"Mississippi’s newest wine bar, Stem, will host a special multi-course Valentine’s Day dinner drawing from owner Wei-En Tan’s Singaporean heritage. A collaboration Sibeiho, the dinner includes Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan cuisine, with wine pairings selected by Stem’s staff, all out on the covered and heated patio. Seatings are available on both February 13 and 14, with reservations online.
