The 12 Most Romantic Date Night Restaurants in Atlanta

"Steak Market’s over-the-tabletop experience starts with $40 valet parking, a step-and-repeat, and the quintessential clubstaurant bouncer. If your date isn’t moved by all the extraness at the Midtown hotspot, take them inside to see towering aquariums, a perfectly lit wall of liquor bottles, and glass showcases of beef. The juicy Wagyu striploin, dramatically sliced tableside, goes wonderfully with the shareable broccolini and lobster mac. Just about everything here comes with big flavor and bigger price tags—including that ridiculous order of cotton candy ($85) sitting on top of a mannequin's head like Marge Simpson." - nina reeder, juli horsford, demarco williams

Steak Market - Review - Midtown - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"There’s a part of Atlanta that wants to be South Beach soooo bad. Now, when we say “part,” we’re specifically talking about the corner of Juniper and 5th streets, where Steak Market sits—once occupied by Ludacris’s Straits Restaurant. Steak Market’s over-the-tabletop culinary experience starts with $40 valet parking, a step-and-repeat, and the quintessential clubstaurant bouncer. Once inside, your eyes will dart from glass showcases of beef to a perfectly lit wall of liquor bottles. All the while, though, your nose somehow remains focused on the steaks. The juicy Wagyu striploin, which is dramatically sliced tableside, goes wonderfully with the shareable broccolini and lobster mac. Just about everything here comes with big flavor and bigger price tags—yep, even that ridiculous order of cotton candy ($85) sitting on top of a mannequin's head like Marge Simpson. Atlanta Restaurants: Chai Pani Reopens in Decatur With a New Menu, Steak Market Opens in Midtown, and Leftie Lee’s Sandwiches Is Opening in Avondale - Eater Atlanta

"Remember that gold leaf-encrusted steak situation headed to Midtown? The 200-seat, multi-level restaurant Steak Market and its members-only cigar lounge officially open on Sunday, August 29, in Midtown. The restaurant is located in the former Simon’s restaurant space on Juniper Street. Beyond its steaks, including one wrapped in gold leaf, the restaurant also serves seafood and raw bar selections, whole racks of lamb, and weekend brunch. As for beverages, expect a vast wine list, cocktails, and the bar offering a collection of 300 varieties of scotch and whiskey. Masks highly suggested." - Beth McKibben

A New Atlanta Steakhouse Will Offer Gold Steaks and a Cigar Lounge - Eater Atlanta

"A three-level steakhouse with a members-only cigar lounge, DJs, and a menu offering gold leaf-encrusted steaks opens in early September on Juniper Street in Midtown. The 200-seat Steak Market, owned by Kemal Karsli (Sivas Hookah Lounge) and Okan Yildirim, takes over the former Simon’s restaurant, which closed last May after just three years there. Celebrated my boyfriend‘s birthday here. We got the smoked salmon oysters, which were to die for, the tomahawk steak which was excellent along with the lamb chops, asparagus, collard greens, and mashed potatoes. We asked for them to box our 2 desserts to go but came home to find out only one was in the bag so that was upsetting.

I went on Valentine’s Day, it was $125 each for the set menu. That wasn’t a problem because I spend that or more when going to a restaurant. Actually the bill was much higher because we had drinks. The problem was the sitting. First I thought I would have been up stairs which had a little ambiance but no, we were seated in what it seems like a basement. There were no windows, the tables were so close together. If I was to spread my arms out, I could touch the person that was at the other table. We had to talk to low so that the other people couldn’t hear our conversation. In fact my basement in my home was bigger than that spot. The food was ok for what it was. My main issue was the sitting. So if you go make sure you are seated up stairs.

Google
I recently visited for Valentine's Day had a reservation, having to pay $150 in advance based on advisement, but I was surprised that the $150 did not apply to our meal. The seating was cramped, to the point where I was seated right next to another couple, on both sides which didn’t provide the privacy or comfort I expected for a special occasion. We also shared a $500 entree of salmon and steak, and I was disappointed that the $150 I paid did not contribute towards that cost, which I feel should have been made clearer in advance. Additionally, about the photographer, It would’ve been much more enjoyable if these details had been shared upfront. For future guests, I suggest clearer communication about these costs, so no one’s experience is diminished by surprises."

Lovely time. Nice atmosphere and staff. The food was terrific. Drinks were on point. Fun place. Can be loud with a full house. We had a great table.

Amazing food, fantastic ambiance, and great drinks! My only concern was the extremely heavy entrance door—I wasn’t sure if there was someone available to assist guests in and out. Other than that, it’s a 10/10 experience!

I was invited to an all white party and the atmosphere was great and chill. The DJ was on point, will come again and recommend a great spot to chill. I didn't order the food but it looked good. There's three floors and a nice banquet.

Best Birthday and Anniversary Spot! This is probably one of the most fancy place I ever ate! The outside is beautiful, the inside is fantastic! The service was impeccable, the steak and all their dishes was perfect! But even better the the food was the performance that they do when they bring the steaks 🥩 and the desserts 🍮! You better have a good camera to capture all the amazing stuff you will see here! The parking sucks and the price is salty 🧂! But it’s a great experience! Btw the drinks 🍹 is a must! They have the best bartenders!

Google
This was my first time at the establishment. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience. I take partial responsibility. My partner and I were celebrating my birthday. We knew the food prices were going to be expensive. However, we were okay with it. Mistakenly we did not look at the prices on the drink menu. He and I both ordered a margarita. They did a drink presentation with dry ice and served our drinks. At that time, I noticed the server put gold flakes in our glass. I was curious to see the detailed description of the drink and price. I did not recall seeing gold flakes in the description. That is when I noticed my margarita was $400 and his was $200. After, we brought the price issue to the manager. The manager pointed out at the very bottom of the drink menu a disclaimer. I took it in and realized if an establishment has to put a disclaimer on a drink menu, this was not the first time a customer was negligent like us. I took the time to realize always look at the prices on both menus. However, I do feel like the server could of kindly mention the costs. We did not order food. Instead, we paid the $800 bill, which included gratuity. We left and went to eat and drink at good ol Ray’s on the River

Yelp
Social media has got me again! There was nothing particularly wrong with state market outside of the fact that it is an overpriced sports bar . I went to this restaurant expecting an upscale ambience. I am aware that it is across the street from the old SIVAS. I truly thought the environment would be more so that of an actual steak restaurant, white linen, lots of whiskey, scotch and wine options. When I walked in, there were several oversized TVs , a DJ playing , & a more casual dress code than I was expecting. I parked diagonal in the public parking. I ended up paying maybe $13. Because my party was (EXTREMELY) late. I did end up having to renew my parking so I could've just paid to valet. However, the drinks that I did order were very good. Our server was very accommodating, especially being that the birthday girl was so late to her party. My food was good. The ambience is more relaxed, so I would definitely come here with a couple of friends for Hookah in the future. To me there wasn't anything particularly wow about the state so I wouldn't recommend here as one of my top 10 steak restaurants. Overall, it gives a very typical Atlanta scene

Yelp
This was my first time checking out this spot. We came just for a late-night hookah session since we had dinner elsewhere. The vibe gives off a luxe sports bar meets upscale steakhouse feel. From what I could tell, it seems like the place might've originally been a solid steakhouse but is now leaning into a more casual crowd with a wider range of menu options. There's still a strong focus on bone-in steaks and classic sides, but you'll also find dishes like fried chicken, pasta, salmon, and lamb chops. Now, the hookah lounge is a hidden gem. It's downstairs and gives speakeasy energy with super cool decor. Honestly, I hope this review doesn't draw too much attention to it because it still feels low-key and exclusive lol. They even offer a $70 hookah served in a block of ice--that alone is worth the experience.

Yelp
Amazing day. Great food, fun times, great music and amazing customer family. All the way from Los Angeles CA and they showed us some southern love.

Yelp
Food was really good! I got the salmon in the sides. It came with tasted of par with the salmon a.k.a. 10 out of 10! I came here for a birthday and was delighted to have received great service from our server who took care of all 10 of us. She also made sure to help with setting up the birthday cake that we had brought in. The hookah was also very good ! Would definitely come back here even for a chill night as the vibe was giving what it needed to give for a girls night out.

Yelp
Eh, the music I adore! 90s vibe on a Friday evening at 6pm. The NY steak $46 was smaller than I expected but flavorful, juicy, and tender. My glass of Pinot noir was pretty tasty $16. The Mac n cheese wasn't to my liking $9. I did really enjoy the creamed spinach $9 . Service was decent and we requested and was given a tour. There's a speakeasy located downstairs and more of a lounge vibe upstairs. To each their own with this place.

Keylah R.

Yelp
Honestly the absolute worst "steak house" I've been to in ATL. I'm talking Little alley, Kevin Rathburn, H&W, Morton's... just to name a few. There was a DJ TVs and hookah. This felt like a typical Atlanta lounge. The sides were half the size of what I'm used to. Mac and cheese had NO flavor. Mashed potatoes was very flavorful only downside was it was a side for one. Brussels was average with canned pineapple on top. Tomahawk was very rare after requesting medium. I was informed of the quality change over the years during dinning and I wish I could've experienced it before going down hill. 1st French 75 was very lemon forward. You could even see the lemon as if it was muddled. Service in the other hand was nice. If she didnt know the answer she did ask. And provide the answer. The back drop sign out doors had black duck tape to hold it together. Just a mess.1 appetizer, 1 drink, 3 sides, 1 tomahawk steak = $243 including $37 for the tip.

Yelp
Came here for happy hour. It was early so the place wasnt full and we were able to immediately get seats at the bar. Our bartender and all the staff were really nice. We enjoyed our oysters, however, our fries could've been cooked a bit longer. I'd definitely go back and try more happy hour items. I loved how walkable the area is so after eating we were able to bar hop around midtown.

Yelp
This place is very aesthetically pleasing. Went here on a Friday night for my friend's birthday. I only ordered the Prime Striploin (no sides included and no complimentary bread or anything) and the Lychee Rock drink. With just these two items my total came to $72.35. I get it's a steak house, but a bit over priced for the quality in my opinion. Not sure if I would eat here again but the vibes were good. Nice urban upscale crowd with good music. Drinks were made really well. Drinks were crafted cocktails, you can tell the ingredients were mostly natural and fresh, so you will enjoy. The service was great too. I remember our server being very attentive. I'd probably only return to hang out, drink and enjoy the music. Good spot for a pre game before a night out.

Yelp
ThI service was amazing. The atmosphere was crazy and very loud, it was more like a club with the music pumping loud than a restaurant but the food was out of this world amazing. The way they presented the short ribs was incredible and the way it fell off the bones was great. We're definitely going back but with enough energy to keep up with the environment.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice vibe and pretty good drinks. With a new friend, we stopped by here for a couple of rounds before heading out. We walked in and sat downstairs without waiting. Service was okay, not the quickest on a Friday night, but decent. Strong drinks and great presentation, we were all taking pics when the server came by and the apps were pretty good.

Yelp
This is my first time going since it has been rebranded by Sivas and I must say , I enjoyed it . It wasn't crowded when I went which was a plus and they have a great happy hour selection ! The service was awesome and the ambience was as expected to be for a steak house ! I will be back

Yelp
We frequently go to Sivas in Kennesaw and the old location across from this one when it was open and decided to try here. The ambiance is nice. You are checked before entering as far as weapons, etc. You checkin at the desk if you made a reservation, which we did. Party of 7. They have a DJ and fortunately for us, it was definitely our vibe of music, at least at that time. The waiter was cordial. He did leave us for about 30'mins when we were ready to pay and go. Maybe he was on break. *shrugs* The cons for me and some of my party was directed at the food. Starting with my pasta...it was overly cheesy and bland. Milky taste. I added salt and pepper. Meh. I added salmon for additional fee and it was a small block lol. Not even a whole piece of salmon or a skinny strip. Meh. The crab dip. Entirely too much cheese. It was pretty but more cheese than crab. The snapper...don't let the pic deceive you. Everyone at the table clutched their pearls. It wasn't a whole snapper as you would normally get at restaurants,...okay, cool. Follow me here...it was one side of a snapper....then half of that side. That's exactly what it looked like. The lamb chops. It came a la carte. The person who ordered it was not aware it did not come with sides. They were waiting for sides and asked the waiter who advised it did not come with any. Honestly none of us paid attention to that although it is listed on the menu. But,.,we do recommend your staff reiterate that to patrons when they order. Ultimately it was disappointing to my friend bc she basically paid $10 a chop and there were 4. The salmon entree, was a decent portion size but those sides...no. The drinks...some were tastier than others. Different bartenders, different mix. Can't really comment too much on that. My drink was okay (crown apple on the rocks). Others stated theirs was a bit on the weaker side as multiple drinks were ordered of the same kind (old fashion). Some were better than others. And this has nothing to do with tolerance. We tend to stick with the same drinks at locations as we all have a drink of choice. Also...we did NOT receive happy hour prices. Hookah or drinks. Nor were we told. We just happened to see it on IG. Per our receipt we were well within the time frame. This outing wasn't the best. I like to list the cons because it is constructive criticism and in this case...the price isn't equivalent to the quality and quantity of food that we had. This is based on experiences at other establishments that offer the same food for either the same price but better Q & Q or their prices are less and/or more but have A1 service and staff so it balances itself out. We frequent at a lot of restaurants, brunch spots, lounges, etc. and it's an honest review based on MY experience. I would come back for a drink and an app to vibe out to the music or girls night but not for a date or dinner in general.

Yelp
Steak Market needs a food facelift. I was introduced to Steak Market because I was invited to a Birthday dinner there. When you arrive you are greeted by friendly valet and staff members. Everyone has a smile on their faces so immediately your experience starts off with high expectations. Once you enter, you are impressed by the low lighting and sexy decor. My friends party was located in a private area located downstairs. Again, the decor was swanky and sexy. It gave all the vibes of an amazing experience. I started with a drink...the Purple Rain from the Nitro menu. It was a delicious cocktail that expertly blended the gin, elderflower, butterfly pea plower tea, lemon & lime juices. It was accompanied by a liquor infused Popsicle. The presentation of the drink really takes it to the next level. The beautiful plate accompanied by the nitro makes this drink an 11. Top notch in my books. However, the food is not as I expected. It could be because it was a party menu so everything on the menu was cooked the same. The steak was cooked well and was tough. The Salmon was cooked well and lacked the moisture desired. Both meats lacked flavor and there's nothing worse than eating overpriced meat that's not tender and flavorless. I give this experience 3 stars because there were some highlights but I must add if we are paying top dollar for our dining experience we expect everything to be done at the hight level. And unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Yelp
This is a pretty good steak restaurant. It's upscale and offers great food, but it's also very expensive, which was expected. The location and setting are good, but nothing special. I did appreciate the R&B and hip hop music. The cocktail service had an amazing presentation. My only negative is that they promised a 28-day dry-aged steak, but I'm fairly confident it was wet-aged. I was a little disappointed by the lack of dry-aged taste, but the meat was still high quality and well prepared.

Yelp
This place was amazing but Wheww pricy , we had a great time and the food was good i came here Saturday night for my Bestfriend 30th birthday dinner party and we had a great time. Us and our party of 5 had a 9:30 rsvp at this restaurant which we were greeted by valet parking and a security guard at the door. From the time you walk up to the restaurant it was like a ambience. They had nice outdoor seating and better inside seating. No one was sitting outside at the time, but the decor outside was cute and look cozy, but it was too cold for anyone to be outside hence the fact that we're definitely in December. Now let's get into the actual Food review , pretty much four of us ordered the salmon which you had to add sides to make up a meal. The salmon was garnished with carrots, cucumbers, and baby corn. With a little squiggle on the plate, and the salmon was placed on a bed of sauce, I'm not sure what it was, but I didn't really like it . the sautéed vegetables, such as the carrots, cucumbers, and baby corn was very good paired well with the salmon which i give a 8/10 you get two pieces of salmon photos will be down below. For my sides I had the lobster, macaroni and cheese, which was a great proportion that came out on a skillet possibly could be shared for two. which I give a six out of 10 it kind of had no taste but at least you can taste the lobster, Just no seasoning at all. my friend had mashed potatoes as his side, which was a great portion as well. Another friend had asparagus they were pretty huge and the last friend that also had the salmon her side was a Caesar salad, which I definitely wouldn't recommend because it was barely anything on the plate for $22 for a salad. My cousin had the fried snapper which was peered with a small piece of cornbread and collard greens. The fish was nice and fried. She said she gives it at eight out of 10 and the plate presentation was nice. Last, but not least we all had an alcohol beverage, which I can't remember what everyone had but I'll post a picture down below , I could only remember what I had. I had the lychee Rose. Which was a 10/10 strong and nice but for everyone else nobody else liked there drink maybe that's why i can't remember what they had but it was left on the table undrank sorry i wish i knew what it was but anywho the restaurant it self i give a 9/10 . We also got to experience someone get proposed to in the restaurant just as well as they brought out a slice of cheesecake with cotton candy for my friend for his birthday but unfortunately they don't do any singing and I can't remember if the cake was free or added to the bill.

Yelp
My man surprised me with a birthday dinner here on a Sunday evening. The hospitality was impeccable, from valet, to host, to waitress, to food runners. Everyone we encountered was extremely kind. Our server Breanna S. summarized the menu in great detail. She got us started with two of our favorite cocktails, sex and the city and Moscow mule; both crafted perfectly. My sex and the city was made with tequila and rosé, different from the norm but very tasty. It also came with a popsicle inside made with the ingredients from the cocktail, so in reality it was two drinks in one! For starters we ordered a Caesar salad, which was big enough to share for two people. For dinner, we ordered the S&M Private Reserve Cut cooked medium, bbq charred carrots and cream of spinach. I loved everything about our meal; well seasoned and the steak cut like butter. The cream of spinach was better than any others I've tried at any other restaurant. The carrots were sweet with a bit of spice and topped with, my favorite, goat cheese! So yummy! Furthermore, this was the perfect, yet intimate, dining experience for a birthday! My most memorable highlights were valet (such a sweet and kind guy, hate that I forgot his name), our waitress Breanna S. (she is GREAT for business), and seeing the feeding of the piranhas! Like, who has piranhas???? So cool! Loved this idea place and I will definitely recommend. You're not just paying for the food... it a full experience. I thought it was worth every penny.

Yelp
I really debated on reviewing this experience but I have to say that I'm amazed that the ATL is supporting such an overpriced sub-par establishment in this competitive market. The food is "ok" at best I've had better/comparable at a chain. Bar area for drink specials represent a nice draw but when you shift to your table and have an extended wait for your server and finish the experience with an extended wait to get your final drink/bill it's a hard no for me. I will give credit to the manager on duty who attempted service recovery when my steak was overcooked ( I asked for medium rare and the server nonchalantly said it was cooked medium and walked away---this is what happens when 20% is automatically added...) she sent what I'd assumed would be medium rare of some other cut of steak which actually was rare. I give up... Far too many superior options in this town to drop over $800 for 4 people to leave disappointed. Order your $30 valet parked car early (I assumed 15 minutes was adequate...) be prepared to wait.

Yelp
I went here for brunch when they first opened. I really liked the ambience of the place. The food was just ok but I said i would give it another try. So, I went back recently and to my surprise the interior changed a bit and everyone at the bar was doing hookah. I was really disappointed. I feel like every restaurant in Atlanta turns into a hookah bar.

Yelp
A solid steak house in the city. It's in midtown so parking isn't abundant, but they do offer valet that is easily accessible. The decor is electric for sure. It's two stories so there is plenty of seating. We started with the oysters which were delicious. I tried the filet that was cooked table side while my husband tried the salmon. We really enjoyed our meals and would definitely try this spot again.

Will C.

Yelp
The service was amazing. The hostess (didn't get her name, but her bangs were on point) was super friendly as was the door man. Our server, Gokhan, and his assistant were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and were great at anticipating our needs. They noticed what we needed before we even knew we needed it. The NY was cooked perfectly. The Brussels spouts and mashed potatoes were rich and flavorful. Make sure you ask about the portion sizes of the sides! The mashed potatoes were enough for one, but the sprouts were enough for three people. I really liked the ambience. They had upbeat Christmas music playing. The booths are very comfortable. They also have some really nice window seating where you can see Juniper Street and such. This was my first time going, and I will absolutely be back the next time I am craving a good steak.

Yelp
Great for an elegant, romantic dinner. We started with some oysters and wine which was great! The sommelier was so kind and helpful. The menu had a lot of options and the desserts were delicious and very instagram worthy!

Yelp
Do not go to this restaurant. The Valet parked my car in an unapproved lot and I recently got a collection notice for $85.00 from the lot management!

Yelp
drinks were wayyy better then the steak which was unfortunatel... and don't go on a saturday unless you want to be screaming at the top of your lungs music is set to the max and hookah smoke every where chile

Yelp
ROACHES running amuck! If I could give this place ZERO Stars I would. My friends came into town to celebrate my birthday. The waitress was slow & got my order wrong! But the worst part of it all was when I saw a HUGE ROACH running around on the floor. I freaked out because I'm afraid of roaches & especially in a restaurant. Management tried to use the excuse; oh we spray & put bleach on the ground. Then asked if we wanted our food to go & if I still wanted the steak (that the server got wrong) We were ready to go and the manager did NOT EVEN offer an apology OR take anything off the bill. He could care less about our experience! Everyone is so busy with all the noise -they aren't even paying attention to the ROACHES. I tell you if you see one; trust me there is plenty more where that came from Good luck at Dining at the Roach Motel!

Cashmere C.

Yelp
The ambiance and servers are fantastic , however, the fact that my partner requested Apple Crown and cranberry is when I realized their items are truly itemized ! Food is not the best and I was charged additional for a sauce I did not like for my lamb chops which. I felt was unreasonable. Overall, the associates, the ambiance, and demographics is great but unfortunately my Experience was not what I expected.

Yelp
Went for New Year's Eve and the price was decent for the meal and party. The drinks were pricey but still good. The food was delicious.

Yelp
This restaurant is very sexy and while I would rather have gone here on a date, being that the atmosphere is very intimate and not really a birthday dinner lively atmosphere, I really enjoyed myself here. Let's get into the deets: Food: I had the strip steak and it was so tender and juicy and possessed so much flavor! And the waiter came out and sliced it for me and fed it to me! The lobster Mac n cheese was delicious, the Brussels sprouts was tasty and the purple mashed potatoes was surprisingly good too! Drinks: are very strong and cute! The Nitro cocktails comes out with smoke so if you want the dramatics order any one of them.

Yelp
Steak Market had a beautiful ambiance, stellar staff, the food was good, it was extremely pricey for a shared meal between 3 (1 adult + 2 kids) totaling over $400. I wish our steak would have been cooked a little longer. Overall this was a good dining experience.

Yelp
I came here for my birthday; I'm thinking I'm doing the right thing to valet my car and come to find out I received a parking ticket in the mail. Apparently, the valet personnel parked my car somewhere it wasn't supposed to be, and I got the ticket. (via camera). Not to mention I paid the valet cost and tipped on top of that. I should have known something wasn't right when the valet personnel gave me back my key, he not only gave me my key but someone else's key as well. I have been calling Steak market week after week with no luck on getting this ticket paid. Everyone I talked to so call management is blaming this person and that person but have yet to resolve this ticket. Very unprofessional and to top it off the food wasn't all that great. BEWARE when you come to this business your car is not safe. I will Never patronize this establishment again!

Yelp
The food was delicious but the experience was worth every penny . The service was very helpful and informative . The restaurant itself is very nice and great date night or even a friends get together. I would recommend this restaurant

Yelp
It's the aesthetics. The intimate setting. How the drinks and food are presented. All of these things contribute to an exceptional experience. Tonight we dined here for my fiancés birthday, sharing a tender tomahawk, along with delicious cocktails. Thereafter, we ventured downstairs to the chill speak easy/cigar lounge. If you're looking to treat yourself or someone special to a unique experience, this might just be the spot!

Yelp
Ambiance is very cool if you searching for music and nice pics to take for any occasion. This is not a first date location (at night) because it gets loud even if you're in vip/reserved seating. Service um we couldn't understand our waiters especially over the music. But, they got everything right. They weren't that attentive during the time we were there. I think our food took an hour to come out and my Salmon came 20 minutes after everyone got their food. Now, the actual food. My Salmon was really good! Crab Cakes were ok, oysters were ok, lamb chops were ok, cream of spinach was dry, mash potatoes were Luke warm and very greasy. The mac came out SCORCHING hot. Like you may need to wait 20 mins before digging into it. But, it was decent. Overall, I would go back for the vibe and the drinks. The food is not worth it. Maybe it's a little different earlier in the day but not past 8pm. Definitely seems overrated.

Yelp
Steak market is definitely a perfect spot for a special occasion. I've visited twice and enjoyed it both times. The atmosphere and decor are stunning and it's so beautiful in there. The service is great from the moment you valet, to the hosts, to the servers and bartenders. Everyone made sure we were taking care of. I love the drinks and food items that come with the tableside show. Our steak and sides were yummy. My highlight is definitely the Mac & cheese! They even have a new happy hour if you're in for a quick bite. Sunset Cocktail hour is available 5-7pm at the bar. For $50 per person, it includes passed hors d'oeuvres and 3 top shelf cocktails! They also had a live DJ that started around 8pm Reservations are strongly recommended for the main dining area and the bar is first come first serve.

Yelp
Chose this place for the experience and vibes that people had been talking about. First impression, walking in the place looks great. Three levels with a different vibe on each. Love the speakeasy cigar room downstairs. The biggest difference is the menu. They shifted the steak house food to something totally different. These steak frites are the least appealing thing I have ever received to pass as steak. The quality of what the served before to now is totally underwhelming. We still enjoyed the hookahs and the drinks that the Sivas are known for and enjoyed the vibe we walked into but probably would only come back for those. We'll see when the next time comes.

Yelp
Steak Market has a very bold menu with a ton of amazing options. The apps, steaks and sides provide you with so many possibilities. I had the 10oz filet, with chimichurri sauce with a side of greens and prawns as an accompaniment. Absolutely amazing. a The drinks are truly inventive and very well crafted. I had the sex and the city and it did not disappoint. The service from valet, to the hostess to the wait staff, to the vibe far exceeded my expectations!

Yelp
Highly overrated. I waited for several minutes at the bar before I was acknowledged enough to order a drink even though the bar was slow at the time. My drink was good once I got it as well as the others we ordered once the rest of my party arrived. The wait service was pretty good. I knew it was pricey, but the portions are very small for what you're paying. We ordered the steak for 3 based on our party size with multiple side dishes and still left hungry. This is from someone who gets full at a tapas bar, lol. The Brussel sprouts were over sauced and like the other sides we ordered were bland. The steak was excellent quality though. Overall it was ok; more than likely a one time experience.

Yelp
The food was good. The steak was juicy and flavorful. The chicken was good as well as the crab cakes. The waitstaff was good.

Yelp
Restaurant is totally overrated and overpriced. My daughters took me for my birthday and we all ordered the pasta dish and it was not good. absolutely no taste to the noodles. We got 4 shrimp for $8. Absolutely will not be returning. The ambiance was fine but that's it.

Yelp
I have nothing to say about this restaurant! EVERYTHING is AMAZING there... the food, the cocktails, the service... everything was absolutely amazing and the pictures and videos speak for itself! Eating there is like attending a show and this is a GREAT show with an amazing ambiance ! You will extremely enjoy yourself there !

Yelp
Pomp and circumstance! Visited this restaurant for a birthday dinner. Fun vibe! Wonderful presentations. Minus one star because our servers should have told us that a lot of the options were shareable. Overall would recommend!

Yelp
Where do I begin. The food was way too greasy. I ordered the SM Special and they came out to fry my steak in a pan tableside. It was swimming in grease. As well as the lobster Mac and Cheese. Which lacked both lobster and cheese. We were celebrating our anniversary but with the music being too loud, we can barely have a conversation without screaming. Over all our experience was terrible. I would definitely not recommend this place. This is definitely not a steak house. Oh and one more thing. The gratuity is automatically included so good luck finding your server. Ours took forever to take our order and would disappear throughout the night.

Yelp
Cultural appropriation at its worst!!! (The Vanilla Ice of restaurants) Not black owned or managed. Wants the black dollar but doesn't respect black people. Add to the fact that it's not a clean establishment and the food is mediocre and overpriced.

Yelp
Very decent place (visited for a birthday dinner party of 10). Live music and a decent setting. The food was good so no worries there. The only things I'd consider upgrading from this restaurant are the tables; it doesn't reflect a restaurant that wants to be considered as an upscale establishment. I had a steak, and while it was good, I was particularly annoyed that the board it was presented on was moving while cutting it and literally shaking the sub-par table.

Yelp
The 2nd of April, they had a broken pipe, so you definitely smell it. The service was certainly A1 though. Everyone was really nice, from the bartender to the waiter. Now the food, let's just say they're charging you too much for these mediocre steaks! The lobster Mac and cheese was amazing!

Yelp
Went here for my wedding anniversary. It is a definition of a 5 star restaurant. The inside was super cute! Drinks and presentation was just amazing. We had the lobster Mac and cheese mashed potatoes and steak. The steak was really good! And like I said the presentation was perfect. Our server was wonderful! I can't remember her name unfortunately. This is on restaurant is on the pricey side! The bill came up to about $600 something. This is definitely a restaurant we will only experience once but it was really good!

Yelp
I heard so many good things about this place so I hate that my experience was so poor. I went there last night for their New Year's Eve party. I was so excited and had absolutely no issue paying the $275 base fee for the 4 course pre-fix menu. I'm a pescatarian so I asked that they swap out the steak for a seafood option, and I knew I was not going to get the same experience as the steak-eaters I was with but I was ok with that. We had to pay a 50% deposit upfront to reserve the table of 7 but nonetheless we were so excited. Boy was I in for a surprise.... Course 1 - two beautiful grazing boards and two heirloom salads. It was just enough for the 7 of us and came out quickly and promptly. We were one of the first Tables seated for the party so they weren't busy yet. I asked the waitress for sparkling water and she forgot but I didn't worry too much about it. They were busy and I loved the ambience and DJ Course 2- came out an hour later and this is where the disappointment started. We were so hungry and they brought out 2 crab cakes and a tuna tartar for 7 people. We thought that was crazy and asked for the manager. He assured us we would have so much food we wouldn't even notice, so we let it go. My friends gave me almost a whole one to myself since they knew I wasn't going to eat any of the steaks they brought out. Course 3- my salmon entree came out about an hour later. Everyone else's food came out a whole OTHER hour after that !! Mind you at this point we're starving having only split 2 crab cakes and grazed on some fruit and nuts. We were fuming. Throughout that two hour waiting period we again asked for the manager and he very rudely said "I have over 200 people here" as if we should feel bad that they are struggling to keep up with a party that THEY planned and THEY knew how many people were coming on a freakin menu that was pre-planned. At 12:30 (3 hours since we had been there) we asked could we just pay for what we've eaten and go. They refused stating we had to pay for the whole menu essentially holding us hostage and ruining the plans we had to go to the next location. Course 4 - we were there for over 4 hours and it never even came. Me and my cousin stuck around after everyone paid (almost 2am) and watched the other tables get upset with the terrible service. Food was mediocre at best. The champagne toast was very low quality champagne. The entertainment was contrived, uncomfortable and low budget. When I walked in and saw Party City NYE decor I should've known they put minimal effort into this experience. The final bill for each of us after tax, gratuity and drinks (I had a pink lemonade for $27 lol) was $430. I don't mind spending money on a great experience, but I left feeling genuinely scammed and still hungry tbh. I've never left a review this long because I've genuinely never been so upset with a restaurant. Only good part was my waitress was sweet and even said herself "I wouldn't want to pay for this either". Also I think the salmon they brought me gave me a bit of food poisoning, but I can't lie it tasted good. Maybe this restaurant is better when they're not having a party, but I will never return and I will encourage every single people in my social circle to also never patronize this establishment.

Yelp
Steak market?! No steak market. More like hookah lounge. My dad wanted a nice restaurant to go to for Father's Day. We visited here expecting it to be fine dining but we got the complete opposite. First, they changed the menu the day of us dining with them. The menu was vastly different from what was online. They had a few steak options but most of the menu was club bites. I ordered the wagyu burger medium well and I got a well done ground beef burger. I HIGHLY DOUBT it was wagyu. I was disappointed. My dad ordered the filet mignon, it wasn't too bad for him. My bf ordered the ribs and they were not good at all. We were then slapped with a 20% grat charge on top of the $20 valet charge. If you are looking for a nice hookah spot and good drinks, then you would enjoy this place but they need to change the name. This is NO steak market. I suggest they do the steak fine dining menu during the day and switch to the lounge menu at night. I will not be back. Loud music & hookah smell
