A Mongolian Barbecue Restaurant and a Tapas Bar Are Coming to RiNo | Eater Denver

"An incoming Denver outpost from a Las Vegas owner who runs two existing locations, this concept lets diners build a bowl of meats, vegetables, noodles and homemade sauces that is then stir-fried at roughly 650 degrees. The planned first Denver unit is slated for the top floor of a 2,400-square-foot space in RiNo’s Industry Building; the owner cited the neighborhood’s industrial atmosphere and dense apartment population as draws and said he plans to open additional metro-area locations." - Paul Albani-Burgio

Google
Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Prices online were incorrect...stating $13.99 for all you can eat dinner. It ended up being $27.99 per person for all you can eat, without any add ons. It was a little pricy ($75 for 2 with only 1 soft drink & tip) and would have been more if we wanted shrimp or eggs added to our stir fry. Destinie was friendly and efficient, enhancing our experience with her smile and demeanor.

Google
I loved my experience at Stir Krazy. There's so many delicious food options in Vegas that it makes choosing where to go hard. Stir Krazy stands out because the staff works so hard and they're very quick. I'm betting they get super busy after 3 pm when all you can eat starts, and they close at 7 pm so that gives guests approximately 4 hours. It didn't look like they had a lot of staff on the day I went so be considerate. Slow eaters beware 😆 This was my first time at a Mongolian stir fry restaurant in Nevada, and I was impressed. I do miss the HuHot in North Dakota because there's bigger seating and the prices are more reasonable but definitely try this place if you're craving good stir fry and don't want to cook at home. Great place for families, meetups with friends, and solo diners!

Google
The service was excellent! Considering that it was our first time the waiter took their time to explain the process and included recommendations. The atmosphere felt empty and little effort to add decor to add personality. The food was good but it took a hit because they didn’t have fried rice which is an option and there wasn’t any reason given on why I couldn’t order some. Overall not a bad spot but considering it’s far from home and the cost was a bit higher than I’m willing to pay, we don’t think we will be back, but it’s worth a try if you haven’t been.

Google
Prices must have gone up. It was 17.99 for a lunch single serve bowl. The food was very fresh. But we were there right before the lunch crowd, about 1130. So everything was recently put out. I love that you get a bowl full of what you want. Instead of a bowl of cheap filler like rice or noodles with a bit of meat and veg. It's a good deal considering you get a bowl full of meat and exactly the veggies you want. Really good selection of meat veggies and sauces. Staff was super friendly. Both the server and the cook. It got pretty busy about 12 on a wed so I imagine it can get really busy at dinner time.

Google
Food was excellent, very clean and Destiny, our server was amazing! So nice and helpful. You could tell she loves her job!

Google
The food is good and fresh, it is like a ganghis ( I know spelled it wrong) grill, and that was what I was looking for since they left. The meats seem leaner less far, so like that. Service was nice and friendly. Place clean. So why the lower score. The price. Went there with my wife for lunch, so 2 bowls, and 1 soda, with tip $50 so yeah not making this a regular place. No lunch price, no different size bowls for different prices, if you want noodles, you have to put it on top of a already full bowl that is not that big to begin with, or purchase extra. Do not look at the pictures of prices as they are not correct, even their website has 5 pictures of all different prices, so when I went in September 2025 at 12pm it was $18 per bowl, $4 for a soda. So for me, good for a special break, or occasion, but way to expensive for a weekly thing. And that makes me sad

N T.

Google
Overall good food. Good variety of meats and veggies. It would be nice to have a few other sauce options. Get a really large bowl to make the cost worth it. Unlike other Mongolian bbq I have been to, this is one time through for $18 so fill your bowl as much a possible. It would be nice to do smaller portions and try a variety of sauces like others, but this was still good and I would come back.

Google
This place was awesome. I have never been. It tastes amazing. My only drawback is trying to pile things into the bowl they give you, but that's a personal thing, not anything on them. It was hot in the building but to be expected with all the windows and grill. I definitely will go again, I hope soon!

Claude W.

Yelp
Well not just it is the only show in town, but the food is great and the folks are all nice. They have a great amount of sauce options and meats or vegan options. Hoping they open a location in Summerlin or NW side.

Yelp
The only Mongolian BBQ buffet in Vegas. These types of places hold a special kid of nostalgia for me. Back when I lived in Huntington, there was a similar place near by and anytime my family dined out, I'd beg them to go there. These kind of spots are becoming rare and this is the only one that cooks everything in front of you on a large, round, solid iron griddle. You can opt for AYCE or choose a small or large bowl with a one time visit to the buffet. Once your bowl is delivered, head to the buffet to fill it with your favorite ingredients. For me it's always the thinly sliced beef, a mountain of veggies - broccoli, sprouts, zucchini, and cabbage, and then splashes of a few sauces (the garlic one is non-negotiable) and a few noodles. As you carry your overflowing bowl to the cook try not to spill. Then you get to watch it all come together. Final touches, a small scoop of white rice and sesame seeds cover everything. It's piping hot, packed with flavor, and the small bowl is so filling that I always have leftovers. One tip: bring some cash for the awesome cook.
google avatar

William D.

Yelp
Very good bowls that you get to put together so you get exactly what you want. I like the beef and pork and then I add some pineapple for sweetness and noodles, and fried rice for an extra charge. The friendly chef throws it together for you in just a few minutes. Make sure to bring some cash for tips for the chef. The food is great and very filling. You have a choice for a few different size bowls and they also offer all you can eat. I get a small bowl because that offers plenty of food and after everything is cooked I add a few of my favorite sauces over everything. This place is very clean and they seem to touch up after every buffet visit. They could use some new furniture since some of the chairs have seen better days. Lots of parking available in this plaza.

Yelp
The food is good, the hours are horrible. Came on 7/5 and they are closed. This is the 2nd time I've come and they are closed during strange times.
google avatar

Yelp
I loved going to Mongolian grills when I was younger and Stir Krazy is now the only one in town. The selections to create your bowl were wide from meats to vegetables and don't forget to make it your own with a variety of sauces. After you create your bowl, your food is made on that familiar grill and you can choose to get rice with your meal if you want. Service was good and are willing to help get you started if this is your first time.
google avatar

Bruce S.

Yelp
Been here a few times. Love Mongolian bbq and this is one of the only spots in town. Luckily, they do it well. Pack your wanted ingredients (meats, veggies, sauces) into a bowl and have them cook. Staff is friendly and place is always clean.
google avatar

Anabelle D.

Yelp
Love this all you can eat stir fry location. Wish there was one closer to me but we enjoy coming here when visiting old friends. Everyone gets to make their own bowls that range in size and ingredients. You may also order just one trip to the buffet or unlimited. I can't even finish one bowl so I'm happy that you can get just one. Love the topping choices and once everything gets stir fried all together my hot bowl is always delicious. Affordable too! Hopefully they are able to expand and open something in my area one day.
google avatar

Nikki K.

Yelp
Extremely kind and patient customer service. The ingredients and meat always taste fresh & delicious. Portion size has always kept us full and wanting to come back for more :)

Yelp
I went with my boyfriend traveling from Summerlin area so it was about a 30 mins drive there and back because we come from OC and Mongolian bbq is abundant there but scarce here! This is our first time trying out this place because we really was craving for Mongolian bbq. We got the regular bowl and it is a buffet style to assemble the bowl. We just tried everything that was there. The selection was great compared to others I have tried. Definitely recommend go heavy on the sauces! The bowl was enough food for me but my bf got an extra order of noodles. The server who helped us was Moses who was the sweetest to us and took care of whatever questions or needs we had while we ate. The ambiance was just a regular eatery so definitely not like a date spot. Overall we definitely recommend this spot if you got a craving for some good Mongolian bbq in vegas!
google avatar

Kirsten F.

Yelp
Found this place because I was in the area and WOW !!! What a find. I really have only had Mongolian bbq in mall food courts or in a buffet. This was awesome and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I was a little lost on how the flow went , but he helped me out. So tasty and SOOOO many options. I actually ate all my food even though it was a lot . Sadly no WiFi for guests though!
google avatar

Alan M.

Yelp
Food was a few steps below Panda Express. Service was good by the wait staff and cook. No ambiance. Would not know if I was in a Mongolian BBQ restaurant or Wendy's.
google avatar

Dee J.

Yelp
One of the only stand alone Mongolian place left. There's only one price of $17.99 as of the weekend. bowl they gave me is small but you can cramp the crap out of it. Food is fresher than places you get it n casino buffet.
google avatar

Eric C.

Yelp
The only true Mongolian spot I can actually promote In Los Angeles, they are everywhere But here I believe 3 This one is the closest to what we know beck in L.A. Near the airport, so make your way there after landing Make sure you know it closes at 7:00 pm. I believe recheck this and all you can eat stops at 6:00 pm
google avatar

Tia G.

Yelp
First timer here, but not my first time at a Mongolian place. Everything was pretty average, your normal choices for Mongolian were all there plus a couple additions you can add. The staff was friendly and attentive. We went during lunch time so of course there was a bit of a wait, but nothing unbearable. With today's prices - the cost per plate is around $20, so average for a lunch plate. Lots of seating inside too if you'd like to dine in. I did enjoy it better than Genghis Grill.
google avatar

Bradford R.

Yelp
We used to love this place. For sure, not any more. Prices have gotten out of hand. Maybe since Genghis Grill (the only other Mongolian grill in the area) closed, they feel they can charge whatever they want. So now, expect to pay $27.99 for an endless bowl, with limited choices: no seafood at all, lower quality veggies, frozen meats still in ice. The service is sslloowwww. The chef sometimes cooks only one person's dish at a time, so be prepared to stand there and wait for him to cook yours. Everything is extra now, such as eggs, fried rice, even extra rice! Imagine paying for all-you-can-eat, then you have to pay extra for simple white rice. It's just a money grab. There are lots of signs: do this, don't do that. OK, I understand they need rules or it would be chaos. But the tone is punitive and unpleasant. But here's the most ridiculous thing: apparently, if you order fountain soda for $3.99, it includes ONE refill. Additional refills are $1.99. Who would know that? What other restaurant has that policy? How can they charge without disclosing it? Our server grabbed the soda glass before it was even empty and filled it up. How can you count refills like that? When the check came and we asked about it, she told us that she only charged for one refill, as if she was doing something generous and kind. Wow, seriously?? The cheapness was so evident. As another example of this, they gave us each one single paper napkin; we had to ask for more. Sorry, that was it for us. These policies are unacceptable for the prices they are charging. Good bye old friend. Never again.

Yelp
I came here for the first time not really knowing what to expect. Moises was very helpful with explaining everything. His recommendation was spot on. The food was so good. I love how they have options to add on. It was very clean inside. Great vibes. The music was 10/10. I will definitely be back!
google avatar

Yuki B.

Yelp
The staff was super friendly and explained how they work efficiently. Lots of fresh ingredients to choose from. I have been frequented these type of grill for years and really like this one!
google avatar

Geneva L.

Yelp
I was skeptical when I first walked in and almost left. The place isn't much to look at. This is a good example of not judging a book by its cover. All the food is properly stored and fresh, there are many options to put in your bowl. The guy who cooks the food did a food job and the food was perfectly cooked. The staff is friendly and will walk you through the process if it's your first time. They are a little high but it seems all places are a little high these days.
google avatar

Deborah D.

Yelp
Just great food! Fresh, clean and reasonable price.I Love Mongolian barbecue and this is a great one. So many choices.

Harts H.

Yelp
Very clean the food is amazing. The service is great. You have a lot of options to choose from.

Melissa K.

Yelp
Awesome food and service. It's a bit pricey to eat here all the time but I do go once or twice a month and savour the experience. The restaurant is clean with plenty of options to customise your meal. Some days the dining room is quiet, others it is packed. I'm glad to see them busy so I know they'll be around for the long term. Something not too common in Vegas.

Andrea F.

Yelp
Great food and service! I just wish they were open later. We miss coming later in the evening!
google avatar

Brian M.

Yelp
There is a great selection of meats vegetables and sauces. The service was great to show you how to make your bowl spicy, sweet, etc. One bowl was 17.99 and all you can eat is 10 dollars more. I felt that the fill bowls were a little small and they only put a scoop of rice on the plate. With that being said, I preferred the finished bowls at Genghis Kahn- which is unfortunately closed.
google avatar

Pascal L.

Yelp
Nothing crazy original, but decent value for the price. Food is classic Mongolian BBQ, place is kept clean, which we all know can be difficult in these setups.
google avatar

Torya P.

Yelp
Food was A+ however the service was not good. Waitress was kind of dumb and didn't explain that there was a $5 "oh my god you left 1 mushroom on the plate" fee. Also he pricing on both Yelp and Google is WAY wrong. $27.99 for AYCE where Google says it was $13.99. Big difference and update your pricing online!!
google avatar

Gretchen B.

Yelp
The selection was mediocre and the size of the bowls was small compared to their Mongolian BBQs. The sauce choices were also pretty limited. We were not that impressed. For the Vegas area, I expected more.
google avatar

Irene A.

Yelp
Stopped in as I was craving Mongolian BBQ. Pricing was reasonable and many vegetables to and sauces to choose from. The rice portion was a bit small and the water didn't taste good. Overall a good meal . Staff was helpful and courteous.

Yelp
My dad heard about Stir Krazy a while back and wanted to give it a try. It happens to be on my home from work and so I told him I would meet him for dinner one night. And so we, along with my step-mom, had dinner here a couple of weeks ago. We were confused when we first walked in. We weren't sure if we should pay first or how to start building our meals. We were then shown to a table and provided the instructions we were looking for. Basically, come in and sit, recieve an empty bowl, fill it with your choice of meats, veggies and noodles. Add some sauce. Then pass it along to the grill master in the back. He will cook up your meal and a few minutes later hand it back to you. Simple. You do have to decide whether you want one serving or AYCE. The latter is probably the better deal if you can eat more than one plate. I probably could but I wanted to stick with just the one and so I loaded my bowl with as much as I could. Beef, mushrooms, baby corn, bamboo shoots, white onion, green onion and noodles. For my sauces I did a scoop of garlic water, curry and sesame oil. I should have added more but there were some other sauces to add post-cook so it all worked out. The final result of my self-assembled meal was pretty good. I have two complaints, though. 1) The sauces don't seem to have a whole lot of flavor so you need to add extra. And 2) the sauces are really difficult to pour on. There is a sneeze guard (rightfully so) but it is low. Yet the handles of the sauce ladles are so long that you almost can't get the ladle out of the sauce reservoir. And if you can, it is difficult to make it over to your bowl without spilling half. Its like trying to feed yourself with a 3 foot spoon. Sauce complaints aside, this was a fun experience. Food was solid and service was very good. We had not been to a Mongolian grill in a long time. This was a welcome departure from the same ol' same ol'.

Yelp
My usual favorite place, Ghengis Grill on Stephanie near Sunset, closed permanently, so seeing high reviews I gave Stir Krazy a try. This place was busy with a line at around noon on a Friday. Lot of those folks were ordering 'to go' for lunch, so the seating area still had quite a bit of room. The waitress and cook were quick, attentive and working hard with a smile. There was a major tripping hazard and the cook kept having to jump over it. It was a tube connected to the flat top stove, you'll see it, that poor guy was getting his exercise! The food: as a diabetic, I did not get noodles or rice, I just had beef and veggies with spices and sauce. I did try a bite of the noodles from my wife's plate, and they were delicious with a nice texture and chew. Back to my plate... the beef just tasted kind of dry. Everything else was good, but the beef was a bit disappointing. That is all, fellow eaters. Good luck and good eating!
google avatar

Reina F.

Yelp
The food was bomb af, Anthony and Destinie were top tier with their service, hella chill, definitely coming back!
google avatar

Song C.

Yelp
Interesting concept! You get a bowl and you fill it up with what you want. Simple, right? I was very confused with the menu but basically just have fun and put what you want. Go Krazy with the sauces. Can go wrong. After you have put as much for as possible in your bowl, take it to the cook and he'll stir fry it for you on the big round griddle. I liked what I had created and if you're feeling Krazy then come here for lunch or dinner!
google avatar

Maria P.

Yelp
Went here on a Thursday night. The line wasn't bad and the place was half full. The selection of proteins was basic but good. Nothing extravagant. The vegetable selection was just what I liked. The sauce selection was a lot so I appreciated the signs with suggestions. My bowl was cooked perfectly. I went with the $15 option & happy with it because I had some left overs for lunch the next day. The noodles were filling! I wanted to try the fried rice but they were out already. I will be back!
google avatar

Angela D.

Yelp
Quiet, place. But they picked up as soon as we started eating. Anthony, the server was really helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is pretty quiet, and clean. Bathrooms were clean. There was a nice amount of window seating and natural light. Low music in the background and some TVs on. The options for people were wide. From meat lovers, to vegetarians, as well as vegans. The sauces were the best part of the food. You can customize your flavor, and add white or brown rice to your plate. There were additional options for extra pricing like fried rice, bread, etc. we paid 14.99 and got more than enough on our plate for the price. You can also do AYCE for $25 I recommend for the value to service and value to taste. We were in and out within half an hour. But you can sit longer and enjoy your meal. We had food left over and we're able to package it to go. Plenty of food for the price!
google avatar

Barry G.

Yelp
This place is close to the office and we were looking for a quick lunch. They have a great variety of vegetables. Food was cooked to perfection. Destinie made it a good experience. Friendly service and the place is clean. I will have to come back and try different sauce combinations.
google avatar

Kadetra P.

Yelp
There aren't too many Mongolian restaurants to eat at in Las Vegas, so I was happy that I found this one. It's a nice place and the meat options are great. Love the amount of veggies you can put your bowl, and they don't have a limit to how high you can stack your food up. It was delicious and I loved it. Definitely will go again.

Russell E.

Yelp
Food is mediocre, not fresh, All You Can Eat is too expensive for what you're getting. Service was mediocre, not terrible. the restaurant itself was clean until we were about to leave when we could smell the abomination somebody had left in the bathroom throughout the whole restaurant. Disgusting. We won't be returning.
google avatar

Tom F.

Yelp
Not much time eat and I was not int the mood for fast food. This place was around the corner from the storage/Uhaul store so we thought we give it a try. Basically there are three options,. The small, large bowl, and the AYCE. We went for the large bowl. At first the bowl seemed a bit small for a large option but it's amazing how much you can fit in that bowl but ymmv based your skills. Simply put it's like any other Mongolian BBQ where you have a selection of meats ,veggies, and sauces. Once you top it off with soft noodles you bring it to the grill master and he cooks your concoction on the Mongolian grill. You also have the option too add other proteins like shrimp or fried egg for an extra cost. You can also add fried rice or extra rice for an a additional cost. My combo of ingredients and sauces came out really tasty ymmv based on your choices but there is a guide posted on the wall. I thought this was a nice change of pace then Panda Express or any local Chinese fast food places. Sit down, order your bowl, fill it up, drop it off for cooking and enjoy. Ask the server if you need a refill. My only complaint was the steamed rice, it looked and tasted like it was cooked by my 5 year old niece. The mushy texture was really bad. I would have given 4 stars if not for the steamed rice

Pam C.

Yelp
Excellent food. Destinie was our server. Very nice informative and pleasant. Because of people who do not listen to instructions or read the please don't handle food even if it's in your bowl sign....I would suggest maybe providing super inexpensive disposable gloves to patrons. Everywhere along the buffet there are signs but unfortunately the person in front of us ignored the signs and was putting her hands on her food to force more into her bowl. Maybe ask for a second bowl. Oh yeah the sign reading no sauce no flavor she didn't read that either so the busy man at the hot stone cooking food had to stop everything ask her to put some oil in a bowl he provided along with some sauce she may like. Other than that person everything was great.
google avatar

CC M.

Yelp
This place is KRAZY good!! The staff is friendly and the service is awesome! Highly recommend this place and make sure you come with a big appetite!
google avatar

Erica G.

Yelp
Stir Krazy is a self serve- build your own noodles style restaurant. Each adult bowl is 15.99 and child 12.99. We were sat at an open table and our server gave us a thorough explanation of how the process works. We were so full from our meals! It was so delicious. I will say that with all of the signage and self service counter, it was pretty straightforward and little need for the table service. But all in all was a yummy meal and we will be back.
google avatar

JAsmine T.

Yelp
Still my favorite. I enjoy the staff and the freshness of the food. Taste amazing every single time. I just wish there was a third option of toppings in one bowl and noodles in another but despite that great everytime I go.. Wish they stayed open later only complaint
google avatar

Andre W.

Yelp
The concept for this restaurant is similar to a place in Orange County call fire and ice, where you get a bowl and fill it with as much food as you want and you can watch it be cooked on a round flat skillet, the food is good the bowls are not that big and they don't allow you to push things down with your hands, I will say that if you are ordering to go push down as you go using the tongs to fit as Much stuff as you will want. The service was excellent, oh one more thing if you order to go and you eat at the restaurant you are not allowed to get refills on your drinks I thought that was a really odd rule. All in all a good place to eat my son loves it.
google avatar

Monica T.

Yelp
Great food! Great customer service! Clean!! There was one wrinkle at no fault of this place due to rude customers allowing their kids to watch videos at full volume! (So damn rude)! I love the staff here - very attentive and helped explained the process. You pretty much pick your meat, veggies and sauce. I recommend pouring the sauce before piling on the noodles otherwise you will be holding your food until it's time to get cooked! Excited to come back!
google avatar

Angie G.

Yelp
Stir Krazy is once of those places that you pass by and say, "Hm, I'll try it next time but I'm intrigued." I actually really like this restaurant. The food is good for the price and the process is so cool to experience. It's a DYI food experience with different meats, veggies, and sauces. We don't have many Mongolian BBQ spots in Vegas. I'm used to seeing them in malls in LA, so I wish there were more locations for people to experience this style of food. You can get your meal to go or eat in, I opted for take out, but they have an all you can eat special if you choose to dine in. The service was great, I've been before so I didn't need recap but if you never been the server will explain the experience in greater detail. For now, you guys have me . First, the hostess will give you a bowl to load up your meal, then you can pick your meats (beef, chicken, pork, and I think turkey) it's frozen so you want more meat load up. Next, you add your veggies & there is so many veggie options I included mushrooms, onion, carrots, bamboo, and bean sprouts. Then, you add your noodles and sauces, you can even get some inspo from the signs above that tell you how many ladles of sauce to put in on your bowl. Finally, when you're done making your masterpiece you head over to the kitchen to watch your meal get made & they have additional add ons like shrimp & lamb. I included lamb in my order. While the person is making the order, the hostess will come with the bill. By the time you sign off, your meal is ready to go. It's really small & cozy and the service is chill. Check them out if you pass by.

Yelp
The cooking took a little long. It was worth the wait. I haven't had Mongolian bbq in awhile and this didn't disappoint. The line ended up way long when while waiting for food so this must be a good place to go. The music was also on point with 90's and 00's banger! Coming back when we visit Vegas again!
google avatar

David R.

Yelp
Service was great for been are first time trying them out food was pretty fresh and always restocked Anthony been a manger did great job helping new customers out and always stocking and cleaning as well price food was average been normal to any where you go I would say bowl felt small but when it came out it was a lot food the server or manger be happy help or you can ask if you have question as well cook was great as well if you don't like the food that mean you can't cook at home
google avatar

Jasper A.

Yelp
This is a good place to grab a bite to eat and leave very full after. Very friendly staff, the food is great since you control how much flavor you have in your food. The place get's somewhat busy at lunch and you do have to wait for others to finish creating their bowl so I usually go an hour after lunch time.

Yelp
*3.5 - We are from Washington where there are quite a few Mongolian places. Since moving to Vegas we had been wanting to try this location. Everything was clean, fast service, great selection of meat and veggie options. The reason my husband and I agreed it was less than 4 stars was because of the sauce selection. That is really what can make or break Mongolian for us. The sauces had no flavor and we put a ton on. If they changed their sauces and had a wider selection we would definitely consider trying again!
