Yelp
A much-needed addition to downtown Atlanta, this place is built around the idea that you can fit pretty much any diet by stir-frying some choice ingredients. Vegan and gluten-free diners will rejoice at the menu, because there's nothing on it that won't work.
Upon walking in, there is ordering by kiosk. Normally, I find this a tad impersonal, but at a place like this where the whole point is customizing your order, it helps for clarity. There will be a bit of a wait since it's being made after you order, but the freshness will be worth it. I was mildly disappointed that they were out of tofu, but the breaded oyster mushrooms made a tasty substitute. With what they call jambalaya sauce and some red beans, I ended up with a bright, New Orleans-y flavor (but you would struggle to find vegan jambalaya in New Orleans; I've tried).
It is a bright space with plant-focused decorations for those wanting to eat in, and is reasonably walkable from the capitol complex and other downtown sights.
