!

never had an issue until recently. it seems the staff isn’t properly trained because they have trouble making the simplest drinks. the last 3 times, all of my beverages have been wrong. i was a starbucks employee for 2 years, it’s really not that difficult to read the cup correctly. the employees seem to only care about conversing with each other and not focusing on the customers.

I am a daily customer at Starbucks in Etown. I agree they have a problem with whoever orders their supplies. They finally got a new expression machine which has cut down on the machine being broke. I don’t blame the barista because they don’t have control on the ordering. The one other time was when the blender was down. It took a month to get another one. While I say all these negative things they work hard. Almost all of them know my name and what I order. I love my iced van latte with half milk and half sweet cream. There has been times when a new person is on and I just nicely talk them through how to make my drink. Well I am leaving shortly for my drink. Cheers!

This store is in Giant and I have to say it's gotten better. The employees are friendlier than before and make great drinks!

I wanted to come on here and talk about one of the girls there, the girl working at the register was so sweet and so nice and the drink was amazing, but the girl that made my drink was rude and kept making dirty faces at me while making my drink.

Service is friendly, fast and efficient. This location is tiny, so they may not have all of the latest promotions the Mermaid is running. For example they don't carry all of the Blonde espressos that they're currently pushing. Here are a few other amenities: - You can earn points using your My Giant rewards card - Get cash back if you use your ATM card - Not sure if they have Wi-Fi, but I kinda doubt it since this is a grab-&-go location - They do carry a small selection of pastries, snacks and chips That about does it. Nothing special but nothing bad. My one comment is the Giant should install drink holders on their shopping carts if they want customers to enjoy their favorite beverage while they shop―otherwise it's kind of a PiTa. I ordered and purchased my drink, paid for my groceries and then picked it up on the way out. Love, peace, and chicken grease.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just getting a decaf coffee takes 20 minutes. The staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. Update 9/1/19: this place still sucks

Order was fine - only one employee in the middle of the day on a weekend with a lot of people shopping. Had to wait a while why the cashier took money and then had to stop to make each drink.
