Had brunch @ Stella’s today…Absolutely delicious. Warmly greeted, food well seasoned (curry chicken roti & chicken w-waffles)…we enjoyed our meal. Both were a good plate (not small plate) serving. Rum punch real nice w/a sugar stick 👏🏽. Found me a new place for good & delicious & delightful sit down Caribbean cuisine. I look forward to trying more items on the menu. Thank you!!!

Absolutely amazing experience at this Caribbean gem! From the moment we walked in, the vibrant atmosphere welcomed us with open arms. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Now, the food? wow! Each dish was bursting with authentic flavors. The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection, while the fresh catch of the day melted in my mouth. Don’t even get me started on the rum punch—it was the best I’ve ever had!

Had dinner here on a Thursday night and Stella’s did not disappoint. The waiter was incredibly helpful and answered my questions around ingredients, recommendations, and top dishes. The food was so flavorful and had depth. I added photos of our entrees but we also grabbed two chicken patties and the jerk shrimp as apps. The chicken patty wasn’t dry at all and the shrimp tasted like it was marinated for hours. Our three entrees were very different from one another but everything was cooked to perfection. The chicken in the curry chicken wasn’t dry at all, the salmon was moist and well made, the oxtail was falling off the bone. I’m looking forward to coming back again and trying different dishes!

I pre-ordered delivery Sunday Brunch for the first slot available after they open. At open they confirmed the order and updated the delivery time to 1 hour after confirmation which I expected given what I ordered. 37 minutes later it was picked up and before the 1 hour mark it arrived! Packing job was great, everything was separated to reduce sogginess and bag was stapled proper so no fingers could explore. Legit homemade ginger beer with a great kick that bites afterwards. Tastes like childhood; much missed since I can't make my own anymore. Curry chicken Patty: Flaky and tender crust, not under filled. Filling was saucy with small chunks of potato and chicken, great spiced flavor without being spicy. Mac and cheese: Saucy Mac and cheese instead of macaroni pie which was a little surprise. Great flavor and smooth homemade sauce, tangy and rich. Solid but not a headliner. Fried Chicken and Waffles: Even after delivery it was crispy, juicy and tender. This chicken was marinated overnight and flavorful, not just the crust. Did I mention it wasn't dry at all? Also wasn't very greasy. The waffles weren't for me, crumbly is the only word I could describe them. Slight disappointment because I expected a pad of butter and more than half oz of syrup - I ordered the heart attack special but sadly I don't think this could deliver a heart attack which may make some health conscious people happy lol. Yes, the prices are high but the brunch prices were standard for the area and you won't find fried chicken this flavorful in any of the other local shops from what I've tried. I no longer live in BedStuy, so finding a place that delivers quality and hot isn't so simple.

FOOD WAS AMAZING. Flavorful. Drinks were nice and strong. I’ll be back. I had a wonderful time. The saltfish on tostones was my favorite part outside of the festival and my seafood roti.

From the homemade ginger beer I knew this is the place for excellent Caribbean cuisine. The high quality then followed through to outstanding oxtail with rich gravy. Even the callaloo and rice + peas are great here. Will be back with my Jamaican family! This photo is recent and that's what to look for.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon and despite the crowd I was quickly seated. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The music and aesthetic was also perfect! I ordered the Mac and cheese, chicken curry roti, and rum punch. Everything was seasoned to perfection and came out nice and hot.The owners were also here and super pleasant. Definitely would come here again.

I've been following Stella's for a minute now. Never had the chance to try it. Boy, I don't know what I was waiting for! But omg! Me and wife went there on a last minute thing! And I'm glad I did because the food was delicious 😋! The oxtail was so tender the rice and peas was on point! I had the fried fish! Another banger! Well cooked! No complaints from me! I will be going again soon. God bless! Also, Big up to the chef he is doing a great job!
