"An incoming Denver outpost from a Las Vegas owner who runs two existing locations, this concept lets diners build a bowl of meats, vegetables, noodles and homemade sauces that is then stir-fried at roughly 650 degrees. The planned first Denver unit is slated for the top floor of a 2,400-square-foot space in RiNo’s Industry Building; the owner cited the neighborhood’s industrial atmosphere and dense apartment population as draws and said he plans to open additional metro-area locations." - Paul Albani-Burgio
