This spot on Brixton Hill has your usual cake, coffee, and craft beer options, plenty of seating, and a tiny black dog that’s constantly asleep under one of the bookshelves. This is my favourite coffee shop for overnight oats and a rich, well-balanced flat white. The coffee has a brightness that adds complexity and vibrancy to the flavour, with a smooth velvety texture that's such a friend of mine. While this coffee shop is a haven for families, the pre-school crowd can sometimes bring a bit of a lively atmosphere. If you're seeking a quieter experience, I would recommend to go after 9 am.

Lovely coffee place with terrific food. The BLT wrap and veggie sandwich were quite amazing, and the coffee and chai tea my wife had were well made and tasty. The staff was super nice and knowledgeable and recommended some beans for making coffee at home. We will for sure go back.

Excellent coffee - abysmal service, unfortunately, even when not overly busy. Very slow, disorganised, constantly seeing wrong drinks mistakenly presented to confused customers. When we were eventually served our drinks, after a lengthy delay and one polite prompt, they were brought out separately with further delay in between. No apology...

Great coffee. Great service. Great vibe! This place is a really nice spot to sit and work-- bench tables provide plenty of room for laptopping. There is a back room as well-- smaller tables, more intimate. The front room is well-lit for reading and there are books along the wall. Doggy treats provided for your pet beneath the books! Annnnnd an outside sitting area for those who enjoy taking their coffee al fresco!! Woooo! Five stars.

I really love this cafe. It's a chill vibe. One thing I would say is, as I mean this lovingly, you can smell the restroom throughout the cafe. Not in a gassy way, but like a punk bar restroom where the cleaning products are mute and it could be nicer in here if it felt more fresh (smells like Lysol on top of Lysol). I smell the toilet area more than coffee. Otherwise cute cafe I've been wanting to check out in my bus rides past here. Glad I stopped in.
