"Fans of defunct Victory Coffee might remember when the shop announced new things on the way last year. By January, this space had adopted a new name and a whole new feel — although you can still enjoy coffee and those cute little breakfast biscuits while getting through emails in the mornings. Just a few months into its new identity as a listening lounge, Stereo has become a quick hit thanks to great cocktails and bar snacks. Guest DJs spin records while attentive staff run orders, which allows guests to sit back, sip, and enjoy the experience. Try the Stray Tiger #2 (a stirred, milk-clarified cocktail featuring Japanese whisky, hojicha, and bitters), or any drink made using the bar’s Japanese highball machine (this includes the house-made sodas in flavors like orange cardamom and lemon-lime)." - Allison Ramirez, Eater Staff

In case the name wasn’t a tip-off, a permanent DJ table at the back of the bar and records on every wall further solidifies that music is the theme.
