Still Life

What a beautiful space! I’ve been walking past Still Life for the past few months and it’s been cool to see everything come together from afar. They are using Partners and Counter Culture Beans, and the space inside is light and airy, and plenty of seating (and big tables, which is nice and not always an option at NYC coffee shops). Barista was friendly and made a great cortado. It’s great to have this so close to me, and I am excited to see what the art offerings/art space become with time.

I absolutely love this place! It has a wonderful space and great atmosphere. The coffee is fantastic, and the staff are super friendly. I just grabbed a quick coffee, but can’t wait to hang out with my kid there and for their art workshops to start!! The neighbourhood needed such place for sure

We visited Still Life during their soft opening and had a wonderful time! The space is beautiful and very thoughtfully designed. It immediately puts you in the mood to make something! The cafe has a great selection of drinks and pastries. Everything was very well done. Lovely and welcoming staff! Highly recommend!

Wow, such a cool place! Beautiful decor and thoughtful touches everywhere, great coffee. Perfect place to relax or work for a few hours. I'm looking forward to their art programming to kick off in the studio out back.

I Was in the neighborhood for a business meeting and stumbled upon this place, wow! Really beautiful, great drinks and pastries (I had the pumpkin bread which was one of the best I've ever had and What a great new place! the design is beautiful and their cold brew and banana bread are amazing! will definitely be back. matcha latte). The owner said they are soon going to offer arts and crafts workshops in the back room.

Stopped in during their soft opening. Great coffee and a chill place to work for a few hours. Nice natural light. Kiln in the back. Looking forward to the activities they’ll host in the future.

I've been coming to Still Life since they opened just a few weeks ago in Gowanus, and I can't stay away! Not only is the space beautiful, but the staff is extremely friendly and the coffee is excellent too. It's a wonderful place to come and work, meet with friends, or if you're like me...sip on a latte, get some work done, and doodle on my sketchpad all at the same time. Let this be your place. Welcome to the neighborhood, Still Life!

So grateful for this new art café! Beautifully designed with a warm, inspiring atmosphere full of creative energy. I love spending time here and can’t wait for the art classes and menu. Definitely my new regular spot!
